We were working yesterday on Sat Nam. It is simple analogy of a human race. Whatever you can't feel or you cannot catch, you can feel it from certain actions. Raise your hands, those who have gone and sat at the shore of an ocean, almost everybody, now, tell me how the waves of the sea, of the ocean, they move.
我们昨天在讲 Sat Nam。它是对人类种族的一个简单类比。凡是你感觉不到、抓不住的东西，你可以从某些动作里感觉到它。举起手来，凡是在海边坐过的人——几乎所有人——现在告诉我，大海的波浪、海洋的波浪，它们是怎么动的。

This key is a key to themselves. Now, what is the fun of giving me a lock and key and throwing the key into the ocean? What for? They will give you Mantra. They will tell you this will work for you. This is the name of the lock, but they will not give you the key in which you can open that Mantra and this problem is not in America, it is also in India and I do not know why this blackboard came but (?).

Now try to recognize this wave, this is the ocean tide, is it right? This is how it comes. It goes up, comes and then strikes to the shore. Otherwise, go today, sit down by the side of the ocean where the ocean is splashing at the earth, you will find this thing happening. This is the lap wave, it is one, two, three, four, five, six, seven. Right? Now, remember this is Sat and this is Nam. This little of it is Nam, this is your identity, this is your Nam, all this is Sat and it is thirty-five inch breath, this is one inch breath. If your total breath is one yard long, thirty-five inches is Sat, one inch is Nam and this way you can rise up and rise up and rise up and rise up.

Sat Nam and he found the light (?) and in his own lifetime, he has to give somebody, "Beta, say Sat Nam, Sat Nam," (?) okay? Here all have to be Guru, now that is the problem. Then you have to work on yourself. This Guruship, you have to earn and I am an instrument in telling you, how you have to earn.

We did that Sat Kriya yesterday. We chanted the Mantra, chanted with me, but today this morning I want to tell you how the wave of the Mantra works, so that you can rightly suck into the universal spirit and you should feel it. What that kind of God is who cannot be felt? You know, you take an ice-cream, you feel the taste. Somebody slaps you feel the pain, and what type of that God is which you cannot feel? Are we crazy, that we are working after the imaginary thing or we have reached a stage where we can realize Him? Everything is available to us and we can feel it. Is it God so far, far away from us, we cannot feel Him?

And if that is the situation what is the fun of going against a loose goose? What type of this chasing we are doing God, God, God, without knowing what this fellow has a tail or not?
如果情况就是这样，那跟一只松垮的鹅作对有什么意思？我们这样追着 God、God、God 跑，连这家伙有没有尾巴都不知道，这算什么追逐？
That is why, some people do not want even listen the word of God, they say, "Forget it man, God, God, we don't know where God is, show us where God is," and when they insist seeing that God, show them from your mother point, the very mother point, that heat. That heat nobody can compare it. No hot water bottle, no blanket, no control temperature, can circulate it. No pill, no agriculture pill, nothing of the sort can give you that heat, which you can create from your mother point because that is a God's current, that is a natural current, that is a Sat current, that is a truth, that is the God because of that (?).
所以，有些人甚至不想听 God 这个词，他们说：「算了吧老兄，God、God，我们不知道 God 在哪里，指给我们看 God 在哪里，」当他们坚持要看那个 God 时，就从你的丹田指给他们看，正是那个丹田，那份热。那份热，没有什么能比得上。没有热水袋，没有毯子，没有恒温器，能让它循环起来。没有药丸，没有农业药丸，没有任何这类东西，能给你那份热，而你能从你的丹田创造出来，因为那是 God 的电流，那是自然的电流，那是 Sat 的电流，那是真理，那就是 God，因为那份（？）。

Sit on your heels and let us practice it again today. We did it last night, let us do it today and let us confirm it, it is there. So that, you can teach others with a confidence and remember whenever you now go and watch the sea, watch the sea and watch those waves, jumping little bit, coming back and going forward. That little is the identity of that strong wave, which has got a force of the whole ocean behind it, don't forget that. This Sat Kriya is very, very, powerful. I worked this up this morning too and everything went all right.

Now, you remember in a Hindu rosary, there are one hundred and eight beads. Isn't Wallace? One hundred, this rosary has got hundred and eight beads. Total is nine, nine is God in blessing. Is it right? This is hundred eighty, this is hundred eighty, again the total is nine. Total is three hundred and sixty, total is again nine. Well, this is your universe and the universe is hundred eighty degree and another hundred and eighty degree, three hundred and sixty, hundred eight is nine, this is nine, this each one is nine, right? Right?

how? Put that vibrator into it, grrr, it sets the concrete, right? Have you seen somebody building, building? Bhai, answer me.
怎么做？把那个振动器插进去，嗡嗡，它就把混凝土定住了，对吧？你见过别人盖房子、盖房子吗？Bhai，回答我。

YB: You have seen them, just putting the concrete and what they do, they put that vibrator, grr... and settle it.

Now, listen this is your head, the lower half of it and in this head this is the concrete being laid and this is the vibrator grr... and it will take level like this. So it means your head can be set. Now, which vibrator you have to use to set your head? Anybody who answers me, I will reward him.

YB: Well, one who can keep his nose safe is the safest man and, these are twenty six vertebras, and when you move anything, then they cane, cane, cane, you know the cane? If you move cane here it will take vibration and like this. Take a cane in your hand and move it like that. What that will do?

We are worst than concrete and we are now to set it permanently, so it can take the load of all the negativity in this world and let us do it, come on.
混凝土脑袋，人只要愿意随时都能设计（？），他不去做，你们难道不是傻瓜吗，跟我说你的脑袋不像混凝土，你做不到？你去当自己情绪的奴隶，出卖你的灵性自我？我们比混凝土还糟，而我们现在要把它永久地设定好，这样它就能承受这个世界上所有负面的负荷，让我们来做吧，来吧。

YB: Well, this is a law, this is a law of geometry. Come on, count hundred eight times, you have to say mentally Sat Nam, aha, this Mark is leading, come on, come on, come on James, come on James, precious gem and watch that beautiful heat which will circulate through your body. That is your own joy. They say, God is very sweet, they say nobody can explain, nobody can explain because God is very sweet. Work up James, work up with a power. Full length, full length breath. Don't hurry up, train is not going to run away. Not the upper portion, the lower. The vibration is clear and the hand is here, setting will be done at this point.

YB：什么？一百零八，就是这样。在一百零八时吸气再呼气，现在坐下来冥想，被海洋的波浪带领，进入你所属的地方。

Open your eyes, relax, don't feel sleepy. We have to do other jobs. This is your personal thing, right. Now, this is a self-purification through which you can release your self from the cause and effect, not of Karma but of Sehenskar. Whatever you will project into the cosmos, you will get ten times. It is a law, it is a universal law, it is not a individual law, it is not a manmade law, so when you project out, hundred and eight times, Sat Nam, in this wavelength you will be sucked into the cosmos. It will give you three things: You will always have beautiful nerves, your head will be always cool and set and you will be a decent, self-respecting man.
睁开眼睛，放松，别犯困。我们还有别的事要做。这是你个人的事，对吧。现在，这是一种自我净化，通过它你可以把自己从业因果报中释放出来，不是Karma的因果，而是Sehenskar的因果。无论你向宇宙投射什么，你都会得到十倍。这是一条法则，是一条宇宙法则，不是个人法则，不是人为的法则，所以当你投射出去，一百零八遍，Sat Nam，在这个波长里，你会被吸进宇宙。它会给你三样东西：你会永远拥有漂亮的神经，你的头脑会永远冷静、安定，你会成为一个体面的、自尊的人。
A flexible spine keeps you always a very active man. It does not upset your nerves and it keeps you cool and beautiful. Now, ask me question, yeah.

YB: Yeah, you have now to buy that bead, that holy bead, now, is the time when that is needed, you know. Then you see why I am tying down at my hand, because anytime, if I have to do suppose if student of mine, meet me on the door, "Yogi what is this? " I don't get the answer. I have to get Sat into, then I will need my bead that is why I don't leave the house without this, otherwise, this is not something very special, it is an instrument. You will be surprised to know why I didn't tell you everything on the first day.

YB: That was your question, isn't it? I am supposed to grow the teachers to be the perfect master of the entire knowledge and everything you have to practice that is the difference here. Here talk has no value. I talk only to give you a relaxation. In that I tell you little story, tidbits and like that, but we are working practically on ourself and we are growing (?) You will end up as all great teachers and saints, but you will end up, when the end will come, but now, we are going. Now, little bit up, up, up.

That is why, first day we do not recognize anybody, second day we do not invite anybody, third day we do not talk with anybody, fourth day we do not give him secret, fifth day we give him not a hug, but intend to, seventh day we do not kiss him, eighth day we do not like him to that much that he may know that he masters us, tenth day we surrender to him, understand what I am talking? As one is constant and is coming, he is learning, stage by stage, stage by stage. Yesterday was the first day when I bowed to you all. All up to yesterday, you have been bowing to me that was the tenth day because you are authorized to you the Sat Kriya and give people peace and happiness.
所以，第一天我们不认任何人，第二天我们不邀请任何人，第三天我们不跟任何人说话，第四天我们不把秘密告诉他，第五天我们不给拥抱，只是有这个打算，第七天我们不亲他，第八天我们不喜欢他到那种程度，让他知道他能掌控我们，第十天我们向他臣服，明白我在说什么吗？就像一个人是恒常的，一直在来，他在学习，一个阶段一个阶段，一个阶段一个阶段。昨天是第一天，我向你们所有人顶礼。到昨天为止，一直是你们向我顶礼，那是第十天，因为你们被授权去做 Sat Kriya，给人带来安宁和幸福。

YB: And this will work because with this the breath is automatically in the control, you don't control it. That Sat Kriya you have to learn it for four months and then do it, you understand what I mean?

YB: No, no, this you learnt, even did it yesterday and you have learnt, but this Sat Kriya with the breath, with Mool Bandh bhai, that takes about four, five months a person to have absolute practice, because remember one thing, once you put a Mool Bandh you do not know how to release it, it stays up, only yogi can bring it down, do you know that? So before I ask you to apply Mool Bandh I give you so much practice and watch you in the class.

I was talking to somebody today, I said what I am teaching them, you think they are little exercises. If these people read these exercises in the scripture they will stand on the top of the roof and say, "I am the greatest saint because I did three months back this whole thing. " I say, I don't tell them, so they, they may not know what they are doing, moment they will know from the books that is why we have stopped reading books for this time period.
今天我跟一个人说话，我说我在教他们什么，你以为这些是小练习。如果这些人从经典里读到这些练习，他们会站在屋顶上说：「我是最伟大的圣人，因为我三个月前做了这整套东西。」我说，我不告诉他们，所以他们可能不知道自己在做什么，一旦他们从书上知道了，这就是为什么这段时间我们停止了读书。
so they, they may not know what they are doing, moment they will know from the books that is why we have stopped reading books for this time period. Otherwise, the kind of yoga, which we are doing is such a high degree, which we are doing it so lightly without bothering ourself because there should be no fear that we are doing great.
所以他们可能不知道自己在做什么，一旦他们从书上知道了，这就是为什么这段时间我们停止了读书。否则，我们做的这种瑜伽，程度高得不得了，我们却做得那么轻松，不给自己添麻烦，因为不该有恐惧，觉得自己在做了不起的事。
You see, you should not look like to you that you are all glass and a little stone can crack me, you understand what I mean? 我能做什么，我能教他们什么，他们能从我这里学到什么？我是一个谦卑的工具。我必须看看我在自己生命里证悟了什么。我经历了世上所有的胡闹，我什么都见过了。哦，你要跟我谈什么？你以为我没有犯过罪，我是个圣人，因为我经历过所有的罪，我知道罪对一个人意味着什么。如果我没有犯过那个罪，那也有人犯过，而我判过他的罪。这是一回事。
I know, what sin means to a person. If I have not committed that sin, somebody has committed whom I have sentenced. It is one and the same thing. I mean to say, if I have not committed a theft, but I have sentenced a man who has committed theft and I have associated myself with his personal feeling and that realization is also is very grave. It is not a joke.

First thing which makes you sick is your nerves. Nerves, and your nerves are controlled by your spinal column twenty-six vertebrae, flexible nerve centers which is the spine is the guarantee of health and those people, they say the body has got no value, they must understand, those who do not care of the gift of the great people are never loved by the great ones and body is the greatest gift to us by our Creator, soul never dies, it is never born, mind is only an energy.

YB: Cold shower works better than the hot one because it gives a very soothing and strong effect to the nerve because it is a theory of the blood, it rushes out to meet the cold and thus feed the skin and strengthen the nerves and open the capillaries in a beautiful manner. Yes.

Four months man lying down eating all the time on the bed. We got fed up of this.

You are already spiritual, everybody is fine, beautiful, look, I don't see any problem with anybody because I have never seen a spiritual man with a, you know, monkey tail or with a elephant nose, they are just like us.

So, you be a computer program and work here for a year and half, after completing whole thing and now get a job somewhere with the computer. It may be a minor sum and then I want to fix you up in India, so that you can work within Ashram and also with a firm as a computer program expert where the salary will be few, highest salary in India is four thousand, prime minister gets five thousand rupees. A computer programmer gets about four thousand.
