YB：喜悦是快乐的？

Students: Expression of happiness.

学生：表达。

YB: And when person feels happy inside and when he wants to express his happiness outside it is called joy. Joy is a enjoyable commodity, joy can be felt, seen, experienced, extended, shared, it's a commodity we earn out of happiness. And it is a human situation that it is our metabolism that we have to create something first in us, if we want to be depressed. Depression is the commodity of outcome of frustration, but to create frustration we have to be first angry. To be angry we must first misunderstand, we must miss the stand, must become angry, must become frustrated.

YB：当一个人内心感到快乐，当他想把这份快乐表达出来，这就叫喜悦。喜悦是一种令人享受的东西，喜悦可以被感受到、被看见、被体验、被延伸、被分享，它是我们从快乐中挣得的一种东西。这是人的状况，是我们的新陈代谢——如果我们想消沉，就必须先在自己内部造出点什么。消沉是挫败的产物，但要造出挫败，我们必须先愤怒。要愤怒，我们必须先误解，必须先站错立场，必须先发怒，必须陷入挫败。

And then we produce a great commodity called depression, we are very depressed, very low, very mean, very negative, we produce that. Nothing is outside, you are not angry on anything outside, you have to be first angry inside.

The caliber, when your caliber is not meditative, and your communication is not comprehensive and comparative, then my dear ones, you have only one way to go and that's called impulse. And with impulse you have to push. You always want to be beautiful, you want to be beautiful, how, people, you are beautiful for people. Have you ever stood before a mirror and you want to be beautiful because you like it? Have you ever thought of that, that you want to be beautiful, because you want to like yourself. Have you ever wanted to be beautiful so that your consciousness can bless you, and appreciate you, and say to you, 'so and so you are far out and I am proud to be your consciousness.

' Have you ever thought of that? Have you ever thought of a that this five tattvas body which is physical body of the five constitutes is just one body? Have you ever counted for God sake, counted even that you are a spiritual body, you are mental body, you are mental plus body, mental negative body, you are a physical body, you are a auric body, have you ever thought of it?

You are auric body, pranic body, subtle body, and you are a divine body, Brahm body they call it, have you ever come to know all that?

Have you ever, or you only think you are beautiful because you look beautiful physically, what about you, you look ugly as mentally. People talk to you five minutes and they say, (?), out. Or they feel you very, very depressed and they don't want to be near you.

I have seen some people saying, oh don't talk of that person even you sit in his company for five minutes you will be dragged down to death. Why? Because spiritual body is dry, there is no flow, there is no flow, to flow the mind into any positive plus body but it only when there is a negative plus is missing the mind is totally combined with negative mind is totally blocking the spirit and create a terrible, terrible situation in the auric body, in the pranic body, creates lot of misery.

我见过有些人说，唉，别谈那个人，你在他身边坐上 5 分钟，就会被拖向死亡。为什么？因为灵魂体是干枯的，没有流动，没有流动，无法让心智流向任何正面加体，只有当负面加缺失时才行，心智完全和负面心智绑在一起，完全挡住灵魂，在能量圈体、普拉纳体里造出可怕、可怕的局面，造出大量的痛苦。

When the unknown will start flowing through you, you shall be known of that connection of that grace and to keep that connection open you have to open your heart, mind and soul and self in the primal ambrosial hours so that you can get to the top of it.

You work, you work for everything, you work for your soul, you have to work for your soul. You have to keep the flow of the spirit, you have to grow in the flow of the spirit, you can 't be belittle and you can't belittle yourself. You can't give your children toys, you can give them the toys which can never break, you can give the toys which cannot be stolen, you can give them the toys which can always give them the joy-the toy of character, the toy of meditative mind, toy of intuitive self, toy of self confidence. Toy who they are, self knowledge. These are also toys.

你工作，你为一切工作，你为你的灵魂工作，你必须为你的灵魂工作。你必须保持灵性的流动，你必须在灵性的流动中成长，你不能被看轻，你也不能看轻自己。你不能给孩子玩具，你可以给他们永远坏不了的玩具，你可以给他们偷不走的玩具，你可以给他们永远能带给他们喜悦的玩具——品格的玩具，冥想性心智的玩具，直觉真我的玩具，自信的玩具。他们本是谁的玩具，自我认知。这些也是玩具。

You can give them the toy of moral individual strength, you can give them a tremendous balance, you can give them the greatest toy and the simplest toy of grit. You need not find heaven, you can create heavens.

Life is meant to expose yourself to that positive nature. Life is a possibility, life is a possibility to challenge the impossible and the joy of victory there is nothing equal to it. Because you challenged it. Or it challenged you and you accepted it and you went through it and you came out of it, all right. You have a dwelling place, a cage in which a bird lives, prana it comes in, comes out, it's called breath of life. The legs are the stand, the hands are the protection, the head is the computer of this cage. It's called ribcage; in this prana comes and goes. And it works, there is a pump by its side, pump the circulatory system keeps you alive.

But in your physical essence there is a lot of tremendous consciousness around you. Joy is not what money can buy, joy is not what power can buy, joy is not what you can buy or you can sell. It is something you can express, share and enjoy. Joy is enjoyable in expression. But there has to be no pain here, there has not to be any vengeance here, there has not to be any anger here. And over and all above there has not to be any fear here. When there is no fear you are real.

但在你的肉体本质里，你周围有着大量巨大的意识。喜悦不是钱能买到的，喜悦不是权力能买到的，喜悦不是你买得到或者卖得掉的。它是你能表达、分享和享受的东西。喜悦在表达中就是享受。但这里不能有痛苦，这里不能有任何报复，这里不能有任何愤怒。而且最重要的是，这里不能有任何恐惧。当没有恐惧时，你才是真实的。

I tell you the story, there was a man he meditated on God and once said God come and God came.

He said, "I am Almighty God, the only one God, the God of God of God of God. "

He said, "Okay I think I believe. Why should not I believe you? Why should I believe you? All right make me believe you. "

He said, "How much? "

He said, "I want heap of diamonds, heap of rubies, heap of gold, heap of silver, heap, heap, heap. "

他说：「我想要成堆的钻石，成堆的红宝石，成堆的黄金，成堆的白银，成堆、成堆、成堆。」

So in certain minutes they were heaps around him.

So he sat under those heaps, he couldn't carry them because he was the one to carry that and he couldn't carry those heaps. He couldn't leave them because they were very precious, he couldn't eat, because they are unchewble. He sat down and he almost on the verge of dying and he said, "I got cheated, there was no God, He just convinced me and all these things are just, if I leave them I leave them what kind of rich I am, I asked to be rich first and then I accepted that condition, I am nobody. God appeared again.

He said, "Yeah, I told you whatever you say. "

"But you didn't ask me. "

「可你没问我。」

"Will you carry it for me? "

「你愿意替我搬吗？」

He said, "Yeah, I told you whatever you say. "

他说：「愿意，我告诉过你，你说什么就是什么。」

He said, "All right. Carry them all for me. "

他说：「好。全都替我搬着。」

He said, "Okay. "

他说：「好。」

So it became a big huge man who took all the heaps into a whole big bag and started carrying it behind him. So he came to the city, people saw there is a man, there is a huge slave behind him and there are diamonds, so everybody looked to everybody and they said well, let's get him.

于是它变成了一个巨大的大汉，把所有的堆装进一个大袋子，跟在他后面搬了起来。于是他来到城里，人们看见有一个人，他后面有一个巨大的奴隶，还有钻石，于是大家互相看着，他们说，好吧，咱们把他拿下。

So two, ten came and beat him down and put him down and the whole thing became bigger and bigger, and bigger and beyond their reach.

于是两个、十个来了，把他打倒在地，把他按倒，整件事变得越来越大，越来越大，大到他们够不着。

And he said, "Oh dummy save me. "

他说：「噢，笨蛋，救我。」

He said, "That you didn't talk. "

他说：「这个你没说。」

"I am being beaten up, I am bleeding. "

So, some people are so much away from their basic reality they don't know how to speak, they don't know how to ask. They think, they imagine, they implant in them a very imaginative world.

I was talking to the rotary club today and they asked me to just speak and spoke for ten minutes, I said, "Folks, I am the one who travels a lot and I am the one who comes here, I wanted to remind you that you are living in a Garden of Eden, you are living in a great happiness, you are living in a great wonderful place, I never forget that old lady when I met she said, "Well, you are a man of God, I want to tell you something in secret. "

And I shared with her and I believe it after visiting all the world around, going to every place and I say, how fortunate you and your children and your children, children shall be who have been blessed to be here. In a most divinely.... Aroma of this place is very divine, very pure, I mean you may not be pure, you can drink junk and eat junk, I mean that's your problem. Lot of people here are get drunk, because sometime you can't stand the beauty, you can't stand the joy, you go crazy, but everybody is not crazy. Some of you must be enjoying.

我和她分享了这件事，在走遍全世界、去过每一个地方之后，我相信它，我说，你和你的孩子、你孩子的孩子，能有福气在这里，是多么幸运。在一个最神圣的……这地方的气息非常神圣，非常纯净，我是说，你可能不纯净，你可以喝垃圾、吃垃圾，我是说那是你的问题。这里很多人喝醉，因为有时候你受不了那份美，你受不了那份喜悦，你会发疯，但不是每个人都发疯。你们有些人一定在享受。

And all of you who have come here you have come here to enjoy the essence of that joy nature expresses the joy and it is that which you are asked to share, which you are asked to understand. But along with that there is a special commitment here those who live here they must not give themselves the junk. They must give themselves the consciousness. It is so beautiful here, that it's a amount of infinite consciousness is required to be aroused in you, to elevate you, so that you can really see the scope and the infinity of it. Otherwise you will go crazy. That's why lot of people asked to see God, they do not know what to do when God appears. Remember living here is a special responsibility.

而你们所有来到这里的人，你们来这里是为了享受那份喜悦的本质，大自然表达着喜悦，而正是它，你们被要求去分享，被要求去理解。但与此同时，这里有一份特殊的承诺，住在这里的人不能给自己垃圾。他们必须给自己意识。这里太美了，必须在你里面唤起无限量的意识，来提升你，这样你才能真正看见它的广度和无限。否则你会发疯。这就是为什么很多人求见神，可当神出现时，他们不知道该怎么办。记住，住在这里是一份特殊的责任。

You know, while passing through the valley for two days I'll be saying good bye tonight and leaving tomorrow, but I have recuperated, I have enjoyed, I have met you, I listened to your complaint they look to me very tiny.

You have so much land, you don't know how to use it, you have so much God, you do not know how to speak truth. You have so much sunshine you do not know how to grasp it. You are such a pure air, you do not know how to be grateful for it. There is so much good water for you here, its almost a (?).

你有这么多土地，却不知道怎么用；你有这么多神，却不知道怎么讲真话。你有这么多阳光，却不知道怎么抓住它。你是这么纯净的空气，却不知道怎么对它心怀感恩。这里有你这么好的水，几乎就是一口（？）。

Some of you might be experienced with yellow clothes. You don't care for it.

你们有些人可能体验过黄色衣服。你并不在意它。

I like to remind you to grow no distance between you and this piece of land and these beautiful environments and these wonderful days give yourself a chance of simplicity of honor, of dignity, divinity and grace and create in you tremendous amount of happiness so that you can radiant joy, not only you can enjoy, but all those who look at you said, wow. Wow, it is half of the Guru mantra and all they have to say Guru. And whosoever under your impact of impression will enter Wahe Guru the ecstasy of God consciousness shall be experienced to you and to your generations to come.

我想提醒你，不要让你和这片土地、这些美丽的环境、这些美妙的日子之间生出任何距离，给自己一个机会，活出单纯、荣誉、尊严、神性和优雅，在你之内创造巨大的快乐，好让你散发喜悦，不仅你自己享受，所有看到你的人都会说，哇。哇，这就是Guru曼陀罗的一半，他们只需再说出Guru。任何因你的影响和印记而进入Wahe Guru, Whaa‑hay Guroo——神之意识的狂喜——的人，都会在你身上、也会在你未来的世代身上经验到它。

Be conscious that each day of life you live here is very precious, is very beautiful, it's very comparative, and it must be enjoyed in that spirit.

We'll meditate now and meditation is simple. Put your hands in this form and close your eyes nine parts.

Inhale deep, exhale deep, and stay exhaled and concentrate, keep the breath out and concentrate really well. If you can really stay out nicely. Inhale and then exhale and stay out, inhale, let the metabolism change, exhale. Inhale, exhale. Inhale, exhale. Inhale, exhale, relax.
