YB: And if you are a boy you do the same thing. So what happen is, once you are emotionally hurt. Okay, when you are emotionally?

YB: It creates a scar in the aura, it creates a pain, it is called cosmic, 'cosmic injury. ' You may not believe and you may totally recuperate. But once you have a cosmic injury you are supposed to live with the cosmic injury. And what happens with the cosmic injury? Your subconscious mind, second mind, first is the negative mind, second is the positive mind, third is the neutral mind. The negative mind forces the positive mind to remind you of that injury.
Yogi Bhajan：它会在能量圈（Aura）里留下一道疤，它会造出一种痛，这叫做宇宙性的，「宇宙性创伤」。你可能不信，你也可能完全复原。但一旦你有了宇宙性创伤，你就注定要带着这个宇宙性创伤活下去。那宇宙性创伤会发生什么？你的潜意识心智，第二心智——第一是负面心智（Negative Mind），第二是正面心智（Positive Mind），第三是中性心智（Neutral Mind）。负面心智迫使正面心智不断提醒你那个创伤。

Western world is extremely foolish. People have been asked to live with these injuries. Therefore they act obnoxious, they act treacherous, they act to betray, they act to lie, they act to do things, which normally humans are not supposed to do. You understand what I am saying?
西方世界极其愚蠢。人们被要求带着这些创伤过日子。所以他们行为可憎，他们行为背信，他们背叛，他们撒谎，他们做出正常人本不该做的事。你明白我在说什么吗？

YB: So that is why we have a system that in case of your pain and displeasure and your suffocation, you can call and say truthfully how you feel and how you feel hurt. You know you get with a guy, he looks very charming; he's very young; you are very hot; he is very hot; too hot things meet together and then it become ice cream and that will melt and that will (?) No. Find out a man; find out a man who through time and space shall be your mate, who has the strength, not the charm. And find out a female mate who has the strength, not the charm. Don't sell cheap for the charm. Charm will go away, strength will remain forever. You understand? You got the idea?

YB: So, tell me what you are going to do about it. Now I have proposed you the position, so let us discuss it. If these things you are not willing to discuss now and process in your mind, tomorrow you will go into the same pit where everybody else has gone. You will be hurt, you will be injured, your cosmic body will be bad, your radiant body will carry the scar, your mental body will always revert back to these memories and you will react and act and react and react and react, it will be a damn hotchpotch.

YB: Undertow is in the ocean. You know the tide comes and then it grabs down and sometime you get caught in undertow, it puts your head down, legs up. And it's a very bad scene. Avoid emotional undertow and you can only avoid emotional undertow if you do not go into it.

And through ashram living and the sangat, the sadh sangat, I moved along and had my own space to, to wait until I, I made my moves to try and experience something spiritual and I am still searching and trying to give more. That's the experience of my life.
