And it's very funny to come to United States and find out, it's very painful also find out blonde hair, beautiful blue eyes and innocent faces and cars and wall-to-wall carpet and pretty people who can tan their color and go to Hawaii and who can eat as many hamburger they want. And steak and what not? Because eating vegetables means you are a rabbit.

In a simple psychology it is called temperamental insanity and people who are temperamental cannot be happy, cannot be. There is a way to get out of it, way is through subconscious, through dreams, through daylight dreams, night dreams, talking, emotional, commotional, traumic behavior and temperamental personality, this all is a way to give you life to keep you alive and the other way is to go through a meditation and dust it out. But if there are something heavy load then go through tantric yoga and clean it off. That's why these two yogas are.

Meditation is a part of Kundalini yoga which we teach is to dust off and keep it clean, but if they are very heavy and we understand they are heavy and they can't be cleaned out then it's not a individual capacity so it is through regular service, then push it through. And three sets of tantric yoga, nine exercises in couple hours if you can have one minute of that meditative capacity through the tantric yoga it means that you have a ten years of meditative trail, I mean if whatever you earn through ten years of meditative capacity through one minute you can clean that out. One is just light duty service, other is heavy duty service.

It's very simple, whenever you ever start meditating and you close your eyes, simply in any posture, I don't care whether if you sit ever on a chair put equal weight on both feet but normally we should not sit on a chair if we want to meditate because actually the idea to meditate is to cut down circulation from the lower part of the body. And save the circulation of the blood and let it go through the brain because brain becomes much, much more activated and requires lot more blood and lot more consumption of sugar, that's why brain has its own circulatory power than the heart. It has own system also. So that's why we sit not that I can't buy a chair, don't misunderstand.

You might be thinking because I come from another, another country or another civilization and I don't know what a chair is, so I sit and you are the only kangaroos who know how to sit in a chair. That's nothing to do with meditation. Meditation and chair do not go together, we normally tolerate you on chair because we know that you have stiff knees and terrible pelvic area and you can't sit that way. Therefore out of compassion and for the need of dollars we tolerate.

It's all right I buy that. There is no problem, you know everything goes in love and war. They are in love with meditation therefore they can do anything.
