YB: This is the most unconscious thing. Heart pulse sometime you feel. Right? Sometime consciously. Second unconscious thing is our heart is beating, fine. Who cares? Third unconscious thing is our eyes are seeing, our nose is smelling, all five senses we presume they are ours and we are unconscious about it, is that true? Or you have something to add or subtract out of the statement? Hatha yoga pradeepka says man, now I am quoting the scriptures, "Man you are fortunately unfortunate," that's how it says. You are?

God has given you five senses out of five tattvas as gift. It's a gift. You can mess it up, you can keep it and you can have it. We normally get our bad eyesight when we are forty or something, is that true? But people who just always open their eyes in the palms of the hand like this and avoid the first pressure, never get to do that. People who always put cold water and give a cold water shower to their eyes never have problem. People who clean their nose they have never problems. People who take care of their ears they don't have listening problem. People who clean their monkey glands they never go deaf. So there are things to do. It is called conscious care.

In hatha yoga pradeepka it is called Satt Karma. To clean your stomach, take the mucous out, clean your digestive system, then there is a system to purify your blood, there is a system to take care of your ears, eyes and nose, there is a system to take care of your skin, system to take care of your bones, and your muscles. It's all prescribed. You don't have a chance to read, you don't have a chance to know, who cares. But fact is system is there.

With Guru's blessing we did the bhakti and we earned this body, this body is so wonderful, so marvelous, so beautiful, the angels ask for it. Angels have transparent existence. We are the only people who have the opaque appearance. So we have a body, body has senses. What we do not develop is called the super sense or common sense. When five senses give us the feelings and the emotions and they are governed under our Id, now you understand? Five elements of the body give you the feelings and the emotions and the juices run, and you play with that. If all these five senses are examined by your Id, not ego, Id, the basic elementary identity.

Difference between a man and yogi is man can listen to the feeble sound of the soul, a yogi cannot listen to anything except that sound. It's like an alarm, like a fire brigade going. That's why the guidance becomes absolutely intuitive and every person has that capacity.

Now the Nanak religion or reality is Raj Yoga. It's not only yoga. You read any yoga, in that individual is individual. In Raj yoga individual is a union of the polarity. It's not a duality. That's the difference. That's why in Kundalini Yoga was developed so that the married people, the family people, real people, they can also have God's experience like yogi. That's why Baba Sirichand, the elder son of Guru Nanak was given the Guruship of the udasi panth, the detached sect and Guru Angad was given the Guruship.

Now this is all okay, it has no problem. There are four, choutey padd mein mukti paavey. There are four stages of a human and then they are kept secret, they are not very explained in other eight major religions or twenty-two practicing religions or eight thousand sixty-eight full cultured religion which exists in the world today which have all culture and everything, they maybe known or not known, including the African religion, old tribes religion and putting all together you will be shocked, what they know, you don't even touch it. I mean, you see these Hopi Indians and all this doing gunggugnnnnnnnn... You don't understand one word.

You know how the west won these people? They will always attack confrontingly. We never did that. We attacked them always with a guerilla attack and that is what they never understood why. We won that. Though we had better arms, better strategy and everything, face to face we could not have won that. We were not strong enough. But they never understood anything else, how can a man attack and hide at the same time. For them just to hide means you are gone. You are nobody and how can nobody attack somebody? They never understood even today. They are not drunk people. They are drunk looking at you. They can't stand you.

and how can nobody attack somebody? They never understood even today. They are not drunk people. They are drunk looking at you. They can't stand you.

They don't understand how you live on the Earth, land and then you rob the land of its faculty to support you in a natural clean way. They don't understand how you can live in Los Angeles. They really don't. Have you seen their homes here, around this area? They are small tiny homes. But look in between there is a lot of space. In all these pueblos there are very few places where you find they are tucked in. But I was very funny, I met some Indian, I went to his house, he took me to pueblo that was his house, then he said, "Come to my home. "

But what controls, moves, operates and does things is called love. Love is one step beyond, one step higher than Infinity. Arey listen, you have this little temporary love, you know fake love? Your little love it doesn't last more than twenty minutes, or if it is extended it can go to two hours and if you are stretched it out further two and a half hour, which is almost sadhana time. We do not accept this world belongs to God, we do not accept we are owned by God. We do not remember we are created by God. We do not remember we have destination of destiny to reach. All that what love of us within us, love of us within us which is called totality, circle within the circle, love of us within us is forgotten. We don't remember it. Why? Why? We don't have time.

Do you know if you breathe eleven minutes consciously three times a day before twelve O'clock, between twelve and four and after four O'clock, you can never get sick? Have you seen people in India bathing in river, ice-cold water? They dip, they get up, massage their body, they dip get up, massage their body, they dip get up massage their body, okay? Till they don't feel cold. That is the only way you can clean your capillaries. There is no other system.

You know what they say in hydrotherapy? Don't do it, just learn it. They say go under the shower, cold shower and wet your body and massage it. When you can't stand it, get away. Keep on massaging it. When you can afford it, go back again in, massage it, get back again. Third time when you go in you will not care for that cold water. Now blood will circulate all out, take care of it and it is going to take care of you and if you do that once a day, you will have nothing but youthfulness and then when you finish with that, then you take towel and rub your body this way.

And how are you living without knowing it? And why didn't you know it? That is your escape mantra. How you feel? I am starving. What you want to eat? I don't???

You don't have to learn from anybody. Simply some have the courage to say it, some don't and that truth which hurts a person is not worth speaking. Therefore if a person has not, this is also responsibility of a teacher. If the student does not have a caliber and capacity to hear the truth it should be and must be avoided. Because hurt is a hurt, only you have to consciously hurt somebody physically, mentally or spiritually, when you have made that person alert like a mother who goes and grabs the son by force and throw him away because he was just touching a burning hot rod and he could have burnt his hand or a child was just falling to death and she grabs him and throw him on the floor.

Anything done by a teacher to raise the consciousness is very beloved in the eyes of God. But still caution should be there not to hurt. Therefore please understand when you will speak truth you will be very confronting and when you are in love you shall be very angry, I am yet to see a person in love and not angry until you are very classified and confirmed dumb or an idiot because when you are in love and you see something is going to rot, you do everything to do it right and use all your anger but sometime you go silent, that's the worst anger. Then you move the hand of God. That's worst. When love becomes silence, God shakes up. That's the worst curse ever can happen.

Can you imagine? Can you imagine a life, which can't stop? Can you imagine a life social enough where there is not a one person in your life who can stop you and which you cannot cross? Do you understand the emptiness of your life how empty you are? How shallow living is? Have you lived a life and nobody loves you and nobody has that infinite power to stop you and nobody has guts to speak to you, nobody has the courage to confront you?

Today it's a new model car, I say it must be 3HO. That's just two decades. Twenty years. Now you are so many, I remember those days when you were very few, few though you were but I knew seed has set. Fruit is not a distance. Once a seed takes the roots nothing can boot it out. Then I knew; as a good gardener I knew that. I knew the soul has to set on a soil, which is very, very rough, it's a tundra. I knew that. It's frozen. But I took a chance, the sun shines, and once the seed takes the roots, a nation shall be born which will have the entire future to itself. But for that vision I might have fallen apart, I don't know.

You know what this means? When your love life is in trouble if you sing it, it shall be corrected. You know what this means? When you cannot work anymore and you want God to take care of, sing it. God shall do it. God has no option. These are sixteen beats of the naad, in these words, there is not a one combination, which can match it. The permutation of combination of these couplets are so powerful, when somebody sings, everywhere God where God is, listens. Just understand, in this there is no word I. You understand these words? We are the people, people of love, let us people love?

This is a mantra, which is, which is called solah kala sampooran. It has sixteen naads. Sixteen projective beats. It has actually Sat Nam, Sat Nam, Sat Nam, Sat Nam, six times. Seventh time is Wahe Guru. It has no singularity. It has polarity and totality. Polarity is the English part and totality is the mantra part. It is one powerful projection of the nation of the Khalsa and the individual which shall never fail. Negativity, calamity, misfortune and bad luck comes from the devil, the very first sound kills the devil on the spot. Evil has no defense against solah kala sampooran mantra. It is called sixteen-facet complete mantra. Sixteen facet?
