And for thousands and thousands of years great saint and sages have experimented it and have realized it. I am not talking anything of my own, forgive me, I am a humble little instrument who is to communicate to you that truth. Truth is that you are not one, you are three. Your spiritual being, your mental being and your physical being. And yoga is a Sanskrit word Yog, means union with the supreme cosmos divine. And any (?), any way, any method which control your three being, your physical, your mental and your spiritual being and unite this with the greater cosmos is one way and is the shortest way.
几千几千年来，伟大的圣者和智者都在实验它、证悟它。我不是在讲我自己的东西，请原谅我，我只是一个谦卑的小小工具，要把那个真理传达给你。真理就是：你不是一个，你是三个。你的灵性存在、你的心智存在、你的肉体存在。瑜伽（Yoga）是一个梵文词 Yog，意思是与至高无上的宇宙神性合一。任何一种方法，只要能控制你这三个存在——你的肉体、你的心智、你的灵性存在——并把它与更大的宇宙合一，就是一条路，而且是最短的路。
And thus, the yoga of awareness or Kundalini Yoga, yoga for those who want to be one with Him but still live normal life on this earth planet, is yoga which we have started teaching today.

Our Mantram is not special, it is not somebody’s property, it is not to be given to anybody in the ear because truth cannot be secret, neither it can be purchased nor it can be sold. So it is wide open. You, before starting this Mantram you go to a doctor, get your lungs capacity measured. Chant it for forty days for the hours mentioned and again go to him and see what is your lungs capacity. If you are convinced that it has opened your solar plexus continue, otherwise forget.
我们的曼陀罗（Mantra）并不特殊，它不是谁的财产，也不能在耳边偷偷传给谁，因为真理不能是秘密，它既买不到也卖不掉。所以它是完全敞开的。你在开始这个曼陀罗之前，先去看医生，量一量你的肺活量。按说的时间唱诵 40 天，再去找他，看看你的肺活量是多少。如果你确信它打开了你的太阳神经丛，就继续；否则就忘掉它。

Breath is all which makes this vehicle run. And breath is not all air. It is something beyond air too. And when I talk to you about Pranic energy time and again, it means the cosmos connection with you. Because the life force of the atom is the Pranic energy which makes the molecule, that makes the element and that makes the five Tattvas of which you are. So without any misunderstanding we are to go on practical physical truth. I have worked with great masters and many have told me many times, “Forget Yogi about this or that.” I say, “I am sorry, I can’t forget myself because without this self there is nothing for me.”

If body is paining, you cannot do anything. If your mind is not secure you are nowhere and if your spiritual being is weak and dead, you cannot stand, you cannot fight the negative forces around you. The power, the real tooth in you is the truth. So long you realize this little fact that what truth can do to you and that we will practically experiment, we don’t do anything which we talk and then I walk out taking my shoes and I say, bye and you say hello, that is not the class here. Here we will work right now and shall realize and will see God prevailing among us. Because we are the image of God. If we are not God, I do not understand then what God is, then we cannot communicate (?)

We are the true image of God, we are better than the Gods. Sun is a God, moon is a God. They are all fixed, they can’t have anything else to do what they are supposed to do. We are better than demons, they have to pass their Karma, they are also fixed. We are freaks and this period has been given to us, this vehicle has been given to us to realize Him, the cosmos. You can produce Him in any shape you like. But He has got no shape. It is energy which comes to you through breath. Each breath is the tender love of divine, don’t live in sins anymore. Greatest sinner can be the greatest saint. If all that what they talk is, sin can do this, sin can do that, why Balmiki became the greatest rishi?

He used to kill people for nothing. Anybody will pass through way, he say “come on.” And when he caught the man with a loincloth, he say, “I am going to kill you.”

He say, “Wah, what type of man you are, they will substitute any minute.”

He went and asked this question a man (?) there and this, this, this and I am going to die tomorrow, I want somebody to substitute me.”

They said, “Are you fool? Can somebody substitute for death somebody?”

One word can save you and can change you. One deep breath can give in you the awareness. The nerve of awareness which we call is Kundalini can get opened on one, one kick, one push of life. If you can be aware that your breath is precious to you, man, don’t waste it on (?). And if you remember this one sentence you are God, otherwise my dear, without prejudice I am willing to accept you (?) because no in-between (?). In this vehicle there can be one. It changes the (?). Sometime you are ruled by a demon, sometime by a God. This car is sometime rented out by a demon or this vehicle is rented out and possessed by a God. But question is, this (?) and it has the power to go.

When pituitary gland can get (?) then the pineal gland starts functioning and you have a super sense of bad and good, and thus, your this vehicle is guided to safety. That’s all is what you have to (?) and remember, no drugs, no medicine can make you high constant. It’s a (?) for minute but your breath can do it constant for you and it can give the required strength to your nerve for which you can (?)

Apply Gian Mudra like this. This Gian Mudra cuts your ego. It will minus your ego and now try to be egoistic. Now, we always challenge, we don’t believe in you, we say this is this, you say this is not this and then do it and let us see either, either the truth prevails or the ego prevails. Now there is magnet field of the body shall be cut, throw back your neck. Close your eyes, concentrate at your point of energy that is your navel point and breathe as deep as possible. As the bowman pulls the string, so should be your breath. And don’t cheat yourself. There is no arrangement to avoid the self teaching. Put your neck back, roll it back.

Source of energy is in navel point, concentrate there and breathe. Buck up, buck up, buck up, long and deep breath is required. It is essential the pituitary master gland starts breathing and secreting and then only you will have realization who you are. Come on, quick. Don’t slow down.

And you read every book, every book will say, when Prana mixing with Apana through the Shushmana but nobody tells you when Prana can mix with the Apana and when it travels (?) Every book is silent on this (?) Now it is going to travel, you like it or our exercises are not meant (?) or not. Your co-operation is simply doing it. That’s all. And that is ordinary thing. And right now here, now you are not very senior with me that you have (?) long, long ago.
