And if you do not let yourself live, how you can let anything else live. That's the question, that's the direct question. If you not relate to your soul, how you can relate to your soul mate? You have to realize the faculty in you, progressive faculty.

Life has to have some base, sub-foundation and when you do not have your foundation, you want everybody to lean on you, everybody to trust you, everybody to communicate with you, everybody to love you, everybody to be friendly with you, what are you talking about? You can't carry your weight, you can't carry your own consciousness, you cannot carry your honesty, you cannot carry your truth, you cannot carry your emotions, you cannot carry your relationship and you want everybody to call you a saint, perfect being, holiest of the holy? What are you doing to yourself?

Why you abuse your wife? I don't know. Why you hate your husband? I don't know. What a gorilla answer. What a escapism, in God we trust but escapism is our religion and you know escapism in communication is the worst mental state of disease.

These are called Akashic treacheries.

There is a very big fight between consciousness and commotions. When you relate to commotions in life and not to consciousness, later on consciousness relate to you at all and commotional life is nothing but a very unhappy, coincident of human beauty and living hell.

Sun, the Almighty the source of light and life has gone to rest. Sun has set. You enjoy the sunset but why you don't set. Why at the evening you don't read rehiras, why don't you close your eyes and why don't you go inward, why in the morning you have gone outward, why it is not time to connect the inward? You can't do it because Guru said it and you don't want to hear it.

Get into that musical rhythm and put your head on the pillow, so that you can enjoy the sleep. Heart doesn't sleep, if heart sleep, you will be dead, brain doesn't sleep, you will be dead, it is that intuitive self, which comes through and give you virtual rest through the brain activity because everything non-essential slows down. What do you mean in sleep you think you don't move your body?

At night, there is about fifteen hundred calorie is used during the day and night through all the process. That's why I say, if you are fat, take a thousand-calorie diet, you will be just, you know you will be okay. Plus exercise, burn two, three, hundred calories more, then you will be super okay. But that's not what you totally are. It's a matter of consciousness, when you want to reduce your weight and be light or you want to put weight on yourself and be heavy? Everybody they say, I want to be smart but what dummy you smart are, tell me?

You are not smart with yourself. You may be smart with the whole world, I may go and give everybody everything, when I come home, my own pet is hungry and thirsty and looks at me, meow! You know what a curse that is? You pay attention to the whole world and you want the entire ten worlds pay attention to you, you are arrogantly ignorant about yourself and you have no respect for the self and you want self-respect? Are you kidding, do you know what self-respect is, when you pay respect to yourself. You don't pay respect to yourself who you want to pay?

你对自己并不聪明。你可能对全世界都很聪明，我可以出去把一切都给每个人，等我回到家，我自己的宠物又饿又渴，看着我，喵！你知道那是多大的诅咒吗？你关注全世界，还想让整个十个世界都关注你，你对自己傲慢无知，你对自己毫无尊重，却想要自尊？你在开玩笑吗，你知道什么是自尊吗，就是你尊重自己。你不尊重自己，你想去尊重谁？

You know what is a self-respect is? Getting under the shower and massaging the body. That's a self-respect, isn't that true? Hah? Washing your hair and drying them properly, it's a very self-respecting act. Putting lot of cold water on your eyes and bringing them to calmness, it's a very self-respect act. Brushing your teeth and taking your time and doing it very calmly and quietly, so that they may be well done, very self-respect. Cleaning your monkey glands, it's highly self-respect act. Do you respect your those muscle which do not get otherwise intunement? Do you pay respect to your stomach? Constant furnace, never get rest, never.

You know people do not like these Hindus, I like them. They are good. In Hindu Dharma there is a one thing, one day a week, somehow they don't let you eat for one reason or the other. Somebody is not eating on Monday, some not eating Tuesday, one day they don't eat, just, just, just this is a part of their life and on the eleventh day of the moon, they don't eat, on the full moon, they will never eat. A good practicing Hindu will never eat on Pooranmaasi on full moon. That's why they never commit suicide. Eleventh day of the moon, they don't eat, they have tremendous endurance and one day a week they fast, their digestive system never goes wrong, it's very funny to watch.

Every woman who comes to Ladies Camp survive very well. If it is left to their husband and they can afford it, they will send their wives almost every three months to Ladies Camp. Self-respect and homage to our consciousness is a first basic tenant that you have decided to live and let yourself live. Charity begins from home, live and let live, start with yourself and not with your neighbors, when you start with yourself, your neighbor will see it and realize it for themself.
