进阶课

You built in a reservoir of negativity and brick by brick you built it so heavy and there is no let out. And that let out, no let out means a stage shall come when you burst out. And you know what burst out means?

你建起了一座负面的水库，一块砖一块砖地垒，垒得那么重，却没有出口。而那个出口，没有出口就意味着总有一天你会爆掉。你知道爆掉是什么意思吗？

I was discussing with a very great teacher one thing.

我曾和一位非常伟大的老师讨论过一件事。

I asked him one question, I said, "Well, ji I understand this knowledge and that knowledge the whole stuff, but in experience when it becomes a total knowledge of a person what a man looks like?"

我问了他一个问题，我说：「嗯，ji，这些知识那些知识我全都懂，但从体验上说，当它成为一个人的完整知识时，这个人是什么样子？」

He said most beautiful words, he said, "Man becomes humble enough to present his total personality before the world without fear."

他说了最美的话，他说：「人会变得足够谦卑，能毫无恐惧地在世界面前呈现自己完整的人格。」

Your consciousness is you and if you do not know that you are a balance of two polarities and you are unable to relate to two polarities you are not relating to a reality.

你的意识就是你，如果你不知道自己是两种极性的平衡，如果你无法与两种极性建立关系，你就没有在与现实建立关系。

In India a yogi came, big publicity, O God. And what he will do, he will not eat anything, you know everybody is curious, so I became a curious too. So I went and I went and namaskar him and I touched his feet and from that touch I picked up that this man does eat.

在印度来过一个瑜伽士，大肆宣传，天哪。他会怎么做呢，他什么都不吃，你知道人人都好奇，所以我也好奇起来。于是我去了，我去了，向他合十行礼，我碰了他的脚，从那一碰我就察觉到，这个人其实是吃东西的。

Moment I touched his magnetic field my body immediately told me as an indicator that this man does eat and he does eat wheat.

我一碰到他的磁场，我的身体立刻告诉我，像一个指示器一样，这个人确实吃东西，而且他吃小麦。

So I sat down talking with him, fantastic speaker, most balanced very rhythmical, very musical and very to the point and every words scripture like. Then I immediately picked up this man is a very ugly somewhere too. But the shield is very strong.

于是我坐下来和他交谈，了不起的演说家，极其平衡，非常有节奏，非常有音乐性，而且句句切中要点，每个字都像经文。然后我立刻察觉到，这个人某处也非常丑陋。但那个盾牌非常坚固。

Why the shied is strong because behind there is something which has to be controlled. Food he doesn't take, talk is totally scripture everything is perfect.

为什么这层防护这么强，因为背后有东西必须被控制住。他不吃东西，说话全是经典，一切都完美。

I came back and one of my friend he asked me to discuss.

我回来后，我的一个朋友让我去聊聊。

I said, "Look man he is perfect in his sadhana to control himself but I have got a one point which tells me again and again his total talk is a regiment it is like a machine. From his body when I touched his feet I felt that warmth which normally a wheat eater can have.

我说：“你看，他在萨达那上完美，能控制自己，但我有一点，它一次又一次告诉我，他说的全是套路，像一台机器。我摸他的脚时，从他身体上感到那股温热，那是通常吃小麦的人才会有的。

He said, "What else you see?"

他说：“你还看到什么？”

I said, "From his talk I did not see the white arc in his aura, it means he is a great controlled mind but he is not naturally a clean mind, so somewhere man we can study this man."

我说：“从他的话里，我没看到能量圈里有那道白色的光环，这意味着他是一个控制力极强的头脑，但他不是一个天生清净的头脑，所以，老兄，我们在某处可以研究研究这个人。”

So we two decided to study this guy. Next day we went and we laid down and prostrated and said, "Well you are a God and we feel out of you and your hair give us the silk and all that stuff."

于是我们俩决定研究这家伙。第二天我们去了，趴下顶礼，说：“哎呀，你是神，我们觉得你太了不起了，你的头发给我们丝绸什么的。”

And we first practiced overnight all what we have to say.

我们头天晚上先练了一整夜要说的话。

And he told him that, "I am the toughest guy and I don't believe in any man and I don't worship man and I am Adi Shakti yogi and bah-bah-bah-bah-bah, but I have been so enchanted. Last night yesterday evening by the darshans that whole night," actually whole night we were both practicing what to say.

然后他对他说：“我是最强硬的人，我不信任何人，我不崇拜人，我是Aad Shakti瑜伽士，吧啦吧啦吧啦，但我被迷住了。昨晚，昨天傍晚，被那个darshan迷住了，一整夜，”其实一整夜我们俩都在练要说的话。

Whole night we could awake and think of, it was a truth. Whole night we were talking and think of him that is true we were thinking about him.

一整夜我们醒着，想着，那是真的。一整夜我们都在谈论他、想着他，那是真的，我们是在想他。

So and you know people know us and bah-bah-bah the whole stuff. So we were in a position to convince him. Moment he started believing he turns to blue from orange and I gave my friend the signal that we are in him.

你知道，人们认识我们，吧啦吧啦那一套。所以我们有本事说服他。他一开始相信，就从橙色变成了蓝色，我给我的朋友打了个信号：我们进到他里面了。

Because our my friend was great, he couldn't have that sight so he told me when you feel that you are in this man give me the signal then I'll change my side.

因为我的朋友很棒，但他没有那种眼力，所以他跟我说，当你觉得你进到这个人里面了，就给我信号，然后我就换边。

I said, "Okay."

我说：“好。”

So we did it, we watched him too. Sat down there like stiff people watching. All we want is to see you nothing else.

我们就这么做了，我们也盯着他。坐在那儿像木头人一样看着。我们只想看着你，别的什么都不想。

Now what he can say? He say get out. We were very sweet we were sweet to the extent that his personal staff were much pleased with us. After third day this guy bugged me.

现在他能说什么？他说滚出去。我们特别甜，甜到他的私人随从都对我们很满意。第三天之后，这家伙烦我了。

He said, "Where is that wheat you were talking about?"

他说：“你说的那个小麦在哪儿？”

I said, "Look, I did not see him eating wheat, I told you that my judgment is when I touched his feet the heat I felt is from that kind of food and man wait a minute there shall be something like that."

我说：“你看，我没看到他吃小麦，我告诉过你，我的判断是，我摸他脚时感到的热，是那种食物带来的，老兄，等一下，应该有那么回事。”

Chau (?) the fourth day was there, so yogi raj was to take bath in milk. He took bath in milk and when he came down, I said, "Run and whatever is going out of that bathroom collect it."

Chau（？）第四天到了，瑜伽士王要在牛奶里沐浴。他在牛奶里沐浴，等他下来的时候，我说：「快去，从那间浴室里流出来的东西，全都收起来。」

He said, "What?"

他说：「什么？」

I said, "What I am saying you do it."

我说：「我说什么你就照做。」

So we picked, we said, Chirnamath you know holy man's something goes out of the feet so we collected that as a Chirnamath and we slipped, came down home, settle it down. The wheat settled down. It was wheat milk and while taking bath he must have drank few pounds of it.

于是我们收了起来，我们说，Chirnamath，你知道的，圣人脚上会流出某种东西，我们就把那个当作 Chirnamath 收了起来，然后悄悄溜走，回到家，让它沉淀下来。麦子沉淀下去了。那是麦子牛奶，他沐浴的时候肯定喝了好几磅。

He was to do every fourth day. So why he should eat when four, five pound of pure essence what you call is wheat yeast?

他每四天就要做一次。那他为什么还要吃呢，当四五磅纯粹的精华，你们管它叫麦子酵母的东西？

Student: Wheat churn.

学生：麦子搅拌物。

YB: Wheat churn, or what is that out of wheat that white thing in that...

YB：麦子搅拌物，或者说麦子里那种白色的东西，在那个……

Student: (....)

学生：（……）

YB: That inner of it.

YB：它里面那一层。

Student: (....)

学生：（……）

YB: Yeah.

YB：对。

Student: (....)

学生：（……）

YB: Whatever it was, I mean to say if four five pounds of that thing goes into your body and all you need is a little thing to...

YB：不管它是什么，我的意思是，如果四五磅那种东西进到你身体里，你所需要的就只是一点点东西去……

I mean whole day you can survive anybody, that is not going to be great rush. Now comes the scriptures, investigation is a deep habit sometime with some people. We started knowing what his name is, what his village is, what everything is and in about four months we found out the total reality too. So knowing all those facts one day I went to him and I asked, I said...

我的意思是，一整天你都能活下来，任何人都行，那不会有什么大问题。现在轮到经典了，调查对某些人来说是一种很深的习惯。我们开始去了解他叫什么名字，他的村子在哪里，一切是什么，大约四个月后，我们把全部真相也查出来了。所以，知道了所有这些事实之后，有一天我去找他，我问，我说……

Now look the most beautiful part of it.

现在看这里面最美妙的部分。

I said, "Great man, I am only interested to you for one thing to be very honest and frank with you. I know your reality as you know your reality, but my difficulty is I know little better than you know yours. All I am interested to know is in such a short time how you have controlled your mind to the activity which you present and why?"

我说：「伟人，我跟您说实话、说真话，我只对您的一件事感兴趣。我知道您的真相，就像您知道您的真相一样，但我的难处是，我比您知道您自己的还要多一点点。我唯一感兴趣想知道的是，在这么短的时间里，您是怎样把您的心智控制到您所呈现出的那种活动上的，又是为什么？」

I immediately felt his consciousness was so under his control.

我立刻感觉到，他的意识完全在他的掌控之下。

All he said was, "To wipeout the karma and to free myself."

他只说了一句：「为了抹去业力，为了让自己解脱。」

Answer was most correct.

这个答案再正确不过了。

And I said, "Can I now touch your feet for this great answer?"

我说：「为了这个了不起的答案，我现在可以触碰您的脚吗？」

He said, "Your power to touch feet is so powerful that when you touch my feet last time I knew that your hands have a type of a camera which has taken my inner sketch. I will tell you this knowledge if you exchange with thee, the knowledge which you have we can exchange. I will share my sadhana with you because you have asked me how I control my mind. I'll like to know how you knew in one minute you touched my feet the message came to me also that you have stolen away everything, which I have. I'll like to know how you got that power."

他说：「你触碰脚的力量太强大了，上次你触碰我的脚时，我就知道你的手有一种照相机，已经拍下了我内在的素描。我会告诉你这个知识，如果你与我交换，你所拥有的知识，我们可以交换。我会与你分享我的萨达那，因为你问过我我是怎样控制我的心智的。我也想知道，你是怎样在一分钟之内，你一触碰我的脚，那个讯息也传到我这里，说你把我所拥有的一切都偷走了。我想知道你是怎样得到那种力量的。」

I said, "Well, it is a honest deal between the two consciousnesses, if you are conscious of the fact what I did to you I am conscious of the fact what you did to me and we will love to exchange it. Your greatest strength is your awareness that you as a you is conscious of you or not. Your total you what you present is also has a tower on which you sit as a watch over you and that is your higher consciousness. More you let that watchman become alert and alert and in your normal behavior if you relate to the watchman just as a practice I am going to telephone to order my food."

嘿，看守，现在告诉我今天以及往后我该吃什么，什么对我有好处？在电话里得到答案，你总会得到正确的答案。

It is not imaginary the guy is there. That is unseen part of you this is seen part of you. Any person who relates to his unseen part to take a scene action gets control over the mind. Therefore, that duality which always creates doubt in you all you have to do is put that duality right there. (?) what I am supposed to do tonight.

这不是想象出来的，那家伙就在那儿。那是你看不见的部分，这是你看得见的部分。任何人只要和看不见的部分打交道，去采取看得见的行动，就能掌控心智。所以，那个总是在你里面制造怀疑的二元对立，你要做的只是把那个二元对立就放在那儿。（？）今晚我该做什么。

"Yogi you are tired after teaching class get and sleep that is better, or get to a movie."

「Yogi，你教完课累了，去睡吧，那样更好，或者去看场电影。」

These are two communications.

这是两种沟通。

Oh no in the morning I have to get up, Jerry comes very early.

哦不行，早上我得起床，Jerry 来得很早。

I said, "Last time I have to show up my face at least, better sleep."

我说：「上一次我至少得露个脸，还是睡吧。」

Sit down and discuss then decide.

坐下来讨论，然后再决定。

What is going on? A person who cannot discuss his higher self with his lower self and his lower self with higher self has a great subconscious problem. If you can put your imaginary guide there.

这是怎么回事？一个人如果不能和他的更高自我与更低自我对话，不能让更低自我与更高自我对话，就有很大的潜意识问题。如果你能把你想象出来的向导放在那儿。

You know actually it is ritual that everybody has a guide and one should talk to the guide and the guide should guide you in consciousness and that guidance you will lead to Infinity and all that stuff, had a absolutely correct meaning there was nothing wrong in that stuff. But the difficulty is the word guide became an imaginary genie or something a spirit. It is not some other spirit the book is right, the knowledge is right but that the fear to him is there is a some genie which lives on mount (?), what they call it, I don't get, can't pronounce that mount name?

你知道，其实人人都有一位向导，这是仪式，人应该和向导说话，向导应该在意识中引导你，那引导会带你走向无限，诸如此类——这些说法绝对有正确的含义，里面没有任何错。但困难在于，「向导」这个词变成了一个想象出来的精灵，或者某种鬼魂。它不是别的什么鬼魂，书是对的，知识是对的，但对他的恐惧在于，有个精灵住在某某山上，他们管它叫什么，我记不住，那个山的名字我念不出来？

YB: Ah everybody goes there to guide his, get his guide they live in that mount, can you believe that?

YB：啊，人人都去那儿找他的向导、求他的向导，他们住在那座山上，你能相信吗？

In that mount those genie lives, those spirits, whatever you can call them. And they are going to get them there. This spirit in you which has an Infinity and a finite form both has to be related under that knowledge. And it is a very beautiful experiment.

在那座山里住着那些精灵，那些灵体，随你怎么称呼它们。它们会在那里接引他们。你内在的这个灵，既有无限的一面，也有有限的一面，这两者都必须在那种知识之下被联系起来。这是一个非常美妙的实验。

You will not believe it there was a lady she was very, very sick. Everybody tried to diagnose what her sickness is, all came clear but sickness was there. After all a doctor can diagnose on certain test, A test, B C D E all that. When she gets a headache she gets a headache, when she has a breath trouble, she has a breath trouble. Sometime her body, half body will go numb it will go numb there is no answer to it. She started coming yoga classes, was very regular, no difference.

你不会相信，有一位女士，她病得非常非常重。每个人都试着诊断她得了什么病，所有检查都显示正常，可病就在那里。毕竟医生只能靠某些检测来诊断，A 项检测、B、C、D、E 全都做一遍。她头疼的时候就是头疼，她呼吸出问题的时候就是呼吸出问题。有时候她的身体，半边身子会发麻，就是发麻，对此没有任何答案。她开始来上瑜伽课，非常规律，没有任何变化。

One day just to get rid of her, they said, "Well, that Yogi Baba comes go and see him."

有一天，为了把她打发走，他们说：「那个瑜伽士巴巴来了，你去看看他吧。」

So she came chasing around me she said, "My this problem bah-bah-bah."

于是她跑来缠着我，她说：「我这个毛病，吧啦吧啦吧啦。」

I was in a hurry.

我当时正赶时间。

I said, "Listen you are you and you are a big you too, talk to your big you where your sick is and find your own sickness and cure it."

我说：「听着，你就是你，而且你也是一个大的你，去跟你那个大的你说话，你的病就在那里，去找出你自己的病，把它治好。」

She said, "I'll like to discuss the detail."

她说：「我想详细讨论一下。」

I had a good student.

我有个好学生。

I said, "Why don't you sit with this student and discuss the whole thing."

我说：「你何不跟这个学生坐下来，把整件事都讨论一遍。」

That person told her everything in detail, after a month she had nothing, it surprised us. She will start having a headache, this was her information to me. And she will sit there. Now why you are giving me a headache? It is not possible what I did?

那个人把一切都详细地告诉了她，一个月后她什么毛病都没有了，这让我们很惊讶。她会开始头疼，这是她告诉我的。然后她就坐在那里。现在你为什么给我一个头疼？我做的事不可能造成这个吧？

I have all the life in me, I won't let it go. What do you mean? When she said, I do it and after five or seven minutes I'll be so relaxed and so released there was no pain at all in my body and virtually and gradually she overcame everything. She wanted to know further instructions.

我里面有的是生命，我不会放它走。你什么意思？她说，我这么做，五到七分钟后我就会非常放松、非常释放，身体里一点疼痛都没有了，而且她几乎不知不觉地、渐渐地克服了一切。她想进一步得到指示。

I said, "But only there is a one instruction, don't tell this to anybody."

我说：「但只有一个指示，不要把这个告诉任何人。」

(Student's laughter)

That's the only instruction.

这就是唯一的指示。

She said, "But it's a most beautiful thing, I want to share with everybody."

她说：「可这是最美妙的事，我想跟每个人分享。」

I said, "Look people will think you a witch who has control on certain spirits. God bless you, you have cured yourself and they will start chasing you and people are very dearful here they will just make all the stories about you and you will have a lot of hell around you. Better do it to yourself. There is no fun getting into superstition and nobody will understand that it was your mental conscious effort to connect with the mental unlimited infinite mind, which is there with you relating the energy. All they will feel is that superstition and all they will understand is that negativity. You know there are souls and there is a whole situation.

我说：「你看，人们会以为你是个女巫，能操控某些灵体。愿神保佑你，你把自己治好了，他们就会开始追着你跑，这里的人特别容易害怕，他们会编出各种关于你的故事，你身边会有一大堆麻烦。还是对自己做比较好。陷进迷信里没什么好玩的，没人会明白那是你心智上有意识的努力，去连接那心智的无限、那无限的心智，它就在你身边，关联着能量。他们只会感觉到那是迷信，只会理解成那是负面的东西。你知道，有灵魂/真我存在，有一整套状况。

I said, "Why to get into that?"

我说：「何必陷进去呢？」

If you really understand things what they mean to you then you must understand your finite self and your infinite self are two great personalities and you got to learn to relate to them.

如果你真的明白事情对你意味着什么，那你就必须明白，你有限的小我和你无限的大我是两个伟大的人格，你得学会与它们建立关系。

Yesterday I had a privilege to meet a very young rabbi, beautiful man, he came with rabbi (?) who is my friend, that young boy was beautiful, I sat down with him.

昨天我有幸见到一位很年轻的拉比，一个美好的人，他和我的一位朋友拉比（？）一起来的，那个年轻人很美好，我和他坐下来谈。

He asked me one question and it was a fantastic question.

他问了我一个问题，那是个极好的问题。

He said, "(?) has told me you have got many centers and many young people follow you and you are a beautiful man."

他说：「（？）告诉我，你有很多中心，很多年轻人跟随你，你是个美好的人。」

I said, "(?) is right now what I can do for you?"

我说：「（？）说得对，现在我能为你做什么？」

He said, "I'll like to know how is this?"

他说：「我想知道这是怎么回事？」

I said, "Wait, it is so simple that you can't believe it, it is not yoga I am talking about but I am telling you the great secret. You should be in your synagogue, you should talk in that synagogue about the God not about your God."

我说：「等等，这事简单到你无法相信，我讲的不是瑜伽，我告诉你的是那个大秘密。你应该待在会堂里，你应该在会堂里讲神，而不是讲你的神。」

I said, "If you will talk in synagogue about the one God the whole world will be with you, but if you talk in your synagogue the God of Judaism only then God of church is not going to relate to you. And the God of temple will be very upset about it. And that is all even on this spiritual path, even on the path of our spirit.

我说：「如果你在会堂里讲那唯一的神，整个世界都会与你同在；但如果你在会堂里只讲犹太教的神，那么教堂的神就不会与你相连。庙里的神也会为此很不高兴。在这条灵性道路上也是如此，甚至在我们灵魂/真我的这条路上也是如此。

What is a spiritual path? The path of a spirit, the very existence the satya which we never recognize, our potential which is a Infinity. And when that Infinity we relate in the finite form my dear we are in the stage of ecstasy. And I am turning my, channeling my whole negativity not to let the God become my God. All the strength of negativity, rigidity and limitlessness, limit in me in my personality is focused only on one thing it is used up there. That under no event of mistake or error or wrong conception I may let that God become my God only. And if you really understand what I am talking to you today it will take you itself into a state of ecstasy, beauty, and to the opening of the door to that great consciousness of which you are a part. Study the total human misery, it has become miserable. In scientific terms, now that was a mystic term what I said. Now I am going to come to the scientific term, when this limited defined mind in functional try to relate on the functional limited level to the infinite mind the contact became weak and poor and that weakness and poverty started flowing through this channel. It is so simple. Because your God is only your God and the God is the universal God. Moment you relate to the whole universe you become whole. But if your God is in this only then you are this only. And God is not what you understand God is the totality to generate to organize and destroy. Those three letters makes the one word God.

什么是灵性道路？灵性的道路，那个我们从不认出的存在本身——satya，我们的潜能，它就是无限。亲爱的，当我们把那无限以有限的形式关联起来时，我们就处在狂喜的状态里。而我把我的整个负面性转过来、导引过来，不让神成为我的神。负面性、僵固和无限性的全部力量，我人格里的限制，只聚焦在一件事上，它全用在那里了。这样，在任何错误、过失或错误观念的情况下，我都不会让那个神只成为我的神。如果你真正明白我今天对你说的话，它本身就会把你带入一种狂喜、美的状态，并为你打开那扇门，通向那个伟大意识——你是它的一部分。去研究整个人类的苦难，它已经变得悲惨了。用科学的术语说，我刚才说的是一个神秘的术语。现在我要讲科学的术语：当这个有限的、被定义的功能性心智，试图在功能性的有限层面上与无限心智关联时，这个接触就变得微弱而贫乏，那种微弱和贫乏就开始流经这条通道。就这么简单。因为你的神只是你的神，而神是宇宙的神。你一旦与整个宇宙关联，你就变得完整。但如果你的神只在这里面，那你也只是这里面。而神不是你所理解的那样，神是整体，去生成、去组织、去毁灭。那三个字母构成了一个词：God。

Paramatma, after all what is this they call in Hindi, or in Sanskrit, paramatma? What is parm supreme, atma soul, but these Indians, they called it big spirit, the great spirit, right? Paramatma. Atma, mahatma, paramatma these are the three stages of the man in consciousness. Atma the soul, mahatma the great soul, paramatma the universal soul.

Paramatma，说到底，这在印地语里，或者梵文里，他们叫它什么？paramatma？param 是至上，atma 是灵魂/真我，但这些印度人，他们叫它大灵、伟大的灵，对吧？Paramatma。Atma、mahatma、paramatma，这是人在意识里的三个阶段。Atma 是灵魂/真我，mahatma 是伟大的灵魂/真我，paramatma 是宇宙的灵魂/真我。

Now what is a great soul? Great soul is which recognizes all other souls. Universal soul is which has a merger in every soul there is a very delicate difference.

那什么是伟大的灵魂/真我？伟大的灵魂/真我是认出所有其他灵魂/真我的那个。宇宙的灵魂/真我是与每一个灵魂/真我融合的那个，这里有一个非常微妙的差别。

I hate him all right I hate him. Moment I feel or say I hate him I do not recognize there is a soul in him. And moment I deny the soul in him I deny the soul in me. Then when I am a soulless creature how low and dead I am. Have I damaged him? No.

我恨他，好吧，我恨他。我一感到或说出我恨他，我就没有认出他里面有一个灵魂/真我。而我一否认他里面的灵魂/真我，我就否认了我里面的灵魂/真我。那么当我是一个没有灵魂/真我的生物时，我是多么低微、多么死寂。我伤害到他了吗？没有。

Whom I have damaged? My own consciousness. Mind is like a mirror through which you can see the Infinity. But if you put the blackness of hatred over it, you will see nothing and that is what we do. We don't hate people we actually weaken ourselves in other words we put a brush on our mirror of mind so that we may become without reflection, opaque, dead. And that man should learn to avoid.

Tonight we'll do certain exercises they are very simple and very special to me. I'll like you to share with me those exercises. They are mudras, seal when you issue a certificate to somebody or write a letter you issue a letter but when you seal a letter that is known as a confirmation of your factual consciousness that is why you issue sealed certificates, authenticity to make it authentic.

That is why in yoga there are kriyas and there are mudras, mudra means the seal, the authentic essence. The mudras are very little, they are very simple, but they are very effective. But why everybody can't do mudra? The difficulty is mind fluctuates kriya binds the mind, mudra doesn't that's the problem. In mudra mind is free, so if mind is not trained to relate to the mudra mind can go all the twenty one miles away from you and what type of mudra you are doing, but in kriya you can't help it. In kriya mind has to relate to you.

Could you put your hands, sixty degree out like this, not like this, not like this, in between diagonal and your first finger touches the tip of your thumb, this, this is gyan mudra and this known as rajawai gyan mudra. R A J A W A I, rajawai, the royalness flows through the person through this. Rajawai, the prevailing rulership it is said that those who practice this mudra and contain their mind if do not get liberation at least they get in the life the ruler ship they become kings and president. And if doing so they serve the people they get the moksha, liberation.

And you relax your wrist, kindly relax your wrist and still maintain the hand and concentrate that the life current is flowing through the palms of your hand. And get into this meditation with a condition the breath should be very light, very long and very slow. Breath should be very light, very long and very slow, elbow must have straight ninety degree but no bent upward, no bent lower, parallel to the ground. From the elbow the arm should go. I made it for you it is so simple it is the simplest practice. You see how accurately I can go, I want you to go exactly that accurate, only then it will be effective. Mudra is a very delicate situation.

But that is what they bug those disciples to prepare their certain muscles to do certain things so that they can sit in this mudra for forty days at a stretch. They make a pit hole under him where he can clean himself if he likes and he sits in this mudra and keeps on meditating. At a certain time a sadu comes to give him a liquid food and the disciple who is practicing has a privilege to go through but already in twelve years these arms have carried those two buckets all the way to the seven thousand feet hills on the river Ganges which is according to them it is zero level and he can control that way. And then finally the prana starts coming and then guru tells and sees him, he say, "Get out of me and bless people."

And then that man goes and say, God bless you, the God, the Infinity forces to change the destiny of a man and blessings come there and then because it is the magnetic field of this unit which has changed the destiny in the supreme magnetic field and thus also affected the destiny of the individual and the change must happen right there and then. And that is why they say the God sits on the tip of the tongue of the holy man. But it requires practices, it requires experience of that supreme flow so meditate in this way and feel in these palms a tremendous life force is being balanced by you to the extent that the movement in this palm can vibrate to the whole universe beyond this one earth. Moon, sun, stars all universe with little vibration, first let it go for a while. In eleven minutes you will get into a steady state then any little movement on this arm will let you feel that the earthquake is coming on this earth. When that feeling happens mind is tuned in into this rajawai mudra.

I'll serve you to time you. It is not very painful later on we'll let you massage each other, don't worry. Bring your total inner strength into one pointedness of your being and contact on the gross level, physical level with the universal existence of you my love and that is real you. Nothing on this earth can debar you from your higher self, relate to it creatively and all this pain and pleasure which is happening inside you is your personal story, it is not going only to a moon, it is going to the moon and suns and stars, understand what a huge universe it is. You are making your mind capable to perceive the mind of the whole universe, for that there is no liberation which is without labor there is no freedom which is free. If you want to have a mind who(which) can cater to you, you have to go through it through all these situations, so please don't give in, don't give in an inch. Keep up and do it. It is your self exertion at this mind with the help of a relationship a union, it is a total intercourse with universal mind and the individual mind. This mudra is capable to bring that orgasm.

我会为你服务，为你计时。后面不会很痛，之后我们会让你们互相按摩，别担心。把你全部的内在力量带入你存在的专一专注中，在粗重层面、肉体层面与你那宇宙性的存在接触，我的爱，那才是真正的你。这地球上没有任何东西能把你从你的更高自我中挡开，创造性地与它相连，而你内在发生的所有这些痛苦和快乐都是你个人的故事，它不只是走向一个月亮，它走向月亮、太阳和星辰，去理解这是多么巨大的一个宇宙。你正在让你的心智有能力去感知整个宇宙的心智，为此，没有不费力的解脱，没有免费的解脱，没有白来的自由。如果你想要一个能照顾你的心智，你就必须经历这一切情境走过去，所以请不要屈服，一寸也不要屈服。坚持住，做下去。这是你在这心智上的自我努力，借助一种关系、一种结合，它是与宇宙心智和个体心智的完全交融。这个手印能够带来那种高潮。

Don't worry, don't feel tired I am timing you exactly at eleven minutes you will cross we'll give you three more minutes and you will get to stop. If body doesn't cooperate tell it you got to do it. The breath should be very long, very light and very slow. If the breath can be little hard, heavy and short, pain will be tremendous. The whole key in this game is let your breath be very long, very light and very sophisticatedly slow. Don't let it become hard and heavy and short.

呼吸要非常长、非常轻、非常慢。如果呼吸变得有点硬、有点重、有点短，疼痛就会非常剧烈。这场练习的全部关键，就是让你的呼吸非常长、非常轻、非常精细地慢。别让它变得又硬又重又短。

Now while doing this if you have felt tension in this area over the wrist on this area then your body clearance is not right. May you do not clear yourself correctly. If you have felt tension in this area it means stomach and digestive system is not right. If you have felt tension in this area and this area it means the arteries and the veins have lost some flexibility and if doing so you have a total tension on this area back here. It simply means your food whatever you are eating is not right. It has also an indication to the body in existence and those centers, nerve centers will come into play and give you a lot of pain and there you can use the deductive method and come to a conclusion where is what in the physical. So now just relax and just shake your belly. Shake these muscles you never get to shake them, do you know that?

现在，做这个的时候，如果你在这个区域、手腕上方这个区域感觉到紧张，那说明你身体的清理不到位。也许你没有正确地清理自己。如果你在这个区域感觉到紧张，那意味着胃和消化系统不对。如果你在这个区域和这个区域感觉到紧张，那意味着动脉和静脉失去了一些弹性；如果做的时候你在这个区域、后面这里整体紧张，那简单说就是你吃的东西，不管你在吃什么，都不对。它也对身体在存在中的状态有指示，那些中心、那些神经中心会开始起作用，给你带来很多疼痛，那时你就可以用排除法，得出结论，身体上哪里是什么状况。所以现在放松，就抖动你的肚子。抖动这些肌肉，你从来不会去抖它们，你知道吗？

Man wants to shake the whole world but doesn't want to shake his arms sometime can you believe that?

人想摇动整个世界，却有时候不想摇动自己的手臂，你能相信吗？

I mean to say I understand I have got an anger and anger of a joint, right, there is no fun, it's a big anger. Then get angry on you when you become egocentric. I have a perfect greed, all I want is to be a universal man and never get to my individual level come what may, that's the greatest greed I have got. I don't care for anything else I have got a great attachment that I should not fail in my compassion may fail in my life I don't care. You got to channel this, you can't get out of it it's an absolutely wrong teaching when somebody tells you get out of greed, impossible. You have an earth as a element in your body how can you get out of greed? Channel it, be greedy and so greedy that you get to get God nothing less than that.

你问我为什么？只有我内在的负面力量才能削减我的负面行为，否则老兄，我会发疯，力量就是力量。关键在于引导那股力量。我的意思是，我明白我有一股愤怒，一股关节的愤怒，对吧，那可不是闹着玩的，那是很大的愤怒。然后当你变得自我中心时，我就对你发怒。我有一份完美的贪婪，我想要的只是成为一个宇宙人，无论如何都绝不到达我个人的层面，那是我拥有的最大的贪婪。别的我什么都不在乎，我有一份极大的执迷，那就是我不该在慈悲上失败，我的人生可以失败，我不在乎。你必须引导这个，你无法摆脱它，当有人告诉你摆脱贪婪，那是绝对错误的教导，不可能。你身体里有土这个元素，你怎么可能摆脱贪婪？引导它，去贪婪，贪婪到你要得到神，一点都不能少。

My weakness in me that I cannot overcome the cavities of other people. Just (?) discuss yourself in few minutes you are gone and you can put up a telephone, ring him up and you can be more sweet to him then you can ever be. It is so simple.
