died, Jesus came Jesus died, Buddha came Buddha died, they come and go, they are in a parcel. Dispatch comes, dispatch goes. None is permanent here.

The very fact which is permanent here is as much you know about yourself. That is permanent. Because once you know permanently who you are you are going to create a permanent impact because all people want to know who they are. That’s why people follow. People don’t follow you, they follow because there is a hope. Perhaps this guy Yogi Bhajan knows who is he and perhaps from him we can learn who we are. It’s a very selfish tree. You all say let us not be selfish, let us not be selfish, God cannot be found without being selfish. And you have to be a fanatic selfish to find yourself first and then you can find who created that self.

God cannot be found without being selfish. And you have to be a fanatic selfish to find yourself first and then you can find who created that self.

So all books are written wrong my dear boy. There is no truth in those books, you read that and you listen to Guru. I have listened to them many years, I listen to them even now. I go. They say forgive everything, don’t be selfish. And I take a glass of water right with me to drink. Because that is not what is the truth. Self is given to you. It is not you, to know it is a very act of self. And you have to fish out who you are and you have to do it very fanatically. You can't talk about it, all right, I’ll do it tomorrow. That’s not possible because what you can know about yourself today you may not know about yourself tomorrow at all.

Today maybe much easier to know, tomorrow it will be most difficult, nobody can say so. And that is what is very creative in man. And once a man’s mind is tuned on that creativity to know about self man is happy. You can't shake that man. You can put him on cross he can still laugh, you can put him on a hotplate he can laugh, you put him in jail he can laugh. He can laugh under circumstances.

今天也许更容易知道，明天就会变得最难，谁也说不准。而人身上最有创造力的，正是这一点。一旦人的心智调准到那份创造力上去认识自己，人就是快乐的。你摇不动那个人。你可以把他架上十字架，他照样能笑；你可以把他放到滚烫的铁板上，他能笑；你把他关进监狱，他能笑。他在任何处境下都能笑。

What is courage? When in adverse circumstances self is known it is courage. And when going through the ordained of that cruelty one maintains the self, that is divine. That’s all it is.

When Guru Arjan, the fifth Nanak was fined, he said, “What for I am fined?”

It is written, the king wrote with his own pen, he said, “He is so sincere and he is so shining that all what we want to spread cannot happen if he is alive. Therefore I have ordered him to be killed with torture, which should be example.”

Now what a torture they chose. They chose there should be a big hotplate on which he should sit and meditate. You just understand the torture and it will freak you out. Just imagine it. When the temperature is hundred twenty Fahrenheit, man is asked to sit in lotus pose on a red hotplate. Iron plate. And they burn fire under constantly. And then they put red-hot sand on his body and they did it whole day. In the evening they asked him, “How do you feel?”

Oh they felt very happy, they said, “Yeah, we forgot about it.”

They thought it will be lot of fun to test the patience of the man, but man had understood himself. Guru Arjan has acknowledged himself. He was under no fear or panic, because self was known to him. He knew that these cells of the body are being transferred into energy. And he is teaching penance and patience. So they spread a net in the river and they asked him to have a dip in the net, all they knew is he dipped once, came up, dipped twice, came up, he dipped third time, he never came up. They took the net out except few fishes there was nothing. Because self was acknowledged. And that is a very selfish act.

Meditating in the morning is a very selfish act. Don’t misunderstand it. Taking bath each day is a very selfish act. Because you want to keep the self clean, your self clean. Meditation is a very selfish act because you want to keep the mind clean. If you take a bath it will keep the body clean. If you meditate it will keep the mind clean. And if through meditation you chant a word which (?) finite unto Infinity, soul will rule. Now is it not selfish? Then what it is? Because you are working on your self.

早晨冥想是一个非常自私的行为。别误会。每天沐浴是一个非常自私的行为。因为你想让自我保持干净，让你的自我干净。冥想是一个非常自私的行为，因为你想让心智保持干净。如果你沐浴，它会保持身体干净。如果你冥想，它会保持心智干净。而如果通过冥想你唱诵一个词，把有限带向无限，灵魂/真我就会做主。现在，这难道不自私吗？那它是什么？因为你是在对自己下功夫。

Everybody these days started teaching, give, give, give, I agree you should give. But first get something to give. Don’t steal somebody’s thing and give it to somebody. If you have a hundred dollar earned and you gave away hundred dollar, it is beautiful. But if you have no penny with you and you took somebody’s wallet and gave somebody a hundred dollar, you are a thief of third degree.

This planet earth is a visit. It is a visit to a man under given circumstances. Why I say under given circumstances? This is a law you have to understand very clearly. You are born under the given circumstances, remember that. Some are born in ghettoes, some are born in rich homes. Some have lot of money some hassle for penny. Those are given circumstances, but you have a power of Infinity from given circumstances to rise up. Given circumstances is a basic test to every human being for the life to enter. If you are creative from out of nothing you will rise to everything. If you are uncreative you will freak out.

这个地球行星是一次造访。它是在既定条件下对一个人的造访。为什么我说在既定条件下？这是一条你必须非常清楚理解的法则。你是在既定条件下出生的，记住这一点。有些人生在贫民区，有些人生在富裕家庭。有些人有很多钱，有些人为一分钱奔波。那些都是既定条件，但你拥有无限的力量，能从既定条件中崛起。既定条件是对每个人进入生命的基本考验。如果你能从无中创造，你就会上升到拥有一切。如果你没有创造力，你就会崩溃。

Creative happiness is to create an environment around you with a capacity to give. That is creative happiness. You cannot live on this planet without giving, remember that. And how that can be achieved, that’s the problem today. Lot of people they do not know. They want to know, they are eager to learn but they do not (?).

Some say meditation is only one theme it will take you where you want to go. No, it doesn’t work that way. You are triple body, you are a physical body, you are a mental body and you are a spiritual body. A human body is a blend of three bodies. And you must feed all the three everyday. These exercises we do, we do it for what? We do it for a simple thing that our body should be flexible, active and balanced. Exercise is must for a human body. There is no denial to that. Then comes mental body, mental body for mental body the act of meditation is essential. You must meditate to let your brain give all the garbage.

Some people sit and meditate they say, “Yogiji, all dirty thoughts come to us at that time.”

A person, we examined a case, a person was a habitual rapist, he loves to rape a girl. He never wanted it. He knew it is illegal but he was so desirous of it. He will go and catch a pole and say eeeeeeee… you understand and yell and scream when he sees a girl going by the roadside. His brain will give in. He asked me what to do.

有一个人，我们研究过一个案例，这个人是个惯犯强奸犯，他喜欢强奸女孩。他从来不想这样。他知道这是违法的，但他太渴望了。他会跑过去抓住一根柱子，然后喊「咿咿咿咿咿……」你明白吧，当他看到路边有女孩经过时，就会大喊大叫。他的大脑就会屈服。他问我该怎么办。

I said, “You should meditate.”

我说：「你应该冥想。」

I have seen his meditation in my presence, he will say heheheeeeee… like that. But he will keep up the posture as much he could. After three months this all went away. He overpowered that desire, mind got cleaned, no more thoughts that will compel him, he was a very beautiful person. He could go back to his job to his profession, he could go back to start his own life.

我在场时见过他冥想，他会「嘿嘿嘿嘿嘿……」那样。但他会尽可能久地保持那个姿势。三个月后，这一切都消失了。他战胜了那个欲望，心智被清理干净了，再也没有念头会逼迫他，他成了一个非常美好的人。他能回到自己的工作、自己的职业，他能回去开始自己的生活。

To clean the mind you have to sit and let the thought wave pass through you. It is a creative. It’s a path to happiness, it’s another step to happiness. And lastly and thirdly, you must meditate on the sound of Infinity. It must be a word of Infinity. God knows from where you are going to get that word, it is not my job. You can pay for it or you can get it free. You can make up yourself.

The last certain word, Almighty, Almighty God or anything which can make you feel that you are a part of Infinity. That is required law. If any such word on which you meditate in the morning which can create you to a creativity of Infinity around your polarity of existence in biological, psychological and mental state of consciousness you have gained a beautiful day without even entering the day.

So these are the three main facets with which a man has to start his day. Because at night when you are restful neither you have any religion nor you have any devotion nor any commotion nor desire, nothing. There comes a zero hour in your life when you are just zero. And from that zero hour your life starts again you have a morning dream, you have something, some sound, anything, you start a new day. Before you come out and face the new day you should prepare yourself. As physically you require a breakfast you require a breakfast for your mind also. You require a breakfast for your soul also.

所以这就是一个人开始一天时必须依循的三个主要面向。因为夜里你休息的时候，你既没有宗教，也没有虔诚，也没有骚动，也没有欲望，什么都没有。你的生命里会出现一个零点时刻，那时你只是零。而从那个零点时刻，你的生命重新开始，你有一个清晨的梦，你有某种东西，某种声音，随便什么，你开始新的一天。在你出来面对新的一天之前，你应该先准备好自己。就像身体需要早餐一样，你的心智也需要早餐。你的灵魂/真我也需要早餐。

There is no fun divorcing your wife, leaving your friends, and telling them lot of things, it doesn’t work that way in the society. That is ego. Pushing your disciple for no reason, why you should push your disciple? Let him follow you if he wants to follow you, let him leave you if he wants to leave you, why you are involved with him? Arey, wisdom is a very rare thing why should inject into people? If somebody wants to be wise he will follow you up to hell. He is not going to let you go. Why you are upset and worried? Just relax. Some people will enjoy your relaxation.

跟妻子离婚、离开朋友、跟他们讲一大堆话，这没什么好玩的，在社会上那样行不通。那是小我。无缘无故地推你的学生，你为什么要推你的学生？他想跟随你，就让他跟随你；他想离开你，就让他离开你，你为什么要掺和进去？哎，智慧是非常稀有的东西，你为什么要往别人身上注射？如果有人想变得有智慧，他会跟随你直到地狱。他不会放你走。你为什么要不安、要担心？放松就好。有些人会享受你的放松。

Some people will just feel sitting and they will love you. Don’t talk. Some people will listen to you (?) how this guy became silent. Anything which can be unusual will create curiosity about you. All you have to do in this life is to cross message to create curiosity. And then they will investigate who are you.

One person came all the way to Los Angeles to meet me and I asked him, “What bothered you?” You know. “We have centers all over, you could have met somebody there and checked up what you want.”

It was a very simple question. He asked as a very gentleman. I said, “It is a very simple situation, they have decided, they have not gained anything. They have decided to work on one principle, I don’t say that they are healthy, happy and holy. But they have decided to work for it. And if you commit something you always get into that. Anybody who will commit to a subject will always get to an object. It’s a universal law. And it is a vibration which guides them. These are the people who have voluntarily committed an attitude of gratitude to get to a goal and goal in life will go.”

He asked me, “Have I to tie a turban for that?”

“Have I to wear white for that?”

“Have I to get up in the morning and take a cold shower?”

I said, “Nothing you have to do.”

And you know he gets up everyday at 3 o'clock, takes a cold shower and ties a white turban and I don’t know why.

可你知道，他每天 3 点起床，洗冷水澡，缠上白色头巾，我也不知道为什么。

And I met him again after a year, I said, “Look guy, I told you not to do all these things.”

I said, “That is true.”

我说：“这是真的。”

Then he said, “When you meditate you go in such a white light of yourself, then you don’t like any color around you.”

然后他说：“当你冥想时，你会进入自己那样一片白光之中，那时你就不喜欢周围有任何颜色了。”

I said, “That I know also.”

我说：“这我也知道。”

Because sometime I change myself into different colors, you just see how it feels like. I look like very weird to myself, I know that. It’s a kind of situation. It’s not a fanaticism. Now we are projecting out something. I built up a room, it is totally white, everything in that room is white, except few spots we have set for the colors. You stay in that room one day next day you cannot go in another room and stay. It’s a color therapy. You make one room bed white, table white, all things which are in that room make them white. Stay in that room for a week, come out. And go in any other room which has different colors, you will look like you are being pushed in a jail.

Mind and mental perception is the same perception of Infinity, you take a round card, divide it into seven colors, put those seven colors around it, rotate it. Somebody asked me why I ask people to wear white. Because I know mentally people are defunct in this country. Mental variation is depicted by many colors. If we spend money on clothes and if white cloth can help us what is wrong. We know our circulation of the blood is very poor, we know that, all of you know that because we don’t do any exercise. They are going to make a car, you can sit in the room and you can open the door, it will slide in, you sit in and it will slide back. So that exercise even to open the door is gone. Do you know that?

They are calling it a traffic hazard because sometime you have to open the door on the road and they think that can cause an accident. Actually it is a trip. They don’t want to press a button and open the door. They want that thing you know with that they change the television channel… now that control will be available, you have in your hand all you have to do is press a button and door will slide in, you will get in, slide up right.

You used to go on staircases that was an exercise. Now there is escalator. Even that exercise is gone. Think about, your body requires some stimulation, it is not available. When you get under a cold shower in the morning it looks very biting. But it brings the entire blood of the body to protect the body temperature, it comes out, it flows out. So it flushes all the circulatory system of the body by thereby you have exchanged your blood from the inner organ to the outer, outer organ to the inner, there is a process. Thereafter you follow with what? With breath of fire you clean it out.

Then if you do certain set of exercises through which your glandular system secretes, after that you meditate, there is a lot of difference. You can eat a raw dough and you can also eat a bread. There is a difference in taste, my friends. Just getting up. That’s no meditation. That is a hassle.

One boy came to me he was doing a meditation under a different guru with a secret mantra. He had a trouble his hip start sleeping. He will do that meditation on the chair. Finally he asked his Guru, I mean to say second to Guru whatever their rank and (?), he told him he can't help it. You know when somebody is in trouble he goes everywhere. So one day he had an appointment, he came and asked me, I said, “You can't do meditation on chair but you must see that your weight is on both feet equal. It’s a required law.”

Since then he is doing his meditation, not anything I taught him, not at all. But he has no back trouble, he got out of it. Meditation can bring total stillness of your mental activity and it will affect the metabolism of the body also. Feeling it in a jerk and getting into it by a jerk is the worst damage one can do to his brain cell. It is not an idea to become a meditation freak you know. We are doing it… doesn’t mean a thing, you are just killing yourself, equally badly as somebody else is killing. Know your spirit. Spirit is word the of spiritas. Spiritas means breath. The breath of life in you is all what we are talking about. When this won't work nothing will work in you.

Now remember as a principle law creative happiness does lie in the control of breath. Normally you breathe fifteen breaths a minute. Anytime when you are upset, just reduce it to twelve breaths. One breath in five seconds. And in three minutes you will change. Three minutes, it’s not a long thing. I mean to say, if you want to change yourself out of any trouble which is mental, first everything has to be mental, then it has to be physical, you can change it in few minutes that is within you. You also can change by drinking a glass of water. Moment the water proportion in the blood changes your attitude changes. You can also change by urinating.

My asking you today, do you really want to be happy? I agree. Happiness is not in money, happiness is not in big houses, happiness is not in authority and power, but happiness is within you and who is you. You are a physical, mental and spiritual body blended into one identity of this finite self whose name is Peter Thomson, whatever you want to call it. That is the name, Nam. If that can be bright and that can relate to Infinity that God and me, me and God are one. And if you really believe in that oneness you can always be happy through all environments and circumstances.

Neither you will marry through eyes, nor through ears, nor through nose, nor through mouth, nor through any nine gates. When you are non-functional through nine creative organs of the body and through any sensitivity you are a celibate. It only means you are pronounced dead.

I have taken these days my job to correct the teaching, not to teaching anybody. You have been taught so much garbage there is no fun in teaching any more. But there is a fun to create a sensitivity to make you understand what you have learnt. Everybody wants to reach a stage of Samadhi, right? Everybody says in yoga you know last is Dhian Dharna Samadhi. Now there is a Maha Samadhi, great Samadhi. And if you write a telegram my mother has entered into great Samadhi, it means my mother is dead.

Now Guru never knew what to say, because it was signed by him, so they put an immediate call what happened?

He said, “I meditated and I met with a Great Samadhi.”

“O God! You are not dead. It’s not a great Samadhi at all. Great Samadhi means virtual physical death.”

But you know, we learn only the way we want to learn. And that is where problem is.

It is good to follow a Guru, but follow him in one way. Tell him, “Guru, what do you know?”

问他，你的Guru教了你什么，他的Guru又是谁？他们最多只能给你五六个名字。我问过一个人，他总共给了我二十三个名字。当他数到第二十三位Guru时，我问他：「谁教的他？」

He said, “That I don’t know.”

I said, “That much still is the lack of knowledge in you.”

If you do not know your twenty-third Guru must, have been taught by twenty-fourth. And what he taught him? He said, “I don’t know.”

I said, “Anybody who does not know still has to know. So you first learn, your twenty third Guru was taught by twenty-fourth what was that teaching.”

This Guru trip is a terrible trip. There are five words, which they call Panch Shabad. When you will learn the spiritual science of mysticism you will know about those five words. Everybody has projected them different. They cashed on it. But don’t get into that cash. Come to the reality, reality is there are five words. Those are also known as five stages of ecstasy. The words are Gur, Guru, Sat Guru, Siri Guru, Wahe Guru. There are three stages of soul. Aatma, mahatma, paramatma. Aatma means when I know I have a soul, I am part of the Infinity. Mahatma, Mahaa-Aatma, I am such a great soul that I can accommodate everybody.

And Wahe Guru means the ecstasy of that universal consciousness which can affect anybody and everybody of the result, of the experience of that formula. Now who is whose Guru? Today’s child is tomorrow father. Today student is tomorrow’s Guru.

It is an inter-relationship of tuning in. If you are honestly tuning in then your soul is free. Then you will never enter into a ritual. You will always find a reality. Once you enter into ritual I am Yogi Bhajan’s student, you are finished, if you are Yogi Bhajan’s student, then you must prove to Yogi Bhajan that you are such a good student that he acknowledges you and you should be ten times better than him. If you are not doing that law one must enter into the state of zero which means ten. It is known as creative consciousness. Ten is a representative of creative consciousness.

We always think we are Christians, none of us experience Christ consciousness. We die with that duality. Now Christ will save you, Christ is going to save you how. You do not know what Christ consciousness is what is going to happen to you. By writing that you are Christian you become a Christian? Not at all. If you do not experience Christ consciousness you are not Christian by any realm of truth. And Christ cannot save you because you do not belong to that realm. I am a savior, I am a New Yorker.

You are a Christian, you have never experienced Christ consciousness how you know what Christ consciousness is and what Christ is. Keep on trying. Similarly you are a human being. Hue-mann-being. Hue the light, mann the mind, being now. Now you are a mental torch of light. If you don’t experience that, you will never experience the realm of universal consciousness. Now you find it, it is complicated and difficult. My friends, it is not difficult I tell you how easy it is.

Only when you know that you are you, then you go this hassle, I am I, you are you, these bifurcations happens then.

There are some people whom I cannot teach I may try my level best. They cannot learn from me. They have to learn from somebody else who can emotionally relate to them. There are some who cannot learn from him, they have to find a third person. Every individual has his frequency of the mind. Only where your frequency will be set, somewhere too much sacrifice is required, somewhere too much sacrifice is not required. It depends where you can learn. Everybody can't learn from everybody. It has to be totally understood. Therefore there is no idea in pushing an idea. Basic idea is be an ideal human being.

When the mind gets into the rut of many facets of thinking man cannot concentrate. When man cannot concentrate man cannot follow something. And it is a very simple meditation. You see my hands, there is a special lock about it, you put lock like this, it is not like this, it is just like this. Followed? And the hands, this thumb must meet here. It’s a very accurate stage of twist. It is pretty difficult for some of you but now it’s very simple. It is very positive in a way once you lock it this way it is very difficult to get unlocked.

That’s all it is about. And put all the pressure on this thumb joining it and please close your eyes. While closing your eyes start looking through the central of the eyebrows where the root of the nose mixes.

This was exact three minutes. It is only three minutes I am talking about and if you can practice this up to thirty-one minutes everyday in your life you will be totally different person whether you like it or not. And you have not to follow me because all those who have followed me are bugging me enough. You stay away, that’s much better. I have more students now still that I can even go to bathroom. Sometime I do say it, you know from where I am answering your call?

You keep on chanting two hundred years. I said yesterday, I am saying it today also. It has to be rhythmically chanted. That’s why so many people chant ram, ram, ram, nothing happens. Guru Nanak said chant Ram, all the virtues will come to you. Why they are still the same way? I give you a guitar there are no strings on it. What you are going to create with it?

And that is why those mantras are not working, otherwise what is wrong in a mantra? Mantra must work.

And therefore chanting to lord Vishnu happiness comes, right?

YB: Inhale, exhale, this is the way to chant mantra rama. It’s a complete pranayam and if you can chant this mantra sitting on a aasana for two and half hours, what it can do for you it is written in the scriptures. But technology nobody knows. This is a pranayam and it’s a perfect pranayam. It will bring the central nerve into activity like anything beautiful. Now you will get that power what you do with it. You know, that is the thing. To have a thing it is easy, to maintain it is difficult. This mantra can get you to that stage of power that your word will become truth what you say will happen. And sometime you say I am idiot, then you become idiot.

YB: Now the beauty in this is in-between you should not inhale. It should not be chanted in two breaths, it should be chanted in one breath. Therefore inhale deep enough that you can go all through it. Once it will be perfect with you I don’t think you require anybody else. Then you will be you right away. That’s the law of energy. And that is what pranayam can do to you, it can extend you and mantra can give you the continuous rhythm to do that. Because once you do through the power of energy, through the nostril change and all that, you require a long time to practice it. But through mantra and japa you can do it in easy way, in shortest time, result will be same beautiful as otherwise.

Standing on head for half an hour can make you crazy. I am not kidding, that’s true. But lying down in (?) pranayam and chanting you can do it for hours and it will be totally beneficial that like standing on the head, but it will not harm you. Because it will give you blood stream in sixty degree (?) It will not put a ninety degree pressure, therefore your organ will be in a position to stand. So these are the techniques. There are techniques which are forceful.

Kundalini Yoga is not the yoga for the celibate hermit. It is the yoga of the householder. Do your thing, have your wife, raise your children, earn your money and still be a yogi. And ultimately a hermit lives on a householder. A priest lives on a householder. Saint lives on a householder. Householder is the highest state of mind. He provides government, he provides police, he provides thief, he provides killers, he provides saints, he provides everybody. Gas company.

昆达里尼瑜伽不是给独身隐士的瑜伽。它是 householder 的瑜伽。做你的事，有你的妻子，养育你的孩子，赚你的钱，同时仍然是个瑜伽士。而归根结底，隐士靠 householder 活着。祭司靠 householder 活着。圣人靠 householder 活着。Householder 是心智最高的状态。他提供政府，他提供警察，他提供小偷，他提供杀手，他提供圣人，他提供每一个人。煤气公司。

Whole thing is based on a householder. The basic center of society is nothing but a householder. You know, the swamis and yogis when they travel around they find who is the rich student, it is much better to stay (?). Why it is (?) why don’t he go to the guy who has got no shelter on his place. They won't go. But you know when they won't go what they will teach, that Tiaga, leave everything. Why the hell you were sleeping last night in a master bedroom, why not you go and sleep in what they call that, sleeping bag with those guys who are laying in the path. What happened to your Tiaga.

一切都建立在居士的基础上。社会的基本中心不是别的，就是居士。你知道，那些尊者（Swami）和瑜伽士（Yogi）四处游走时，会找谁是富有的学生，住在那里要好得多（？）。为什么他（？）为什么不去那个连住处都没有的人那里？他们不会去。但你知道，他们不去的时候会教什么？教 Tiaga，放下一切。那你昨晚到底为什么睡在主卧里，为什么不去睡在他们所谓的那个，睡袋里，跟那些躺在路边的人一起睡？你的 Tiaga 怎么了。

Guru Nanak told those yogis (?). Because these yogis were very anti-woman. Born of a woman, saying against a woman? Born of a woman saying against a woman? You think woman has a breast which is a point of evil? In his conversation he said woman breast is a point of evil. It attracts the lust in you and Guru Nanak said, “That was where she turned the blood into milk and raised you. You are paying that as a gratitude, a tribute to that place?”

That is what the consciousness is. When born of a woman hates the woman he actually hates himself. And it is such a curse from which there is no escape. Because attitude of gratitude is highest yoga. Rest is a mockery. It doesn’t matter who you are, but it does matter how you feel. It does matter how you behave. It does matter how you act. I understand breast of a young woman can bring passion in you. But don’t you remember that that your young mother had that breast in which she turned the blood into milk for you and that is why you could get raised. I mean to say you have such a weak knowledge?

The life of a householder is such a great life the angel and the goddesses worship to get into it and you got it and you are bugging about it. You know why? Because mind is not one (?). There are lot of alternatives. We are shopper’s nation. We want to shop around here and there. All we want is to be enlightened through television.

人能明白正义在哪里，这全是神的优雅。人被造成活在二元对立里，彼此互补、彼此补足，所以才有女性的一面和男性的一面。那种结合，就是居士阶段（grihastha ashram），Maha ashram，Yogi Devi Dev Pujitha。居士的生活是如此伟大的一种生活，天使和女神都敬拜它、想进入它，而你得到了它，却还在为它抱怨。你知道为什么吗？因为心智不是一（？）。有很多替代选项。我们是个购物者的民族。我们想到处逛一逛、挑一挑。我们想要的，就是通过电视开悟。

If a surgeon says he will perform a surgery on the brain every body will be enlightened, half of the room people will just go and get it done. You want somebody to do it for you, you don’t want to do it to yourself, that is the problem. And without self nothing is attained.
