Managed to have spring, summer, winter, fall, create, recreate and three, three faculties of the God, three faculties of the God to, 'Ek sanaaree ik bhandhaaree ik laa-ay deebaa (r)n' to grow, to give birth, to maintain, sustain and to destroy.

Sometime you are very afraid so and so is dead. In business also destroying is a part of business. If you are in fruit business you can't keep the rotten fruit on the shelves, you have to destroy. But if you sell it, it give you about eleven hundred dollars, so you have to make a choice what you want. We are so commotionally and emotionally in business sense, we don't care what is loss and what is gain, all we care is what we are talking about and one thing we are very disturbed about all the time is that in our business, in our creative business right here, we only do business, today, now, profit and loss. But normally when we do business in the business sense we take care of what is called the business for goodwill. We create the business and we create goodwill. Business cannot flourish right next minute. It's not good business, some business start giving a profit, may be two years, may be ten years, may be six years and we take money either on loan from bank or from relative or friends and we put it together, it's called pool money.

So our life prana is a pool money of our sanskar, our previous lives and we have 'X' amount of prana, that is the pool money and then we start doing living, nurtured, nursed, childhood, parents, some people are lucky to have good rich parents, some are unfortunate, they are poor parents, some people have good environments and some have bad environments, sometime in the middle environments freak out, sometime people get this, people get that. So there are always ups and down in business, there are ups and down in nature, as God is the businessman and the proprietor and the president of this planet earth and so is the Mother Nature is the expansion of it, creativity of it. But ultimately you do not work shallow.
所以，我们生命里的普拉纳（Prana）是我们 sanskar 的公用资金，是我们前世积攒的，我们有一定量的普拉纳，那就是那笔公用资金。然后我们开始过日子——被养育、被照料、度过童年、父母带大。有些人有幸有富裕的好父母，有些人则不幸，父母贫穷；有些人有好环境，有些人有坏环境；有时候环境一般的人反而精神崩溃，有时候人们得到这个，得到那个。所以生意里总有起起伏伏，大自然里也总有起起伏伏，因为神就是这地球上的商人、业主和总裁，而大自然母亲就是它的扩展、它的创造。但归根到底，你不能肤浅地行事。
The value you are unable to get in your life is because you do not concentrate to be expert. You want to become professional, professional is not enough. I have seen so many doctors, so many attorneys when they get to the prime of their life and their career, they freak out, they cannot handle their personal life. They fall apart. You have to not overdo things, not to under do thing. You have to have aim at one thing, don't become rich, don't become happy, don't become expert, become specialist. Specialize your trade of life. Richness will come to you, security will come to you, happiness will come to you. When president Reagan was sick who operated on him? Special doctor. It is the specialty which aimed to be achieved. What you do? Hotchpotch; oh this is beneficial, this is happy, this is good, this I can get, that I can get. You won't get anywhere. Business is a creative sense and key to richness is to be specialized in that what you want to achieve. In the words of Guru Gobind Singh,
你在生活中得不到那份价值，是因为你不专心让自己成为专家。你想变得专业，专业是不够的。我见过那么多医生、那么多律师，当他们到达人生和事业的巅峰时，却精神崩溃，处理不了自己的个人生活。他们垮掉了。你不能做得过头，也不能做得不够。你必须瞄准一件事，不要变得有钱，不要变得快乐，不要变成为专家，要成为行家。专精你人生中的这一行。财富会来到你身边，安全感会来到你身边，快乐会来到你身边。里根总统生病时，是谁给他做的手术？专科医生。要成就的正是那种专精。你在做什么？大杂烩；哦这个有益，这个快乐，这个好，这个我能得到，那个我能得到。你哪儿都到不了。生意是一种创造性的感知，而通往丰盛的钥匙，就是在你想要达成的那件事上专精。用 Guru Gobind Singh 的话说：
'Jab lag Khalsa rehey niaaraa, Tab lag tej dee-o me (n) saaraa. Jab eh ga-eh bipran dee reet Me(n) na karo(n) en kee parteet.'

Niaaraa specialized, Niaara means not separated one. Niaara words come from noor, noor means the light, then you become star of the light. That's what niaraa means, you have to qualify yourself like the evening star everybody looks at it, like the North Pole star. Everybody needs its guidance. Have you seen North Pole star coming down and talking to you, hey please take my guidance, has that happened ever? We do it, we need it, we want to know, we what to know where north is then we want to know where south is, then we want to know where east is, then we want to know where west is. When I see you I see you poor. When I see at your aura, I see you rich.

The greatest problem in your life is in your life business that you do not know how saintly you are, how powerful you are. You do not value your own values. That's the greatest problem you got. Just understand one thing; I have not created you, your parents have not created you, it is the will of God which has created you, it is the will of God which will sustain you and it is the will of God which will take you to go away. Are you going to leave behind goodwill and business or only business? That's the only difference, decision you have to make.
你生命里最大的问题就在你人生的生意里：你不知道自己有多圣洁，多强大。你不珍视你自己的价值。这就是你最大的问题。只要明白一件事：我没有创造你，你的父母没有创造你，是神的意志创造你，是神的意志维系你，也是神的意志带你离开。你打算留下善意和生意，还是只留下生意？这就是唯一的差别，是你要做的决定。
There was a time when Sampuran, where are you hey, Sampuran? But there was one time and Sampuran was so rich, he wanted to buy a huge house and wanted to live and he ask me, I said, "Sampooran this house where you live it has Guru Ram Das temple on the wall of entrance, the artist who made it has gone, we cannot reproduce it. If you sell this house, Baba Siri Chand won't like it," I said, "But you can sell it if you want."

Ask Sampooran when he decided to sell that house he didn't have even money to pay his next employee, everything went under his feet like this. He called me, he said, "What should I do?"

It is not that house, it is not the vibrations. It is that commitment. We who are here, let me tell you the history of America. In the sixties, we Americans revolted; it's a very silent history, but it has to be repeated. Twenty million young Americans revolted against Americans nonsense, twenty million. You say how many people die in this when we Yankees and southern, civil war left nothing, nothing. Twenty million Americans revolted in the sixties. American government is such a gladiator, it took toll of everything. Some backed off, some gave up, some died of OD. I have seen myself dead bodies in New Mexico just frozen to death and nobody even wants to identify them. Young people, beautiful people, people who have assets or what you call them, trusts by their parents millions of dollars dying; nobody cared. Out of whole that revolution, one million people saved themself totally. This society has consumed them back. But some stronger one still continues and out of the strongest came the 3HO. Now you think you are very weak. I don't believe you. You are the steadiest, the strongest who continue that spirit and don't misunderstand, we don't need army and atom bomb to conquer America, not at all, that's not the way. All we need is one man, one woman, one consciousness and one child who can be given values by that mother and by that father, that tomorrow the entire world shall bow to that man.

I shall give all the brightness and all the light till you became the star on the horizon of human self, pure self Khalsa. Then why to corrupt? Little corruption here, little corruption there, little there. I do very funny things, I start playing with you, we used to have sin time, we used to say let us sin, it used to be coca-cola and popcorn, remember and now it is the chocolates and it is everything else. Our list in sinning is getting little bigger than it was originally desired. Idea why we used to sin was that we wanted to get rid of the most biggest sickness in the western civilization, that's the guilt.

In Sikh dharm there is no guilt and one thing I want to let you know. You are all aurically rich, your arc line is perfect, you are physically very poor, some are just millionaire, that's not worth it. If one is a millionaire, he must have twenty millions at least if he is originally would have behaved. And we are a young community, young nation, we started with no capital and now we have all the capital. Now this is how it works.
在锡克正法里没有罪疚感，有一件事我想让你知道。你们在能量圈上都很富有，你们的光环是完美的，你们在物质上却很穷，有些人不过是个百万富翁，那不算什么。如果一个人是百万富翁，他至少该有两千万，如果他一开始就循规蹈矩的话。我们是一个年轻的社群，年轻的国家，我们起步时没有一分资本，现在我们有了全部资本。事情的运作就是这样。
Capital is the creative sense of a person and the creative proposal can get any capital. You all say who will give you the money. You take the proposal, make it viable, make it perfect, go to the bank, bank will love to come after you. First, you are weirdo and bank will look at it, who are you? First you thought perhaps you are Arabian; then they think he will be Iranian, then he think, you are this, you are think, when he go through all that then he will find out you are a Khalsa, then he say, "Well I don't think I have a loan for you." You will be rejected outright and that is your victory. When senses do not willing to accommodate concessions the person who can freak out anybody in sensory situation is always victorious, remember this, this is a law, exploit it as much. When I standout, the moment person stop thinking who is he, I have won already. Now it's a further, it's a matter of negotiation. When you freak out the senses of accommodation of rational and logic in any person you have already won. Because the best defiance is logic, reason and timing and when reason and logic is already gone, timing is already on your side. True. I don't know why you are poor.

Where is Ram Das Singh? I said, "But who you talked to?"

I called their office in San Francisco, I talked to the president, president was not available, there was a vice-president. YB: Yeah, it came. Baba Singh send flowers to somebody, Baba Singh, you send flowers to (?), they didn't deliver it and the party concerned whom they were send called and they said. "Our delivery is out, sometime it will reach you."
YB：是的，它来了。Baba Singh 给某人送了花，Baba Singh，你给（？）送了花，他们没有送到，而收花的那方打电话来说：「我们的递送员出去了，它有时候会送到你那儿。」
I said, "Give me the number."

It was (?) flower shop. I called the lady and she said, "Who is this?"

I said, "I can hold, don't worry."

"What do you want?"

I said, "Nothing, I want to talk to somebody."

I said, "You are very upset, could you give me the owner of the shop."

There came after two, three minutes another lady, it was a telephone call, I said, "I got the flowers send they have not been delivered.'
过了两三分钟，另一位女士接了电话，我说：“我订的花送了，但一直没送到。”
She said, "What is the name?"
她问：“叫什么名字？”
I gave the name, address everything and I said, "Look if with in the hour the flowers are not delivered, I am going to call business (?) bureau, (?) business bureau, I am gone to talk flower shop association of America and I am going to sue you."
我把名字、地址全都给了她，然后我说：“你听着，如果一小时内花还没送到，我就打电话给商业（？）局，商业（？）局，我要联系美国花店协会，我要起诉你。”
She said, "Sir, sir, we are going to deliver it right."
她说：“先生，先生，我们马上就送到。”
I said, "That it, that's what I want, I want to hear that they have to be delivered," and she called up those people and said, "Please don't leave the home, I am sending the flowers, I am willing to duplicate it, I am sorry."

It's called effectiveness in business. This is the business, business is not what you do. Business which does not carry effectiveness, does not carry itself; take this line and write it down on your forehead and hang it a billboard on your house and put it on the roof so that at night you can read it. Business is business and business is to keep busy and to keep busy for, for, for profit. No business is done for emotion, to please your wife or to seek your girlfriend and go in the back of the room and make love. You creeps I know you, stop it, that's corruption. Business house is a altar which has to be pure, sanctified, honest, people must trust you. You are the Sikhs of the Guru, if you give a word live for it, if you can't die for it. We die before we fall; that's the song we conclude our ceremony, remember that. One law of business is you may not be worthy or trustworthy, but your word should be as good as gold. Your word should be as good as...
这就叫生意中的效力。这就是生意，生意不是你在做什么。生意如果不带效力，就撑不住自己；把这句话记下来，写在你的额头上，在你家挂一块广告牌，放到屋顶上，让你晚上都能读到它。生意就是生意，生意就是保持忙碌，为了、为了、为了利润而保持忙碌。没有生意是为情绪做的，不是为讨你妻子欢心，也不是为找你的女朋友，跑到房间后面去亲热。你们这些怪人，我了解你们，停下吧，那是腐败。做生意的场所是一座圣坛，必须纯洁、神圣、诚实，人们必须信任你。你们是古茹的锡克，你给出一个承诺，就要为它而活，若做不到就该为它而死。我们倒下之前先死去；这就是我们结束仪式时唱的那首歌，记住这一点。做生意的一条法则就是：你可能不值得敬重，也不值得信赖，但你的话应该像黄金一样可靠。你的话应该像……

Student: When growth dictates expansion and hiring of additional staff, how best is one take the first step?

YB: Just remember, when you hire somebody you must understand that you are already in a position of management, failure in management is such a drag which you cannot re-compensate. Don't hire and forget to manage, that's the greatest mistake in every business people have done and manage is not that you have to work. Manage is to compute, manage is to remember, compute, do not allow deadline date to make you dead. That's called management. Deliver twenty four hours advance of the deadline, that's the one test of the management. Understand? If you deliver twenty four hours before the deadline, you may not be rewarded, but you will always get business and you always have a thanks.

YB: Guru says don't be attached to riches, but he never say don't be rich. Having money and giving away is saintliness, having no money and giving away nothing is a poverty and such poor is a cursed one. Have and then don't have; that is tyaag, got it? What is the use of that wolf who has lost his teeth who has become vegetarian, huh? Make money and distribute, give for good causes. Glorify the Guru, let everybody know in the world Sikhs are the givers, Sikhs are the honest, Sikhs are the men of word, Sikhs are men of character, Sikhs are the men of commitment, Sikhs knows what grace is. Sikh shall die, but shall never cheat. Add to your adverbs the degrees which Guru is excepted of you and do it so good that your presence may work, you may not have to.

Student: How much do we just open up to allow the Guru to work through us and how much do we have to take command in the situation?

YB: Put Guru in your heart and take command of your head and calculate perfect, eighteen hours a day is not a work at all and one minute a day is not a work at all. It is the intelligence which is the reward, not the commotional nonsense. Work intelligently and consciously, you shall never fail.

There is no need of any insecurity whatsoever. We don't have to be insecure about anything.

But the main problem is now that's why we have the central data bank, that you don't have to go bankrupt and you don't have to do foolish ways the things. So you should be every time consciously aware what is going on, so you can match up.
