Therefore, the internal and external relaxation and rejoicing, parthahar the contraction and the pranayam the expansion are all that to prepare you for that light when you will be so light, so high then you know all and all shall know you. But you have to develop that caliber.

There is a one shabad by the fifth Guru it is about the Narayan and there is a Narayan meditation we gave and then there is a protection, when you want to protect your family and home there is a shabad, definite, it's a kavach, it will put around God's light around you. And we got both and we wanted to share with you, just in a minute.

YB: This is the basic meditation which means if you are total kangala, kangala you understand, which has no money, no knowledge, no respect, nothing, in total, in absolutely nothing, it gives that person absolute majesty. Oh there is a story very simple I'll not mention the name. There was a man on duty as an officer he was forced to leave and go and situation came and there was about six feet wall which was to jump across and there was a blast of fire coming, blast of fire, but at the command order the entire unit jumped across the wall in the blast of fire, went and seized the post. The mother at that time visualized at miles away and distance that what the son is going through. And also the wife realized what the husband is going through. Mother and wife both sat down and sang this song. There was causalities, there were injuries but that person for whom it was done didn't have a scratch.

哦，有个故事很简单，我不提名字。有个人当军官执勤，被迫撤离，情况来了，有一道大约六英尺高的墙要跳过去，还有炮火轰来，炮火轰来，但一声令下，整个部队在炮火中跳过了墙，冲上去夺下了阵地。母亲在那一刻，在几英里之外，观想到儿子正在经历什么。妻子也意识到丈夫正在经历什么。母亲和妻子都坐下来，唱了这首歌。有伤亡，有受伤，但那个为之而做的人，连一道划痕都没有。

It's not a miracle, it's a simple confirmation of the fact, in the beginning there was a word, word was with God and word was God. And when the projection of such a protection goes out, manmade things don't hamper or harm or do thing.

这不是奇迹，这只是对事实的简单确认：起初有道，道与神同在，道就是神。当这样一份保护的投射发出去时，人造的东西就无法阻碍、伤害或做什么。
