This little thing if we can understand we can understand everything. Now the question is very simple. The negativity around us bothers us a lot and we can't hold our self. For holding our self we require what? We require nerves. Nerve cannot be upheld by the drugs, by the pills, you know. And you can't sleep every night by putting a pill in and having a glass of water and you think you are all right. That won't happen for the long time. Reaction will come later on. So the best course is to call on the nature which must not put you on a false reaction. And the false reaction must be avoided in the life.

And the positive reaction of the life is what makes you to live if you can harness that you will grow indefinitely, positively to the highest level of consciousness and then all the world comfort will come to you and you will not care, wait a minute, it is not necessary. But now you are running after them. I may have this, I may have this. You need not have anything, everything is there for you. What you have to do is create a vacuum, raise your consciousness. And moment you raise your consciousness this gap will be fulfilled from all sides. When the air becomes hot it goes up, from all sides the cool air comes. Cool, comfort, then the time will suit you. Most of the time we suffer because of our ego and our duality. Guru's word say something different, we say something different. And thus we are caught by the time by causing a cause which will have an effect and that effect is like a crocodile which takes us deep into it and suffocate us and will swallow us. That is a painful process.

If you can be positive for forty days by any endure, by any effort, by any stroke of luck, by any faith, by any words of any master, you have found something. Which you will never lose and that is an entry into the kingdom of God. And everybody has to do it, everybody has to learn. This technique everyone knows. Some effect is there, some effect is not there. Moment you have a faith of someone effect is there, if you have duality there is no effect. And it is necessary to have a supporting factor, a supporting being and that is our own consciousness.
