On a carrier you can carry the weight, as a career you can reach it to the destiny.

The subject which I wanted to talk to you today is leadership. Leadership is the most difficult subject of all, leadership requires you lead, and make everybody to follow, to be lead by that leadership of you. That is playing like a team and encouraging everybody, you are all disturbing through this gate to the extent that these eyes, go to that gate who is coming and who is not, lock it and after that don't you open ever, period. You are disturbing the audience for nothing. As children you will not be happy if you do not succeed to be the leaders, because success is a very powerful boredom in itself.

YB: Thank you, you must understand something in life, leadership has a very relevant attitude, leadership is nothing but what Guru Nanak said in the second line, Vand Chako. Share with others, the merits, the qualities, of your life. If you give somebody something to eat somebody's hungry, if you give somebody clothes if somebody's naked, if you give somebody to drink somebody's thirsty, that won't work for a long time, but if you give somebody the merits how to be great that person will remember you forever. Leadership is to become great yourself and make others to be great. It's gradual, it needs self-control, it needs concentration of mind, it needs to figure it out how to not damage.

Challenge is terrible, why you should be challenged! But it's beautiful, when you are challenged it shows your strength and grit. It is the fastest way to grow and be courageous. Nobody has become leader without a challenge, it goes with the territory and no carbon has become diamond without the pressure of crystallization of time and space. Just remember, those who stood well will enjoy very well. Those who stood very well their grounds shall enjoy the grounds very well, these are the laws which shall never change.

As Sikh children you have no choice to be special, but to be special. If you ever want to be hanky panky not only you will fall apart, but as a ordinary children you'll suffer. Simply your advantage is that you are being told and you are being expected and you are required to be special. There's a one word, it's called Niarapan, you should be excellent. And you must excel, therefore you need wisdom not to make wrong decisions, not to mislead people, not to lie to people, don't give them wrong information, don't try to be emotional and commotional and later on you'll have to lick your own spit, don't say those things for which you have to be sorry.

Things come to me. They just pop up around me, Guru Ram Das is great, in the whole world he has a Temple of gold. He excels, I love him, I adore him, I worship him, I am in him, I feel 'Ang Sang Wahe Guru,' it is the experience which I talk to you. Feel that way there are two things to be with Sikhs, and as Sikh children you should have two things with you too. Whether you are right or wrong always feel Guru is with every limb of you.

And it takes only one thing to do, just feel Ang Sang Wahe Guru' Ang Sang Wa-Hey Guru, five things. Ang means the limb, each part of the body is called limb, Sang means with, Wa-Hey Guru, that you know what Wahe Guru means right. Understand, none of you will have pain in life if you follow this formula.

Sang 的意思是「与……同在」，Wa-Hey Guru，你们知道 Wahe Guru, Whaa‑hay Guroo 是什么意思吧。明白，只要你们照着这个公式做，这一生就不会有痛苦。
In my own life I had friends, I don't say I don't have friends, I have friends, but whenever they will do something hanky panky, I'll say, 'I'm not for it. ' I developed a status they will tell me what they are doing and they tell me it is wrong and they tell me they are ashamed to tell me what they are doing, and they also will tell me they are not stopping it and then they tell me if something goes wrong I should cover them. And remember don't hate people those who are wrong, don't hate? People who do wrong, help them, uplift them, serve them, that's what I did and that's how I became leader, they could trust me in their adversity.
在我自己的人生里，我有朋友——我不是说我没有朋友，我有朋友，但每当他们要搞什么鬼把戏，我就会说：「我不掺和。」我树立起一种威信，他们会告诉我他们在干什么，会告诉我那是错的，会告诉我他们羞于告诉我他们在干什么，也会告诉我他们不会停手，然后他们会说，要是出了事，我得替他们兜着。记住，不要恨那些做错事的人，不要恨？做错事的人，去帮他们、提升他们、服务他们，我就是这么做的，我就是这样成了领导者，他们在逆境里能信任我。

YB: First of all I am not going to die in the sense this body will not be there but I will have lot of pictures hanging around so I'm just there, and secondly for lot many years I have always worked through my subtle body, my physical body is just a shell, it carries, when I will die I will merge in all of you, that's what is going to happen, I'll visit you now I visit you at day time then I'll visit you at night, say, 'hi, how are you doing? ' I'll sometime come to the little ones and sing the lullabies, in the morning sometime, 'Hey wait a minute' this is going to happen, you'll get up in the morning and you'll get up late and you'll stare me standing there. "Hi you are late?
