You know, I am twenty-two years in United States, in twenty-two years, they wanted a bathroom attached to my meditation room, I did not allow it, I did not want to spend five thousand dollars, period. There is nothing to it. This time, there was Akhand Path at the estate and we did it there. I visited estate after eighteen months, I live in Los Angeles, it's the most decorated house, perfect. Worth a half million dollars. It is a one full bathroom, one half bathroom, never visited there, never went there even to go to bathroom, except there was a purpose. In ashram, there is a room, I think it's a eight by six or something like that, during the day I used to sit there and at night I sleep there.

YB: No, no, meeting the challenge is a good thing. These are all good things, go ahead. Yeah.

YB: Oh, yeah, that only suits you. You are the best example of it, I love you for it. If you don't know the sacrifice then you can't teach the sacrifice, nobody. You should have a PhD in sacrifice.

YB: Doesn't work. Now you all need happiness. Is that true? That's the purpose of life? Right or wrong?

YB: Purpose of life is happiness, purpose to be religious is happiness, purpose tobe graceful is happiness. Everything what we do is based on one thing, happiness. Forget about God and prayers and Synagogues and Temples and Gurdwaras and Banis and Bana and all that stuff. This all is based on one super desire, make me happy. People who are with God, they are very happy, they are neutral, they don't care. The purpose to have intuition is to be happy, you know, know, you know it's a will of God, you can't do anything, just take it as it is.

Yogi Bhajan：人生的目的是快乐，修行的目的是快乐，活得优雅的目的是快乐。我们所做的一切都基于一件事，快乐。忘了神、祈祷、犹太会堂、寺庙、谒师所、《圣言》、灵性装束和所有那些东西吧。这一切都基于一个至高的渴望，让我快乐。跟神在一起的人，他们非常快乐，他们是中性的，什么都不在乎。拥有直觉的目的是快乐，你知道，知道，你知道那是神的意志，你什么都做不了，接受它本来的样子就好。

So what is happiness? You are so much all hanging for it? Mind you, either you can be happy or it can come to you. Happiness has double relationship. Either you go to it or it comes to you. There is nothing in between. Yes dear.

那什么是快乐？你们这么拼命地追求它？听着，要么你快乐，要么快乐来找你。快乐有双重关系。要么你走向它，要么它走向你。中间什么都没有。是的，亲爱的。

YB: Good idea. It's a good idea. You are happy in what?

YB: I am very happy when I am most miserable. Yeah, then there is something to do. I am very happy.

YB: God, I wasted twenty-two years, I have taught you everything about God but not about happiness, what the heck is going on here? I thought you all know. Hey, we are Sikhs, we are Khalsas, we are 3HO, we are Aquarian Age, we are new age, we are, you know, what we are talking about? We are talking about all Piscean stuff. Judeo-Christian stuff, that won't work. Come on, what is happiness, you.

YB: Do what you do. Eat, eat, eat become big, fat, eat sugar, have pimples. Work like me like crazy, have heart attack, I mean, are you crazy? Every action has a reaction, everybody get caught. Huh?

Yogi Bhajan：该干什么就干什么。吃、吃、吃，变得又大又胖，吃糖，长痘痘。像我一样拼命工作，心脏病发作，我是说，你疯了吗？每个行动都有反作用，每个人都会陷进去。嗯？

YB: Happiness is Siri Guru Granth Sahib, what's the big deal? I mean, what are you talking, I mean, are you just making fool of me? Happiness is all the knowledge of the world. Happiness is God Himself, what we are going do that for? I am not asking how, what, define happiness. A key, key to happiness.

Yogi Bhajan：快乐就是《圣格兰特经》，有什么大不了的？我是说，你在说什么，你是在耍我吗？快乐就是世上的一切知识。快乐就是神本身，那我们做那个干什么？我不是在问怎么做、是什么，给快乐下定义。一把钥匙，快乐的钥匙。

YB: Persistence, endurance is, is a kind of good thing, no, no, you don't know. Okay, I know, now I am satisfied you do not know. I have satisfied myself. Write it down, you will forget it. Perpetual, intuitive strategy is the key to happiness. Repeat after me.

Yogi Bhajan：坚持不懈、忍耐是一种好事，不，不，你不知道。好，我知道了，现在我相信你们不知道。我让自己满意了。把它写下来，你们会忘的。恒久的、直觉的策略，就是快乐的钥匙。跟我念。

Students: Perpetual, intuitive strategy is the key to happiness.

YB: It comes from your spirit, your intelligence and your intuition. The three must mix. What did I say?

Yogi Bhajan：它来自你的灵魂、你的智力、你的直觉。这三者必须融在一起。我说了什么？

YB: Huh? Your spirit, your intelligence and your intuition. Happiness is not in sex, in money, in houses, in power, being holy man, being spiritual, being successful, all this totally bullshit, excuse my remarks, it is totally a lie, it doesn't work. If person doesn't have in him this power of perpetual intuitive strategy, person can never ever be happy, doesn't matter who that person is. Some people are very happy when there is a good food, some people are happy with when there is a best of jewelry, some people happy with their own big home, these are only expressions of happiness. They are not the key to happiness. Expression is biological, physiological and mental. That is not productive. Is it confusing? Huh? Don't you have this expression, is your spirit into this? You have that expression? I mean, when you ask somebody, when you say, are you into it, it means otherwise you are asking, 'is your soul into it?' You know, that's what you are asking. My asking question, is that true, your soul is into everything what you do? Do you consult your soul ever?

YB：嗯？你的灵，你的智力，还有你的直觉。快乐不在性里，不在金钱里，不在房子里，不在权力里，不在做圣人里，不在灵性里，不在成功里，这些统统是扯淡，恕我直言，这完全是谎言，它行不通。如果一个人内在没有这种永恒直觉策略的力量，那这个人永远、永远不可能快乐，不管他是谁。有些人有一顿好饭就很快乐，有些人有最好的珠宝就快乐，有些人在自己的大宅子里就快乐，这些只是快乐的表达。它们不是快乐的钥匙。表达是生理的、生理机能的、心智的。那没有生产力。是不是让你糊涂了？嗯？难你没有这种表达吗，你的灵进到里面了吗？你有那种表达吗？我是说，当你问某人，你说，你进到里面了吗，那意思就是你在问：「你的灵魂进到里面了吗？」你知道，你问的就是这个。我问的问题，是真的吗，你做每件事的时候灵魂都进到里面了吗？你到底有没有问过你的灵魂？

You don't have to declare anything, you are not be confused about anything, you don't have to have a duality about anything, the only thing you don't have is that you are not a human, you look human, you are not a woman, you look woman. You are not a man, you just look man, you are not a Sikh, you look Sikh. You fake it, you will make it. I agree but when? God only knows. You know, should I tell you something, you are all woman, five percent of you even have not enjoyed to be a woman. Because nobody has taught you how to enjoy being a woman. You know why? Because nobody is interested. If you start, unfortunately start enjoying being woman then you are not exploitable.

你不需要宣告任何东西，你不必对任何事糊涂，你不必对任何事有二元对立（Pair of the opposite），你唯一缺的就是：你不是人，你只是看起来像人；你不是女人，你只是看起来像女人；你不是男人，你只是看起来像男人；你不是锡克教徒，你只是看起来像锡克教徒。你假装，你就能做到。我同意，但什么时候？神才知道。你知道吗，我跟你说件事吧，你们全是女人，可你们当中百分之五的人连做女人的乐趣都没享受过。为什么？因为没有人对这事感兴趣。你一旦，很不幸地，开始享受做女人，那你就没法被剥削了。

Are you listening? And without your exploitation there is no man. Without exploiting you, man doesn't have an anchor or at least relate to that anchor. That's why a man in his own life changes between seventeen to twenty-seven women, he is not sexually or not sexually who can he relate to. A man in his biological need have seventeen to twenty-seven women he relate to, including his mother. Do you ever know that? Who you are trusting? A man? Now this is a biological necessity. Have you seen people, men who are very thick with their sister or their aunts or their neighbors or their friends or their college mates and you know that? You can't do anything about it. It is called psychic interlock.

你在听吗？而如果没有对你的剥削，就不存在男人。不剥削你，男人就没有一个锚，至少没法跟那个锚发生关系。所以一个男人在他自己的一生里，在 17 到 27 个女人之间换来换去，不管是出于性还是不是因为性，他能跟谁发生关系呢。一个男人在他的生理需要上有 17 到 27 个女人可以发生关系，包括他的母亲。你听说过吗？你在信谁？男人？现在这是生理上的必需。你见过那些人吗，男人跟他的姐妹、姑姨、邻居、朋友或大学同学非常亲密，你知道这个吗？你对此无能为力。它叫心识互锁。

A man to survive needs seventeen to twenty-seven women to interlock in the two and a half cycle of frequency of psyche to keep his neurons in balance. You creatures of sex, you think just sleeping twenty minutes at night, you got all what you can give or have. Sex is the end of a drama of creativity and it's a beginning of a romance. It has nothing to do, adjoining your own identity as a human being or being a woman or being a man. There is no relevance in the two.

一个人要生存下去，需要 17 到 27 个女人在 2 个半小时的心识频率周期里相互交织，才能让他的神经元保持平衡。你们这些性的生物，以为晚上只睡 20 分钟，就得到了你能给出或拥有的一切。性是创造这出戏的终点，也是一段浪漫的开端。它和你作为一个人、作为一个女人或男人的身份，毫不相干。这两者之间没有关联。

I was watching a show today, there is a fundamental cry, hue and cry, lesbian rights are required and the biggest target is the police, police wants to have declare, declare anything you want. You want tomorrow have superhuman, lesbian, you can have gays, you can have mono, homo, domo, man can brand himself anything he wants, doesn't matter. It's emotional channel, you want to swim in, swim in anything you want but will you ever be a human? Purpose of religion is to make a reality in a man to enjoy the reality. Purpose of religion is not that reach God. God is everywhere. God doesn't want you to be reached. What for? God sent you here, what for God needs you for? You are on a vacation from Almighty God, for thirty, forty, sixty, seventy years, whatever the time is. He wants you to experience His Infinity.

我今天看了一个节目，有一种根本性的呐喊，一片喧嚣，说必须有女同性恋的权利，而最大的矛头指向警察，警察想宣布，你想宣布什么就宣布什么。你明天想要超人类，女同性恋，你可以有男同性恋，你可以有一元、同性、多元，男人可以随便给自己贴任何标签，无所谓。那是情绪通道，你想游进去，就游进任何你想游的东西里吧，但你究竟会成为一个真正的人吗？宗教的目的是让人内在生出一个真实，去享受那个真实。宗教的目的不是去到达神。神无处不在。神不想要你去到达祂。为了什么？神把你送到这里，神需要你干什么？你是从全能神那里来度假的，三十年、四十年、六十年、七十年，不管多久。祂想让你去体验祂的无限。

Religion is not what religion is. Religion is to make you understand your own individual identical reality. Identical? If you are a woman, you should be woman. If you are a man, you should be a man. God didn't do anything, God did only thing, created you as a man or a woman, I don't know why, I didn't ask Him and He doesn't know either. He just created it. He creates men for the purposes of men and He creates the woman for the purposes of woman. Answer is, as the sanskars are, so it is. So big deal.

宗教不是人们以为的那个宗教。宗教是为了让你明白你自己那个个体而同一的真实。同一？如果你是女人，你就该是女人。如果你是男人，你就该是男人。神没做什么，神只做了一件事——把你造成为男人或女人，我不知道为什么，我没问过祂，祂也不知道。祂就那样造了。祂为男人的目的造男人，为女人的目的造女人。答案是，sanskar 是什么样，就是什么样。那又怎样。

Are you willing to accept yourself to be a woman? Are you? Have you? First question is, are you? Second question, have you? Answer is no in both cases. You are a woman because you happened to be a woman. Men are men because they happened to be men. It's a very serious situation in life to accept your own identity within you, around you, far you, in your dealing, in your projection, in your thinking, in your planning, in your strategy, in your reality.

你愿意接受自己是个女人吗？你愿意吗？你接受了吗？第一个问题是，你愿意吗？第二个问题是，你接受了吗？两个答案都是不。你是女人，只是因为你碰巧是女人。男人是男人，只是因为他们碰巧是男人。在自己的内在、周围、远方，在你的交往中、在你的投射中、在你的念头里、在你的计划里、在你的策略里、在你的真实里，接受你自己的身份，这是生命中一件极其严肃的事。

I was watching a show that day, these woman fights, they are woman fighters, wrestlers. They wanted to change the switch, I got it by chance, I said, stay here, I want to watch this whole thing. It was two hours a watch which I couldn't believe. Why? It's very exploitable. It's exploitable. I watched that day, a movie show in which there are two men who dressed like such a blonde woman, both of them and they go and they dance, they are now in the movie world. They say, when we were men, nobody cared for us. When we have become this transvestite, everybody likes us. Woman is still exploitable. She sell all soap operas, she sell all the beauty products. Woman is used seventy percent in advertisement just for exploitation. Woman is exploited directly or indirectly every year forty times more than his(her) normal routine life. Eighty percent woman is on sale in one way or the other. Woman is never allowed or left out to her grace and those men who want woman to be graceful, they leave them. Woman doesn't like men also who just want them to be pure and woman do not like the men who just wants a woman, not anything else.

我那天在看一个节目，这些女人打斗，她们是女格斗手、女摔跤手。她们想换台，我碰巧拿到了遥控器，我说，别换，我要把这个看完。一场看下来是两个小时，我简直不敢相信。为什么？因为它太有剥削性了。它是有剥削性的。那天我看了一个电影节目，里面有两个男人打扮成那样的金发女人，两个人都是，然后他们去跳舞，如今他们进了电影圈。他们说，我们当男人的时候，没人搭理我们。等我们变成了这种易装者，人人都喜欢我们。女人，仍然是可以被剥削的。她撑起所有的肥皂剧，她撑起所有的美容产品。女人在广告里被用了百分之七十，就是为了剥削。女人每年被直接或间接剥削的次数，是她正常日常生活的四十倍。百分之八十的女人在以某种方式被出售。女人从来不被允许，或者被放开去活出她的优雅，而那些想让女人优雅的男人，反而离开了她们。女人也不喜欢那种只想要她纯洁的男人，而女人也不喜欢那种只想要一个女人、别的什么都不要的男人。

Normally you see woman saying, "I am a person too."

通常你会看到女人说：“我也是个人啊。”

"Yes honey."

“是的，亲爱的。”

I didn't build your breast with a paint. It's God given gift and that is, you are a woman, you have a breast and you are going to get breast cancer if you don't massage it. Everybody knows it and everybody is sure about it, if you do not massage your breast under a cold shower, you are going to get breast cancer, doesn't matter what. There is no way out. In western world, there is a breast cancer, in India nobody knows it. They have never heard of it even today, 1991, because everybody religiously knows, every woman that she has to massage her breast when she take a bath. Everybody. (?) get a cold water, you know. Dekho they say, a normal physics. (?).

你的乳房不是我拿颜料画上去的。它是神给的礼物，那就是——你是个女人，你有乳房，你要是不按摩它，你就会得乳癌。人人都知道这一点，人人都对此笃定，如果你不在冷水淋浴下按摩自己的乳房，你就会得乳癌，无论如何都躲不掉。没有别的出路。在西方世界，有乳癌，在印度没人知道这回事。他们到今天，1991 年，都还没听说过，因为每个人出于信仰都知道，每个女人洗澡时都得按摩自己的乳房。每个人。（？）弄到冷水，你知道的。Dekho，他们说，一个普通的物理学。（？）。

YB: This is what they do. Their massage is automatic. Do you see what I am doing? They do it all the time. (?), water is damn cold and she is shivering and she is massaging, all the circulation is going there, she is just avoiding a breast cancer. That's all it is. Bath is bath, this is extra. Guru Preet is that true? Have you seen them going through that river Sutlej, those canal? They get into the river, they dip in and just to warm their body, they massage their breast, they are not aware what they are doing but that has become centuries of a ritual.

YB：她们就是这么做的。她们的按摩是自动的。你看到我在做什么吗？她们一直在做。（？），水冷得要命，她一边发抖一边按摩，血液循环全往那儿去，她就是在避开乳癌。就只是这样。洗澡就是洗澡，这是额外的。Guru Preet，这是真的吗？你见过她们走进那条 Sutlej 河、那些水渠吗？她们下到河里，整个人浸进去，为了暖身子，就按摩自己的乳房，她们并不知道自己在做什么，可这已经成了几百年的仪式。

In old times just to motivate people, a woman, a man, religion plays the most important part, then religion started playing a part of politics, then crusade and conquering countries and forcing religion of other people which are conquered and all that, for maintaining territory and all that. Eighty percent wars and killing has been done in the name of religion. Religion (?) not this purpose. Purpose of religion is to give you your own identity and reality. You can't have intuition if you do not have your identity. If man is not man accepted with himself, what intuition can give him? Nothing. If woman is not identify herself to be a woman within herself, there is no, no idea. I was watching this morning, these are my normal habits. Are you doing those? Are you accepting yourself as a woman or a person, whatever you are? Or are you the byproduct of the pressures of the environments? Have you claimed to yourself that you are pure? Doesn't matter you are or you are not. Have you totally trained yourself, mentally, spiritually and personally that you are innocent? If you are not, you don't know, you have nothing to do with God. God is not with crook people. Until you are not innocent, God shall not come through, there is no chance, why should He bother Himself? What are these Churches we are building and Temples we are building and religion we are talking about, what for? What's wrong with us? What is this gimmick? Hey you are not you, then who are you? What are you? Why are you the way you are? You have reason? Go, go live with your reason, be miserable, you will never be happy.

今天早上我一直在观察，这些是我平时的习惯。你在做那些吗？你接受自己是个女人或是一个人，不管你是什么？还是说，你只是环境压力下的副产品？你有没有对自己宣称过，你是纯洁的？不管你到底是不是。你有没有从心智上、灵性上、人格上彻底训练自己，让自己是一个天真无辜的人？如果你不是，你不知道，你就和神毫无关系。神不与狡诈的人同在。只要你还不是天真无辜的，神就不会通过你降临，一点机会都没有，祂何必自找麻烦？我们建的那些教堂、那些庙宇，我们谈论的宗教，都是为了什么？我们哪里出了问题？这套把戏是什么？嘿，你不是你，那你是谁？你是什么？你为什么是现在这个样子？你有你的理由吗？去吧，带着你的理由去过活，去痛苦吧，你永远不会快乐。

You want your own brand. Aspirin is Aspirin. Well, lot of labels.

YB: He does but do you experience Him? His will is to experience Him. He experience you, you experience Him. But it's a one way traffic. Where is the will of God? Huh? Intuition will tell you what is tomorrow, so that you may not fondle around.

YB：他在，但你经验到他了吗？他的意志就是去经验他。他经验你，你经验他。但这是单行道。神的意志在哪里？嗯？直觉会告诉你明天是什么，这样你就不会到处乱摸。

You know, when I do something out of intuition, pure intuition, I don't use anything, people say, "Oh, my God he is brainwashing. This and that."

Will of God is when you are compassionate passionately. When your ego and God's Id, is acting in you, that's the will of God. Your passion and divine compassion. You only as a human being has the property to mix it, no other creature can do. That's why as human you have the experience of will of God and other species don't. Without your passion if there is a compassion, it's not the will of God. It's the surrender. Do you understand? Not a bit.

神的意志是当你带着激情去慈悲。当你的小我和神的本我，在你里面起作用，那就是神的意志。你的激情和神圣的慈悲。只有你作为人，有这种把它俩混在一起的能力，别的生物做不到。所以只有人才能经验到神的意志，其他物种不能。没有你的激情，只有慈悲，那就不是神的意志。那是臣服。你懂吗？一点都没懂。

What's gone wrong today? You are saying yes, yes to everything. Am I serious?

今天怎么了？你们对什么都说是、是。我是认真的吗？

When you are passionate enough, neurotic enough, lunatic enough, crazy enough, stupid enough to follow the compassion to death, that's you have found the will of God. So long you are in your feelings, emotions, fears, strategy, planning, no. Will of God is in the definition of Nanak. Repeat after me. No.

当你足够有激情、足够神经质、足够疯癫、足够狂、足够蠢，能追着慈悲一直到死，那时你就找到了神的意志。只要你还在你的感受、情绪、恐惧、策略、计划里，就不是。神的意志就在Nanak的定义里。跟我念。No。

YB: With what? She locks psychic interlock with her own born son. Have you not seen mother who just follow their son? Forget about husband, forget about the whole world. She can do anything she wants. It's only poor man who doesn't have that capacity. He has to go by numbers.

YB：用什么？她跟自己的亲生儿子锁定了一条心识互锁。你没见过那种母亲吗，儿子走到哪她跟到哪？别提丈夫，别提全世界。女人就是个心识锁。男人只需要 17 到 27。她时时刻刻都准备好。她的容量是无限的。你懂吗，女人的两个半脑都在用。她想做什么都能做到。只有可怜的男人没有那个容量。他只能按数字走。

Men are stupid, they are labor, chinamen. They sweat, they create this façade and image, big macho things, take care of the family, take care, these men are just nothing but God created labor grade 2, that's all.

男人是笨的，他们是劳力，是苦力。他们流汗，他们造出这副门面和形象，什么大男人的东西，养家，照顾，这些人不过是神造的二等劳力，就这么多。

Whenever Bibiji comes into anything, "Well, I am wife of Siri Singh Sahib." That's it. One simple explanation, she is out. If I say, "Well, would you consult Sopurkh, would you consult executive secretary Shakti? Do you understand the budget?"

"You are like a onion. You skin, skin, everything."

「你像个洋葱。你一层一层剥，什么都剥光了。」

I said, "You have the right to know, I have the right to tell you but question is I can't be killed in the process."

You know everybody who calls her among you, she comes out to me, "Well, so and so called me from Phoenix."

When you merge your identity into God, cut out your brand, then God takes care of you and that's the cheapest, the best way to live.

Your pain in life comes from your ego, your happiness comes from your Infinity. When you start living out of your ego, doesn't matter how comfortable you are, you shall be in pain. When you become purity, that's the Khalsa woman means. When you become purity, then you become reality, then you become identity, then you become Infinity, you shall always be happy. It is simplest, it's the shortest cut and it happens for always ever.

When I came to United States, I didn't know the name of boulevard and a freeway and all this stuff. I didn't have one friend, I didn't know anybody. Look at you. You hate me, you love me, you abuse me, you accuse me, you praise me, you pray for me, what's going on? We have become a family, right? All sorts of we are, right? There is no difference, correct? Why do I deserve this? What is special in me?

You can name it compassion, you can name it this, you can name intuitive, you name it I come through, these are all titles to it. But that is not true.

好，今天让我告诉你们，我自己最深处的力量，好让你们能因为这个记住我。我对自己极度、高度、直觉性地审视评判。我不让世上任何东西来评判我。我评判我自己，我评判只为一个目的，那就是：我有没有让另一个人失望？我不在乎自己是否让自己失望，但我评判自己，是为了不辜负另一个人，不管付出什么代价。你可以叫它慈悲，你可以叫它这个，你可以叫它直觉，随便你怎么叫，我都认，这些都是给它贴的标签。但那不是真的。

I use my ego, Ahankar, Ahankar, I have the biggest ego on the planet. No, no, I am not kidding with you guys. I became a yogi because of this. I achieved all these things because of that. I wanted to know, I don't want to fail but ultimately even God blessed me and Guru blessed me, I started becoming a judge of my own self for one purpose, I don't want to do directly, indirectly anything to let down another person, doesn't matter he is right or he is wrong. I shall not judge another person. I shall not dishonor the identity given to another person by that person's God, therefore, my identity, my God shall protect, it's a bargain. You don't want to be let down, you do not let down others. If you cannot see God in all, you cannot see God at all and when you let down somebody, you don't see God, you see a person, so your vision is narrow, you are small. You lost the day. Do you understand that?

I am a living forklift of consciousness. When you let down somebody, when you do not lift them, elevate them. You let down yourself and you don't elevate yourself, you betray your own God within you. That's the biggest sin you commit. You let your identity rot, you let your projections ruin, you goof. You don't see your God in you, how can you see your God in others? If you let down your own self, how can you keep up others? Who you are talking to? I mean, try to understand, sometime talk to yourself, sometime be yourself, identify yourself, assess yourself, judge yourself, be with yourself, relate to yourself.

Yogi Bhajan：低迷就是低迷，let 的意思是放下，让别人低迷，我不。我的博士学位是，戳一下，激发一下，直面一下，再提升一下。我是一台叉车。他们怎么叫来着？叉车？对。我是一台有意识的活叉车。当你让别人低迷，当你不把他们抬起来、不提升他们，你就是让自己低迷，你不提升自己，你就是背叛你内在的神。那是你犯下的最大的罪。你让你的身份烂掉，你让你的投射毁掉，你搞砸了。你看不到你内在的神，你又怎么能看到别人内在的神？如果你连自己都放弃，你又怎么能撑住别人？你在跟谁说话？我是说，试着去理解，有时候跟自己说说话，有时候做你自己，认清你自己，评估你自己，评判你自己，与自己同在，与自己连结。

Do you hate me or love me? It's the most boring day of your life. God, so serious, we come here for a camp, for a fun, to have good, yesterday he was so good, God, what happened to him today?

He walked out of this question, to be not to be. The entire religion of the world based philosophy on to be and not to be. Yam and Niyam. Yam and?

Yogi Bhajan：该做的和不该做的。但到了 Nanak，他说：「就让它如是。」到了 Guru Gobind Singh，他把 Yam 和 Niyam、该做的和不该做的，用来落实「就让它如是」，那是宗教、宗教哲学上的一次转向。

Be a woman, God has no alternative but to come through, be a person, hustle, be a man, hustle, simple as that. Be anything other than a man or be anything other than a woman. Sweat. There is no way out. Just be a man if God made you a man, be a woman, just be a woman. What kind of man, what kind of woman? Pure, purest of the pure, Khalsa. Khalsa exactly means, purest of the pure. It's a double adjective. Khalas means pure, Khalsa means purest of the pure. What's the benefit? Hand of God will takeover, otherwise, work it out, God bless you. Right? Huh?

做一个女人，神没有别的选择，只能通过你来，做一个人，去拼，做一个男人，去拼，就这么简单。做任何不是男人的人，或者做任何不是女人的人。流汗去做。没有别的出路。神把你造成男人，你就做男人，做女人，你就做女人。什么样的男人，什么样的女人？纯洁，纯净中的最纯净，Khalsa。Khalsa 的确切意思就是，纯净中的最纯净。它是双重形容词。Khalas 的意思是纯净，Khalsa 的意思是纯净中的最纯净。好处是什么？神的手会接管，否则，你自己去搞定，愿神保佑你。对吧？嗯？
