A person who is not responsible to the worldly duties you think he will be responsible to the Godly duties? And what the duties of the God are? To be a decent man, to be a beautiful man, to be a smiling man, to be encouraging man, to be truthful man, to be a man of love, to be a man of service, man who can take pain on himself to lift the others.

And we want to know the meaning of love, what do we mean by love? Love is a confirmed attitude. It is the highest meditation on the part of a man of a complete understanding of the feeling, responsibility and the promotion of another person. How many definitions of love you want? That is love. Love is not the word love. This love word can create God on earth and man who is in love can do everything. Love is a stream of the flow power of God against which nothing can stand. That is love.

Look at the love. Love is this, and this love and this realization can lead a man to the life of paradise, the happiness, the bliss and those people who do not love the gift of God they do not love the God. By keeping this temple of God dirty you project the poverty and insanity of the God whom you belong to. You are not searching God. You are telling to the remaining world that there is no God. Putting dust into your hairs and making your entire beautiful personality to look like funky? You are doing what? You are making fun of God. This is not people, God like people they should do it. You think by wearing torn pants God will come nearer to you because there are ventilators in your pants?

看看这爱。爱就是这个，而这份爱、这份领悟能把一个人带向天堂般的生活、幸福、极乐，而那些不爱神所赐礼物的人，他们不爱神。把神这座庙宇弄得脏兮兮，你就投射出你所归属的那位神的贫穷与疯狂。你不是在寻找神。你是在告诉剩下的世界：没有神。把灰尘弄进头发里，把你整个美丽的人格弄得怪里怪气？你在干什么？你在拿神开玩笑。这不是人该做的，像神一样的人才该做这些。你以为穿上破裤子神就会离你更近，因为你的裤子上有通风口？

I asked a holy man, I said, “You who claim that you are a God you alter the structure of your body? And you claim you are a God? Why the hell you have to shave your beard every morning if you are a real God? Why can't you say giligili go?”

You have to basically understand the concept of cleanliness and it is a western word-cleanliness is a Godliness; to keep the body clean, neat, perfect, unharmed is just to protect the temple of God. Those who do not feel themself to be capable to protect the body, what God realization is expected by them? It’s a simple question.

你必须从根本上理解清洁这个概念，而这是一个西方的词——清洁就是神性；保持身体干净、整洁、完美、不受伤害，就是在保护神这座庙宇。那些觉得自己没能力保护身体的人，还能指望他们有什么神的领悟？这是个简单的问题。

These pores, millions of pores which each pore have a protective hair on it are not made because God has extra needles to do in the holes in your body, they are with a purpose. And they are to be cleaned each day. That is a law of nature, it is not a law of man. Oxygen through these pores go to the first thinnest layer of the body and it is a law. Therefore, you ought to keep these pores clean, when you sweat you have to wash it. You have to comb your hairs to let the circulation come on the top skin of your head. You have to throw few cold water with the hand for the eyes so the lids may get the all electric current and the magnetic field of these muscles may be tuned.

These are the certain essential laws. These are the few must dos for every man who think positive. Clean yourself as beautifully as possible. Live a very clean life. Physically clean, mentally clean and a spiritually clean life. And that is why cleanliness is godliness.

The difficulty is the hatha yogis they become demonstrators. They start showing people how much flexible they are, how can they do. They do not use this flexibility to enter into the kingdom of God. That is where wrong is. We create this flexibility to enter into the kingdom of God, into the kingdom of the father, into kingdom of our Creator and they start showing other people what a beautiful nut I am, just watch. And waste that energy and time here. That’s it, otherwise, there is no problem.

And our first job is to clean this intimate of ours, to decorate it as beautifully, live perfect, and always feel thou and thy are never apart. It is thy grace, it is thy virtue, it is thy mercy. I am what I am. Now meditate on I am.

Take your entire concentration into the tenth house, on tenth gate. You know this tenth gate? When you are a young child this tenth gate has a little, little curtain. That curtain becomes very hard with the dust. Take your entire concentration at this time, this point of your head. Right here and feel I am the glory of God, I am the strength of my fellow beings, I am the symbol of cleanliness, I am the fragrance of truth, I am I am. I am the virtue of the virtues. I am the practical truth. I am vast like air, no, no restriction. I am powerful like ocean, no, no stoppage. I am flexible like liquid, I have no shape, my ultimate reality and shape is my truth.

I am a grace, I am a God, I belong to the God. Whatever I project is the will of God. Whatever I act is the will of God. Whatever I think should be positive, what I should do should be positive, my charm and beauty is the trust of God, my physical body is the greatest gift of the God, therefore I am the son or the daughter of God. God dwells in me, and I dwell in Him.

I am a spark of truth, a beam of light, I am decorating the universe, the creation of my great Creator. I am. I belong to Him and He belongs to me. That there is no release of the soul, when there is no release to the soul there is no question of rebirth. Therefore, there is a balance between life and death. Heavy life will live the life with a load, we are not light. Exactly it is like that man who has a ticket from Los Angeles to a place by air, from there he will have a car, from there he will have a horse and then there is a very tiny mountain path and he has to go. (?) man he can carry anything in the aircraft. Car can be lifted, horses he can have two, three, four behind him but that path where only one man can walk he has to go alone. Very difficult path, only foot to foot, with all the baggage, just imagine.

It’s a huge fifteen thousand feet high, one man on that little one foot or nine inches wide path, is going along with that hill. That is life. And this is a reality. Some will understand this reality when they are eighty-five, ninety-five. Some understand this reality when eight or nine. There are two categories of people who realize the truth. Some realize when the time has passed, some realize when the time has started.

Our every action in our life is to get recognized. Without what I am talking, you can sit down within your own self and you assess your self. Without referring to anybody, sit down calmly sometime and assess yourself. You will recognize that your every action has a basic background and you want to be recognized. Well, there are two ways to get recognized. To create a fun, to make a ugly scene and get recognized. And to make a divine effort and to get recognized. There is an easy way to get recognized and that is the purest way, the highest way.

我们生命中的每一个行为都是为了被认可。不管我说什么，你都可以坐下来，在你自己里面评估自己。不用参照任何人，找个时候安静地坐下来，评估你自己。你会认识到，你的每一个行为都有一个基本背景，你想被认可。那么，被认可有两种方式。制造一场闹剧，搞出一个难看的场面，从而被认可。以及做出神圣的努力，从而被认可。有一种容易的方式被认可，那是最纯粹的方式，最高的方式。

When you accept the will of the universal spirit to flow through you and you dedicate your all action to the universal spirit, then you need not to get recognized, all will come to recognize you. But the first type time is difficult. What I have to do with that life if I live five hundred years, why not to live like Jesus which you will get crucified and then to live forever? After all, if you want a long life, then create environments for long life. Why to give birth to one hundred and sixty eight sons, why not to give one birth to one child and be remembered and be worshipped? That is why, the Shaastra says,

当你接受宇宙之灵的意志流经你，把你的一切行为都奉献给宇宙之灵，那么你不需要被认可，一切都会来认可你。但第一种方式，一开始是艰难的。如果我活五百年，那样的生命对我有什么用，为什么不像耶稣那样活，你会被钉上十字架，然后永远活着？毕竟，如果你想要长寿，那就为长寿创造环境。为什么要生 168 个儿子，为什么不生一个孩子，然后被记住、被敬拜？所以，Shaastra 说，

(?) forgets she has the power, as we all forget that we are the true sons and daughters of God. We are all searching God and sometime I feel (?) where is God. If we are not the true image and the projection of God, ‘(?) Ujiayara,’ if he has not projected light and we are not the beam of his life, then where is God? What we are talking about? Where we are searching?

事实上，女人已经忘记了自己的力量。女人有能力创造出一个孩子，这个孩子不仅能解放她自己或另一个人，还能解放整个世界。（？）忘记了她拥有这力量，就像我们都忘记了我们是神真正的儿女。我们都在寻找神，有时我觉得（？）神在哪里。如果我们不是神真正的形象和投射，“（？）Ujiayara，”如果他没有投射出光，我们不是他生命的束光，那神在哪里？我们在谈论什么？我们在哪里寻找？

Everybody has a (?), a feeling that he should realize God and they feel that can happen without self-realization. God realization is going to come, you mean without self-realization? So long you are subject to your emotional tendencies of behavior in life, devotional concept of life will not come miles near you and this is not I am teaching you, this law has stood the test of time through ages. And man has not to find God, you are not to find God, you are not to realize God, you have to realize that you are the God.

每个人都有一个（？），一种感觉，觉得自己应该证悟神，而且他们觉得那可以在没有自我证悟的情况下发生。神的证悟会到来，你的意思是说不用自我证悟？只要你还受制于你生活中行为上的情绪倾向，生活的虔诚概念就离你十万八千里，这不是我在教你，这条法则已经历经了时代的考验。而且人不必去寻找神，你不必去寻找神，你不必去证悟神，你必须证悟你就是神。

Listen, live one day, get up in the morning from the temporary death, if you take for nine hours, instead of two, three, four hours and take a vow, ‘today till my other temporary death,’ that is your night sleep, I shall act like a God.’ After all, I am not asking you to live hundred years, I am asking you one day and then compare that one day with rest of your life you have lived, and that’s all. You have got nothing more to say and nothing more to learn.

听着，活出一天，早晨从暂时的死亡中起身，如果你花九个小时，而不是两、三、四个小时，并且发一个愿：「今天直到我下一次暂时的死亡」——那就是你夜里的睡眠——「我要像神一样行动。」毕竟，我不是要你活一百年，我是要你活出一天，然后把这一天和你已经度过的余生比一比，就这样。你再没有什么可说的，也再没有什么可学的。

Or take a lantern or a searchlight and go into narrow roads and go into Melrose (?) road and everywhere you want to (?) and search God if you can find it, tell me also, telephone me, I’ll go and see Him too. (?) what to do? God has to be looked after, I (?) Everybody teaches you how to find God, nobody is teaching you how to find yourself. (?) I do not know what is wrong with you. What has happened to everybody? Self-realization and self search has gone away from the daily program. The concept of dealing self on the path of purity has gone away. Everybody wants God, as God is a onion available in the farmer’s market. I do not know what concept is there about God.

或者拿一盏灯笼、一支探照灯，走进狭窄的街道，走进 Melrose（？）路，走进你想去的每一个地方（？），去找神，如果你能找到，也告诉我，打电话给我，我也去看看祂。（？）怎么办？神是要被照看的，我（？）每个人都在教你怎样找到神，没有人在教你怎样找到你自己。（？）我不知道你们出了什么问题。大家都怎么了？自我了悟和自我探寻已经从日常功课里消失了。在纯净之路上处理自己的这个概念已经消失了。每个人都想要神，好像神是农夫市场上能买到的洋葱。我不知道关于神，人们心里到底是什么概念。

Books have been written on God consciousness, realization, situation, methods are being advanced for that, lectures are there, big beautiful hall, my God, unbelievable. Nobody tells you basic truth that you have to realize yourself, God realization will start following you. That God you are searching will say, ‘hey, please, I am God, listen me,’ you say, ‘I have no time, I am listening myself.’ That self is the inner consciousness, that conscience is the truth God in you. That Sat Nam which tells you, don’t do it. You say, “Hey, who are you to tell me not to do it, I am going to do it.” (?) that time will take you up.

Constant fight between the God and the devil in him. Go on finding that God. If all the money in the world can find that God, beautiful. That society will never flourish and that man will never have peace, those who find God outside. That man can never know unhappiness who has to find God within himself and who realize that God is in him.

他心里始终有神与魔的交战。不断去寻找那个神。如果世上所有的钱都能找到那个神，那很好。那个社会永远不会繁荣，那个人也永远不会安宁，那些在外面找神的人。那个人永远不会知道不幸，他必须在自己内在找到神，并且认识到神就在他里面。

Whenever you feel the God is sitting in you, no negativity can come in you. If in this ashram, at this place, governor of California comes and takes a class, can police constable come and start taking search of everybody (?). Can it be physically possible, under any channel of law? Why? Governor hasn’t got a gun, simply he is sitting, he is taking a class.

每当你感觉到神就坐在你里面，任何负面都进不来。如果在这个灵修社区，在这个地方，加州州长来上一堂课，警察能进来搜查每个人吗（？）。在任何法律渠道下，这在物理上可能吗？为什么？州长没有枪，他只是坐在那里，他在上课。

We were sitting in Delhi, some people were being chased for some reason, they ran into our ashram and the policemen stopped outside. We asked them, “What is the matter?”

我们当时坐在德里，有些人因为某种原因被追捕，他们跑进了我们的灵修社区，警察停在外面。我们问他们：“怎么回事？”

He said, “Nothing.” He said, “Nothing.”

“Oh there is something you were coming, running on the street.”

You see in the Indian atmosphere, policeman runs and tell me, “Are you mad? How you are going to?”

你看在印度那种氛围里，警察跑过来对我说：“你疯了吗？你打算怎么办？”

Police has, police is very scared because people hate police because of that slavery, now police my God, you don’t know how they have to behave. (?) a policeman is to have all the (?). They are very scared, you know. Little mistake, policeman is the thief.

警察有，警察非常害怕，因为人们恨警察，就是因为那种奴役，现在警察，我的天，你不知道他们得怎么行事。（？）一个警察得承受所有（？）。他们非常害怕，你知道。出一点小错，警察就成了贼。

He said, “What were you running for? I saw you with my own eyes running around our ashram, what is the matter?”

他说：“你们刚才跑什么？我亲眼看见你们在我们的灵修社区周围跑，怎么回事？”

“Nothing, nothing.”

“没什么，没什么。”

Then I just in the (?) he said, “We know some people have, we want to have them. But now because they have gone into ashram, so, (?). We’ll wait somewhere, if they come out, we do something, otherwise.”

然后我就在（？）他说：“我们知道有些人，我们想抓到他们。但现在因为他们进了灵修社区，所以，（？）。我们会在某个地方等着，如果他们出来，我们就动手，否则。”

“Please tell us, if there are some wrong people, we are ready to (?).”

so, (?). We’ll wait somewhere, if they come out, we do something, otherwise.”

“Please tell us, if there are some wrong people, we are ready to (?).”

“No, no, no, no, we are not to tell you Ji, na, na, na, we don’t want to show the (?), no, no.”

“不，不，不，不，我们不能告诉你，Ji，na，na，na，我们不想暴露（？），不，不。”

They ran away practically. What is that? Because that place has a God realization.

他们几乎是跑掉了。那是什么？因为那个地方有对神的证悟。

Go to Golden Temple, Amritsar. India has sixteen (?) of the army and you know the Sikhs fought with the government (?), on something, so Amritsar was the center. So all those who were wanted by the police, they ran into Golden Temple. All side I saw on those days military regimental, (?) everything and these people are sitting and eating there, he said, “Then when you are going to withdraw my warrants of arrest?”

He said, “When you will come out.”

他说：“等你出来的时候。”

And there is no wall, there is only a line of property that ‘This property belongs to Golden Temple,’ that’s all. And he said, “Hey, are you going to go away?” He said, “Take your hand beyond this line, take it out this much where I can catch you. Then I will tell you. But so long your hand is behind that line, dummy, go on abusing me, I am not, I can’t do anything.” He said, “I cannot enter.”

那里没有墙，只有一条地界，写着“这块地产属于金庙”，仅此而已。他说：“嘿，你是要走开吗？”他说：“把你的手伸过这条线，伸出来这么一点，让我能抓住你。然后我就告诉你。可只要你的手还在那条线后面，笨蛋，你就尽管骂我，我不，我什么也做不了。”他说：“我不能进去。”

And he said, “What are you talking? That is a house of God. There criminal and noncriminal all are alike. And we cannot break that tradition. You understand what is the (?) behind that temple?”

他说：“你在说什么？那是神的殿堂。在那里，罪犯和非罪犯都一样。我们不能打破那个传统。你明白那座庙背后的（？）是什么吗？”

I said, “What?”

我说：“是什么？”

He said, “All the entire Indian population will (?), there will be no police, we will not do anything, it is a dynamite, we don’t want to do anything, they will come out after all, one day, two day, two years, three years, we’ll see. We don’t want to go in.”

他说：“整个印度民众都会（？），就不会有警察了，我们什么都不会做，它是一包炸药，我们不想做任何事，他们终究会出来的，一天，两天，两年，三年，我们等着看。我们不想进去。”

“Why?”
