There is a one little thing, which I want to talk to you tonight as today's child is a father of tomorrow, today's student is a Guru of tomorrow, today's disciple is a Guru of tomorrow and the greatest Guru is, who has "Gurooed" himself. Your own guidance, your own realization, your own reality, your own consciousness, when it is controlled by you, in you, for you, and you realize that totality, that's all you need. But it is difficult to reach that stage without a help.

Now there are two ways of help, one way is you come on, bow to me, I am your Guru, you are my disciple and you are a donkey and I am going to ride on you and that's it, period. Whatever I say it's a law for you. Total devotion, total devotion, you have no personality, nothing, nothing, nothing, that is dangerous. It's a good trip, but it's a dangerous trip. Suppose I am a nut, now what I am going to do, blind leads the blind. That's not true, that's not the way it should be but that looks easy that sounds correct. That gives you a security complex, so you feel to buy it but it is pretty dangerous.

There are twenty-five thousand Gurus going to be in this country and which one you are going to follow. You do not know, it will confuse you more than that. Well, do follow one way, that is the truth, take truth from anybody who comes, work it out, if it is work for your system, good for you, if not bless him. Very perfect because one who has diamonds is going to sell diamonds, those who need diamonds are going to get diamonds, what is wrong in diamonds, nothing. A master who has truth will give the truth, those who buy the truth, will have the truth. There is no duality in that game and you are all seekers of truth. It doesn't matter who gives you the truth.

Should I tell you my experience? I loved a man as a saint, I loved him more than God, I liked him very much. I was in a state of affair when I needed his help, he was my first rate enemy, can you believe it? But I never lost myself, I knew my Guru, my God, my truth is with me, I will go through it. I went through it and I had people with me, I assured them. I said, don't worry, we are being tested but we will go through it. Somebody said, "It is very difficult. "
要不要我讲讲我的经历？我曾把一个人当作圣徒来爱，我爱他胜过爱神，我非常喜欢他。可当我需要他帮助的时候，他却成了我的头号敌人，你信吗？但我从未迷失自己，我知道我的古茹（Guru）、我的神、我的真理与我同在，我会走过去。我走了过去，身边还有人跟着我，我向他们保证。我说，别担心，我们正在被考验，但我们会走过去。有人说：“这太难了。”

Clouds have come to go but remember one thing I have seen the sun, I have seen the light, I know after clouds the light is there follow on, we will reach, we will make it, we did make it. your hands are tied, your teeth are out, your head is like that, then shout keep up! It will take away all the nervousness. That is a self-Guru style.

When you are very nervous telephone is not near you, telephone number you do not know, close yourself like that and just shout keep up. You will have experience, somebody will tell you what next to do. That is the Maha Mantra of the Aquarian Age. So keep up. We have to continually pursue the truth. All these hundred thousand Gurus are going to leave you, I can tell you that, don't be mislead, they will come, they will go. You have come to get into a New Age, you can go. So the younger ones, your path is little difficult and it is got to be very steady and you got to work it out and the only way you have to work it out is to keep up.

Three years have passed, I am bugging all the teachers to get together. Sometime they listen to me, sometime they not but we are unable to make a bundle out of everybody but time has come when they will come around because there is a one Creator cosmos and the entire creation is His. So those who teach the truth in the name of that one Creator, must learn to be united first themself. And every student should feel free to relate to truth, wherever you get it. But that does not mean, you should have no foundation of your own.

Love means, when you can love everyone. Somebody asked this question, "Love your Guru. "

The disciple said, "I don't understand anymore. "

He said, "What is a Guru? Guru is who teaches you truth, teaches you infinite truth. " Trees teaches you to stay steady and long way, ocean teaches you always sublime and go high, mountain teaches you to be firm and steady, river teaches you to flow down hill, Earth teaches you to have numerous patience. The wind teaches you to reach everywhere and fill every vacuum, the morning teaches you the beauty of the breeze, the evening teaches you the rays of golden that of the sun, are they not Guru? But one heart, which has a love for Guru, opens up to everything. So long it is not opened, it is closed, nothing comes out of it. That is the problem. A very serious problem.
他说：「什么是古茹？古茹就是教你真理、教你无限真理的那一位。」树木教你稳稳地站立、走得长远，海洋教你永远崇高、往高处去，高山教你坚定而稳固，河流教你往山下流，大地教你拥有无尽的耐心。风教你到达每一处、填满每一个空隙，清晨教你微风的美丽，傍晚教你太阳那金色的光芒，它们不都是古茹吗？但一颗对古茹有爱的心，会向一切敞开。只要它还没打开，它就是关着的，什么也出不来。这就是问题所在。一个非常严重的问题。

Mantras have become secret (?), what is all that? What is a mantra? What is this (?) business, what is that mantra, what is that true, which can only be spoken in the ear by a man to a man? I can understand if it can create psychological effect, it's okay with me. What is that God consciousness, when you find God, you can be secret, can you do that? Impossible, you have hundred thousand dollars, you may find out next you say hey what are you talking about, you know you become just great, hundred thousand bucks is not a big thing, man does not touch the Earth and one who finds God if he can be just limited, forget it.
曼陀罗（Mantra）已经变成秘密了（？），那都是些什么？什么是曼陀罗？这是（？）什么把戏，那个曼陀罗是什么，那个真的东西是什么，只能由一个人在人耳边悄悄说给另一个人听？我能理解，如果它能产生心理效果，那我没意见。那是什么神意识，当你找到神，你还能保密，你做得到吗？不可能，你有十万块钱，你可能下一句就说，嘿你在说什么，你知道自己就变得了不起了，十万块不是什么大事，人连大地都还没碰到，而一个找到神的人，如果还能被限制住，那就忘了吧。

Love remember one thing, love and essence of sandal they can never remain secret. Sandalwood you put in anything, moment you, it will take a chance, it will come out. Because the fragrance of the sandal is in the every molecule of the sandal, how it can be, how it can be secret? When this being becomes conscious and reaches the God head, he remains no more secret. The secret is when God dwells in this being, there is no secret, that is the secret. When perfection comes, then there is no path, when God is known then everything becomes unknown, when one listens to the Nadam, one becomes Aadam. So this is scripture. So how can deny, anybody deny it.
爱，记住一件事，爱和檀香的精髓，它们永远藏不住。檀香木你把它放进任何东西里，你一碰它，它就会抓住机会，它就会冒出来。因为檀香的芬芳在檀香的每一个分子里，它怎么可能，它怎么可能藏得住？当这个存在变得有觉知，抵达神性之首，他就不再隐秘。秘密是当神住在这个存在里，就没有秘密，那就是秘密。当完美来临，就没有路了，当神被知晓，一切就变得未知，当一个人聆听 Nadam，他就成为 Aadam。所以这是经典。所以怎么能否认，任何人都无法否认它。
So we will tune in into a frequency of Duiee Shabad today. It is a little bit of exercise, it's a chant, it's a mantra, it is open.

Sat Nam is the truth, Satya means the existence, the truth, Nam is the identity of that existence in truth, it's not personal, it has got nothing to do, it's not you can figure out Sat Nam, Sat Nam is everything. Redwood is Sat Nam, this light is Sat Nam, this finger is Sat Nam, everything is Sat Nam. Sat Nam is the realization of the existence in truth and Wah Guru is ecstasy. Wow you see, Wow, hey wow, I found it, you know that kind of Wow and Guru means the technical know-how through which the truth has been found. So these are two Shabads, Shabad means sound current. So I will promise you that we will do tonight a intensive of this.

So that you can have your experience, I may feel I have come to serve you, I have served you properly and honestly and you may realize that. So sometime at any corner of your life, when you find difficulty... you know it is not a religion, it is not a sect, it is not a cult, it is not a sectionism. It is ecstasy of universality, that's why we are true, we are not here to create something. Everything has been already created, we are going to be total part of the wholesome. And that is what the purpose of life spiritual path should be or it is. Those who want to do is my thing, then my thing in my thing, your thing is your thing, then it is going to be a fight.
这样你才能有自己的体验，我或许会觉得我是来服务你的，我恰当而诚实地服务了你，而你能意识到这一点。所以在你生命的某个角落，当你遇到困难时……你知道，它不是宗教，不是派别，不是膜拜团体，不是宗派主义。它是普世性的狂喜，所以我们才是真实的，我们不是来这里创造什么东西。一切早已被创造，我们要成为整体中完整的一部分。这就是灵性道路的目的应该有的样子，或者说本来就是。那些想搞「我的东西」的人，我的东西就是我的东西，你的东西就是你的东西，那就会打起来。

Because my thing is not your thing and your thing is not my thing, there is going to be duality but here everything is everything. So let us do our number and do it well and go through it practical experience to find how it works, how we can raise our consciousness, how we can listen to the Nadam, Naad, how we can universal sound current relate to us and we can relate to it and that's all, that is the key of everything. It's no problem, okay.
因为我的东西不是你的东西，你的东西也不是我的东西，就会有二元对立，但在这里，一切都是整体。所以让我们做好自己的功课，好好做，通过实际体验去发现它是怎么运作的，我们怎样提升自己的意识，我们怎样聆听 Nadam、Naad，我们怎样与宇宙音流建立关系，它又怎样与我们建立关系，就这样，这就是一切的钥匙。没问题，好吧。

It's a very heavy exercise. You know I went into a discussion once sometime and he said, I have been doing it from last fifty-two years. I had a little guy with me, I said, "Well, give him this. "

Well, we got to do it right, it will work right. It is a master key, it is going to work out but you must do it and go through this pain, it is hard, I don't misunderstand. Immediately this sixth and seventh rib, this fourth and sixth rib in the back, it will be tight, it will be painful, you will go through it, I know it happens. So that doesn't mean it will be all right, it will adjust itself, okay. So, are we ready to do it? Chalo sit down. Spine straight, first law. Sit correct, spine straight.

Wahe must hit here. This is the place of Wahe, it is Sat Nam, Sat, Sat navel goes in, Nam chest comes out, Wahe this hits and Guru, Sat Nam Wahe Guru, Sat Nam Wahe Guru, you will start sweating in three minutes. If it is correctly done, the Kundalini has to go up, there is no way out. There is no way, the whole nervous system has to go. This is the sound current, Infinity to finite, finite to Infinity, it's a total unity, it's a totality. There is no Nadam beyond it, there is no Nadam, which is not in it and if you chant in this, you do not come out in ecstasy forget it, there is something wrong where we are doing.

It is Duiee Shabad, it is two points between man and God and this is a sound current and I don't understand if you do it correctly how cannot it grind you through into all everything what you need and talk about. So it is not a personal trip, it's a knowledge, which belongs to everybody, but those who practice and perfect it, they become the masters.

Isn't the life that matters it is the courage you bring to it. Tonight is the night of courage one, fortitude, keep up night, so just stretch your legs and get ready and make yourself flexible and whole thing. It is known as Duiee Shabad, Duiee Shabad.

So we have no problem because moment you get into the sound current, the breath has to go into a constant current, you will not feel it when you are breathing and (?) so everybody is set oh somebody is in bathroom.

Just hold the breath and concentrate at the pineal gland at this moment. Exhale, inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale, relax. Stretch your legs straightforward stretch yourself to the (?) go away. Don't do it slowly, just fix, pull your legs up. That's the way it is to be done because if you start lifting the legs they start sleeping. So you got to do it again and again then naturally now you must have that stamina and strength and possibility of doing it.

legs they start sleeping. So you got to do it again and again then naturally now you must have that stamina and strength and possibility of doing it. This is Nadam, the word was with God and God created the word, it is the word, that's it and this sound runs in us, this current runs in us and we get a part of this current and do this current, then everything opens up. It requires a practice.

Because he becomes the part of the universal vibration and wherever he goes he vibrates. So he makes everybody to vibrate, and everybody is vibrating already unawaringly towards that universal consciousness and he makes them to realize that, that's all. So everybody loves him, he loves everybody. It's so simple. There is no dogma in it, there is no big philosophy in it, it's a reality, it's a truth.

At the sound Guru, there will be a musical rhythm in which you will be involved automatically and when you do this kind of Yagna, Yagna is when you all get together, it's a very rare chance, when so many people get together to praise, to vibrate the universal vibration, it's not very easy. These chances do not come very often. And then you, then you just relax on the sound current around you and you create yours and it becomes the one whole unit and that is where the power lies. It's quite a thing.

But in the beginning body ache, wrist pain, rhythm gets out of gear and all those stuff happens. But once you get into the rhythm it works like that, then the whole universe dances around you and you dance around the whole universe. Then you enjoy ecstasy, which words cannot describe, there is nothing to say, nothing to, nothing to talk about. And it is everybody's trip, it should not to be considered as particular person who is doing Kundalini Yoga only has to be a disciple of so and so, can only do it, everybody can do it.

I am great? Forget it. What great I am? If I can produce gold, President will put me in jail and make me produce gold.
那纳克说，你必须流入宇宙的意志，那是唯一的路。你必须流入宇宙的音流。你必须成为那小小的一。哦亲爱的（？）有的胖，有的瘦，有的高，有的矮，有的柔软，有的僵硬，你是说你做不到，一个僵硬的人做不了体式，他就不能成为瑜伽士？而马戏团里的人能做那么多体式，他们就是最好的瑜伽士。如果我是成就者、Siddh，我能造出金子、银子，我有超凡的神通，那又怎样？那意味着什么？我很伟大？算了吧。我伟大在哪里？如果我能造出金子，总统会把我关进监狱，逼我造金子。
