得到答案了吗？你们真的明白我说了什么吗？每一百个人里，九十个人要么腐败又困惑，要么困惑所以腐败。而那十个人，我们管他们叫官方的腮腺炎。你知道这种腮腺炎，它们会肿起来，这些……

Students: Mumps.

学生：腮腺炎。

YB: These are called mumps.

YB：这些就叫腮腺炎。

Student: Yeah.

学生：对。

YB: They, when they swell up, to a male, when he's adult, he becomes impotent. Per se and there's no treatment for it. So, officially in the scripture they are called mumps. In the medical science there maybe some different name for them.

YB：它们肿起来的时候，对男性来说，成年男性，就会变得 impotent。本身如此，而且没得治。所以，经典里正式管它们叫腮腺炎。医学上也许有别的名字。

Student: (------)

YB: Now, in this world of ours, spiritual strength gives you power of communication. Spiritual strength gives you power of communication and give you positive power of communication. And if you are creative, you are positive. If you are non-creative, then you are negative. One, if a person is obnoxious in communication, obnoxious, that does not mean that, that person is obnoxious to you. The fact is, that person has no self-respect.

YB：现在，在我们这个世界里，灵性力量给你沟通的能力。灵性力量给你沟通的能力，给你正向的沟通能力。如果你有创造力，你就是正向的。如果你没有创造力，你就是负向的。第一，如果一个人沟通时令人厌恶，令人厌恶，那并不意味着那个人对你令人厌恶。事实是，那个人没有自尊。

Obnoxiousness in communication is a symptom of the disease, what is called as self-insult. And majority of the people are very self-insulting, therefore, they want to talk to you in a very obnoxious language and shall use words to provoke you. In the sense, either you should beat them up, throw them out, or abuse them at least. The least favor you can do is to abuse them. And you will ask, 'why people want that?' And nobody can commit a mistake. Most of the people commit mistakes intentionally.

沟通中的令人厌恶，是这种病的症状，叫做自我侮辱。大多数人都在严重地自我侮辱，因此，他们想用非常令人厌恶的语言跟你说话，会用话来激怒你。意思是，要么你该揍他们一顿，把他们扔出去，要么至少骂他们一顿。你能给的最小的恩惠，就是骂他们一顿。你会问，「为什么人们想要那样？」没有人会犯错。大多数人是有意犯错的。

I tell you the category of this intentional mistake committers. They will commit a mistake and they will let you know there is a mistake. So, what you can do, yell and scream at them? Yeah, this is what they want. There are over million process a man uses and there are about ten million processes, which a woman uses to draw attention. And there is not a single exception.

我告诉你这类故意犯错的人是什么路数。他们会犯个错，然后让你知道那儿有个错。那你能怎么办，冲他们大喊大叫？对，这正是他们想要的。一个男人用来吸引注意力的手段超过一百万种，而一个女人用来吸引注意力的手段大约有一千万种。而且没有一个例外。

Now, if you want to know the nature of a person, you can know the nature of a person from signature. Signature can tell you everything. You know the person who sign like that (?), that means, 'go to hell, I am, I am.'

现在，如果你想了解一个人的本性，你可以从签名看出一个人的本性。签名能告诉你一切。你知道那种这样签名的人（？），那意思是，「去死吧，我，我。」

There are people who write down and they dot their signatures, they mean, 'if you listen to me, fine, other, get into the cannon mouth and be fired.' There are people, who will not worry what they are writing, they'll put one line, cut through and that is, they will never cut T T (?) F E, it looks like couple lines and you make it up what the hell it means.

有些人写完名字还要在签名上点点，他们的意思是，「你听我的，行，不然，就钻进炮口里被轰出去吧。」还有些人，根本不在乎自己写的是什么，划一道线，穿过去，那就是，他们永远不会把 T T（？）F E 划断，看起来就像几道线，你自己去猜那到底是什么意思。

That means, 'listen to me, look to me and understand me; otherwise, you are a piece of so and so.' Those kind of people. Then there are people who will sign like H A R N A M S I N G H. That means, 'I am good for nothing.'

那意思是，「听我的，看着我，理解我；不然，你什么都不是。」就是这种人。还有些人签名像 H A R N A M S I N G H。那意思是，「我一无是处。」

(Students laugh)

And there are people who sign like (?) and you cannot make any word out of it, it look like few couple circles. Those are the people who say, 'whether I am confused and I am not, accept it.' There are signature, which are called executive type. That nature means, 'no, no fault of me, you are always at fault.' There are signature, which are explanatory type. That means, 'come and beg out of me, I'll let you know, otherwise, go to hell.'

还有些人签名像（？），你根本认不出任何字，看起来就是几个圈。这种人说的是，「不管我困惑还是不困惑，接受吧。」有一种签名，叫主管型。那种本性意味着，「不，不，不是我的错，永远是你的错。」有一种签名，叫解释型。那意思是，「来求我吧，我会告诉你的，不然，去死吧。」

Signature, just that one line, where you sign your name, tell A to Z, everything of you. There's nothing you can avoid there. And signature is one thing, which changes. And it, they are very peculiar nature of a person. And every man is a byproduct (?) nature. So, you are dealing with a standard person and you are communicating with a standard person, but there is no standard person. There is a category of nature, which that person represent. Category, you are dealing with a category.

签名，就那一行，你写下自己名字的地方，把你从 A 到 Z 的一切都说了出来。在那儿你什么都藏不住。而签名是唯一会变的东西。它，它们是一个人非常独特的本性。而每个人都是本性的副产品（？）。所以，你在跟一个标准的人打交道，你在跟一个标准的人沟通，但根本不存在标准的人。存在的是那个人所代表的一类本性。类别，你打交道的是一类。

Now, in a human body, the man is a cow, you are dealing with a cow. He's a fox, then you are dealing with a fox. Then he's a bull. Majority of the people, deal with you on the very perfect nature of their previous animal incarnation, majority. Ninety-nine point recurring percent, the nature of the person is still the previous incarnation animal nature. What did I say? Ninety-nine point nine recurring percent. Now that point recurring percent is those people, who have previous incarnation as a human being and acknowledged human being. Now, their words will be like that,

现在，在人的身体里，这个人是一头牛，你面对的就是一头牛。他是一只狐狸，那你面对的就是一只狐狸。然后他是一头公牛。大多数人，都是以他们前一世动物化身的那个完美本性来跟你打交道，大多数人。百分之九十九点九九循环，这个人的本性仍然是前一世动物的本性。我说了什么？百分之九十九点九九循环。而那零点零零循环的那部分人，是那些前一世就是人、并且承认自己是人的人。那么，他们的话就会是这样的，

'Hemakund hai jaha taha.'

「Hemakund hai jaha taha。」

'Where the Hemakund was, I was there rishi, I did this, I did...'

「Hemakund 在哪里，我就在那里，我是见者（Rishi），我做过这个，我做过……」

And you look at them at that time they are funny.

而你在那个时候看着他们，他们很可笑。

I definitely know, when Guru Gobind Singh used to talk about himself and all that. Majority of the people who used to run their Mala, they used to look at him and laugh.

我确实知道，当 Guru Gobind Singh 谈到他自己以及诸如此类的事情时。大多数一边转着念珠（Mala）一边听的人，都会看着他笑。

Your projection of communication is never spiritual, to the extent, minus one percent, out of hundred. You know why? Whenever... Just bear with me now. When you talk, you never understand you are spiritual. You have never talked to preserve your spirituality, your standard of spirituality, your behavior of spirituality or your caliber of spiritual, you are that corrupt.

你的沟通投射从来都不是灵性的，顶多，一百里减去百分之一。你知道为什么吗？每当……现在先忍耐我一下。你说话的时候，你从不明白你是灵性的。你从来没有为了守护你的灵性、你的灵性标准、你的灵性行为或你的灵性水准而说话，你就是那么腐败。

I have seen the most corrupt people are spiritual teachers, because they talk like a butter and sauce situation. You know that sauce, what they call it, sweet and sour? You understand? But they do not confront the ego of the student. A teacher who cannot confront the ego of the student is not worthy to be a teacher.

我见过最腐败的人就是灵性老师，因为他们说话就像黄油加酱汁那种情形。你知道那种酱汁，他们管它叫什么，酸甜酱？你明白吗？但他们不会去直面学生的小我。一个不能直面学生小我的老师，不配当老师。

There are two qualities, which a teacher must have. Teacher must be in a position to confront the ego of the student, number one. And second, in his communication, he must not be attached to the student. You know what that word is called? Detached attachment. They are confirmed in their behavior. They are going to say, they are going to say whether you love them or hug them, kiss them and have a revolver on their face. You will find them saying the same thing fearlessly, again, again and again.

一个老师必须具备两种品质。第一，老师必须有能力直面学生的小我。第二，在他的沟通中，他不能执着于学生。你知道那个词叫什么吗？不执着的执着。他们在自己的行为上是坚定的。他们会说，他们会说，不管你爱他们、拥抱他们、亲吻他们，还是拿把左轮手枪对着他们的脸。你会发现他们无所畏惧地说着同样的话，一次又一次，一次又一次。

Now, I'll give you reminder. Take Guru Nanak, take his all sayings in Siri Guru Granth. You will be surprised, he talks about God, he directs towards God, he feels about God, he relates to God and within every eighth line you will find a total direction towards God. Check it out. Take Guru Amar Das, he will tell you all the horror, which can happen to you, if you do not look towards God and he doesn't spare third line. Check Guru Ram Das, on every fourth line he will direct you towards God and he will you, he will punch you without letting you know where he is doing it.

现在，我给你提个醒。拿 Guru Nanak 来说，把他所有的言论都放在《圣格兰特经》里。你会惊讶，他谈论神，他指向神，他感受神，他与神相连，而且每隔八行你就会发现一个完全指向神的方向。去查查看。拿 Guru Amar Das 来说，他会告诉你所有可能发生在你身上的恐怖，如果你不看向神，而且他每三行都不放过。查查 Guru Ram Das，每四行他就会把你引向神，他会，他会敲打你，却不让你知道他在哪里下手。

Now, these are personalities. Each Guru differs in personality. And remember one thing, how much we love Gurus as a person. When Guru Nanak was alive, Guru Angad was Guru and everybody bowed to Guru Angad. And Guru Nanak, in spite of the fact was Guru Nanak, people did not bow to him. And age wise, Guru Harkrishan was five year old, when he became Guru. Guru Gobind Singh was nine year old when he became Guru.

现在，这些是人格。每位古茹的人格都不同。记住一件事，我们作为一个人有多爱古茹。当 Guru Nanak 在世时，Guru Angad 是古茹，人人都向 Guru Angad 顶礼。而 Guru Nanak，尽管他就是 Guru Nanak，人们却不向他顶礼。按年龄来说，Guru Harkrishan 成为古茹时才五岁。Guru Gobind Singh 成为古茹时才九岁。

And somebody asked Guru Harkrishan, "You are five year old, what do you know? How can you call yourself Guru? You are phony."

有人问 Guru Harkrishan：「你才五岁，你懂什么？你怎么能自称古茹？你是假的。」

He said, "What you want?"

他说：「你想要什么？」

He said, "Translate Gita for me."

他说：「给我翻译《薄伽梵歌》。」

He said, "Why should I translate? You told me I can't do anything."

他说：「我为什么要翻译？你刚说我一无是处。」

He said, "Sure."

他说：「当然。」

He said, "Then take the most idiot, illiterate person in this congregation."

他说：「那就把这场共修里最白痴、最不识字的人带来。」

So, he went out, there was a one beggar, who was, who was having those wounds they, they, what are they?

于是，他走出去，有一个乞丐，他，他长着那些疮，他们，他们，那叫什么？

Students: Leprosy.

学生：麻风病。

YB: Lepers. And he brought him in.

YB：麻风病人。他把他带了进来。

He said, "All right, this is the person."

他说：「好，就是这个人。」

Guru Harkrishan put a stick on his shoulder, he said, "All right, you recite Gita."

Guru Harkrishan 把一根棍子放在他肩上，他说：「好，你来背诵《薄伽梵歌》。」

He recite the Gita Slok and he started translating.

他背诵了《薄伽梵歌》的颂诗，然后开始翻译。

So, there is no spirit in communication and spirit of communication, provided it comes from a free, absolutely free flow of the aura. When the seven colors of the aura is clear and they don't inter-exchange on each other. If this slide is red, then it should be red, it is not this green is half there, so, that is called mud aura. And when the aura is mud aura, you are not a human being, simple. You know, that's why I tell you to wear white clothes. Not that I am, I am sales man for a factory, which creates this white, ah, you know, cloth mill or something. Because under any circumstances, if you fall to three foot and a half aura, it will give you one foot edge. And that is what my fear is that sometime you can be totally (?), basic animal aura. And then you may take about ten or fifteen days to get out of it. It has to be a full moon that you can change again. And it's not your papa's law that you can do it or vitamin B12 injection will do it. Not at all, I am telling you. Therefore, it is very essential.

所以，沟通里没有灵，沟通的灵也没有，除非它来自能量圈自由、绝对自由的流动。当能量圈的七种颜色清澈，彼此不互相交换。如果这一层是红色，那它就应该是红色，不是这里绿色占了一半，那叫浑浊的能量圈。当能量圈是浑浊的，你就不是人了，就这么简单。你知道，这就是为什么我叫你们穿白色衣服。不是因为我是什么工厂的推销员，生产这种白色，啊，你知道，布厂之类的。因为在任何情况下，如果你掉到三尺半的能量圈，它会给你一尺的边。我担心的就是这个，有时候你可能完全（？），基本的动物能量圈。然后你可能要花十到十五天才能走出来。必须等到满月，你才能再变回来。这不是你爸爸的法律，说你能做到就能做到，也不是打一针维生素B12就能搞定。完全不是，我告诉你。所以，这非常关键。

There are three fundamental colors, orange golden, blue, orange golden, blue and white. White represents sainthood, blue represent saint and soldier, orange represent divine, saint and soldier. Every other color is a byproduct of its own affair. Red is sexual, sensual; pink is sexual, sensual and projectively positive creative, hence so on and so forth. But for human conscious therapy, the most difficult color you can wear is white. It is most difficult of all colors, because it reflect all the seven colors. And it gives strength to the arc line. Now, when it gives the strength to the arc line, it is very difficult for a person not to think, to be afraid of doing a wrong. There are some people, you dress them white, they'll go berserk.

有三种基本颜色，橙金色、蓝色，橙金色、蓝色和白色。白色代表圣徒，蓝色代表圣徒和战士，橙色代表神圣、圣徒和战士。其他每一种颜色都是它自己那点事的副产品。红色是性、感官的；粉色是性、感官的，并且是投射性的正向创造，如此等等。但就人类意识的疗愈而言，你能穿的最难的颜色是白色。它是所有颜色中最难的，因为它反射全部七种颜色。它给光环力量。当它给光环力量时，一个人就很难不去想、很难不怕做错事。有些人，你让他们穿白色，他们会发疯。

I saw a person, she said to me, "Yogi Ji, can I, can I, can I, can I wear off-white (?)?"

我见过一个人，她对我说：「Yogi Ji，我能，我能，我能，我能穿米白色（？）吗？」

(Student laughs)

I said, "But what is white and off-white?"

我说：「可什么是白色，什么是米白色？」

She said, "Please."

她说：「求您了。」

I'll tell you the funniest thing. People who have a black skin, they will like to wear white. But there are people who have black skin, they cannot stand white. You are uncooked stuff, this white skin, that doesn't mean anything. You don't reflect, your skin is very absorbent, it's not... But real black skin is not, among the black is not available. There is a black skin, which is very shiny, it represent blue color. It's a very beautiful skin. It is not what you talk of black skin, you talk of a paint; I am talking of a black skin, which represent a blue projection. Now, those people, if can wear white, they become intuitive, right by wearing white color, just like that. If you are very afraid, you wear the blue color, you become totally like macho, you know, very self-contained, 'I am, I am,' that kind of stuff. And if you happen to wear a golden orange, you'll stay, 'stay there,' automatically.

我跟你讲件最好笑的事。黑皮肤的人，喜欢穿白色。可也有些黑皮肤的人，受不了白色。你是没煮熟的料，这白皮肤，说明不了什么。你不反射，你的皮肤很会吸收，它不是……可真正的黑皮肤不是这样，在黑皮肤里根本找不到。有一种黑皮肤，非常光亮，它呈现的是蓝色。那是一种非常美的皮肤。它不是你所说的黑皮肤，你说的是涂料；我说的是黑皮肤，它呈现的是一种蓝色的投射。现在，那些人，如果能穿白色，他们就会变得有直觉力，就因为穿了白色，就这么简单。如果你非常害怕，你就穿蓝色，你会变得完全像个硬汉，你知道，非常自持，「我是，我是」那一套。而如果你碰巧穿上金橙色，你就会自动地「待在那儿」。

Color therapy is not a small situation. That is why it represents the projection of Divinity in you, when you top to bottom wear white. Try it sometime. Walk one day different, wearing color clothes. The other day just wear top to bottom white, you'll be shocked. What change between the two days can exist? And the most beautiful thing is when you can project softly and firmly. It is called uncorruptible language.

色彩疗法不是小事。这就是为什么当你从上到下穿白色时，它代表的是你内在神性的投射。找时间试试。有一天穿得不一样，穿彩色的衣服。另一天就从上到下穿白色，你会震惊的。这两天之间能有什么变化？而最美的事，是当你能温柔而坚定地投射。它叫不可腐蚀的语言。

Now, who's uncorruptible? Somebody you are talking to? No. You, your language corrupts you, your language confuses you. How it corrupts you? Because you gain on another person. When you gain on another person through the words, actually, you lose your self-respect. Anything you do to somebody at the cost of your self-respect, you are corrupt. That's what corrupt means in spiritual word. Sometime you pretend and intend to pretend you are very clever. Actually, you are not. Spiritual word has a flow, which is called direct flow. Spiritual word has that essence. And that essence is; what is that essence? 'I am, I am.'

那么，谁是不可腐蚀的？是你在跟谁说话吗？不是。你，是你的语言腐蚀了你，是你的语言让你困惑。它怎么腐蚀你？因为你在别人身上占了上风。当你用言语在别人身上占了上风，实际上，你失去了自尊。任何你以自尊为代价对别人做的事，你就是腐败的。这就是灵性语境里腐败的意思。有时你假装，也有意假装自己很聪明。其实，你并不聪明。灵性的话语有一种流动，叫直接的流动。灵性的话语有那种精髓。而那精髓是；那精髓是什么？「我是，我是。」

Communication is meant to explain your self to somebody. Communication is not meant to gain on somebody. Because once you gain on somebody, you shall lose to somebody. And is the most difficult thing to do. Therefore, please remember, communication is meant to neither gain, nor lose, communication is only meant to communicate. And please don't communicate what you think and what you know, communicate what your spirit is. It shall be very wrong for you, if you ever try to communicate with somebody in the spiritual essence of words, what you think. Therefore, communicate infinite truth, neither circumstantial, nor personal.

沟通是为了向别人说明你自己。沟通不是为了占别人的便宜。因为一旦你占了别人的便宜，你就会在别人那里失去。而这是最难做到的事。所以，请记住，沟通既不是为了占便宜，也不是为了失去，沟通只是为了沟通。请不要沟通你所想的和你所知道的，要沟通你的灵魂是什么。如果你试图用言语的灵性本质去跟别人沟通你所想的东西，那对你来说是非常错误的。所以，要沟通无限的真理，既不是情境性的，也不是个人性的。

You know there's a book known as, 'How to make friends.' The guy didn't say a word in it. All he tells you, be good, be this, be that. I tell you how to make a friend, one simple thing. Just say, remembering that it must not prove you as corrupt. That's all. When you communicate, remember, you are responsible towards your consciousness and your consciousness must be not dubbed as corrupt. You will be very good. You will have more friends than you can handle.

你知道有一本书叫《如何交朋友》。那家伙在书里一个字都没说。他告诉你的全是，要做好人，要这样，要那样。我告诉你怎样交朋友，就一件简单的事。只要说，记住它绝不能证明你是腐败的。就这些。当你沟通时，记住，你要对你的意识负责，你的意识绝不能被扣上腐败的帽子。你会变得非常好。你的朋友会多到你应付不过来。

How to lose friends? Be obnoxious. It doesn't matter what intention you have. Sometime you say, 'I have a good intention, therefore I am obnoxious.' That's not true. When you are obnoxious, you are obnoxious, whatever your intention is that doesn't matter. Question is you do not have self-respect, therefore you get, must get insulted and insult must pick up a war or a quarrel and animosity and whole thing is totally unspiritual. You can yell and scream, you can complain, you can do anything in the world, but talk straight. The very idea you talk angry and don't talk straight. You must understand you need not talk angry. You talk straight, it will look to people I am very angry. Sometime I say some very straight things and my people think, perhaps I am just in bad mood. No, I am not in bad mood; they cannot handle it.

怎样失去朋友？惹人厌。你有什么意图都不重要。有时你说，「我意图是好的，所以我惹人厌。」那不是真的。当你惹人厌时，你就是惹人厌，你的意图是什么都不重要。问题是你没有自尊，所以你会被侮辱，而且必然会受到侮辱，而侮辱必然会引发一场战争、一场争吵和敌意，整件事就完全与灵性无关了。你可以大喊大叫，你可以抱怨，你可以做世上任何事，但要直话直说。你生气地说话而不是直话直说，这个念头本身就有问题。你必须明白，你不需要生气地说话。你直话直说，在别人看来会像是「我非常生气」。有时我说一些非常直的话，我的人会想，也许我只是心情不好。不，我不是心情不好；是他们应付不了。

If I say, 'I am sick of the sickness around me.'

如果我说，「我厌倦了我周围的这些病态。」

They say, 'Yeah, Yogi Ji is freaking out.'

他们会说，「是啊，Yogi Ji 抓狂了。」

It's a simple statement of facts.

这只是一句简单的事实陈述。

So, you need not project lot of words, just say simple words. Because the inner corruption in communication shall immediately come and take hold of the person, who has not been communicating straightforwardly. Communication is normally used by the Earth trip, when you are on Earth trip, Earth frequency to hold each other, to conquer each other, to convince each other, to use and abuse and exploit each other. When it's on ethric realm, then it is used to inspire to give somebody grace, to uplift somebody soul. And it exactly takes the same energy.

所以，你不需要投射很多话，只说简单的话就好。因为沟通里的内在腐败会立刻找上那个说话不直截了当的人，把他抓住。沟通通常被地球旅程所用，当你在地球旅程、地球频率上时，它是用来彼此抓住、彼此征服、彼此说服、彼此利用、滥用和剥削的。当它在以太界时，它是用来启发、给人优雅、提升某个人的灵魂。它用的恰恰是同样的能量。

Friendship is not a friendship, where the bond is not Infinity. Where there's a purpose, that's not friendship; that is business. Don't mix business and friendship. Love and obedience go together. Where there is a question, there's no love, therefore, don't pretend and say, 'I love you.'

友谊不是友谊，如果那个连结不是无限的。有目的在，那就不是友谊；那是生意。不要把生意和友谊混在一起。爱和服从是一起的。有疑问在，就没有爱，所以，不要假装说「我爱你」。

Your greatest power is your spoken word. And you must use them very, very spiritually and very, very consciously. Never try to use a word, which you do not mean. And what you mean, must that meaning must be delivered to another person. You may say, 'I feel good.' The other person may feel that, that because that person is very horrible, therefore I am a enemy, because I feel good on the, on the misfortune of somebody.

你最大的力量是你所说的话。你必须非常、非常灵性地、非常、非常有意识地使用它们。绝不要试着用一个你并不当真的词。而你所当真的，那个意思必须传达给对方。你可能会说「我感觉很好」。对方可能会觉得，因为那个人很糟糕，所以我是敌人，因为我是在别人的不幸上感觉好。

It is very obligatory on your part, to communicate with somebody at somebody's frequency, not at your frequency. You must communicate at somebody frequency and you must give your explanation in it. Explain yourself. Temporarily bad communication shall corrupt the relationship. It will bring misery, it will bring misunderstanding, it will bring lot of pain. And every pain in your life, does not come from God, it comes from your wrong communication. Don't blame God for it. God has got nothing to do with your suffering. God created you, how can God make you to suffer, tell me? You create a little wood toy and you don't make it suffer, you keep it nicely, you show it to everybody, you explain it to every, don't you do that? You, God is that naïve, after creating you, He wants you to suffer? Not a bit. Suffering comes from your wrong communication, uncreative communication, selfish (?). Selfish communication is communication, where you want to influence somebody or you get influenced by somebody.

你有义务用对方的频率去和对方沟通，而不是用你的频率。你必须用对方的频率沟通，并且在其中给出你的解释。把你自己解释清楚。暂时不好的沟通会败坏关系。它会带来痛苦，它会带来误解，它会带来很多疼痛。你生命里的每一种疼痛，都不是来自神，它来自你错误的沟通。不要为此怪神。神和你的受苦毫无关系。神创造了你，神怎么会让你受苦，告诉我？你造一个小木玩具，你不会让它受苦，你好好放着它，你给每个人看它，你给每个人解释它，你不是这样做的吗？你，神就那么天真，创造了你之后，还想让你受苦？一点也不想。受苦来自你错误的沟通、没有创造性的沟通、自私的（？）。自私的沟通就是沟通，你想影响别人，或者你被别人影响。

There are two beautiful words in the word, 'yes sir, no sir.' You understand what I am saying? Yes sir, no sir; no sir, yes sir. There's nothing equal to these two words. Rest is all paraphernalia.

有两个很美的词，就是「是的，先生；不，先生。」你明白我在说什么吗？是的，先生；不，先生。不，先生；是的，先生。没有什么比得上这两个词。其余全是零碎杂物。

You know when they test anybody's IQ and all that, they make that boxes, tick it, this, this, yes, no, yes, no, yes, no. That's all your life is, yes, no, no, yes. Because if you can goof on this, then rest is a paraphernalia. Sometime you want to (?), you want to say no and you end up saying yes. Sometime you want to say yes and you end up saying no, because you took a long route.

你知道，当他们测试任何人的智商之类的，他们做那些方框，打勾，这个，这个，是，否，是，否，是，否。你的整个人生就是这样，是，否，否，是。因为如果你能在这件事上糊弄过去，那剩下的都是附属品。有时候你想（？），你想说不，结果却说了是。有时候你想说是，结果却说了否，因为你绕了一条长路。

Life is very happy and easy with those, who are very quick with their yes and no. I suffer, I live very painful life, because I am very compassionate, I do not know how to say no, I suffer. I am fifty percent unhappy all the time. There is something wrong with my tongue, I do not know, I may have to get a operation done or something.

对那些在是和非上非常干脆的人来说，人生非常快乐和轻松。我受苦，我过着非常痛苦的人生，因为我非常慈悲，我不知道怎么说「不」，我受苦。我一直有百分之五十不快乐。我的舌头有点毛病，我不知道，我可能得去做个手术什么的。

When I have to say no, it stops, it cannot say it, I have tried many times. In the class I am saying no, no, no, no, no, no I can say it. But when I deal with any person, one thing stops on my language, that's no. And I have found out, even by counseling people, it takes me a hard use of energy to tell the person this is wrong. And which I know is not honest. I know it is not honest, I know that, I know to myself. That's why, when I have to tell somebody he's a rotten person, I have to say, 'Look, I know you are rotten, but I, I hope that you have a hope.'

Why I qualify it? You know why? The day I won't qualify it, I won't be alive. I think that's my Karma. I am hoping against hope. Because I honestly believe, I honestly believe that every person can be honest person, because every person is a honest person.

我为什么要给它加个限定？你知道为什么吗？哪天我不加限定了，我就活不成了。我想那是我的业力。我在绝望中抱着希望。因为我真诚地相信，我真诚地相信每个人都能成为诚实的人，因为每个人本来就是诚实的人。

I think, this corruption, blunders, mistake, cheating, all these words are just expression of ignorance. I believe and I sincerely believe that every person is a byproduct of divine, therefore, cannot go wrong. Person can act wrong, but person is not wrong. Mark these two words. I don't believe that any person is wrong. I believe, a right person can act wrong, because of?

我认为，这些腐败、失误、错误、欺骗，所有这些词都只是无知的表现。我相信，而且我真诚地相信，每个人都是神性的副产品，因此不可能出错。人可以做出错误的行为，但人本身没有错。记住这两个词。我不相信任何人是错的。我相信，一个对的人可以做出错误的行为，因为什么？

Student: Ignorance.

学生：无知。

YB: Ignorance. Because he could not recognize truth, because he could not practice truth, because his essence is truth, but he... And anybody who will live beyond his essence will suffer.

YB：无知。因为他认不出真理，因为他无法实践真理，因为他的本质就是真理，但他……任何活得背离自己本质的人都会受苦。

If you want to win somebody, win it through service, not through talking. If you want your everlasting relationship, there is only one thing, obey. Obey, you shall be obeyed. That's the law. Because those who shall obey, shall only are those who shall become commanders. It is true in army; it is true in (?). This is the law of truth; this is the law of human spirit.

如果你想赢得某个人，要通过服务去赢得，而不是通过说话。如果你想要永恒的关系，只有一件事，服从。你服从，就会被服从。这就是法则。因为那些服从的人，才会成为指挥官。在军队里是这样，在（？）里也是这样。这是真理的法则，这是人类精神的法则。

It is not that you are corrupt, it is not that you are wrong, it is not that you sin, that is not true. Your essence is true and you are true. Only because of innocent ignorance you act wrong. So, telling somebody is wrong is a lie, because nobody is wrong. Person can act wrong and every wrong act can be corrected. Therefore, there is not desirable attitude to hold animosity of revenge against anybody.

并不是你腐败，并不是你错了，并不是你有罪，那不是真的。你的本质是真的，你也是真的。只是因为天真的无知，你才做错事。所以，说某人有错是谎言，因为没有人是错的。人可以做出错误的行为，而每一个错误的行为都可以被纠正。因此，对任何人怀有报复的敌意，都不是可取的态度。

That's why Guru Nanak said, one article of man in God and God in man is Nirvair. Nirvair does not mean that if somebody is doing wrong, don't tell him wrong, tell him this is wrong, correct it. That's it. But just because somebody is wrong, just think he's totally wrong, he's born wrong, he's this, that; that is not human, that even animals don't do. Holding animosity in your heart against another person is holding negativity against God, you can never be forgiven. You do whatever you have to do.

所以 Guru Nanak 说，人中有神、神中有人的一条，就是 Nirvair。Nirvair 并不是说，如果有人做错了，就不要告诉他错了，要告诉他这是错的，改正它。就这样。但仅仅因为某人错了，就认为他完全错了，他生来就是错的，他这、他那；那不是人做的事，连动物都不做。在心里对另一个人怀有敌意，就是对神怀有负面的东西，你永远无法被原谅。你该做什么就去做。

And number two, when you speak, when you communicate, you communicate gracefully. That does not mean, graceful does not mean that you have to be very, ah, ah, use lot of adjectives and sir and all that, no, no. Graceful means you must explain your spirit. Wrong explanation through your words can bring misunderstanding between two friends. And life is a ship, where friends live to be happy and enemies live to be destructive. That's why the word is friendship. Is a ship of friends; that's what life is. Life is... There is nobody alone.

第二，当你说话时，当你沟通时，你要优雅地沟通。这并不是说，优雅并不是说你要非常，啊，啊，用很多形容词，还有「先生」之类的，不，不。优雅意味着你必须表达你的精神。用你的话做出错误的解释，会在两个朋友之间带来误解。而人生是一艘船，朋友活在船上是为了快乐，敌人活在船上是为了破坏。所以才有 friendship 这个词。它是朋友的船；人生就是这样。人生是……没有谁是孤单的。

'Ang Sang Wahe Guru.'

「Ang Sang Wahe Guru, Whaa‑hay Guroo。」

God, Guru and you, three exist all the time.

神、古茹和你，这三者一直存在。

Just feeling that you are alone, thinking that you are alone, advocating you are alone, is totally a animosity to God. Because you are not. The highest meditation is when you feel, you know and you understand that you are a Trinity. God, Guru and you. Guru is your guiding spirit to God, God is your ultimate destiny of the spirit and you is the finite to experience the Infinity. And we will talk about this Trinity, when we meet on Monday.

只是感觉你是孤单的，认为你是孤单的，主张你是孤单的，那完全是对神的敌意。因为你并不是。最高的冥想，是当你感觉到、知道并明白你是一个三位一体。神、古茹和你。古茹是你通往神的引导之灵，神是你灵魂的终极归宿，而你是那个有限，去体验无限。等我们周一见面时，我们会谈谈这个三位一体。

Next week I'll be only with you on Monday alone. So, we'll try to finish this. I wanted to work that week also with you, but unfortunately, some emergency has happened and I have to got to go. But this meditation, which we are going to do, is very simple. Is a simple holding both thumbs like this as you are holding somebody's hand. And is a simple project, absolute pressure free. But the total pressure is between the elbows and the arms like that, it's a stretch, it's a stretch on. It is for those people, who just think naïve habits. Naïve, naïve, to be naïve and think naïve is a habit, just to get out of that. Understand that? See it, just like this. Palms inside. Main power is between these two thumbs, this lock of the thumbs, like this.

但我们要做的这个冥想，非常简单。就是像这样，两只拇指这样扣住，就像你握着别人的手一样。这是一个简单的投射，完全没有压力。但全部的压力都在两个手肘和手臂之间，像这样，它是一种拉伸，一种持续的拉伸。它是给那些总爱天真地胡思乱想的人。天真，天真，天真地思考是一种习惯，这个练习就是为了摆脱它。明白吗？看，就像这样。掌心朝内。主要的力量在这两个拇指之间，这个拇指的锁扣，像这样。

YB: Yeah, almost. Because right is to... If you are right-handed, you have to hold the right hand; if you are left-handed, then you will use this way, because something has to hold the other one. Clear? And stretch it straight.

YB：对，差不多。因为右手是……如果你是右撇子，你就得用右手扣住；如果你是左撇子，那就用这种方式，因为总得有一只手去扣住另一只。清楚吗？然后把它伸直。

It has to be sometime same, all the time not though.

Now, hold it here and hold it almost the same distance, as the angle is this. And it will be very mathematically about twelve inches, nine to twelve inches. Is that clear? The front of the arms should be almost straight and between six to nine inches or in case you have a bigger hand, then it's a nine to twelve inches, not more than twelve inches, you will have that.

You know my sign was Virgo and I never knew how to get out of the Virgo negativity. We are very bitter when we start negating somebody. And I never used to like that. I did forty days Sadhana, since then I am very clear.

你知道我的星座是处女座，我一直不知道怎么摆脱处女座的负面。我们一开始否定别人，就变得很尖酸。我以前一直不喜欢这样。我做了四十天的萨达那（Sadhana），从那以后我就非常清楚了。

It's my obligation sometime, being a spiritual teacher to some people, I do bug them and hug them, that's a different. That's called professional code. But normal speaking, I am a very humorous person. I used to be pretty cynical.

有时候这是我的责任，对某些人来说我是灵性老师，我确实会去烦他们、抱他们，那是另一回事。那叫职业规范。但平常说话，我是个很幽默的人。我以前相当刻薄。

One day actually, my governess told me, she said, "Baba, why you are so bitter in words?"

I said, "No, I never said bitter things."

That is their confirmatory slang of communication. It happens in cold countries.

In cold countries, people love to talk and they love to talk in certain sounds, which are very familiar. In warm country you will never find that thing. If you'll go to the Caribbean islands and see the natives talking, they will never use any sound project, they will say words straight. Because we are experiencing the cold countries, in Europe also you will see in the accent, there is a very personal thing. Germans are very hard, ah, there is a, in the hardness also there is a personal thing. And if you see the Netherlanders talking, they are very soft, but in the soft also there is a personal touch. Canadian, you can know because they are our neighbors. And just see the Mexicans. When you speak a Mexican in Spanish... There are two Mexican, those who live on the flat land and those who live in the mountain. You'll be surprised, both speak Spanish, both speak different Spanish. Because it also depend on the environments and the communication you are in, how you want to speak. But always remember, communication is to explain your dignity through your Divinity.

在寒冷的国家，人们爱说话，而且爱用某些特定的、非常熟悉的音来说。在温暖的国家，你永远找不到这种事。如果你去加勒比群岛，看当地人说话，他们从不使用任何声音的投射，他们直接把词说出来。因为我们身处寒冷的国家，在欧洲你也会从口音里看到，有一种非常个人化的东西。德国人很硬，啊，在那份硬里也有一种个人化的东西。如果你看荷兰人说话，他们很软，但在那份软里也有一种个人化的触感。加拿大人，你能认出来，因为他们是我们的邻居。再看看墨西哥人。当你跟一个墨西哥人说西班牙语……有两种墨西哥人，住在平地上的和住在山里的。你会惊讶，两种人都说西班牙语，两种人说的西班牙语不一样。因为这也取决于你所处的环境和交流的对象，取决于你想怎么说。但永远记住，交流是通过你的神性来说明你的尊严。

And we'll talk about the trinity when we meet on Monday, how that you can built up, to the Unison of life, so that you can live divine. Don't go to God, live here as God. When you go to God, what you are going to do? You won't be alive.
