After the class you see me, huh. Life is not living folks, you have been misled by thousands of years, but according to the Yogic philosophy, life is facing the life. Living is given to you by the Pranic energy, nothing you can do about it. Facing the life decides whether you are fulfilled or you are not fulfilled. You face your life, you win, you are fulfilled, you lose, you are unfulfilled. It cannot be decided by richness, money, by your composition and by your projection. This is the secret, which we all know, and this is the only thing which we do not want to do.
课后你来找我，对吧。生活不是活着，人们，你们被误导了几千年，但按瑜伽哲学，生活是面对生活。活着是普拉纳（Prana）能量给你的，你对此无能为力。面对生活决定你是否圆满，还是你不圆满。你面对你的生活，你赢了，你就圆满，你输了，你就不圆满。这不由财富、金钱、你的构成和你的投射决定。这就是那个秘密，我们全都知道，而这正是我们唯一不想做的事。

Life runs on two wheels, pain and pleasure and it's continuous. You know first we have family, then we grow up, then we want to make our own family, then we grow up, we want to make our own wealth, actually, if you really want to look at the bottom of everything, all you want to be independent and self-sufficient, actually you want to be complete, actually you want to be God, so not to put pressure on you to be complete, you have started a thing called religion, that's how religion came.
生活靠两个轮子运转，痛苦和快乐，而且是持续的。你知道，先是我们有家庭，然后我们长大，然后我们想建立自己的家庭，然后我们长大，我们想创造自己的财富，其实，如果你真的想看清一切的最底层，你想要的只是独立和自给自足，其实你想的是完整，其实你想成为神，所以为了不给你压力去变得完整，你发明了一个东西叫宗教，宗教就是这么来的。
We don't want to be God, because we have not found it yet, so let us find it, that is one excuse, the most irresponsible excuse the mankind found is the religion, and through religion, to find God, that absolve you from the responsibility, and religion wants it that way.

If you are an idiot, then you will pay the religion, you cannot counsel yourself, you will pay somebody to counsel you, you cannot do something, you will pay somebody to do something, so we are totally interdependent, nobody is independent, that's why we are all in pain, how to live? If you want to be like me, become a Yogi, develop to be intuitive, you will be in more pain, don't do that. If you don't be a Yogi, and don't be intuitive, you will be emotional wreck, don't do that.

Just to impress people there was nothing in it, I mean it was just, it was a gimmick I used to play, so it is not very good to know, to know everything (Laughs). And this morning when I was under that electromagnetic machine, you know Dr. Soram, has given me this, it's a marvelous thing, I mean, I understand the genuineness of those who invented it, it's very, very highly comforting thing, it is amazing what it does, it doesn't hurt you don't even feel it, but I can feel it, it reproduces the cell, it reorganize the electromagnetic field, it reproduces the energy, it is surprising thing.

I was looking at that, and then I got in to meditation, because I was grateful, there are many people who might be suffering like me, but I am lucky, they don't have that, not only I have the machine, I have the doctor this morning too, no money can buy things, one thing you can buy is, when you give from the heart, live by heart, serve by head, normally you live by head and serve by heart, wont work.

' I said, 'it's the most difficult human character, but if you serve or deal with people with your head and serve them they will be very grateful to you. ' Therefore we have to have develop this thing called intuition.

I was talking to the Khalsa Council yesterday, I gave them a good talk, I came home, and I thought, I say these people are a bunch of crazies, I got, when they were kids I was with them, they got married I was with them, when they fought I was with them, when they had problems, I was with them, when they had troubles, I was with them, did they listen to me, no, did I listen to them, no, why, because I cannot understand their problem, they cannot understand my problem, I am intuitive I know what is coming, they know what is happening, that's why we fall apart.

You not live by the body, you live by the spirit, and you do not live by your Earthly values, you live by the wisdom, you attain. Your evaluation is based on the wisdom you have, your evaluation is not based on the wealth you have, and that's a conflict, and that conflict will destroy you. Your security is not in your wealth, in your health, in your happiness, your security lies in your wisdom, basic fundamental wisdom, and what do you mean by wisdom? Wisdom mean a process, write it down, a process of self involvements to guide our own self, fearlessly and flawlessly, it's a process, you have to develop that process. Somebody said to me,

For me holding that ninety percent, telling ten percent, is as dishonest as dishonest is, but I can't help it. " That is why spiritual teacher always fail, always betrayed, every Christ has a Judith, every Guru Arjan has Jahangir, every Guru Teg Bahadur has Aurangzeb. A conflict of life is between the known, and for the known to know the unknown, and those who know the unknown cannot honestly communicate with the known, it's very amazing story. Somebody came to a spiritual teacher, he sat there, spiritual teacher said,

I already knew, that you are going to see me on Friday, I dint say which one, don't feel guilty about it. For a human to understand everything, is designed in harmony by God is difficult, because there is a God in us, and if we feel we can do anything and everything. There are three powers in the world, God, demigods and semi Gods. Semi Gods are human. But power to grow is to grow, from the known unto unknown, from the unknown into the known, that's the real power, your identity, your personality, your projection will fail you if you do not base your life on pure wisdom. Wisdom has three forms, pure wisdom, emotional wisdom and semi wisdom. Intellectuals, intelligent and wise.

Intellectual make no sense, they only drink coffees, and they talk everything, you believe me, they know everything to talk, intelligent are hustlers they know what to do, they try to do what they can, but mostly they can't achieve, wise people are very silent, they are to the point, they lay it out and get it, but for every wisdom, you want to know tomorrow, as every flight you want to know the weather. You know every Pilot who has to go in the cockpit to fly a plane has to go the weather office first. We start our day, we never measure the weather of our mind, our heart, our soul, we do not what we are, we get up, take a bath, dress up, get going, la, la, la, la...
知识分子毫无意义，他们只喝咖啡，什么都谈，你信我，他们什么都会聊，智力型的人是忙碌奔波的人，他们知道该做什么，他们尽力去做自己能做的，但大多时候成不了，有智慧的人非常沉默，他们直指要点，摆出来就完事，但每一种智慧，你想明天就知道，就像每一趟飞行，你想先知道天气。你知道每个飞行员要进驾驶舱开飞机，都得先去气象室。我们开始一天，从不去测量心智、心、灵魂的天气，我们不知道自己是什么，我们起床、洗澡、穿衣、出门，啦，啦，啦，啦……

Tonight, we are working on the sixth Chakra, it's a meditation on nerve endings, we have seventy-two thousand nerve endings, which are controlled by the secretion of the pituitary. The impulsation is directed by the pineal, it is nurtured by the gland system called thyroid, it is strengthened by the big two boxes in the chest called lungs. Its impulse energy is controlled by the kidneys, its back and forth measurement is controlled by the adrenals, and its perpetual strength is controlled by the sexual glands, this is the relationship in this order.

It's a very simple exercise, but it will freak you out in couple minutes, I am not kidding, it's going to do you in, whether you like it or not, but if you start getting nightmares, while doing this exercise, stick with it.

' The composition of these words are very, very, very powerful, it is extremely healing Mantra, and just put your eyes at the tip of your nose, and whisper like a snake hiss, this Mantra. Power you can enjoy from the hiss of your own Mantra.
