YB: Pain is one thing, either it can be mental or physical, that you have not been ever taught to conquer the pain and when you cannot conquer the pain, you give in to pain. After all, what is a disease? Disease causes pain. You give in to the pain, you give in to the disease. You have mental pain because you are sensual and sexual animals, therefore you have mental pains. You give in to mental pain, you fall apart. That's what I meant yesterday.
YB：疼痛是一回事，它要么是心理的，要么是身体的，从来没人教过你怎么去征服疼痛，而你征服不了疼痛的时候，你就向疼痛投降。说到底，疾病是什么？疾病带来疼痛。你向疼痛投降，你就向疾病投降。你有心理上的疼痛，因为你是感官的、性的动物，所以你有心理上的疼痛。你向心理上的疼痛投降，你就垮掉。这就是我昨天说的意思。

YB: You don't care about it, you care about it and you mentally send your white corpuscle cells to eat it up and disease is gone. This is the new trend of healing now. The red corpuscle cells are your life cells and when they get diseased, they start falling apart and white corpuscle cells can go and help them out and if you have a mental power to direct your own white corpuscle cells to heal, you can get out. Simple, they are simple things. Because each day you are going old and your metabolism is getting less and less and your emotions and commotions are eating you up more faster than you can afford it. That's why you have to have a meditative power.
YB：你不在意它，你在意它，你在心里把你的白细胞派过去把它吃掉，疾病就没了。这是现在疗愈的新趋势。红细胞是你的生命细胞，当它们生病时，它们开始瓦解，白细胞可以过去帮它们一把，如果你有心理的力量去指挥你自己的白细胞来疗愈，你就能走出来。很简单，都是很简单的事。因为每一天你都在变老，你的新陈代谢越来越弱，而你的情绪和骚动吃掉你的速度，比你承受得起的要快得多。所以你必须要有冥想性的力量。

YB: Kundalini Yoga is yoga of awareness, that's what we call it. That's the base, that's the base, that's the experience and we take a oath, I am not a woman, I am not a man, I am not a person, I am not myself, I am a teacher. So you act totally uninvolved. It's nothing personal, neither it is impersonal. It is the conscious truth you speak as a Kundalini Yoga teacher. If you don't know how to speak then say nothing, then God will speak for you. But don't mislead and misguide and get involved with anybody.
YB：昆达里尼瑜伽是觉知的瑜伽，我们就是这么叫它的。这就是基础，这就是基础，这就是体验，而我们发一个誓：我不是女人，我不是男人，我不是一个人，我不是我自己，我是一个老师。所以你做事完全不牵涉其中。它不是什么个人的事，也不是非个人的事。它是你作为昆达里尼瑜伽老师在说的有意识的真理。如果你不知道怎么说话，那就什么都别说，那么神会替你说话。但不要误导、不要带错路，不要和任何人牵扯进去。

YB: Well, you are business people or you are street people, or you are junky or you are a politician, matter is, you have to deal with them and you have to make them aware how to proceed and give them the experience and once they get into the experience, they will come along. Today, you may not like to teach this, but what is tomorrow? Tomorrow this is all what you have, you have nothing else. Neither as a German you can survive, nor as French, nor as Americans because mind is being gone, we are all consumed. As a humanity you are living only one-tenth of your mind, what is, what is left in you all, nothing, I don't see a thing.
YB：嗯，你是商人也好，是街头混的也好，是瘾君子也好，是政客也好，关键是，你得跟他们打交道，你得让他们明白该怎么走，给他们那份体验，一旦他们进入那份体验，他们就会跟上来。今天，你可能不喜欢教这个，但明天呢？明天你有的就全是这个，别的什么都没有。你作为德国人活不下去，作为法国人也活不下去，作为美国人也活不下去，因为心智正在消失，我们全都被吞掉了。作为人类，你只活出了你心智的十分之一，你们剩下的是什么，什么都没有，我看不到一样东西。

YB: Because structure is not satisfying to people. Government make people too much rely on them. There is not... like this there is a so much opposition to Peace University, why? It's nothing, you have a good idea. Twice Germany has tried with World War I, World War II, they couldn't win the world, they can win the world with peace. They can win every heart, why not.

YB: Yesterday, when I came to teach class, I saw the most tensed people on the planet I met and I left the class, they were not willing to go home. Tension is going to eat up people anyway. That's where in Kundalini Yoga, you beat the tension with tension and (?) total eternal relaxation.
YB：昨天，我来教课的时候，见到了这个星球上最紧张的一群人，我离开教室的时候，他们还不愿意回家。紧张反正会把人吃掉。所以在昆达里尼瑜伽（Kundalini Yoga）里，你用紧张去打紧张，（？）彻底的永恒放松。

YB: Yesterday we started 7:30, we left at 9:30, that much we have to work. Los Angeles in our class comes model, actors and lot of people, we don't even acknowledge them. You know, never, never, never be proud, this is a great, they come, they pay their money at the door, they take the yoga class, they go, I never said he (?), never have, never will. Normally, you propagate like because so and so is your student, therefore, you are great teacher. Our attitude is our teachings are great, so and so is fortunate enough that he could find it out. You know what I mean? You tell him, so he can repeat it, you are somewhere else.
YB：昨天我们 7:30 开始，9:30 才离开，我们就得下这么大功夫。洛杉矶来上我们课的，有模特、演员，还有很多人，我们连认都不认他们。你知道，永远、永远、永远不要骄傲，这很了不起，他们来了，在门口交了钱，上了瑜伽课，然后走了，我从没说过他（？），从来没有，将来也不会。通常你宣传的时候会说，因为某某某是你的学生，所以你是个了不起的老师。我们的态度是：我们的教导很了不起，某某某够幸运，能发现它。你懂我的意思吗？你告诉他，他就能把它传下去，而你在别的地方。

Student: Yeah, but what I wanted to know is, here think that he could have never practiced Kundalini Yoga and they are very much (?) up and you think they can, if they can really get any benefit from just one weekend of Kundalini Yoga.

YB: We don't have any other place to go to, don't you hear what I am saying? There is no other place anywhere bogus teachers and three thousand year religion has been lying, state has been lying to mankind, mankind will get up and you will see everybody guillotined, don't worry about it. People are sick and tired of paying taxes and obedience to the state, states for what?

Europe is going to become one and Norway doesn't want to or want to and you know, it's going to be one world. It's a problem right now but in the long run where you see? What you see? Nothing. How long they can control their border and talk of nationalism? It's a bogus, how much they talk of religion and make people fight with each other? Oh all these are tools to bifurcate people, it's all going to go. Which country, tell me on this planet, where woman is not raped, how civilized they may be? Which country people are not sick, which people who are not mentally unhappy? The basic problem in every country are the same. Neither church tackles it, nor state tackles it.

I am a rich man of a bank but I do not have account there, you know, that (?) is heard. Somewhere along the line, things will change in next twenty-one years. It has to. You see how relaxed and sit back I am, the way they can go, they are (?) How long the bird can fly, the Earth is round, where they can go, what they are going to find? Everyday find a new teacher, new teaching, new gimmick, new, you know, let them try it, kids are always (?)

Chancellor General, Germany is not in trouble? President Clinton is not in trouble? They all in their personal trouble. Actually, mankind is trying to run to a ground, where they can find their grounds that they don't have to be involved in the pain of their emotions. That's what people are looking. They want to find God through emotions, feelings, (?), through stories, mythology, won't work. Slowly and gradually keep teaching and keep moving. It will be effective. Twenty-five years ago I came, who I know by name? None. I didn't have a unicorn horn here that I am a great teacher. It happened.

YB: It is very important to go into the corporations and teach, it's very important to go to every unhappy man. You must understand what is the problem. Unhappiness is our daily experience and happiness is what we seek and you can develop our energy to be contain and content, we'll be happy. If I have enough energy to deal with my day I will be happy. If I don't I will be unhappy and balancing the energy is what Kundalini Yoga is all about. It's not because I teach Kundalini Yoga, that's why I am saying it. I taught it because I did not find any other way. It's very unusual, we don't initiate anybody, we do not ask anybody to convert.
YB：进入企业去教课非常重要，去到每一个不快乐的人那里非常重要。你必须明白问题是什么。不快乐是我们每天的经历，而快乐是我们所追寻的，你可以发展我们的能量，让它变得有容量、满足，我们就会快乐。如果我有足够的能量去应对我的一天，我就会快乐。如果我没有，我就会不快乐，而平衡能量正是昆达里尼瑜伽（Kundalini Yoga）的全部所在。不是因为我在教昆达里尼瑜伽，我才这么说。我教它，是因为我找不到别的路。它很不寻常，我们不给任何人点化，我们不要求任何人改宗。
You know but still people convert, we don't ask, initiate, still people are very loyal and sincere, because we believe in the identity of the person. We believe God made me, God made everybody and everybody through their God's guidance will come through. That is how we look at it. Yes, there are handicap, cultural, national, religious, personal, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera but everything will shape out.

He is very good actor. Rather so stupid He get into a wise person and try to make him stupid and many time I have told God, no, no, no, screw you, go, go your way, I am not, I am not, this is not right, this is not right. This is ultimately is not good for you, you stupid God, you go (?) leave me in his wise and calm God. Everything, which is created on this planet other than God himself is has two sides and you have to decide that. The God, which is absolute God is never born, never dies. So whatever that God could create is Prakriti.

Prakriti means creation and Prakriti has two sides, God, the stupid Almighty, God the wise Almighty, God the compassionate Almighty, God the cruel Almighty, God the rapist, God is the savior, choose your own God. I chose very forgiving God and everybody tell me I am stupid and I am wrong and I am rot, even just ten minutes ago, they were telling me I am wrong. I hear it all the time. So I chose a God, which is everywhere and which is stupid and wise, whatever, so I forgive Him and He forgives me. We have good deal going. Neither I bother Him, nor He bothers me. But He is not taking me home, I am supposed to live forty-eight years but I am just sixty-six, I am still here.

YB：嘿，dekho，在 Gurmukhi 里，那个词是 Aadmee，你们叫它 Adam，Adam 和 Eve，词就是从那里来的，Adam 的意思是 Aadam，Aadam 的意思是 Aadmee，Adam 的意思是 Aadam，一口气，哦，气息来吧，Aa 的意思是来，dam 的意思是气息，而 Eve 就是我的 Hawa，空气之母。「空气之母，哦，生命的气息来吧」，这就叫 Pavan Guru，它的三位一体才是真正的科学，其余全是假的，生命就只是一口气。来了又走，然后再来，如果不来，你就走了。生命的长度就是一口气。一分钟里，你呼吸 15 次。

'Suni-ai sidh peer sur naath. '

Those who listen become saint and sages and men of miracles.

'Suni-ai Dharat Dhaval aakaas. '
「Suni-ai Dharat Dhaval aakaas。」
why Nanak said,
为什么 Nanak 说，
'Suni-ai sidh peer sur naath. '
「Suni-ai sidh peer sur naath。」
Those who listen become saint and sages and men of miracles.
那些聆听的人成为圣人和智者，成为行奇迹的人。
'Suni-ai Dharat Dhaval aakaas. '
「Suni-ai Dharat Dhaval aakaas。」
Those who listen shall know all the secret of heavens and the Earth by them (?). Have you heard that Japji? That's what it means. There are four pauris on those who listen, there are four pauris those who obey and there are three pauris, how to relate to mother Earth, the planetary prakriti, Kudarat. It explains good thing, bad thing and higher things, angelic things and in the end, it says,
那些聆听的人将知晓天与地的一切秘密（？）。你听过那篇 Japji 吗？就是这个意思。有四小节讲那些聆听的人，有四小节讲那些遵从的人，还有三小节讲如何与大地母亲、行星的原质（Prakirti）、Kudarat 相处。它讲好的东西、坏的东西和更高的东西、天使般的东西，最后它说，
'Kudrat kavan kahaa veechaar, Vaari-aa naa jaavaa ayk vaar, Jo tudh bhaavai saa-ee bhalee kaar bhala apna nirankar. '
「Kudrat kavan kahaa veechaar，Vaari-aa naa jaavaa ayk vaar，Jo tudh bhaavai saa-ee bhalee kaar bhala apna nirankar。」
How can God, I can see, your in play of ecstasy and how can I even explain to myself your greatness. You are the liveth forever, in other words, what he is saying Nanak is, you are just forever keep me alone, please.
我怎么能，我能看见，神啊，你在狂喜的游戏中，我怎么能向自己解释你的伟大。你永远活着，换句话说，Nanak 说的是，你永远活着，就请让我独自待着吧。
