Take yourself to the realm of the Earth that is the toe, bring your mind up to the point of the base of the spine, feel the creativity of the elimination of the self in God effectively is affecting yourself and that area is pure and your purity of your self is your awakening self.

It is a self cleaning process, process of self purity. Build it up that way if you can sincerely do it all karmas of the previous years will be just burned up by your own very self effort and you can be very grout and relieved person. It is known as tapa heat of repentance. It must be done by everyone, it's a very positive method.

It's a huge activity and you have few years to go through but don't neglect every year, don't neglect any action, remember it repeat it and burn it so that when you end up now you may have nothing to fear, nothing to be afraid of, nothing to remember worthwhile which was negative and which we have not cleaned. Have absolutely no doubt, don't feel you can do it, the saints and sages, the great men, the holy men the prophets they all have done this way, tapas they call it, the heat of the soul, direct method to cleanse and purify oneself.

Concentrate deeply still your mind and put it into heaviness.
