About fifteen minutes before that thing I took my temperature and it was hundred and four point five. But I knew in my heart he has come with a hope and I can give him that hope. And I was so weak and tired myself I couldn't lift my own hand. I asked him, I said, "Well, you are very brave, you came all the way, could you lift my hand and put it on your head? "

If you cannot give people anything, at least you can be kind and you can give them hope. Nothing I ask you anything. Be with people. Everybody is not going to wear white. There are very few people who are convinced that they can jump on faith in the river in which we are flowing and they can enjoy the swim. Some will like to walk on the banks alone. But just remember they are people. You can ask me many things and without your asking I can (?) give you reply. I have lot of hurt in my heart.

I saw people coming to yoga class and after yoga class they used to invite girls to take them out for dinner and then they do all that Hollywood trick which is normally done in this country. I was sick and tired of those behavior, I asked my all students to start eating garlic. That stopped that nonsense.

Then I saw another situation, whenever girls used to go and they used to wear normally as this society wears and everybody will look around they used to have different radiance and different psyche and they were always picked up. And I couldn't stand that tragedy and torture. Finally one day I talked to Premka, I said, "How to get out of this whole thing? "

后来我又看到另一种情形，每当女孩们去，她们穿得和这个社会平常穿的一样，人人都会回头看她们，她们有着不一样的光芒、不一样的心识，她们总是被盯上。我受不了那种悲剧和折磨。终于有一天我跟 Premka 谈，我说：「怎么才能从这整件事里脱出来？」

She said, "What? "

I said, "This nonsense which is happening doesn't make any sense to me. Somehow we have to survive and we are being preyed upon very fast. Our radiance has become our enemy. "

And we sat down and we decided something should be done. And while talking to her I remember myself I went to sleep. That sudden sleep sometime for which you have no answer, what happens to you. When I opened up my eyes I saw her wearing a double turban. I couldn't believe why she did it. And she said, "Is this all right? "

And I said to her, I said, "Whosoever shall wear it, her family and her incarnation and her generation will not be preyed by cupid in sex and not brought to this earth forever. I want to remind you. "

If you don't want your daughters to suffer, if you don't want this society should grind them into the sexual wheels of its teeth, if you want all that what is happening and still want to live in it aloof, that is why we will put a reflector around her and we look different so that those men who have no consciousness they must understand consciously that we are not available and we are not chicks, we are eagles. That does not mean that you have to follow the rules. You can enjoy the way you are enjoying, it won't hurt me.

You must basically understand, I'll never depend on you and that day I'll choose my death the day I have to ask you to help me. I am asking you to help yourself. I am telling you the time before this (?) Don't misunderstand me. I am not on trip and I have nothing to gain. Within this society the lowness of consciousness has eaten up to the extent we have to rise and create an environment at our own sacrifice to build a family within the family. We are not doing anything which separates us from people. We are exactly doing something to separate ourselves from those people who are out to hunt, we are not available.

你必须从根本上明白，我永远不会依赖你，而那一天我会选择我的死——那一天我不得不求你帮我。我是在求你们帮你们自己。我在告诉你们这之前的时间（？）别误解我。我不是在玩什么把戏，我没有任何好处可图。在这个社会里，意识的低劣已经侵蚀到这种程度，我们必须站起来，以自己的牺牲创造一个环境，在家庭之内建立一个家庭。我们不是在做什么把自己和人们隔开的事。我们恰恰是在做一件事，把自己和那些出来猎捕的人隔开——我们不是可得的。

We have every right to protect our coming generations, our own self and our own families. That is why we have to fully and honestly use amendment one of the American constitution.

One girl once asked me, "Yogiji, are you against wearing the long dresses? "

In a hot pant. I just don't want to associate myself with that history. We have been exploited once and many times.

Simply I am asking you, I don't want the children who are born to us they should go through the grind of the same time through which we have gone. Clouds can come on all and everybody, so the sun shines. But if we will stay united together with the power of our conviction and our truth we may not have saved ourselves perfectly but we can give the values to our born that at least they will not suffer. To my honesty I believe we can exist, I believe we have the right to exist. I believe we can fortify ourselves to protect ourselves. Therefore I honesty believe we have to live different. We have to look different.

我只是在问你们，我不希望我们生下的孩子，还要经历我们走过的那些磨难。云可以遮住所有人，可太阳照样照耀。但如果我们凭着信念和真理的力量团结在一起，我们也许没能把自己保全得完美，但我们能把价值观传给我们生下的孩子，至少他们不必再受那些苦。凭我的诚实，我相信我们能存在下去，我相信我们有权利存在。我相信我们能把自己武装起来，保护自己。所以，我诚实地相信，我们必须活得不一样。我们必须看起来不一样。

Because we have to give different values to ourselves, because the values we have already given to ourselves have not worked.

The way to worship, the way to reach the imagination of worship, ishth, the performance of worship, way to wear, way to eat and way to live and walk, if these six things are not together person belongs to different regions.

崇拜的方式，达到崇拜想象的方式，ishth，崇拜的实行，穿戴的方式，吃的方式，生活和行走的方式，如果这六件事不在一起，这个人就属于不同的领域。

You basically must understand, it doesn't matter who you are and what your past is. It does matter who you are and what your future is. We have to decide future. Do we want our children to go through the tube? Through the same drain tube through which we have gone, do we want our children to leave us when they are in their teenage. Do we want our children to run away from our homes and leave us. Do we want our children to use drugs. Do we want our children to do all that what we never wanted to do and still we did. If we want to change and we want them to change we have to change first. Because you cannot give anybody what you don't have.

你基本上必须明白，你是谁、你的过去是什么，都不重要。你是谁、你的未来是什么，才重要。我们必须决定未来。我们想让我们的孩子穿过那根管子吗？穿过我们走过的那根下水管道吗？我们想让我们的孩子在十几岁时离开我们吗？我们想让我们的孩子从家里跑掉、离开我们吗？我们想让我们的孩子吸毒吗？我们想让我们的孩子去做所有我们从来不想做、却还是做了的事吗？如果我们想改变，想让他们改变，我们必须先改变。因为你没法给别人你自己没有的东西。

to do and still we did. If we want to change and we want them to change we have to change first. Because you cannot give anybody what you don't have.

If you can't honestly change, don't expect they will change. And then as parents you will say what I did wrong? If you ask that question to yourself go ahead. I can do only one thing for you, I can pray for all of you. I never call you my disciples, neither you are, I always will lean to my Guru and my God never to you.

My karma is, I have to deliver you your message. If you want to pick up the note and live it, fine. If not it's fine. Do you want to save your future generations or not, this decision has to be with you, not with me. Do we want to send our teenage daughter to go and date and give somebody right to play and lay on and face unmother wedded pregnancies and all that torture we have gone through or do we want to give her the values that she is the grace of God. It is for you to decide. Do we want to exploit through our emotions in our own bankruptcy of mind and consciousness and invade the territories which do not belong to us.

我的业力就是，我必须把你们的信息传递给你们。如果你们愿意接下这张纸条并照着活出来，很好。如果不愿意，也没关系。你们想不想救你们的后代，这个决定必须由你们来做，不在我。我们是想把十几岁的女儿送出去约会，让别人有权玩弄她、躺在她身上，让她面对未婚先孕，以及我们经历过的那些折磨，还是想给她价值观，让她知道自己就是神的优雅。这由你们决定。我们是想借着情绪，在自己心智和意识的破产里剥削，去侵入那些不属于我们的领地吗。

Do we want to exploit through our emotions in our own bankruptcy of mind and consciousness and invade the territories which do not belong to us.

Or do we want to stop and be honest and do not pass all that garbage of karma on to the coming innocent angels who have chosen us as parents. Do we mentally, emotionally, sentimentally and in our devotion we want to prepare ourselves for that day or we want to rot in our life. That is what I am asking you to decide it for yourself. Your own consciousness shall answer you, I simply want to remind you, God lives in cozy home, not in crazy home. And you have two choices of polarity-you can be cozy or crazy. You get up in the morning and pray to God, get filled with the nectar of nam, or the time shall prey on you.

还是我们想停下来，诚实起来，不把那些业力的垃圾统统传给那些即将到来、选择了我们做父母的无辜天使。我们是想在心智上、情绪上、情感上，在我们的奉献里，为那一天准备好自己，还是想在人生里烂掉。这就是我请你们自己去决定的。你们自己的意识会回答你们，我只是想提醒你们，神住在舒适的家里，不住在疯狂的家里。而你们在极性上有两个选择——你可以是舒适的，也可以是疯狂的。你早晨起来向神祈祷，被 nam 的甘露充满，否则时间就会来吞噬你。

Law of polarity is law of God to which God is also subject to. Ego is nothing but to go from the earth, God is nothing but to go to the destiny. If you want to live on your elementary destiny you will face the karma of all previous incarnations. If you want to give yourself to the given destiny you have to sacrifice and live right up to it. There cannot be two values. You have to save yourself. only then you can save yourself onslaught of generations to follow you and you have to be the pioneer to that effect. Don't misunderstand me. I came, I loved you, I shared with you what I know. I'll be gone. At the rate you are growing they won't let me alone. I am aware of it.

极性法则是神的法则，连神也受它约束。小我不过是从大地出发，神不过是走向天命。如果你想活在你那基本的命定上，你就会面对所有前世化身的业力。如果你想把自己交给那被赐予的命定，你就必须牺牲，并且一直活到那里。不可能有两套价值观。你必须先救自己。只有这样，你才能救自己免于随后而来的世世代代的冲击，而你必须在这件事上做先锋。别误解我。我来了，我爱过你们，我把我所知道的与你们分享。我会走的。照你们成长的速度，他们不会放过我。这一点我很清楚。

Then your shoulders has to carry the weight and they have to be strong. What use is that human who cannot save his child from the tragedy and the onslaught of the character of time. What use is this knowledge, what use is this possessions, what use is this life, if our children have to suffer with the same thing what we have suffered with. That's why our giving our children the distance therapy of emotional values that they can stand and understand how to live and what for to live, so, that they cannot exploit our emotions, our weaknesses and pick that up.

那么你的肩膀就得扛起这份重量，它们必须强壮。一个人若不能把自己的孩子从悲剧和时间的性格带来的冲击中救出来，他还有什么用。如果我们孩子还得承受我们承受过的那些东西，这知识有什么用，这些财产有什么用，这生命有什么用。所以我们才要给孩子情感价值上的距离疗法，让他们能站得住，懂得怎么活、为什么活，这样他们就不会利用我们的情绪、我们的弱点，把它捡起来。

I love cozy homes and I love everybody to have their children right in their bed. But those homes where parents do not know what they are doing they are still settling their scores, it's a living hell for the innocent who can pick (?) and intuitively all signals of distrust and (?) emotions.

我喜欢温馨的家，我喜欢每个人都把孩子放在自己床上。但那些父母不知道自己在干什么、还在清算旧账的家，对无辜的孩子来说就是活地狱，他们能（？）而且凭直觉接收到所有不信任的信号和（？）的情绪。

they are still settling their scores, it's a living hell for the innocent who can pick (?) and intuitively all signals of distrust and (?) emotions.

Therefore the answer to that was laid down years ago to build a commonwealth of the Khalsa where everybody can be taken care of. It is not a dream, it's a reality now. Those days are gone when we are alone, when you feel some people in 3HO just say nay, nay, nay to you and you feel they are not loving, no, they are loving. They have to say nay, nay, nay to you. Don't blame them. They have suffered and they don't want to drown again. They have the right to save themselves, they love you that does not mean they have to drown with you to prove that they are in love with you.

Sometime you see this 3HO people are very scared, it is right they are very scared, they do not want somebody to lay a pound of pot on them and get them searched and they sit in jail, they have enough of it. They are not distrustful and mean, they are simply protective. They just don't want to pollute their few years of sadhana. Don't misread them.

有时你看到这些 3HO 的人非常害怕，他们害怕是对的，他们不想有人往他们身上放一磅大麻，让他们被搜身、坐牢，他们受够了。他们不是不信任、不是刻薄，他们只是在保护自己。他们只是不想污染自己那几年的萨达那。别误读他们。

Everybody has the right to grow, 3HO family has a certain standard, either they are happy, healthy and holy or they want to be happy, healthy and holy or they are trying to be happy, healthy and holy or they are praying they are happy, healthy and holy or they are wishing they should be happy, healthy and holy or they just think they maybe happy, healthy and holy. Why you want to take anybody's chance?

每个人都有权成长，3HO 家庭有一定的标准，要么他们快乐、健康、神圣，要么他们想要快乐、健康、神圣，要么他们在努力快乐、健康、神圣，要么他们在祈祷自己快乐、健康、神圣，要么他们在盼望自己应该快乐、健康、神圣，要么他们只是觉得自己也许快乐、健康、神圣。你为什么要夺走任何人的机会？

We have to understand one thing that we have to stand under each other. But not emotionally but devotionally. Path has been laid down by the Guru, simply we have to practice it. Whether you like it or not, whether you want it or not, whether you participate or not, God's will shall happen. Khalsa shall exist. That is why I go and tell the Indians, I say to them, don't tell me what they are doing, ask God and Guru, who is making them to do what they are doing. They are trying to stay pure and they are very much anxious to learn.

我们必须明白一件事，我们必须彼此扶持。但不是情感上的，而是出于奉献。道路已由古茹（Guru）铺好，我们只需去实践它。不管你喜不喜欢，不管你想不想要，不管你参不参与，神的意志都会实现。卡尔萨（Khalsa）必将存在。这就是为什么我去告诉那些印度人，我对他们说，别告诉我他们在做什么，去问神和古茹，是谁让他们去做他们正在做的事。他们在努力保持纯净，他们非常渴望学习。

they are doing, ask God and Guru, who is making them to do what they are doing. They are trying to stay pure and they are very much anxious to learn. If you have any question ever come and ask me, if you have any strength show it and share it with the world.

Share your weaknesses with me and share your strength with people. Look strong and live strong. When I'll be gone your questions shall be answered anyway, but don't pretend that you are so weak that you even can't hold yourself.

People come to you to trust you that you are teachers. People come to learn from you, they come to you because they want to be happy, healthy and holy and they think you are very beautiful. Don't show them you are not. Share them with your convictions, give them hope, trust them as God has sent them to you, don't lay your own trip. When you sit on this chair and we chant ong namo Gurudev namo, you are not you. Give people these values which you have got. Perception, conception, conviction are the basis of every life.

人们来到你面前，信任你是老师。人们来向你学习，他们来找你，是因为他们想要快乐、健康和神圣，他们觉得你很美。不要让他们看到你并非如此。用你的信念去分享，给他们希望，信任他们，因为是神把他们送到你面前的，不要把你的那套强加于人。当你坐在这把椅子上，我们唱诵 ong namo Gurudev namo 时，你就不是你了。把你得到的这些价值给人们。感知、观念、信念是每个生命的基础。

I am sometime very surprised why you are so upset about 3HO and Sikh Dharma, it takes five dollars, go to a barber, entire Sikh Dharma and 3HO will be left there and send the bill to me, I'll honor it.

It will take you years and years to be what you want to be. To leave something doesn't take time, you can do it anytime you like. You are not slaves, you are being. It is amazing to me when I see you teaching and when I know what you know. And it is shocking to me, all these people who have such a big panorama performance of their personality they know not a thing what you know. What glitter is not gold and gold doesn't rust. We will survive, you have to decide in your consciousness whether you want to come along or not. We don't hate anybody. We don't reject anybody.

你要成为你想成为的样子，需要年复一年。离开什么东西不需要时间，你随时都可以做。你不是奴隶，你是存在。当我看到你在教学，当我知道你所知道的，我觉得很神奇。而让我震惊的是，所有这些把自己的性格表演得如此宏大的人，他们对你所知道的东西一无所知。会闪光的未必是金子，而金子不会生锈。我们会存活下去，你必须在你的意识里决定，你要不要一起走。我们不恨任何人。我们不拒绝任何人。

It is amazing you don't understand me at all. If somebody would not have picked me up with his grace and taught me what I know I would have been a rotten person myself. It came to us as a divine gift, I shared with you the same way. Now people walk to you in thousands and it's a matter of few years babies, just wait. They will pull your gates down.

You still have some dream of those old values. We don't live on sunset strip anymore. We don't believe in those trip living. We have volunteered ourselves to change our values. I know a person five years ago she used to smoke six packets of cigarette a day.
