The concept of life Guru Nanak teaches is very simple and very funny. I have found since so many years searching out one word in English only and I found it yesterday which fits into that idea, stick it out. I have been telling you twenty years keep up you don't understand. When I say keep up, you say why? Keep up with the Infinity, that's what I say. Keep for the God spirit in you, that I said. Keep up what Nanak has said to us. Trust in God and dwell in God as Infinity. But we don't understand word keep up, let us understand stick it out. Stick it out from the day you understand yourself or you don't stand under that you are Infinity. Why not? Answer also why so. If you get an equal answer for why so and why not, figure it out.

Exactly let I am saying to the individual in the words of Nanak, if you can give yourself early in the ambrosial hour something to widen yourself, something to go vast, something to look bigger than you, not you alone and something to purify you as you and understand the depth and the strength and you can clean your own house.

It is very astonishing how much we are plundering our intelligence and our intellect and our consciousness, I was amazingly looking at certain facts. We do believe children have no destiny. We believe they are a furniture, we raise them according to our standard as parents. No, we are supposed to give them values and let them practice it. We have to show them the width. We have to show them the strength. We have to ask them and challenge them. It is job of every honest parent to challenge their children, it is the job of the mother and father to sit down and ask their eight year old child, teach me Nanak. How many of you have done it? And when the children go crazy, you blame them?

And today we all understand we have Nanak, father of the fathers, wise of the wise, acknowledged of the knowledge, being of the beings and it is open word, it is Siri Guru Granth. The sole spirit and wisdom of Nanak, we are never going to be slave again.

No man shall rule us, we bow to no man, it is only the word of God, the wisdom, the experience, the truth. It is as beautiful as a human is, it is as truthful as truth can be, it is as vast as we can go, it is as great as greatness we can achieve and there is nothing in between. It is my word and Guru's words and our word at large. The trinity is complete for a Sikh. He can learn, he can learn for himself, he can learn for his family, he can learn for his friends and he can learn for his enemies but without being learned, life is not happy and the purpose of life is nothing but pure...

All of you who are blinded by emotions and sucked by feelings and totally you are absolutely your ego is unmeasurably demonstratively makes you totally not that you are sarcastic or angry, but you have a tragedy at hand. Time doesn't wait for anybody and impression is carved deep, cut of the word is worst than the sword. And you have a Shabad Guru, word as your Guru. So what you say, you speak and hear, think and talk the body language all creates a word. And you are born to rule the world, not to be slave of it. If you do not have this word with your spirit and enlightenment, there is no heaven for you. You have the fundamental birthright to be prosperous and perpetually in bliss.

You are born to be beautiful, bountiful and blissful and nobody can take away from you if you are not acting as a stone head. This will be very enchanting and enlightening. You will meet lot of people, you will see lot of sceneries, but when after six months you will reach there you will need four months to rest, whereas it takes only four hours.

Now can you believe when you are sick you do not know how sick you are? And you believe there are people on the Earth who have five children, they do not know they have five or four? Can you be that brain tired? Can you be that routine of life? Can you just live in that routine? What is the use of swimming in the town's sewage canal? What is the idea of playing in a garbage pit? It's a time to wake up, it's the time of house cleaning. It's a time of raising our consciousness. It is time to enjoy the beauty and the Infinity of God and His creation, it is time to see God in all, it is time to stand the test and stick it out.

现在你能相信吗，你病了，却不知道自己病得多重？你相信这世上有的人有五个孩子，却不知道自己是五个还是四个？你能累成那样吗？你能活成那样的 routine 吗？你就这样活在那个 routine 里吗？在城里的污水渠里游泳有什么用？在垃圾坑里玩耍有什么意义？现在是醒来的时候，是打扫屋子的时候，是提升我们意识的时候。是享受神和祂造物的美与无限的时候，是在一切之中看见神的时候，是扛住考验、坚持到底的时候。

It is time to keep up, it is time to love and know Nanak more intimately than you ever have. It is my prayer when I'll be gone, you will understand the pair of the opposite should not affect a yogi and the tragedy of trinity should not affect a Sikh.

是跟上节奏的时候，是去爱、去比以往任何时候都更亲密地认识 Nanak 的时候。我祈祷，等我走了以后，你们会明白，二元对立不该影响一个瑜伽士，三位一体的悲剧不该影响一个锡克教徒。
