As you all know we have really encouraged everyone from our international family to be here tonight and every region is represented and after such a big meal being Yogis that we are, I think we should take the opportunity we can’t really do any Kundalini Yogi here but we can do a little stretching so why don’t we do it by region so we can also see everybody who they are.

Student2: And Joseph and I and few other friends and of course Yogiji, got together one day and said, why don’t we have class (?) we have it, she said, well just move my antique furniture aside here we have it right here in my front room. So we started having classes there and people would walk by (?) Melrose and Robertson and (?), “What are these nuts doing here.” And so that and now we can make them come into the (?) and see what these nuts do.

(?) and go on and on but I would just like to say that the real work and Yogiji is the first one to say that, he really takes no credit (?) and that is why he is such a beautiful person and one that will be my friend forever (?) He knows that work is done by those who really do the work and so it is all up to you to continue (?) and to teach (?) and be a living example more than anything else of what he has taught you and the principles or whatever, the main thing is that, good food, good health, the good vibrations and you know that courageous strength to take things as they come and to be able to handle (?) as they come along.

Now Hong Kong, Hong Kong is a city where money is God, and it is where commerce, trades and read of balance and the masses team and East is East and West is West and they don’t like to let people there forget it and it is really and incredibly different, difficult place to be and in this island if Hong Kong we create a Sat Nam island and for that, for the, for the inspiration and the real dignity and grace with which they have maintained themselves for a number of years we really want to again honor them tonight.

Now this next two award is interesting because it could be given to this person for a number of different things, we don’t have a Music Award, that will be almost impossible there are so many of you who are terrifically gifted musicians and but if we did have one is, this man would be one of the main contenders I am sure, and we are not even giving him an award tonight for the fact that he is the one who really (?)

But what we felt he really needed an award for was his own personal sacrifice of living under a roof,

Now we could give this lady an award for being the Best Cook of the year, that would be absolutely, (?), we could give her an award for having gone back to school and earned her Masters Degree just recently. But that is not it, I think just a plain old Cherdi Kala keep up award to Bibiji Indrajit Kaur.

Student: People entering ashram are exhilarated with the new thing that they have discovered about themselves and were riding high on the crest of a new (?) and yet, so often, those who hadn’t shared their experience felt (?) and hurt by a change. And how would you tell a brother and sister, a parent or a friend about what you are going through. And how to express the enthusiasm without making them feel (?) and how to (?) of what you were doing with the people who were convinced that you were (?). How could you do this to them?

Student: (?) and the day finally came when 3HO was established and growing and we were well into the seventies. It was a decade of complacencies, a vital resource kind of (?) and the time of rest, for the growth (?) population. As the seventies were on, the pressures of inflation and the fuel prices began to tell on the population.

Student: But for the 3HO foundation, the seventies were great. We went from one small ashram in Los Angeles to over a hundred and twenty ashrams in North America, Europe, Australia and Asia. Our bigger ashrams now (?) neighborhoods and some other like small villages. Hundreds of thousands of people now practice Kundalini yoga. Kundalini yoga has programmed (?), many, many colleges and universities, we have highly successful, drug rehabilitation programs. We’ve reached out (?) people in prisons and in mental institutions and our teachers have worked with people in every walk of life.

Student-1: When the Siri Singh Sahib first began to teach in the United States, he was living across the street from the East-West Cultural Center (?) central Los Angeles, in a (?) apartment. Mukhia Sardarni Sahiba Shakti Parva Kaur, used to regularly drop (?) to serve him an awesome salad prepared (?) basically because his apartment (?) a kitchen (?) and the Siri Singh Sahib (?) stories of (?) office, (?) set up in (?) and have blankets wrapped around my feet to keep warm (?) accomplishments to which (?).

So it was right from those very humble beginnings that the Siri Singh Sahib (?) Shakti Parva Kaur and myself (?) we have so much work, so many ashrams, such a vast organization, such reams and reams of paper work that we would require our own secretarial staff (?). Little did we imagine or honestly even believe (?) we have a faith (?) true, that just ten years later we’ll have our own secretariat and the Sikh Dharma western hemisphere we’ll be gathered here together with more than six hundred of our 3HO family members, friends and well wishers to celebrate ten years of our existence as an organized community.

I still consider attached to the (?) my fear (?) after all, it’s not the life that matters it’s the courage that you bring to it. With the participation (?) as everyone in our 3HO family is not (?) and of all of the people who are fans and associates, with the contributions of the stories and the photographs and columns and messages of love and appreciation and gratitude, the commemorative volume has become a reality. This volume is a tribute to the man who left behind his country, and his comforts, his friends and even his family to share with us the technology and the teachings upon which we have been able to build the foundation (?)

I personally feel that actually I did nothing but roamed about in the land from place to place meeting people. I have been loved so much by people, I forget about the pain. But basically, if we try to understand our lives, our lives are very lonely. I can feel it, I don’t have a peer group, I don’t have anybody with whom I can talk to and lot of people don’t understand what I talk to and lot of people do not understand from which center of consciousness I am talking and I feel that and that is why I can feel you, too. You don’t need wisdom, you are the wisdom. You don’t need love, you are the love. You have not to find out the reality, you are the reality.

Sometime you become very bullheaded, and you crash. And sometime you become mellow and you melt. And between that melting and between that striking hard some balance has to be created. And I personally feel that my contribution is only that I have lived with you. I do not know what these teachings are, they just come and they go.

And you know, we are very great and very rich and there is lot of money and everybody is, everybody has the right to live rich, poverty is a curse, why, why to live poor? Work hard, God is in you. But I never see dollars. All that goes to Shakti.

And if one is not, then we must find it out and we must find it out what we can do because if we do for others, then God will not forget us. That is what Guru has taught us. And the house of Guru Ram Das is very gracious. You are talking to me and you say, “Yeah, we know it is you,” and I am willing to acknowledge because how can I fight with you all that I am not but really today I want you to understand, I am not.

The books, and the knowledges and these phenomenas will guarantee you but the reality of you which will make you fulfilled and happy is when you live it.

You can smile with your friend. You can help somebody. You can just… You don’t have to sit on a throne, the entire Earth is your throne. You are not to fly in heavens. Heavens are in your heart. You can share. I couldn’t see people divorcing each other. I couldn’t. I feel bad. I feel honorable man honor his words.

I don’t believe, you can believe me, I don’t believe you. I don’t believe that we, who are created in the image of God, are meant to suffer. I think we are crazy. I think that at least, if we are gone through misery, let our children not go. Let us save them. Let us save ourself.

I honestly believe that it is rightful right of ours that we have not to find God, we are with God all the time. That’s all I say. And you all walked on that, we all walked on that and today we are actually celebrating your birthday, it is your tenth years of walking, some fell, some got up again, some will get up again, some will come, some will leave, it is a process. So long this process will be alive there is a hope for the human race and with that hope, we are today here and this all would not have been possible, you have flown from distances.

As much furniture, antique furniture we broke at Jewel’s (?) shop, we can’t pay them, and it’s a fact. Because there is nothing to know, and that is truth. If you want actually to know and that is a waste of life, energy and time and that is why I say, ‘Relax and rejoice.’ Because you are not going to know the Unknown, Unknown knows you anyway, He knows what a tiddy-widdy you are.

For some people life is so limited that it doesn’t see beyond saucer. And for some people the life is so vast they see the flying saucers. Life is as you make it, and life shall continue to be as you keep them making it. You fight with me right, I fight with you. Sometime we talk, sometime we don’t, sometime we tell, ‘You are not (?), get out of my life’ and sometime we find me, (?) very (?), right, but the problem is, I don’t believe you can get away from me.

I don’t believe that, because I know you want to be great and I know I am going to push you to that. And I know pushes are not needed these days, I know that too. But in that case, throughout the Time and Space, somebody has to do this job. When you gave me the title, ‘Garbage Collector of America,’ I accepted that, when you made me that ‘Man known as Siri Singh Sahib,’ I accepted that. You make me tomorrow anything I’ll accept that, if you accept one thing of mine that you have the right to be great and that is now. Our friendship is only waste of one thing. I don’t care who you are, it doesn’t bother me. And I don’t care either who am I.

What is going to work out is your grit as people, your strength as human being, your compassion, your truth, your commitment, your prayer and your power to sacrifice and that is all what you need. This under the table what you do, that is your problem, but my folks, tables are going to turn and there will be nothing to do under, do you understand?

Things are going to be clear, because I see the heavens getting clearer and clearer and I see the hand of God working closer and closer to the mankind, and I see the vibrations expanding beyond our eagerness and I also see the grace in extending human values. And equally I see there shall be a tremendous amount of sacrifice required on the part of the mankind, and those who do not know how to commit, will not find the base and such lost lives in that tragedy is what I request everybody to avoid.

All those who believed and those who couldn’t come because of environments, our prayers are with them, but with all the understanding, I believe that there is a chance, there is a hope, and there is a wonderful possibility for us to be Healthy, Happy and Holy.

Second woman which I’ll like to appreciate in her humble way is Mukhia Sardarni Sahiba Premka Kaur Khalsa, whose pen is stronger that her entire being and who writes and writes and writes and she has created the history of all of us. We should be grateful to her.
