And if you think too much of the Earth you will never have anything to redeem yourself. People are unfortunate I am using the word unfortunate, which I never used in classes normally. Who judge others? There are some people who are so sick they want everybody to be perfect. Guru has said very simple things, Nirvair, nirvair one should not take revenge.

如果你太多想大地，你就永远没有任何东西能救赎自己。有些人很不幸——我用“不幸”这个词，平时我在课上从不用它。是谁在评判别人？有些人病得太重，他们希望每个人都完美。Guru 说过很简单的话：Nirvair，Nirvair，人不该报复。

Nirvair, revengeless, taking revenge with somebody is actually a vengeance against your consciousness because you are judging something which God created and you are causing a standard which is your standard which may not be God standard. And with all your standard and all your judgment tomorrow you may not get up even, then what a big deal you are? What a big wheel you are? Who you are? Compassion is the passion of the soul and work gives dignity to the soul and sacrifice gives divinity to the soul and humor, not black humor, white humor.

Nirvair，不报复。向某人报复，其实是对你自己意识的一种报复，因为你在评判神所创造的东西，你在立一个标准，那是你的标准，未必是神的标准。凭你所有的标准和所有的评判，明天你可能连床都起不来，那你又算多大回事？你算多大的人物？你是谁？慈悲是灵魂的热情，工作给灵魂尊严，牺牲给灵魂神性，还有幽默——不是黑色幽默，是白色幽默。

Black humor is the devil's language, sick people do it who are corrupt in their soul, it's a soul corruption. I know what a black humor is. Black humor is an indirect curse, which you want do it, I am talking of a white humor. White humor is just like a flower opens up that open give you the opening, it gives the opening to your soul and communication with somebody else. Relevance of life is always comparison of you with your surroundings. It is my situation which I have observed in 3HO anybody who has come to 3HO has come for God anybody who has left 3HO has left because he or she could not handle the sexual problem. In other words they couldn't their animal.

I am yet to see a single person leaving 3HO for directly or indirectly any other purpose. Now basically the way of life we have is a very committed life, committed life is a very intelligent life, because you cannot commit without intelligence. And when you are intelligent and you will command your mind to obey and you will not make your mind to command you. You have absolutely no value, you are two legged most foolish animal if you are governed by your mind. You are supposed to govern your own mind, mind has been given to you to give you pros and con you are there to decide.

you are governed by your mind. You are supposed to govern your own mind, mind has been given to you to give you pros and con you are there to decide.

And without commitment there is no intelligence and intelligence means you are very committed and when you are asked to challenged to live a committed life and if you are not intelligent you can't live it, you have to leave at one stage or the other. Because law is simple where there is a dharma there is no karma, where there is karma there is no dharma they both won't live in the same place. Where shall be light there shall be no darkness, where there is a darkness there is actually no light. Commitment is the essence of the soul and committed person is the only one who can be happy.

没有投入就没有智力，智力意味着你非常投入，当你被要求、被挑战去过一种投入的生活，如果你没有智力，你就过不了，你迟早得离开。因为法则很简单：有正法的地方就没有业力，有业力的地方就没有正法，两者不会住在同一个地方。有光的地方就没有黑暗，有黑暗的地方其实就没有光。投入是灵魂的本质，只有投入的人才能快乐。

where there is a darkness there is actually no light. Commitment is the essence of the soul and committed person is the only one who can be happy.

What is happiness? What is a happiness? It's the polarity of the commitment. Oh I said it I have done it wow I could do it, that's all it is about. People do not understand what 3HO offers you is you don't even understand, 3HO offers you a constant counseling, constant direction, constant help, it tolerates you constantly because it's a very compassionate commitment. With all your compassion in you when you cannot commit it means you have no compassion at all for your soul.

Some people ask me, "Well I can't do sadhana" I am very doubtful for those people. Because when you say I cannot do sadhana you must be doing something Earth.

I was talking to Sat Narayan, I said, "Sat Narayan, don't eat after 4 O'clock and don't watch Television, the first thing which do is to come to sadhana. "

There are ways and there are ways for the ways. But is there any substitute for sadhana, I tell you today, no. With twenty-four years learning yoga under the very great aspect of very great people and then now I am forty-eight for equal of that hard time I have taught it also, but still I don't miss my sadhana, I don't. With all the work pressure on me and anything you want to do because I honestly and sincerely say to myself it was for sadhana I am what I am and if I am I am how can I abandon my sadhana.

方法有方法，方法的方法也有方法。但萨达那有没有替代品，我今天告诉你，没有。24 年跟着非常伟大的人、在非常伟大的面向下学习瑜伽，然后到现在我 48 岁，同样长的时间我也在教它，但我仍然不错过我的萨达那，我不错过。不管我身上有多大的工作压力，不管你想做什么，因为我诚实而真诚地对自己说，是因为萨达那，我才是现在的我，如果我还在，我怎么能抛弃我的萨达那。

Sadhana is something, which will build you up, and sadhana is something which regive you your soul, sadhana is something which will make you towards God, otherwise you are a dumb you are not intelligent. Intelligence is commitment and commitment is when everybody is sleeping you rise. When everybody talk about Earth you talk about God because God created the Earth. You want good luck good luck will come to you from here. And who created this good luck? You want good luck, God is good so when you relate to the good you will have good luck. It is the beginning of the good luck when you relate to the God. It is bad luck when you withdraw from it.

萨达那是会把你建立起来的东西，萨达那是会把你的灵魂还给你的东西，萨达那是会让你走向神的东西，否则你就是个哑巴，你不聪明。智力就是承诺，承诺就是当所有人都在睡觉时你起身。当所有人都在谈论尘世时你谈论神，因为是神创造了尘世。你想要好运，好运就会从这里来到你身上。谁创造了这份好运？你想要好运，神是好的，所以当你与善相连，你就会有好运。当你与神相连，那就是好运的开始。当你从中抽离，那就是厄运。

relate to the good you will have good luck. It is the beginning of the good luck when you relate to the God. It is bad luck when you withdraw from it.

There is no reason my friend to misunderstand yourself human life is a gift to you I said to you yesterday and I say it today you have no right to die you think, but that is the only right you have. Life is given to you for X period of breath, life is given to everybody by breath and death comes to you four times you can spare yourself these are called interval asking fifth time you have to leave. Therefore you can use those four times any time and can die. You can take a revolver put it on your temple and press the trigger you shall not live. But when you have to die you want to live, you shall not live either. But you are not alive if you are not living a committed life.

我的朋友，你没有任何理由误解自己，人的生命是一份礼物，我昨天对你说过，今天还要对你说，你没有权利去死，你以为有，但那是你唯一拥有的权利。生命被赐予你，让你呼吸 X 段时间，生命是借着呼吸赐给每个人的，而死亡会来找你四次，你可以让自己避开这四次，这叫做间隔，到了第五次，你就必须离开。所以你可以随时用掉那四次，然后死去。你可以拿一把左轮手枪，顶在太阳穴上，扣下扳机，你就活不成了。可是当你该死的时候，你想活，你也活不成。但如果你没有活出一种有承诺的生活，你就没有真正活着。

Without the spiritual teacher who give you the formula you are in darkness, now Guru is one who tells you the truth, but question is are you listening, you are not listening that's why the spiritual teacher, spiritual teacher is one who makes your direction he tells you every time, look hey get up, hey do sadhana, hey live righteous, hey don't become too much with Earth, and think of ether. Somebody has to tell you what you should have told your mind that's what in Anand sahib,

没有灵性老师给你公式，你就在黑暗里，Guru 就是告诉你真相的人，但问题是你在聆听吗，你没有在聆听，所以才有灵性老师，灵性老师就是为你指明方向的人，他每一次都告诉你，喂，起来，喂，去做萨达那，喂，活得正直，喂，不要跟大地缠得太深，要想着以太。总得有人告诉你，那些你本该告诉你自己心智的话，这就是《极乐颂》里说的，

You talk to your mind, you talk to your consciousness have you ever cared to talk to your consciousness? My consciousness where I am going what I am doing? What I am building here? Empire? Will it go with me? No, it won't. If I would have been selfish I would have thought I bought this property, it got paid now, I can sell it I put in five thousand dollars down payment then it got totally paid up now I have paid it up now it has gone three times in value I should sell it make profit of it, right? No, I am not going to go to God I called it (?)

你跟你的心智说话，你跟你的意识说话，你有没有曾经用心跟你的意识说过话？我的意识啊，我要去哪里，我在做什么？我在这里建造什么？帝国吗？它会跟我走吗？不会，它不会。如果我自私，我就会想，我买下了这块地产，贷款已经还清了，现在我可以卖掉它，我付了五千美元首付，后来全部还清了，现在我已经还清了，它的价值已经涨了三倍，我应该卖掉它，从中赚一笔，对吧？不，我不会去神那里，我把它叫做（？）

Guru Ram Dasey I bought in the name of Guru Ram Das I was a title holder that's true, I was a title holder on the earthly level I was the owner and we bought it very cheap too. It has gone too much in price I could have made out of it about fifty thousand dollars, no, it is house of Guru Ram Das and it shall remain house of Guru Ram Das therefore it must go to the Sikh Dharma, gave it. It belongs to all of you, fifty thousand dollar would not have hurt me at all, lot of money, lot, isn't it? But fifty thousand dollars would not even turn me towards God and my consciousness does not allow this way.

Guru Ram Dasey 我是以 Guru Ram Das 的名义买下的，我确实是个挂名的人，在世俗层面上我是个挂名的所有者，而且我们买得也很便宜。它的价格已经涨了很多，我本可以从中赚到大约五万美元，不，它是 Guru Ram Das 的房子，它就该一直是 Guru Ram Das 的房子，所以它必须归给 Sikh Dharma，就交出去了。它属于你们所有人，五万美元对我根本不算什么，很多钱，很多，不是吗？但五万美元甚至不会让我转向神，我的意识也不允许这样。

Forget them. No, I couldn't. And that is also very grateful of my wife who also signed the paper along with me, she couldn't say you go to hell you are God's man I am not I want my share.

You have to live to certain values and you have to have certain values and you have to think there are certain values. Similarly we bought the ashram I am telling you certain practical thing, which happened.

I was to pay eleven thousand dollars I went out checked out, collected every penny, took money from friends did the whole thing gave eleven thousand dollars. Next month payment was to come, where were those ten dollars people, nobody, nobody. On one hand I had to return the loan which I took from people on the other hand I had to give the payment on the other hand there was an expense of twenty thousand dollars on it to redecorate it and redo it and there was so self one's own self.

我本该付一万一千美元，我出去查了查，把每一分钱都凑齐，从朋友那里拿钱，整套都做了，付了一万一千美元。下个月该付款了，那十美元的人在哪儿，没人，没人。一方面我得还我从别人那里借来的贷款，另一方面我得付款，再一方面还有两万美元的开销，用来重新装修、重新做，还有那么多自己，自己的自己。

Kirth kar, work for Dharam, righteousness is a Dharma, sadhana is a Dharma doing a good work is a Dharma, building a good establishment this is a Dharam purush, he is a man of religion, he will not cheat you, he will not do bad job he will communicate, he will be affectionate, this all tells the story of the divine people. This is the story of divine beings, divine beings are not manufactured in heavens they are manufactured here.

Kirth kar，为正法而工作，正直就是正法，萨达那就是正法，做一件好事就是正法，建立一个好的基业，这就是一个正法之人，他是一个有宗教的人，他不会骗你，他不会干坏事，他会沟通，他会充满深情，这一切都在讲述神圣之人的故事。这是神圣生命的故事，神圣的生命不是在天堂里制造出来的，他们是在这里制造出来的。

Juga Jugathar Kayika, from time immemorial to time immemorial you all eat what God gives you. Hukumi Hukum Chalaye Raah, with His will the whole thing is all planned then why your things don't happen? Because sometime your planning does not fit into God's planning. You know I wanted to get a house built there as summer solstice sadhana, our people had lot of work, I tried left and right, nothing worked, you know everybody is busy. I went today my friend Alderman I'll put a house there, fine. It doesn't make any different it is not in the feeling in the mind it couldn't happen it will take time.

Juga Jugathar Kayika，从永恒到永恒，你们吃的都是神给你们的。Hukumi Hukum Chalaye Raah，一切都在祂的意志里安排好了，那为什么你的事情不成？因为有时候你的计划不合神的计划。你知道我想在那儿盖一座房子，作为夏至萨达那用，我们的人有很多活儿，我左试右试，什么都不成，你知道每个人都忙。我今天去找我的朋友 Alderman，我要在那儿盖座房子，行。这没什么两样，它不在感觉里，不在心智里，它成不了，得花时间。

Drive him every time, his condition is he wants to be among us, he is a guest, he is an elderly man. All got solved, when our people will have the time then we'll have long time we built it. Nothing can stop anything, sometime your plan does not work, it is not supposed to work. I went there and saw the community I saw that the very living there, I tell you that up there living is so enchanting and charming you can't even believe it.

我们收到一封信，说有一位非常特别的客人要来，吧啦吧啦，把他安置在哪儿呢，如果他想住在萨达那，如果他想看看我们在夏至都做些什么，我们该怎么办？每次都开车送他吗，他的条件是他想待在我们中间，他是客人，他是位上了年纪的人。一切全解决了，等我们的人有时间了，我们就有的是时间把它盖起来。什么都挡不住什么，有时候你的计划不成，它本来就不该成。我去那儿看了那个社区，我看到住在那里的人，我告诉你，住在那上面太迷人了、太有魅力了，你简直不敢相信。
