Sat，你活着，那就是真相，你病了但你还活着，你健康，你还活着，你个子高你还是活着，你快死了但你快死了却还活着，那是唯一的真相，没有比这更大的真相了，也别想去找。去找真相纯粹是浪费时间，绝对是的，是疯子令人作呕的态度，没必要。真相是，Sat是，Sat。有两个词Sat Nam，我们说它，真相是，你活着，而Nam是，确认你活着，那就别刻薄，别小气，别撒谎，别玩游戏，把那些全停下，Nam的意思是确认。
Why we chant Wahe Guru? We say, God is great and Guru is the one who guided us to that greatness, that's exactly what it means. That means we have to live it. Nam does not mean what I tell you and what you listen? Nam means identify, Nam means noun, noun is the name of person, place or a thing. It is a totality, identity is a totality, identity is a reality, Sat is you are alive and identify.

If you have not learned that my dear friend, God knows where you are going to go.
这就是灵性的全部，这就是宗教的全部，这就是正法的全部，这就是这整个地球的全部，这就是一切追寻的全部。你站在死亡面前，很多人谈勇气，谈是给不了勇气的，只有在死亡面前，我们才能活出它。你在死亡面前开口，你说，我认出神，我是你的，你知道神会说什么吗？朋友，通过，一切正常。如果你还没学会这一点，我亲爱的朋友，神知道你将要往哪里去。

Those who have their own will, they don't trust God's will, those who trust God's will, do not have their will and that's what all these lines mean, Aad sach, Jugad sach, Hai bhee sach, Nanak hosee bhee sach. Because it's a long explanation that in the time, in the beginning Aad, in the beginning Aad Shakti, in the beginning God was true, through the time, through Jugad, through the time God was true.
