冥想课程

The purpose of the life is that you can see. You can see what you have to see, the unseen eye in you must see, it should see clear through the fog, through the snow, through the rain, rain of richness, smog of mental pollution and snow of ego has to be cleared, so that you can see where you are going. Don't forget that this Earth is a temporary place and once you are trapped by your commotion and it becomes your haunting thought. Moment you are victim of the haunting thought, you are your own slave. You shall have no happiness, no relationship, no friendship, you will not be you. You will just be bewitched by that haunting thought, by the subconscious; you will become your own victim. You will do those weird things which destroy you by your own will.

人生的目的是你能看见。你能看见你必须看见的东西，你内在那只未见的眼必须看见，它应当看穿迷雾，看穿雪，看穿雨——丰盛的雨，心智污染（mental pollution）的雾霾和小我的雪都必须被清除，这样你才能看见自己要去哪里。不要忘记，这个地球只是一个暂时的处所，一旦你被自己的骚动困住，它就变成缠住你的念头。一旦你成了那个缠住你的念头的受害者，你就是你自己的奴隶。你不会再有快乐，不会再有关系，不会再有友谊，你不再是「你」。你只会被那个缠住你的念头、被潜意识迷惑，你会成为你自己的受害者。你会去做那些诡异的事，凭你自己的意志摧毁自己。

People can counsel you, they can help you, they can ask you, they can yell and scream at you, are you going to stop? No, you are drunk and bewitched by that thought, when thought get part of your ego, you as a human, a person of light do not exist. It is not that it can happen to you, it has happened to everybody, one way or the other, we find our own security. If we find our security into Infinity, we know God. If we find our security in ourself, we are nothing but evil. Every man who has done anything evil, is the one who is bewitched by his own thought, that man is selfish, he creates a selfish world, nobody has any role in that world to be playing. He won't accommodate anybody and in the end nobody will accommodate that man, he will die alone with his own bewitchment enduring the pain and shall not know where to go, because he had no relationship with God, no relationship with Infinity.

人们可以劝导你，他们可以帮助你，他们可以问你，他们可以对你大吼大叫，你会停下来吗？不会，你已经醉了，被那个念头迷住了，当念头成了你小我的一部分，你作为一个人、一个光的存在，就不存在了。并不是说这事可能发生在你身上，它已经发生在每个人身上了，以某种方式发生了，我们要找到自己的安全感。如果我们到无限（Infinity）里找到安全感，我们就认识神。如果我们到自己里面找到安全感，我们什么都不是，只有邪恶。凡是做过任何恶事的人，都是被自己的念头迷住的人，那人是自私的，他造出一个自私的世界，没有人在那个世界里有什么角色可扮演。他不会容纳任何人，到最后也没有人会容纳他，他会孤独地死去，带着自己的迷惑忍受痛苦，而且不知道自己要去哪里，因为他与神没有关系，与无限没有关系。

If you have not trusted all your life, what God is, why in the end you are going to trust it and if you have no trust unto God why you should go to God, therefore you fix your own destiny. If whole life you say, "I am not a Saint, I am not a Saint." Okay be devil, but recognize in the end you are not going to say, "I was devil sixty-eight-years, now I am Saint," it doesn't happen that way. If you want to be happy, you have to be happy when there is no happiness around, now how can you be happy that way? Because if you feel the Infinity in you. It will take away that soreness, that pain, that belittlement, that power in which you make yourself belittle. God is nothing but our own power of Infinity. It is our romance, it is our imagination, it is our reality, I can't give it to you, you have to make it your own as I made it my own. Each one has to make his own reality of Infinity. In our language we call it,

如果你一辈子都不曾信任，神是什么，为什么到最后你还要去信任它；如果你对神没有信任，为什么还要走向神，所以你是在决定自己的命运。如果你一辈子都说：「我不是圣人，我不是圣人。」好吧，那就做个魔鬼，但要认清，到最后你不会说：「我做了六十八年的魔鬼，现在我是圣人了。」事情不会那样发生。如果你想快乐，你就得在没有快乐的时候也快乐，那你怎么才能那样快乐？因为如果你感受到自己内在的无限。它就会带走那份痛，那份苦，那份自我贬低，那种让你把自己看小的力量。神不是别的，就是我们自己那无限的力量。它是我们的浪漫，它是我们的想象，它是我们的现实，我没法把它给你，你得让它成为你自己的，就像我让它成为我自己的一样。每个人都得自己造出那无限的现实。在我们的语言里，我们叫它，

'Ang Sang Wahe Guru.'

「Ang Sang Wahe Guru, Whaa‑hay Guroo。」

In my, with my each limb, God is. 'Ang Sang Wahe Guru,' means with each limb of mine, God is. So I have three limbs, three six, nine, twelve, fifteen, so I have fifteen Gods, I have hand, wrist, one God, sixty, there are sixteen facet of life of every man, they call it, Solahkala Sampooran.

在我的，在我每一个肢体里，神都在。「Ang Sang Wahe Guru, Whaa‑hay Guroo」，意思是伴随着我的每一个肢体，神都在。所以我有三个肢体，三、六、九、十二、十五，所以我有十五个神，我有手、手腕，一个神，六十，每个人生命中有十六个刻面，他们称之为，Solahkala Sampooran。

Solahkala Sampooran means one is perfect in sixteen facet of his life. Touch communication, spoken communication, thought communication. Touch of life, goodwill of life, elevating factor of life. Touch being careful, being caring and kind, be compassionate. Touch of wisdom, firm in wisdom and perfect in wisdom and wisdom mean when you know the question why is, when you ask answer of, when you have answer of every why is, then you are wise, you respect your identity, touch of identity, you believe in your identity and you are identity. All total, all total you are a human being for the time being you are the mental light, these are the sixteen facets. They are right in the palm of your hand, you can throw them away, you can believe them, you can trust them and you can do it. There is no God somewhere else.

Solahkala Sampooran 的意思是一个人在他生命的十六个刻面中都是完美的。触碰的沟通，言语的沟通，念头的沟通。生命的触碰，生命的善意，生命的提升因素。触碰是细心、关怀和善良，是慈悲。智慧的触碰，在智慧中坚定，在智慧中完美，而智慧的意思是，当你了知那个「为什么」是什么，当你问出答案，当每一个「为什么」你都有答案，那时你就有智慧，你尊重你的身份，身份的触碰，你相信你的身份，你就是身份。全部加起来，全部加起来，你此刻作为一个人，你就是那心智之光，这就是那十六个刻面。它们就在你的手掌心里，你可以把它们扔掉，你可以相信它们，你可以信任它们，你可以做到。没有神在别的什么地方。

God is what you are. If you are stupid, your God is stupid. If you are wise, your God is wise. If you are obnoxious, your God is obnoxious. If you are compassionate, your God is compassionate. God is a infinite impulse, it is how the living pulse represent it. If heart is going at a hundred beat a minute, pulse will read hundred beat a minute. If heart has no impulse, pulse will be dead. That is your life my friends, it cannot change.

神就是你所是。如果你愚笨，你的神就愚笨。如果你有智慧，你的神就有智慧。如果你令人厌恶，你的神就令人厌恶。如果你慈悲，你的神就慈悲。神是一股无限的脉动，它如何被那活生生的脉搏呈现，它就是什么样。如果心脏每分钟跳一百下，脉搏就读作每分钟一百下。如果心脏没有脉动，脉搏就死了。这就是你的生命，我的朋友们，它无法改变。

If your love of worth is total and you have no love for ether, no love for air, no love for water, no love for fire, then you will be dust to dust, that's what we have done to the planet Earth. We have made it a ball of dust, in which our own life is now threatened. Everywhere we are told that you are born in sin, you live in guilt and pay to the holy man, what a foolish idea. Anybody who God made, who has nine holes, is holy. What is a holy? You have nine holes, two eyes, two ears, two nostrils, right there six, seven, eight and nine. You have to be conscious, that what goes in you, what comes out of you, is based on the judgment, judgment, I repeat word, judgment, that it should be based on kind and compassion. If your all actions are based on kind and compassion, you shall be also judged kindly and compassionately. If your actions are based on your selfishness, you shall be judged accordingly. Nobody can get away from this action. This is a Newton third law of force, action has reaction equal and opposite. When you start a sequence, you must face consequences.

You are very happy to start a sequence, but you are very afraid to face the consequences. When you are faced with the consequences, you say, "I am miserable, oh my, it's unexpected. You cannot start a sequence and not face the consequences.

He said, "I am surprised, you should be in bed. Please don't get wet."

I said, "In this heat and temperature, I should not get wet. I should be in bed."

He says, "Surprised how you live?'

I said, "No, no. Tonight I am teaching."

He said, "You will speak?"

他说：「你还要讲话？」

I said, "Yes."

我说：「是的。」

He said, "Your throat is totally bleeding."

他说：「你的喉咙完全在出血。」

But I said, "I will teach, I will speak, I will share my consciousness, I will try to elevate people."

但我说：「我要教课，我要讲话，我要分享我的意识，我要努力提升人们。」

If their tomorrow gets better, doesn't matter if my today is bad. You pay the price. But it does not mean the sequence has no consequences. In your life, first you create habits, then habits create you and today is a day when you can create a habit of meditation. Then meditation will make you intuitive and intuition will solve your problem. As a human you have to know before you face the life, you cannot live the life of impulse, that is the animal and the birds live. You cannot live that way. You as human, whether you are a Christian, Jew, Sikh, Hindu, nobody, atheist, theist, trust, whatever you call yourself, you have to have intuition. Yesterday is gone my friend, today is going away only you can know tomorrow. If you know tomorrow, you will be happy and hopeful. If you don't know tomorrow, you will be happily miserable, that is the deciding factor.

如果他们明天能变得更好，我今天不好也无所谓。你付出代价。但这并不意味着这个序列没有后果。在你的生命里，你先养成习惯，然后习惯造就你，而今天就是你能养成冥想习惯的一天。然后冥想会让你变得有直觉，直觉会解决你的问题。作为人，你必须在面对生活之前就知道，你不能过冲动的生活，那是动物和鸟过的生活。你不能那样活。你作为人，无论你是基督徒、犹太人、锡克教徒、印度教徒、什么都不是的人、无神论者、有神论者、信什么的，随便你怎么称呼自己，你必须有直觉。昨天已经过去了，我的朋友，今天正在过去，只有你能知道明天。如果你知道明天，你会快乐而充满希望。如果你不知道明天，你会快乐地痛苦，这就是决定性的因素。

When we meditate, there are lots of promises. It is totally bogus. When we meditate, it is totally simple thing. Our mental subconscious garbage start floating through our chart line. Meditation is cleaning your own ugliness by your own action, so that you can feel and think and intuitively act right. What we used to do in a Church? Sing and get into inertia of that song. Now, we are in Jazz Music, then we are on Rock and Roll. Well Rock and Roll is a very good music. What it has done? It has made a monkey out of us. It is the most powerful commotional music ever man created. It is also a beat, but there was a music at sometime, when we were disturbed, uptight, absolutely angry, just listening to it could make us calm.

当我们冥想时，有很多承诺。那完全是假的。当我们冥想时，它完全是简单的事。我们心理潜意识的垃圾开始漂浮着穿过我们的图表线。冥想是用你自己的行动清理你自己的丑陋，这样你就能感受、思考并凭直觉正确地行动。我们以前在教堂里做什么？唱歌，然后进入那首歌的惯性里。现在，我们听爵士乐，然后我们听摇滚乐。嗯，摇滚乐是很好的音乐。它做了什么？它把我们变成了猴子。它是人类创造过的最强大的骚动音乐。它也是一种节拍，但曾经有某种音乐，当我们烦躁、紧绷、极度愤怒时，只听它就能让我们平静下来。

When we require a war and we went on war, we created music for the war. But normally we are not at war all time, we are at peace, so the drums of war have to stop beating their tones and the drums have to start beating the tune of peace. But in the modern civilization, we are neither beating the drums of the war nor the drums of peace. Our tunes are that of emotions, commotions to satisfy neurosis and psychosis. We have become a drug nation in the whole world. Nobody can live by his energy, so everybody wants to take energy from outside. We started with a coffee, alcohol, smoking and all that stuff, so that we can move. We started getting energy from outside, so that, we can live, because we forgot how to create energy inside and when you are inside empty, hollow and shallow, you definite need from outside to come in and when outside come in, God knows what come on with it.

当我们需要战争、我们走向战争时，我们为战争创造音乐。但通常我们并不是一直处在战争中，我们处在和平中，所以战争的鼓必须停止敲击它们的音调，鼓必须开始敲击和平的旋律。但在现代文明中，我们既不敲战争的鼓，也不敲和平的鼓。我们的旋律是情绪的、骚动的，为了满足神经症和精神病。我们在全世界已经变成了一个药物国家。没有人能靠自己的能量活着，所以每个人都想从外面获取能量。我们从咖啡、酒精、吸烟和所有那些东西开始，这样我们才能动起来。我们开始从外面获取能量，这样我们才能活着，因为我们忘了如何在内在创造能量，而当你内在空虚、空洞、浅薄时，你当然需要外面进来，而当外面进来时，天知道跟着进来的是什么。

If you invite a friend, he say, "I am coming with my friends." You only know the one person. You do not know what other ten friends he is bring with him. I remember once a friend of mine, he apologized to me.

He said, "I have a friend in my home, I cannot invite you to my house even."

I said, "What went wrong?"

He said, "My friend has come to stay with me for five days. He has six dogs. I am staying in a hotel myself, they are the most ferocious dogs" he said, "But I told him to come I never knew that he will bring these ferocious dogs with him."

他说：「我的朋友来我家住五天。他带了六只狗。我自己都得住酒店，那些狗是最凶的」他说，「可我当初叫他来，我根本不知道他会带着这些凶狗一起来。」

So when you get things from outside, you do not know what is coming. Therefore it is very peaceful to create things from inside. First of all you know what you have created, second you know the familiarity with it, third you have the understanding with it, fourth you know why you created it and then you know how to use it. Outside things are very difficult to adjust. Inside things are very easy to adjust. We are starting tonight a meditation. That was my purpose to come here. It is called Prankichdi Mudra, Prankichdi Mudra, I will give you in certain sections and from tomorrow onwards, you are at your own, whosoever shall practice, shall find God in themself. If you don't, you have wasted one more evening because you have to care for yourself. If I care, I can come, I can share with you, my practical knowledge. You have to also share with you your own strength.

所以，当你从外面得到东西时，你不知道会来什么。因此，从内在创造东西是非常平和的。首先，你知道你创造了什么；其次，你对它熟悉；第三，你与它有心意相通；第四，你知道你为什么创造它；然后，你知道怎么用它。外面的东西很难调适。内在的东西很容易调适。我们今晚开始一个冥想。这就是我来这里的目的。它叫Prankichdi Mudra，Prankichdi Mudra，我会分几部分教给你，从明天起，你就靠你自己了，谁练习，谁就会在自己里面找到神。如果你不练，你就又浪费了一个晚上，因为你得照顾你自己。如果我照顾，我可以来，我可以跟你分享我的实践经验。你也得跟自己分享你自己的力量。

Let us sit down to meditate in a peaceful manner. Put your spine straight and see how it works? If it doesn't work right, walk away. If it works okay, just do it, simple all right, ready. We will do it in a slow man's motion, like layman, like first grade student and see what we can do.

让我们坐下来，以平和的方式冥想。把脊柱挺直，看看它怎么起作用。如果它不起作用，就走开。如果它起作用，就去做，很简单，好吧，准备好了。我们会用慢动作来做，像门外汉那样，像一年级学生那样，看看我们能做什么。

Step number one: Take these two finger and touch them, activate these two fingers, just by a touch, fast. Don't look left and right, just do with your fingers. You will get tired, you will stop it, all of a sudden you will stop it, don't do that, keep on doing. Come on, come on, quick, your other nervous system will become itchy. It means your nervous system is not balanced, keep on doing it, don't stop, one hand only, right hand, keep going, faster, faster, see how difficult it is, your own finger say, 'I am not going to obey you' and you want the whole world to obey you. Your two main finger say, 'shut up, I am not going to obey you,' they stop, they feel tired, they are out of balance, but keep on doing it, don't worry, don't worry, don't stop, keep doing. Now, use your will power and force to do it, keep going, there is still half a minute left, I can't stop. Come on, come on, come on, move, move, move, be miserable, but it's good, fast, I did it, you did it, then we have all done it.

Now step two: Take these two fingers, see this and see this, just do this, don't beat up your nose it can be red, but just, keep moving, that will stimulate Ida and Pingala. The two life forces, the Sun power and the Moon power you need both, move, move, just simple it's not big deal, just and your finger and your thumb is made in such a way to fit this, that's why the shape of the nose is. It will totally fit in where it has to fit in, don't do it here, there is a bone here. There is no bone here, that's why it is very soft and funny to do it, faster, I can do it, you can do it, it will start looking funny. Moment you activate, Ida and Pingala, you will start feeling different, but it all to be by time, you will like it or you will hate it, that is your inside, but keep going, faster, faster, faster as fast you will do it, better you will be, because ultimately we want to take away the differentiation between Ida and Pingala.

There is a consciousness, there is subconscious, there is unconscious. When the subconscious got clog up by arteries get clogged up, heart fails. When subconscious get clogged up, the man fails. So recognizing is your problem, meeting is God's problem, keep searching till you find satisfaction and just remember, teacher will not accept you for your Earthly things, it will accept you for your spiritual things and there is a one test you can do. Please him with Earthly things and annoy him with the spiritual things. If he makes football of you, you will find him right, you understand, it's a very simple test.

When I was to find my teacher, I took lot of money. I went to all the people I knew. Everybody accepted and blessed me. So when I went to my teacher and I put all the money before him, he accepted it too, but he said, 'why you brought it?' I said, 'just to give you offering.' He said, 'well, if that is the way, I need you for three days, will you stay.' Foolishly or ignorantly, I said, 'yes.' You know what he did with me. He put me in the ground up to neck and left me for three days and told every student in the Ashram, to throw cold water on my head, he said I am hot headed, I learned my lesson. I accepted him and I learnt, he didn't refuse me, but he told me there was something else which works. Can you believe to stay in a ground up to shoulders in three days and everybody voluntarily comes and put cold water on the top of your head, three days continuously, it's a lesson to learn. Teachers are most dangerous people.

Relationship between a student and teacher is, between a stone and a chisel. At the very first time when you strike the hammer on the chisel, it creates a spark and you know. If you don't recognize, that's your problem, not of the teacher. He has not; a real teacher has not come to be recognized. He has come to be available. His job is to touch the heart of the student once, beyond this he has no problem, so life goes on. I thought, myself. God has promised that you shall meet your teacher once. Everybody should be happy.
