All I that day sat down in meditation and I chanted this chant and I said, 'Lord God I don't want to pray for myself, but all those people who have faith in me that I am a holy man they will freak out seeing all this happening and I have never got the chance to get out of meditation,' when right up to Washington telephone rang and things got so straightened out that it is amazing. I went to tell my attorney to find an appeal and he gave me a paper of permission, can you believe it? We crossed each other. Shakti rang me up that now this, this, this is to happen, I said, "Ji, doesn't matter, Sat Nam," and then Shakti rang up for the news "Well,, how this has happened? " Well, God knows.

You may not be aware that almost twenty days back I was not aware whether I can leave United State of America or not. I was living in a cage. So, life is not to live in doubt. That is what my basic concept to you is. Please don't live in doubt, doubt makes you very weak, doubt makes the misfortunate to enter your aura, doubt has a very terrible negative effect, doubt is a very miserable conception of the self. It totally reduces the man to the ashes, there is no fun. Somebody ask me this question and that was exact reply I gave him.

所以，人生不是用来活在怀疑里的。这就是我对你的基本观念。请不要活在怀疑里，怀疑会让你变得非常虚弱，怀疑会让不幸进入你的能量圈，怀疑有非常可怕的负面作用，怀疑是对自我的一种极其悲惨的观念。它把人彻底化为灰烬，一点乐趣都没有。有人问过我这个问题，我给他的就是这样的回答。

You must understand there is one thing which I give you tonight and that one thing you must understand. I don't feel at all under any channel and circumstances that there is anything to which I can relate to or anything can relate to me. Period. This is my total concept of my totality and personality and it is not difficult to built it up. You just think of negative and your toe will start paining and it will automatically happen to you, I need not even know it and I definitely know in the scripture it is true when you total become dedicated, that is the universal nature of the God and you are part of it, forget it, everything comes on its place (?) All you have to do it is start doing it.

If there are no freaks, wise man will never be respected. So, they are the counterpart of that wisdom, it's good they are there, but time is coming heavy on us. That is what I am going to request, time is coming like this and we are not yet awake. Rise, rise to those heights. Those heights in your own consciousness are required to be covered. Go into your higher consciousness and look around little bit. Don't live with your lower triangle all the time. How much time you will suck from the bosom of your mother? One day man you have to walk on the highway and you have to drive your car at seventy mile an hours, if you want to live in Los Angeles.

It is my experience normally when I leave people freak out but this time I definitely except a very constant and a standard behavior, a life style and a life pattern. You must understand, I came here, if I came here and I can love you so much why can't you, who was already born of this place, why can't you learn to love each other? But we have more ego and less tolerance, that is the basic problem and some time I talk to people, "But what is the matter with you? " "My ego. " Well, when you know it is your ego, forget it.

YB: Why you have to hassle. When I know I am being sick because of this thing why I can't come out of it? And remember, no status symbol can give you a higher status than to be known as a spiritual man. So, don't buy a nine thousand dollar car and don't have five hundred thousand dollar in a house, but if you get known that you are a spiritual man, you will have a better status. I am not joking. I can prove with documents that I have a better status in United State of America and many of the people who can relate with all their ego, but I am a very humble man.

Even with ego if you do not get that which ordinary dog of his house by barking his names all the time can get man, are you not ashamed now to open your that eye and rise to that time which is now coming? What more man can talk? But, just understand, I am, I am a living example to guide you. I am putting myself today before you for judgment. Sit back and judge me. I have kept my constant one thing, He, He, He, in that He, He, He everything has become Him, Him, Him. You know you sing the hymns to Him? And the first Him is He.

即使带着小我，如果你连普通人家里那条普通的狗，整天吠着祂的名字都能得到的东西都得不到，你现在还不羞愧吗？还不睁开那只眼，站起来迎接正在到来的那个时代吗？人还能再说什么呢？但你要明白，我是一个活生生的例子，来指引你。今天我把自已摆在你们面前，接受评判。坐下来评判我吧。我一直守住一件事，祂、祂、祂，在那祂、祂、祂之中，一切都变成了祂、祂、祂。你知道你唱给祂的那些赞歌吗？而第一个祂，就是祂。

This is a very peculiar type of meditation. It is also taught in the Tantric Yoga. It is also a part of the Kundalini Yoga and it is also a part of this deep Transcendental meditation. This week we are celebrating that. When you sit in this your spine should be straight. Apply the root lock, I do not know something wrong in my body, whenever I apply this lock my lock also get applied, root lock automatically gets applied, that should be the condition normally and it can come with a very ordinary effect. You know if half an hour during the day you do Sat Kriya, sometime most of the sicknesses will not come around you. Sat Kriya is a such a powerful Kriya.

Keep your chest filled up, meditate on your third eye, hold your breath, let it do its number, don't worry, exhale. Inhale again, have that strength, have that power, exhale. Inhale, (?) let the energy circulate, exhale, relax.

让胸腔保持充满，把注意力放在第三眼上冥想，屏住呼吸，让它自己去做它的事，别担心，呼气。再吸气，带上那份力量，带上那份能量，呼气。吸气，（？）让能量循环起来，呼气，放松。

These sounds are equal with us. These sounds have no barrier, neither a barrier of country nor a barrier of language, nor a barrier of I am north, you are south, I am east, you are west, these are the sounds which all men can create at the same frequency and it can give the same effect to everyone whosoever can relate to it. These are those few miracles which sages left for us. Are we not supposed to be grateful to them? People who do not know these things they make mockery, what is in a yoga? Aah what can happen? Aah, aah, that kind of stuff, unawareness.

这些声音和我们是一样的。这些声音没有隔阂，没有国家的隔阂，没有语言的隔阂，也没有「我是北方，你是南方，我是东方，你是西方」的隔阂，这些声音是所有人都能以同样的频率创造出来的，它能给每一个与之相应的人带来同样的效果。这些就是圣贤们留给我们的少数奇迹。我们难道不该感激他们吗？不知道这些事情的人会嘲笑，瑜伽里有什么？啊，能发生什么？啊，啊，那种东西，无觉知。

You know, there was a (?), makes a beautiful house with the tree and make a place to stay, and make the little storeroom and it takes little straws and nick them up and sometime you get, buy it for washing your feet and rubbing your back, that is know as a (?), little very beautiful bird. In India this time you will find their houses in millions hanging with the trees. So, one days it was raining like that and a monkey was just like that, it was raining and he was together, you know, what the monkeys do when it rain? First they find under shelter under leaves then you know leaf started pouring water on them and then they curl round and (?) stop. So, (?)

你知道，有一种（？），用树造出漂亮的房子，造出一个住的地方，造出一个小储藏室，它衔来小稻草，把它们搭起来，有时候你得到，买来洗脚、搓背，那被称为（？），一种非常漂亮的小鸟。在印度这个时候，你会发现它们的房子成千上万地挂在树上。所以，有一天雨就这样下着，一只猴子就那样，下着雨，它待在一起，你知道，下雨的时候猴子会做什么？它们先躲在叶子下面找遮蔽，然后你知道叶子开始往它们身上滴水，然后它们蜷起来，（？）停下。所以，（？）

So, (?) actually sympathized with him but that egocentric, furious, lazy monkey who never did right at the right time and never learnt as the wisdom, he say, "Well, you are telling me knowledge, here you go. "

所以，（？）其实很同情它，可那只自我中心、暴怒、懒惰的猴子，从不在对的时间做对的事，也从不学到智慧，它说：「好啊，你在给我讲知识，那就这样吧。」

All our life we mock at certain practices, rather than learning and practicing for our own use. Most of in religion those things which you relate to as a ritual, they were never rituals to begin with. They had a purpose. They had an explanation, they had a full background behind that. What happened, when the time passed, the knowledge get out of it and that structure remain and now you (?) holy man what is the structure? he said, "What? What are you talking about? You do it if you believe in it or get out of here. "

我们一辈子都在嘲笑某些修法，而不是去学习、去练习，为自己所用。宗教里大多数被你当成仪式的东西，一开始根本就不是仪式。它们有目的。它们有解释，背后有一整套背景。后来发生了什么？时间一久，里面的知识流失了，只剩下那个结构，现在你去问（？）圣人，这个结构是什么？他说：“什么？你在说什么？你信你就做，不信就滚出去。”

That frustration come because, he has no knowledge himself, what he can give you? If somebody will look at us what these crazy people are chanting Hum, hum, hum, hum, he say, what are they talking about. He won't understand that, as we don't understand open a bottle at this time and do that number. We don't understand why they are doing and they don't understand why we are doing, but we have to learn that tolerance and understanding. So, we can relate within ourselves that energy, that sun power with this sound, the chest, you find pressure here.

那种挫败感之所以出现，是因为他自己没有知识，他能给你什么？如果有人看着我们，看这些疯子在那儿唱 Hum，hum，hum，hum，他会说，他们在说什么。他不会懂，就像我们不懂为什么这时候开一瓶酒、做那个数字。我们不懂他们为什么那样做，他们也不懂我们为什么这样做，但我们必须学会那份宽容和理解。这样，我们就能在自己里面把那股能量、那股太阳的力量和这个声音连起来，连到胸口，你会感到这里有一股压力。

YB: Because I do not know why it happened, I tried my best to close the account today and I couldn't do it.

YB: No, no, no, no, no, no please, please, please, thank you very much. Look that is a direct reflection on me, wait a minute. YB: Well, it is a reality which is a ultimate reality. When you cause a change you are changing a reality that is your own universal power and I always give that exception separate.

Student: Okay, Now, (?).

YB: Therefore, to avoid that (?) like this and to cover that they grow their nails, this is from where the growing of the nail started, but nails have a special length to only grow and then a automatic natural line, they grow in line and that line is sufficient to crack the nail, so it gets cracked at a particular point and keep that growth up to that point.

YB: There is a certain mental expansion which is connected with this sound and the breath and the mind energy and the float is fast and all these practices man has been practicing for centuries just to relate to his higher consciousness. No external help is necessary except you know how to arrange the technical know-how, within yourself and you can produce those environments. By producing those environments you can fit in to the external pressure and avenues. Therefore, you reach a stage when your meditation become constant and finally you have not to sit down and meditate. There you go, you talk, you drive, you (?), that's it, doesn't make any difference.

YB：有一种心智的扩展，跟这个声音、呼吸和心智的能量相连，那个漂浮很快，所有这些练习，人类已经练了几个世纪，只是为了跟自己的更高意识连接。不需要任何外在的帮助，只要你知道如何在你自己之内安排技术上的诀窍，你就能创造出那些环境。通过创造那些环境，你就能适应外在的压力和途径。因此，你会到达一个阶段，你的冥想变得持续不断，最终你不必坐下来冥想。到那时，你说话、你开车、你（？），就是这样，没有任何差别。

Exactly in physical form the aircraft takes a speed opposite to the air, adjust its inflow and uplift and goes to a certain altitude and then apply little automatic and then it flows. "

" He said, then this wrong signal will start doing tu-tu-tu and I'll get up but he sits all right. "

YB：他说：“我这样已经七年了。”然后他向我解释，这个小自动驾驶仪把（？）保持在一个非常特定的位置，它保持同样的高度，我说，假设它出错了，然后呢？“他说，然后这个错误信号就会开始嘟-嘟-嘟，我就会起来，但他坐得好好的。”

So in a machine also you find man can relate to his that nature. So, it is not very difficult. In my own life I have seen a man on rifle duty with three feet (?) up and standing once, two times, three times, moment you will pass, he will come to attention and you go he will come to stand-at-ease, but you know my nature is little curious. I came back and forth, and I found moment you are two steps from him, he will become attention, and you go three steps and he will become again stand-at-ease, it was so automatic with that sound and I came very calmly, nothing. I never created that sound and he never moved.

所以在一台机器里，你也能发现人可以与他的那种本性相连。所以，这并不很难。在我自己的生活中，我见过一个持枪执勤的人，三英尺（？）高，站着，一次、两次、三次，你一走过，他就会立正，你一走，他就会稍息，但你知道我的天性有点好奇。我来回走，我发现你离他两步时，他就会立正，你走三步，他又会稍息，那声音让他如此自动，我很平静地走过来，什么也没有。我从未制造那个声音，他也从未动过。

YB: I said, this man with a rifle is on a guard duty and his attention and stand-at-ease is according to the foot sound of the other man.

YB: I got his charge, I asked to come, I said, "Look I tell you a miracle. "

I said, "Don't tell him anything, just keep a watch. Exact by watch when the duty was three hour over, he became attention and then stand-at-ease, rifle went up, he gave a salute, came back, attention and he opened the eyes, looked left and right and walked away.

我说：“什么都别告诉他，就盯着看。掐着表看，执勤三个小时一到，他就变成立正，然后稍息，枪举起来，敬了个礼，回来，立正，睁开眼，左右看了看，就走了。”

YB: We watched him one week and it was exact pattern of behavior. After a week I called him, I said, "What you do at night? "

"Sir, I am all right, I am on duty. "

YB: "I want to how you did it. "

He said, "Sir, we were two people, my guard commander and myself and some, our officer commanding (?) night with us and he gave us midnight term duties," it is a very hard duty, 3 o'clock, 6 o'clock is the worst duty on guard duty. At that time, everybody wants to sleep. and he said, what you did? He said, "We self practice this sound and now it is so automatic with us that at such and such distance if anybody comes in and when it goes back, it is like that. "

他说：“先生，我们两个人，我的警卫指挥官和我，还有，我们的长官（？）晚上跟我们在一起，他给我们排午夜岗，”这是非常苦的岗，3 点、6 点的岗是警卫 duty 里最苦的。那个时间，人人都想睡觉。他说，你们做了什么？他说：“我们自己练这个声音，现在对我们来说太自动了，到了某个距离，如果有人进来，等它退回去，就是这样。”

Sound relates to the brain cells, not only through ears, but through these temples also. That is why, they say don't hit under the belt and don't hit at the temple. So, somebody thought perhaps there is a Hindu temple one should not hit him there.

声音与脑细胞相关，不仅通过耳朵，也通过这些太阳穴。所以他们说，不要打腰带以下，也不要打太阳穴。于是有人就想，也许那里有座印度教寺庙，不该打他那儿。

under the belt and don't hit at the temple. So, somebody thought perhaps there is a Hindu temple one should not hit him there.

YB: These are the temple and they relate also to brain nerves, very effective and that is why in sound current when we meditate on sound current it has got a very Divine effect on our total body, mind, and soul. And these meditations which have been practiced in the old, ancient by the old, ancient people are your secret with which they used to prepare themselves, practice makes a man perfect. They used to make themself perfect so that in day to day life they can live above the surface of the calamity. Don't think a sage or a saint is a great man. All he does is he has a practice to live little higher. So, he doesn't get involved in smaller things.

YB：这些就是太阳穴，它们也与脑神经相关，非常有效，所以在音流中，当我们冥想音流时，它对我们的整个身体、心智和灵魂都有非常神圣的效果。而这些冥想，是古老、远古的人们所练习的，是他们用来准备自己的秘密，练习使人完美。他们过去让自己变得完美，这样在日常生活中就能活得高于灾难的表面。不要以为圣人或圣徒是什么了不起的人。他所做的，只是有一种练习，让自己活得稍微高一点。这样他就不会被琐碎的事情卷进去。

That is why, it was a kind of a gift to you through me for that dedication and love you have shown me to give you these practical six ways of meditation. Pick up anyone you like, practice it, if all will work. So, one day you may not say we never had the knowledge. All now you have to say, I never practice.
