If you cannot serve yourself, is there anybody in the world who is going to serve you? You must be kidding. If you cannot come out smiling with a power, with a standard, with a personality, with your own likes and dislikes and with your own emotions and values and feelings, whatever you want to call it, if you cannot do your self justice, where you are going to find justice - in the supreme court of United States?

如果你连自己都服务不了，这世上还会有人来服务你吗？你开什么玩笑。如果你不能带着一股力量、一个标准、一种人格，带着你自己的好恶、你自己的情绪、价值和感受——随你怎么叫它——笑着走出来，如果你不能为自己讨回公道，你上哪儿去找公道——去美国最高法院吗？

There is none sitting among you, who should be poor. But there are poor people, there is none among you who should be unhappy, there are unhappy people, there is nobody who should be sick, even I got sick sometime, extend myself twenty hours, never care, after all, this is a body, I trash it, I, I do. I mean, at one o'clock if somebody calls me, I am right there calling, answering, talking, discussing, trying to make a sense, tolerating nonsense and making a sense is called commotion.

Tolerating a nonsense and trying to make a sense is called emotion and having made some sense is called intelligence and make somebody to work the intelligence which you have made so that person can understand the pro and con and walk his life is called consciousness.

We do not breathe consciously, majority of the time we do not know we are breathing or not. There is so much fastidiousness about this Kundalini, what is a Kundalini, dangerous, it is this, that, it is this, it is that, sometime I wonder do they know what Kundalini is. You all know your car, most of you don't know. You get the key, get in, all you know is put a gas, put a water or now, now you have to do it yourself, prior to this people used to do it for you. Now Kundalini is nothing but transmission, it's a gearbox in the system, energy is the same, there is no difference.

A man who is depressed, sick, mentally bizarre, cannot handle himself, does have the Kundalini energy exactly in the same frequent potency, the man who can handle two thousand people and still relax, is no difference. Simply the one knows how to change gears, the other doesn't. That's all about, there is no big difference. If you want to be successful, try yourself, if you want to be excellent you have to know how to change gears and if you do not know change gears doesn't matter who you are, rich, poor, big, smile, beautiful, ugly, you are trouble. That's where the trouble in life is.

一个抑郁、生病、精神错乱、连自己都应付不来的人，身上的昆达里尼能量，和一个能应付两千人却依然放松的人，频率和强度完全一样，没有区别。只不过一个懂得怎么换挡，另一个不懂。就这么回事，没什么大不了的。你想成功，就自己去试；你想卓越，就必须懂得怎么换挡；你要是不懂换挡，不管你是谁，富的、穷的、大的、笑的、美的、丑的，你都是个麻烦。人生的麻烦就出在这儿。

I mean to say, just imagine, you have to go somewhere and you want to go in the fourth gear, instead of that you push yourself in first gear, what will happen to your car and even you say then(save that) co-incident, in next mile you put yourself in reverse gear, well, what happens then? And that's what is all about.

Everybody is trying to survive and be successful, everybody; that's not the way to live. Don't survive because you are all ready alive, why you are surviving for, waste of energy and don't try to just grab things; co-exist. What belongs to you shall come to you, it's a very simple way in life. You need for your things, for your life, day to day life, seventy-two thousand things, count it, aha, small, little, big, water, air, this cleaning shelter, bah, bah, bah, body is divided into seventy-two thousand parts and each part needs a thousand thing. That's why we have thousand petal lotus on the top of your head, it is called brain.

Now the choice is, either you stay stationary, locate yourself, root yourself and let things comes to you or run after things and find them and collect them and bring them. Ninety-nine point nine million people, I didn't say out of a hundred, that's why I didn't say percent, run after things. But when they find some things, by that time they have gone old, weak and they cannot enjoy them. There are some who have conquered their mind and learn the art, to be, to be or I am, I am and thus things comes to them.

现在的选择是：要么你保持不动，定位自己，扎根自己，让事物来找你；要么你追着事物跑，找到它们、收集它们、把它们带回来。九千九百九十万的人——我没说一百个人里有多少，所以我才没说百分比——都在追着事物跑。可等他们找到一些东西时，他们早已年老、衰弱，享受不了了。也有一些人，他们征服了自己的心智，学会了那门艺术——去存在，去存在，或者说「我是，我是」，于是事物就来找他们。

In United State of America my problem is that I find it very difficult here to share even spirituality which I openly share, I am not upset in sharing that. In Kundalini Yoga we do not initiate anybody, by no virtue we can do. Student has to initiate himself to become the master and if he is not worth that, there is no need to add worth to him, or her, whatever the case is. That's why in this science nobody is initiated. You cannot say I am initiate and it's very difficult for people in America to obey somebody. When you say obey, you immediately think I am not a slave and if you say, have a discipline you think you are in a dungeon.

So there is a very basic, fundamental, conscious, reluctance, to learn things of excellence, celestial, conscious science.

Religion to me is just nothing but a reality, beyond that I don't understand religion at all and reality is reality and one factor about reality is that it is infinite, it cannot change, it cannot become short, it cannot become more, it become big or it can be small. Law of the opposite does not touch reality, reality is forever and if reality is forever "If" then you are a non-reality. Because you live to die and you die to live. Before you, there is a example like Jesus Christ, like Mahatma Buddha, like Mohan Das Karamchand Gandhi, like Guru Nanak, like Hazrat Mohammad, there are some people in your, like Moses, who have lived even today.

Jesus Christ hold more property, tax free even today than anybody of you can dream of. And he holds more power today than he was. They put him on the cross and did what they did, today if you meet, meet some Jesus freak and you say, "I don't believe in Jesus," he is going to choke your throat. People believe that way, he is the only son of God, people believe that way.

So people believe in certain people, their ideology as the messenger of God. They had something superior for us. In reality I talk to them all. They were just like you and they just believed in that Infinity, in that love of God you call it and left the way for you to believe that way, not a single prophet has ever tried to (?) because you all I have seen here everybody talks about religion, Churches, God and there are very few people who deny God or they are not religious, I think everybody is religious and reality is if there is a one God, but the one God and He has created all of us, then let us see in everybody that God, even in our enemy.

People ask me sometime, "Why there is a pain, why I am in a pain? "

Pain is not a matter of pleasure, pain is for those who have not learned to pray and prayer is not what you can ask for. Prayer is something which you do to yourself, it is a selfish act, prayer is not meant for... Some people are totally, misleadingly wrong, 'oh I ask prayer and my prayer got answer and I got a car,' well those who didn't pray they get a car too. So it's no big deal that by prayer you get a car and somebody didn't and I was praying and I got a beautiful wife. There are some who got much beautiful wife than you. I got prayed and got lot of money. There are some more who got better than you. Prayer is actually your own excellence.

It is when your mind and your soul and your self become one, that's prayer. It has such a ecstasy in it, such a joyful thing in it.

That is actually the purpose of science of Kundalini to enjoy. You must understand the God cannot do one thing. He can do everything else and those who have heard me before should not answer me, but I am just asking this general beautiful audience, anybody knows that that one act which God cannot do, that Almighty, omnipresent, omniscient God? Anybody? Do you know that there is a one act which God cannot perform, He may try His best; no? God cannot produce another God. That's why He produced you so that through you He can be loved. I look like I am teaching the gospels, but that's not my intention, but that's what the factual fact is.

God created you in axis of X and Y, under given circumstances with five elements giving you a certain jurisdiction and territory in your own self to enjoy consciously what you got. But what we have done is, we have forgotten who we are because we do not value the most beautiful gift of life. You know I am going to teach tomorrow and people will understand what I am going to teach, simple thing. What I am going to teach tomorrow in one day is tune up, because I know in a car if there is not general tune up it doesn't work right. In you also if heart Chakra is not working you cannot be compassionate, doesn't matter what you do.

If your throat Chakra is not organized you will be bitter in talking, in spite of the fact you have no intention. If your head Chakra Shashara is not balanced, you will lay head trip on your self, forget about anybody you catch. If your navel point, the third Chakra is not in balance, you should have four phobia and you should not be absolutely trusting anything, doesn't matter what. If you have a second Chakra problem you shall be totally deviated everything from reality to non-reality to sensuality and sex is by the way, doesn't mean much in it. But once your intentional grip is sensuality, you are causing lot of damage to your own body, mind and soul.

is by the way, doesn't mean much in it. But once your intentional grip is sensuality, you are causing lot of damage to your own body, mind and soul.

Because you are not using your higher consciousness and your ability of totality and unfortunately, if you are totally stranded with the Chakra No.1 you will see everything upside down, and there is no escape from it and if luckily, you can be in your aura, that's the eighth power you have, you should be calm, serene, compassionate, kind and giving. These are your eight parts. They have to be tuned up, energy has to flow.

But in west when I came, everybody said Kundalini yoga is very dangerous, I said so eating the bananas, what different it makes? If you don't know anything, you don't know anything and the problem in Kundalini Yoga which I have found is, once you are student of Kundalini Yoga you cannot, if you are really good, you cannot be an idiot, it's very difficult,

It's very, I mean to say I have seen people who have not studied long, they have studied little. It gives you self-respect, it gives you self-identity, it give you courage of calling yourself answering the identity and it is give you to start being yourself and I have seen lot of students find it very hard to be themself and they had a certain personal vendetta with me because I push too much, because I have learned from those kids in the sixties, they used to push drugs and I used to push discipline, the identity, the self-realization because I feel it's a very precious for anybody to be a human, it's extremely precious and just being a human, you know how priceless it is to be human?

Everlasting impact with compassion and kindness is called love. Not the kind of you have, 'oho you brought me a flower. ' I collect in Los Angeles, you have that column "Love is when you bring her a flower," today was love is when you imagine for her. So this kind of little cartoons I am collecting from this year to find out love American style. But you all want to be loved. I agree; is that true? But have you ever thought that do you really love yourself? Why you are asking the neighbors to love you? If a person cannot love himself and herself and experience it, how can that person know what love is?

If I am that poor, if you are so consciously poor that you cannot love yourself and you cannot experience to love yourself and you cannot understand the beauty and the grace of it so you can love yourself, tell me please, is there anybody who can make you feel so? You think this emotional hotchpotch, kissing, hugging, exchanging bacteria's and aid and doing all this puch-puch business, you call it love and you think this just running around and having a intercourse here and there with this, that ends to (?) into, you know this kind of... Earthworms do it better than you and they are very qualified sexual creatures. That's not what you want. You want to know...

The purpose of coming to be a human body is to know yourself and if you can make your Kundalini to penetrate your all centers and bring balance to your own consciousness and use your intelligence consciously to evaluate everything, you cannot suffer. We only suffer when we decide things emotionally, because we are blinded by emotions, fanaticism, laziness.

来到人身的目的，就是认识你自己；如果你能让你的昆达里尼穿透你所有的中心，给你自己的意识带来平衡，并有意识地运用你的智力去评估一切，你就不会受苦。我们受苦，只因为我们是凭情绪决定事情，因为我们被情绪、狂热、懒惰蒙住了眼。

That's why we love some people, we go and give them the gift. Lot of people give me the gift and some time around me people are very happy. But I know what a gift is. When a gift comes, it warrants a lot of prayer on my part, so to me it's a job.

Commandment is direct, there are ten commandments and there are ten stars. God gave Moses or Moses got from God, the ten commandments to elevate the consciousness of a human being. We have forgotten those commandments. Thou shall not kill; why not? We kill everyday and this little killing here and there, I am not worry about. Sometime we kill our consciousness and still live. You know what I am saying?

And that is what human tragedy has to resolve itself.

My only concluding remarks will be, they should conclude right? That you can do yourself a favor and you can do a favor to God and you can do favor to your loved one, those who have to follow you, those who are with you and those who have already passed you. Just believe in yourself and love it. There is nothing more precious than that. When you don't believe in yourself it hurts the Almighty God who created you. Belong to any religion and any Yoga group and do any asana and posture, I am not against it, that is your waste of time, not mine. You can study in a University for rest of your life, if you are not going to graduate, you are not going to graduate, it's not my job.

Purpose of life is not to buy stories and houses and write books and be worshiped and all this, what should I say, nonsense. The purpose in life is before dying you decide consciously how you are going to die. When time is up, time is up, you can't then ballot the vote. It is within that time, which is called life, you have to cast your ballot and you must decide consciously, how you are going to die and what for and what you are going to leave behind, how many people you are going to affect, know, feel, touch basis.

I have very a simple system to synthesize way to live healthy, happy and holy, that's what 3HO is all about. I started with young people who were just walking naked and they were depressed and in nineteen sixty a revolution started (?) twenty million Americans revolted. YB: Because I am the master and they are not. I did my Phd in Kundalini Yoga, they didn't. The purpose is all spiritual, let me tell you something very truthfully. People are very afraid that their student are going to go away and their income is going to stop. I have seen every religious person hung on this, my turf; you know and I hate religion when it compromises and I hate a teacher who compromises. And fear is not the way of God. YB: I think Kundalini Yoga when you start really practicing, you don't need wine for it. But if you drink, it is your problem, it has nothing to do with Kundalini Yoga. If you, if you eat meat, you will get uric acid and urea, not Kundalini Yoga. You are what you eat. If we tell you what to eat, that we don't tell you, because we have to sell food. We tell you that will help you to achieve what you are trying to achieve. Because when you eat wine or you drink wine or beer, whatever you, it affects your ions and neurons and it does effect the secretion of the counter clockwise of the pituitary which is your sixth center and it shall effect you whether you like it or not.
