teachings were not very high in those days and we were not kind of Sikhs we should be, today we are and even they wrote, 'we die before we fall. '

那个年代的教导还不算很高，我们也不是我们该成为的那种锡克教徒，今天我们是了，连他们也写下：「我们倒下之前先死去。」

Is there anybody who can be religious, is there anybody who can be religious who cannot accept death but can accept defeat? None. Price of being religious and successful is the life and that is what the purpose of life is and when you are willing to accept the defeat, you are bargaining your soul, you are denying the principle of Infinity and finite is, finite but it's confinement. That's why, some people cannot be religious. Because when you call yourself religious, you accept no dead end. And I am asking you have wealth, you have health, you have power, you have everything, does that make any difference for you? None. Can you eat twenty sandwiches for lunch? No.

有没有人能是虔诚的，有没有人能是虔诚的，却无法接受死亡，却能接受失败？没有。虔诚与成功的代价就是生命，这就是生命的目的。当你愿意接受失败时，你就是在拿你的灵魂做交易，你就是在否认无限的法则，而有限就是有限，它是 confinement。所以，有些人无法虔诚。因为当你称自己虔诚时，你不接受死胡同。我问你，你有财富，你有健康，你有权力，你有一切，这对你有什么不同吗？没有。你午餐能吃二十个三明治吗？不能。

everything, does that make any difference for you? None. Can you eat twenty sandwiches for lunch? No.

Basically your limits are limitless. Everyday you have to eat, though you eat limited but you have to eat continuous, you do not accept dead end. When you accept dead end of the prana you are dead. That you don't want, you want to live. Two things you want; you want to love and you want to live. That's all you want. I want to love, I want to live and I want to be prosperous, these three things cannot come to you.

Isn't funny? Whosoever shall bind my people in fear complex, they shall all be bound in darkness and start their cycle of rebirth or cockroaches, thus spoke God to holy men. The idea of the statement which I made right here is that you cannot hold people under any fear and religious teach us no fear. That's why in the very Mool Mantra, Guru Nanak has said, 'Nirbhao, Nirvair, Akal Moorat. '

不好笑吗？凡以恐惧情结束缚我子民者，他们都将被束缚于黑暗之中，并开始他们转世为蟑螂的轮回，神如此对圣人们说。我在这里说的这句话的意思就是，你不能用任何恐惧来控制人，而宗教教导我们没有恐惧。所以Guru Nanak在《Mool Mantra》里就说：「Nirbhao，Nirvair，Akal Moorat。」

Akal Moorat is that you personify God, you become the picture of God. If somebody wants to know what God is, one should see a Sikh of the Guru and he should see that God is. That's what Akal Moorat is, it is, it is in the Mool Mantar but there are two qualifying factors to it and that is keep it for your family. That Nirbhao, Nirvair, you shall not have fear and you should not have vengeance or sometime they become priceless.

Akal Moorat就是你把神人格化，你成为神的画像。如果有人想知道神是什么，他应该去看古茹的一位锡克，他就应该看到神是什么。这就是Akal Moorat，它就在《Mool Mantar》里，但它有两个限定条件，那就是把它留给你的家人。那个Nirbhao、Nirvair，你不该有恐惧，你也不该有报复，否则有时候它们会变得无价。

Fear is only permissible for a finite of Infinity. Nobody shall be bound down by fear. What is a fear? What is a darkness when we cannot confront the truth or the light. When Ek Ong Kar cannot be Sat Nam, there is a darkness, Karta Purkh then God doesn't do, then ego does. When ego does there shall be fear and there shall be vengeance, there shall be angry, it will lead to everything. Basic lines are basic, basics cannot be changed. Fear is not what you think the fear is. Fear is when you cannot accept the challenge and you cannot accept the challenge when you cannot see God. If you see in the challenge God, you can accept it. You can't accept God, you cannot accept challenge.

恐惧只对无限中的有限之物才被允许。没有人该被恐惧束缚。什么是恐惧？当我们无法面对真相或光时，什么是黑暗？当Ek Ong Kar无法成为Sat Nam时，就有黑暗，Karta Purkh那时神就不作为，而是小我在作为。当小我在作为时，就会有恐惧，就会有报复，就会有愤怒，它会引向一切。基本的句子就是基本的，基本的东西无法被改变。恐惧不是你以为的恐惧。恐惧是当你无法接受挑战，而当你无法看见神时，你就无法接受挑战。如果你在挑战中看见神，你就能接受它。你无法接受神，你就无法接受挑战。

Prahlad Pagat, son of a king, king told everybody to worship the king.

accept God, you cannot accept challenge.

接受神，你就无法接受挑战。

He said, "No, I will chant Ram. "

他说：「不，我要唱诵Ram。」

And he said, "Nothing doing. " But this king has done lot of prayers and got lot of powers and one of the power which was bestowed on him he cannot die at the day time, he cannot die at night, he cannot die by the man, he cannot die by a beast, he cannot die inside, he cannot die outside, the specification were so, he cannot die in the sky, he cannot die on the Earth, he cannot die in water, he cannot, there is so many things he got all together. When he got the whole thing together he said, "I cannot die. Then what I am worried about. " So he told entire kingdom worship me.

他说：「不行。」可这位国王做过很多祈祷，得到了很多力量，其中赐给他的一项力量是：他白天不能死，夜里不能死，不能被人杀死，不能被野兽杀死，不能在屋里死，不能在屋外死，条件就是这样，他不能在天空死，不能在大地上死，不能在水里死，不能——他一下子得到了这么多东西。等他集齐了这一切，他说：「我死不了，那我还担心什么。」于是他对整个王国说，崇拜我。

he told entire kingdom worship me.

This king... In Siri Guru Granth there is a Shabad,

Hiranya Kasyap, the king Hiranya Kasyap told the entire world his all subject that stop worshipping Ram or Krishan or God in any form, I am the God now, worship me. Prahladh was his Prince of Wales son. He started chanting Ram, Ram, I am trying to tell you, what challenge means to anybody of you and Hiranya Kasyap tried everything, everything fails, he condemn him to death and he said, "I want to kill you in a way that I want to see that your God doesn't come through. "

So he took a pillar of iron and got it heated. When it got heated red hot, red hot means red hot. He told his son, he said, "Prahaladh, you just say jai Hiranya Kasyap and I will take my crown and put it on your head. You say Jai Ram and just go and hug that pillar. "

Prahaladh started walking in the middle, he said, "You say, Siri Hiranya Kasyap I will give you the throne and the kingdom right now. If you say, Siri Ram, you go and hug that pillar and I tell you that God chose you to be my son, I am your father and it is very religious to obey me. "

I mean to say sometime you forget about that Guru Arjan was prosecuted and executed by the will of his sibling problem by Prithiar and Guru Harkrishan was to go to Delhi to answer those question and Ram Rai, it is all in Guru's family, we can well understand, sometime you say well, my friend said it so and so, therefore I fall apart forget about friend, brother and son of the Guru, same Guru. They say things against each other which is unbelievable.

我的意思是，有时候你忘了 Guru Arjan 是被迫害、被处死的，那是他兄弟 Prithiar 惹出的麻烦，是神的意志；Guru Harkrishan 要去德里回答那些问题，还有 Ram Rai，这都发生在古茹的家里，我们完全能理解，有时候你说，唉，我朋友这么说那么说，所以我就垮了——忘了朋友、兄弟和古茹的儿子，同一个古茹。他们互相说对方的话，简直令人难以置信。

Anyway, young Prahaladh not even adult, kept walking towards death. There is a record of saying that pillar was so hot that from a certain area to proceed towards it was impossible. Somehow Prahaladh kept going, mind started getting afraid, death was confronting.

总之，年轻的Prahaladh甚至还没成年，却一直朝着死亡走去。有记载说，那根柱子热得从某个区域根本不可能靠近。不知怎么的，Prahaladh一直往前走，心智开始害怕，死亡就在面前。

'Kabir kenda, Kabir jamka tonka burah. '

「Kabir kenda，Kabir jamka tonka burah。」

towards it was impossible. Somehow Prahaladh kept going, mind started getting afraid, death was confronting.

根本不可能靠近。不知怎么的，Prahaladh一直往前走，心智开始害怕，死亡就在面前。

'Kabir kenda, Kabir jamka tonka burah. '

That hook of the death is so painful that people under the fear of it are going berserk. What is the middle age crisis? Whole psychology is based on it. When you become a forty, a woman think she is, she runs round and boyfriend and girlfriend and have twenty this and thirty that, what is that? Because she thinks now she cannot, she is not having the youth to charm people, so let me enjoy my last few days and it mess up the marriage and mess up the children, mess up everything and these are space out cadets, there are space cadet and space out cadets and somebody got very friendly with a saintly man and he said, "What do you want? "

Some people are very space cadets, they do not know what they are doing to their self. For them it's all okay, it's wonderful, marvelous, nice and they cannot, they cannot accept, they cannot accept success, they can accept defeat because that give you lot of telephone, lot of sympathy.

有些人非常走神，他们不知道自己正在对自己做什么。对他们来说，一切都好，太棒了，了不起，很好，而他们不能，他们不能接受，他们不能接受成功，他们能接受失败，因为那会给你很多电话，很多同情。

One day somebody said in 3HO family when somebody freaks out lot of telephone comes and when one is not freaking out nobody calls. I said, "When somebody doesn't call you that is the luckiest day because that is the day there is no concern, when somebody start calling you and I said, when Sangat starts calling that day they are calling as a destiny, those are last few days you will be called by a spiritual name, that's why everybody concern, pay homage to the dying body because spiritual death is on way, everybody starts calling. " I said, "I understand it.

有一天，在3HO大家庭里有人说，当有人崩溃的时候，很多电话打来，而当一个人没有崩溃的时候，没人打电话。我说：“当没人给你打电话的时候，那是最幸运的一天，因为那一天没有什么可担心的；当有人开始给你打电话的时候，我说，当Sangat开始打电话的那一天，他们是以命运的名义在打电话，那是你被灵性名字召唤的最后几天，所以每个人都担心，向垂死的身体致敬，因为灵性死亡正在路上，每个人都开始打电话。”我说：“我明白。

" It is the last homage that your spiritual death is on way, they carry you to the pyre and you are going in the hand of it and that day everybody say, 'Guru Avatar Singh, Guru Avatar Singh, Guru Avatar Singh, how are you Guru Avatar, what are you doing Guru Avatar' and finally one day you become learned.

Sixteen, seventeen years ago I came and I have thirty-five dollars and I still have it and I have built an empire and I have given it to Dharma, damn it sixteen years ago, I have met you, you were rich, you were having a home, you were having everything, I used to go to your house and those China in which I ate are still I could not buy myself even now you were that rich but now you cannot pay your bills. "

She said, "What is wrong with me? "

I said, "The wrong with you is you cannot accept yourself. "

There is nothing wrong with anybody of you. None so ever. The problem is wrong is between you and me. Wrong is you cannot accept yourself and I cannot not let you not accept yourself, that's the fight. Fight is not what you do and what I do. You cannot accept yourself, you hate yourself or you love yourself or you are too much for yourself or you are too little for yourself, that's a grammar, I am not going into it but the fact is you don't accept yourself and I cannot sit back and take this Karma on my consciousness that you don't accept yourself and I accept you. ' It is so spiritual, it is so true and it is so real. If you all can understand two songs, songs of the Khalsa. Because you must understand Khalsa mean pure, purity is crystallization, it is transparent, it cannot have cloud or opaqueness. Purity is clarity. Cleanliness is Godliness.
