Those who bow are blessed, are loved by Him and He be the custodian shall look after them. Therefore, we all bow to the great Creator.

You are now working with me, you are getting a good benefit. Okay? What about those who do not know those who cannot come, those whom we cannot accommodate? We are picking up our certificates from YMCA and from individuals and all that. I have to send a report to my Ashram. So how many teachers I have produced is my problem. So that I can have a good number, two, three, four are working all right, so it is better that we may start teaching. Become friends, become family members and start teaching them the little, light breathing exercises, which we in the beginning were doing. That will improve the condition of everyone around you. This is essential.

People do not know how to breathe. They are absolutely negative and careless about their breath. They feel it is automatic. They do not know, without breath dust goes to dust. It is only the value in this whole thing is the breath, nothing else. But nobody bothers, nobody is serious. If everybody would have been serious and would have been taught basically that the breath is the signal, symbol of life and this can only make you divine, everybody would have been careful. Little children, if they would have been taught about breathing, if you have not taught them up to this day, you teach them.

Question is, you all are responsible people and here we are not to collect money and get a yogiship that Yogi Bhajan is a big thing. Question involved is not of a person or a personality. Question involved basically is of this truth, of this realized truth. That is important. And more people will, this little set of things that to breathe deep and breathe in the morning and breath of fire and deep breathing and Sitali Pranayam, the cool breath, everybody of you knows. What should I tell?

This little exercise by sitting in Gian Mudra, no bent in the elbows, everybody should teach everybody and Nabhi Kriya of Sat Nam. This is very powerful thing, it is very simple. It is sound, because not only it can be done mentally, go through every book. They will say, one word. Naad, Nabhi Naad but they will never say what word. Guru will tell you. Well, now I am telling you, it is word is always Sat Nam. Om-Tat-Sat. Sat is very important in the entire scriptology. Every scripture ends on Sat. And Sat Nam is the word. And everybody of you is doing Nabhi Kriya, everybody can teach Nabhi Kriya to other person and the sound with this, which is to be taught is, Sat Nam. What else you want?

The problem is, everybody wants energy. Everybody wants to complete everything and there are shortcomings in the body. To overcome these shortcomings we have to do something practical each day. And we are powerful people. Everybody has been blessed by the God. God is within you. Don't talk God, God, God, God, where is God? You are the God. I can cheat you by telling that I will let you know where God is, give me seven hundred dollars and later on I tell you, you are the God and that's the answer. But I am telling you free. If it doesn't suit you pay me. You are the God when you act like a God and you are also the devil when you act like a devil.
问题在于，每个人都想要能量。每个人都想把一切做完，而身体里总有种种欠缺。要克服这些欠缺，我们每天就得做点实际的事。我们是有力量的人。每个人都受过神的祝福。神就在你之内。别总说神、神、神、神，神在哪儿？你就是神。我可以骗你，说我会让你知道神在哪儿，给我七百美元，过后我再告诉你，你就是神，这就是答案。但我现在免费告诉你。要是不合你意，你再付我钱。你像神一样行事时，你就是神；你像魔鬼一样行事时，你也是魔鬼。

There is no more God, there is no less God. And you are powerful, you are the hero. You are weak, meek, you condemn yourself, you are the worst person ever God can produce. There is nothing good, there is nothing bad, thinking makes it so. Therefore, one thing if you do not forget that you conquered this rhythm of breath, you conquer your mental attitude as well as your behavior and when you can do that, you are perfect. You don't worry. You are secure. Everything man can do. Every miracle he can perform. Your words will never be false, untrue if you are constant in your breathing. Count your breath when you are upset. Count your breath when you indulge in sex.
神不会更多，神也不会更少。你有力量，你就是英雄。你软弱、怯懦、自我谴责，你就是神能造出的最糟的人。没有什么是好的，没有什么是不好的，是念头让它变成这样。所以，有一件事，只要你别忘了——你征服了呼吸的节奏，你就能征服自己的心智态度和行为；当你能做到这一点，你就是完美的。你不担心。你有安全感。人能做的每一件事。他能行的每一个奇迹。只要你的呼吸稳定，你的话就永远不会虚假、不真。心烦意乱时，数你的呼吸。沉溺于性时，数你的呼吸。
Count your breath when you are telling lies. Count your breath when you are cheating. Count your breath when you have overeaten, count your breath when you have written a love, affectionate letter. Count your breath when you have done something without receiving anything. Count your breath when you have helped somebody.
说谎时，数你的呼吸。欺骗时，数你的呼吸。吃撑了时，数你的呼吸；写了一封爱意绵绵的信时，数你的呼吸。做了事却不求回报时，数你的呼吸。帮助了别人时，数你的呼吸。

You will definitely know when unconsciously you breathe eight times you are near God. When four times you are just the perfect image of God. When one minute means one breath you are the living God. This is the ratio. Eight, four and one. Normally when you do not do anything now, you breathe about fifteen to sixteen times, normally sixteen times per minute. And sometime you breathe thirty two times per minute. Like this. And your lungs capacity is not more than three hundred cc. Normally it should be five to seven hundred cc, normally, and it can go up to eleven hundred to sixteen hundred, eighteen hundred cc. The lungs are the biggest organ in the entire system.

They do the most, most, most important work, they clean the blood. They make the blood thin. They take out all dirt. Thin blood can go to the deepest corner of the body because it is thin, it is not thick. The small arteries, they cannot take the thick blood at all. And also the third lung, these pores, they also breathe.

it is thin, it is not thick. The small arteries, they cannot take the thick blood at all. And also the third lung, these pores, they also breathe.

Sometime during the day or during the month or during the year, the body should have a touch of air. These are the few little things, which can keep you happy, healthy and you can lead your destiny towards holiness. Everybody is the image of God. I am yet to see. It is unfortunate, it is your misfortune when you get away from this thought. You must understand that age is to change. You are just like pitcher. If I take five pitchers and keep them one, two, three, four, five. Put honey in one, nectar in the other and water in the third, fourth I use just as a garbage one and the fifth I put all what is dirt of the house, now there are five pitchers, the value of the pitchers changes.

You are all pitchers. Whatever is in you, that is your value. What is in you, it's your constant behavior. By your habit and action, whatever you project to the outer world, that is your value. People do not say at your face, but don't forget the value you like that. They ignore you, they do not talk to you. They do not tell on your face you are dirty, but they value you, you are a dirty pitcher.
你们都是水罐。你里面装的是什么，那就是你的价值。你里面是什么，就是你一贯的行为。凭你的习惯和行动，你向外部世界投射什么，那就是你的价值。人们不会当面说你，但别忘了你喜欢的那种价值。他们忽视你，不跟你说话。他们不会当面告诉你你很脏，但他们评价你，你是个脏水罐。
Whatever your Karmas are... What is Karma Yoga? Whatever your Karmas are, that will be your acting. Whatever you will act, so you will be valued in the society. How can everybody say that I am bad? Everybody is a pitcher. Same earth, same Maker, same seasoning and one has come to this world. It has a time. Either you put honey in your pitcher, nectar in your pitcher, water in your pitcher, dirty water in your pitcher and a bad smelling water in your pitcher. Choice is yours. Pitcher has got nothing to do with it.
无论你的业力是什么……什么是业瑜伽？无论你的业力是什么，那都会成为你的行动。无论你怎么行动，你在社会里就会被怎样评价。怎么可能人人都说我坏？每个人都是一个罐子。同样的土，同样的造物者，同样的调味，一个来到了这个世界。它有时间。你在你的罐子里放蜂蜜也好，放甘露也好，放水也好，放脏水也好，放发臭的水也好。选择在你。罐子跟这个毫无关系。
water in your pitcher, dirty water in your pitcher and a bad smelling water in your pitcher. Choice is yours. Pitcher has got nothing to do with it. Talk bad, think bad, act bad, cheat people, tell them something different, be something different, how many times this thing can go on? World will spread around you. There you go.
你在你的罐子里放水也好，放脏水也好，放发臭的水也好。选择在你。罐子跟这个毫无关系。说坏话、想坏事、做坏事、骗人、对他们说一套、自己又是另一套，这种事能持续多久？世界会围着你散开。你就这样了。
But if you are steady, you are honest, you are truthful, you have got merits, let anybody say anything to you, you don't care and one day you will be the victorious, you will triumph. And when you feel weak, you have got no secret around you to be happy.
但如果你稳，你诚实，你真实，你有功德，随便谁对你说什么，你都不在乎，有一天你会是胜利者，你会得胜。而当你感到虚弱时，你身边没有任何秘密能让你快乐。
There are chances to be happy. And that happiness can be created by you. How? Be with the Creator at that time. Call on Him and when you call on Him, He shall answer you. One word out of million books is this: When you cannot you cannot accomplish anything. Sit down, apply the lock and start Nabhi Kriya with power and let us start now that conduct, which will make us happy and we will see whether we become happy or we do not become happy. And we will vote it. Why should we go on doing something, which I am telling? Let us see today whether when we apply this lock of energy.
有快乐的机会。那份快乐可以由你创造。怎么做？在那个时候与造物者同在。呼唤祂，当你呼唤祂时，祂会回应你。百万本书里的一句话就是：当你做不到时，你什么也成就不了。坐下来，锁上根锁，带着力量开始丹田奎亚，让我们现在就开始那种行为，它会让我们快乐，我们会看看自己到底快不快乐。我们会投票表决。我告诉你的这些，我们为什么要一直做下去？今天让我们看看，当我们锁上这股能量时。

Sit calm and peaceful, close our eyes, look within ourself and from our this Nabhi, the life source, the power resource, we project the Shabad, the Naad, Sat Nam, the Naad, let us see what it gives us. Start.

Relax. Now let this energy flow in yourself. Let this power flow in yourself. Keep your spine straight, no bending. It is dishonest to your teacher if you are ever caught with your spine bent. It is an insult to the Kundalini yoga and to the teacher if his any student is found sitting with a bent spine. Sit erect, always spine erect.
放松。现在让这股能量在你自身中流动。让这股力量在你自身中流动。保持脊柱挺直，不要弯。如果你被发现脊柱弯着，那就是对你的老师不诚实。如果他的任何一个学生被发现坐着时脊柱是弯的，那是对昆达里尼瑜伽和老师的侮辱。坐直，永远脊柱挺直。

Relax. Love of human being and to accommodate and tolerate are the two secrets of great success. We'll be successful if we learn tolerance and accommodating each other in action, in thought and in personality. No clash of ego. Normal, beautiful people as you are, relax yourself completely. And let us roll our entire energy and today the sound will be beautiful and let us project ourself to this.

People say, sometimes they talk to me. "I don't know why I am suffering. " And I smile, "Oh you are suffering for your Karmas. "

Fact is it takes seventy-two hours to go and manufacture and reflect back. 365.4 days it takes. And any bad action incurred today mentally, in a thought and by doing shall fall back on you within one year before the earth goes around the sun. The mystery of this whole episode is, you are not aware for which action you are suffering when. Because within one year when it reflects back, everything men, goes back. Everything.

One day a person had a holy man and something happened, that holy man went out and I got the news that I ran and I picked him up, I say, "You Maharaj, you come along and stay with me or you can come along to our Ashram, why you are going away? "

Therefore, when you act bad, think bad, do something bad, remember you are to repay for it. Whether you like it or not, I don't care. Sometimes I am advised not to tell you something always bad. Always tell you, you are very great, you are wonderful. Well, you are, there is no problem about that but always I am to tell great people that one bad action can make you bad, because you are white, clean.
所以，当你行为坏、想得坏、做了什么坏事，记住你是要偿还的。不管你喜不喜欢，我不在乎。有时候有人建议我不要总跟你讲坏的东西。总要告诉你，你很伟大，你很了不起。是啊，你是，这没问题，但我总是要告诉伟大的人：一个坏行为就能让你变坏，因为你是白的、干净的。

So just to keep myself secure I am always telling you, listen my dears, my great, great, great people, you are very, very great, for God's sake now start acting well. Past is past. Think of nothing. Think of this present now and build your future.

Who knows these five secret laws can be the creative happy person. First cosmic law is that he depends on the cosmic energy as a beloved depends on the fragrance of the lover. And in every moment of distress he must not look to any other power except one Creator, the cosmos, he shall never, never be unhappy.

I have given you five cosmic laws how to be God. I have given you one cosmic law of happiness. When you are working with me we are partners. In the simple sense, I am leading the ball to the goal and your all energy is behind me. But also remember we have to know the fundamental definition of everything so that we may not be misguided. A misguided traveler is the worst person in the world. If you really want to sacrifice something, get rid of something. Give away something. Give the habit to lie. Stand on one truth. What can happen maximum? Nothing. Either you are living or you are dead. In-between nothing else can happen.

To have creative power in you your lungs capacity should not be less than seven hundred cc. This is the law. If you fall short of that, there are chances you can lie. It is a physical phenomenon, it has got nothing to do Divine here or Divine there. Check up. Any person whose lungs capacity is less than seven hundred cc, he cannot stand (?) nothing doing.

So breathing is not only little thing. It is the fundamental Divine charge, till you breathe, you are just living being. Without breath, dust goes to dust. That is the importance of breathing and we smoke whole day. Instead of that cosmic energy, we take nicotine and carbon dioxide in our lungs, choke them up and block our breathing capacity. We have got going on a class in Alhambra YMCA. I wish you all should come and see how those little, little ladies, they breathe, my God and (?) was there the first day we started. They were hardly in a position to do anything. And now as big snake shoo-shoo-shoo, what is going on? They are so powerful, they have learnt the art of this. And the same we have to do. There are two things, which guide our super consciousness and our consciousness: One is doubt; the other is a new experience, new realization. They are two very important situations this morning I am talking to you and you have to be little careful to have a clear understanding of this thing. Everybody says I love the teachings and those who love the teachings have to love the teacher too. This is automatic and those who love the teacher should not have any doubt in themselves. This is also a truth. And if one has got a doubt and if one loves the teacher, one should come to the teacher and talk to him face to face.

Damn it, when a day will come when you will remove the doubt, and if he cannot remove your doubt what a useless teacher is he? Don't keep this poison of doubt, which does not let your consciousness come up in yourself. That is very important. The other thing, which moves a man is, the realization of truth, which makes him realize more, more and more. When you will realize more, it will come out of you. Level, you may not be aware what are the weaknesses in you. Other man may not tell you because you don't ask.

The law in the Shastra is don't advise until and unless it is sought for. You must not advise anybody until and unless somebody does not, is not willing to seek it. Therefore, this law it compels every teacher, not to poke his nose with the affair of his student. Let them live under the same weight and when they are ready, they will bring their load and throw it right on the teacher, 'Here is my problem,' and then he will compute it. And teacher has got a thermometer to know the temperature of the student. He knows the block in the student. Whenever he'll find a chance, he will poke him right there and will see the reaction.

That reaction will tell you how much he is, how much right the student is, how much he is ready. You know, when you cook something, you take out something little and just taste it or test it and then you know whether it is ready or not?

Well, a good teacher knows what his student is and he knows this is his weak side. A perfect man has got less weakness. So he hits that weakness and watches the reaction. If the reaction is that he say, "Well, master, it belongs to you, well, what do I care now? " It means the faith has started constructing. Another wall has been built up, another foundation has been laid down and the building will stand and if he say, "Well, you know, I am not ready for it. "

Once in a while a chance comes and once a chance comes to everyone's life when he is told the bitter truth. Bitter truth is a bitter pill, which everybody has to swallow. Those who are fortunate they surrender themselves to that bitterness. They come out to be all sweet and those who still have their ego and ouch it out, they remain as they are. Teacher is also a time. He gives a timely warning. He hints it out. Those who follow the hint and follow it through, they survive. Those who do not, their ship sinks right in mid ocean. They do not know any shore. You all, I am training you all as teachers. You have to realize the conduct of a teacher.

First you have to master yourself and then you will become teachers. Teacher is a very open, public park, anybody can walk in. So teacher has to be very clean. His conduct has to be crystal clear and he has to be a man who is absolutely transparent. Only then he can be a teacher. Any person of no value can point out, "You, Yogi Bhajan was seen on such and such hour under such and such circumstances which are not moral in United States. Can you explain your conduct? " Yogi Bhajan has got no cheek to say, "No, I do not want to explain to you. " If his conduct is clean, his consciousness is clear, he has to tell him why he was there and what he was doing.

Don't be afraid, everything will be top secret but the idea behind the whole situation is, the one fundamental is, when you realize truth. That is our habit and we love to live like that. That is our problem.

Every man is not a God, neither he is a devil. He is half of eight. Half of eight is three, half devil, half God. This is how you project yourself, you become God, you can be God. You project devilish, you will be devils. There is no ban, no security, no law on it. You can be devils, still not to be caught by the law of the state and you can be God and they are going to prostitute you next minute.

So manmade laws do not determine who is God and who is devil. It is the etherical law, it is the spiritual law. It is the law of awareness, which determines who is devil and who is God, who is cheat and who is great, that person is a cheat who cheats himself. Whether he is caught by the law of the state or not, he is the biggest cheat because everyone who cheats himself has to suffer and those suffering will show up little later and will prove, yes, he was the greatest cheat of self. Exactly, law of nature is continuous. It is never still. It is always in operation.

I shall be requesting everyone not to live in hang-up, not to live in block. We have to move, we have to open our block, we have to shed our fears, at least if not with everyone, at least with someone whom you consider he is your benefactor, he loves you, he is your teacher, he wishes you well, he wants you to open up and he wants you to realize truth. At least with that individual you should be honest and be clear. And it is an open invitation. It is not specific. It belongs to everyone who wants to act, who believes in right and the right course is to discuss a matter and to realize what is truth and what is not truth.

We have certain set of exercises known to us, which clear our path. They remove some disturbance in our mind. They give us a clear channel to our self-realization. We can realize how much powerful we are. Because our image how powerful we are is different actually what the reality is. These two things are different. In every position we cannot realize but when we raise our toes, press forward at sixty degree and our hands sixty degree and fix our eyes at the tip of our toe, we realize how much powerful we are.
