Siri Singh Sahib, Bibiji, Secretary General, Ladies and Gentlemen, and children of all ages, the theme for the luncheon this morning is appreciation and personally I really do appreciate being here, it's been a transforming experience for me, and I am sure it's been for everyone. As a matter of fact this morning after Sadhana I was taking a walk on the golf course and it was very mystical and misty. And I have to share with you, I had a kind of a religious experience about the ninth tee, the ninth tee is a very difficult tee and I saw Moses and Jesus Christ playing golf out there.

And now is Jesus Christ's turn, and he went up there and he said, "You know Moses that was a great shot but I am going to beat you, I am going to hit the ball on to the green. "

" So he got the club and he addressed the ball and he took his shot and it was a tremendous shot, went over the first body of water, over the first island, over the second body of water, over the second island, almost made it to the green, hit the top of the palm tree, rolled down on to the dirt, into the water. And Moses said, "See, I told you, you couldn't make that shot. "

And just then another golf cart pulled up, and a guy got out and he started looking out across the water and he saw Jesus walking across the water and he kind of walked up to Moses and he said, "Who does that guy think he is, Jesus Christ? "

Guru Dev Singh: I just wanted to explain that everywhere we go, I am sure that in different countries we always have to try to adapt to the music of the area so that the teachings and what we are trying to convey will come across much clearer, there will be a clearer channel.

And so what I am going to play here is a type of a Samba rhythm and it's, since I am going to sing it in Portuguese I just want to give you an idea what its about, and what it is about is the person that has come in contact with the Nam, has come contact with his consciousness and he is realizing that so many things were being done and played out only through the unconscious ego and now that he is beginning to realize and beginning to have more consciousness about himself that he is seeing all of the mind games and trips that his mind was playing before. And so the name of this song is, 'Mevo heygo sistaake shaandho,' which means my ego is complaining.

And what they say is this is for the world's greatest businessman, and we humbly would like to present this to Siri Singh Sahib from the Khalsa Council to the world's greatest businessman.

YB: Actually I am not, I am not that yet, wait, wait, wait, (Members continue clapping...), all right, all right, all right, I got it, I got the message. Actually business is nothing but a process of life, it is meant to grow in permutation and combination in the consistent frequency and proportions to mental relevance that is the secret of business, and it's a formula, which we must adapt.

When this present was being given I thought you are going to give it to Gurjyoth because he solves bankrupt businesses and that takes a harder work and tolerance, which is beyond the concept. In business concept there are certain personalities, which I call business personalities. In our community there are lot of personalities, which have lot of business edge towards it. Some people are very conservative that they sit back and they never move that's not business but there has to be a business capacity like, you can be a republican orthodox like Hari Jeevan and still have the bulls horn in your hand and not bothered what people like you or dislike you.

There is another problem, which you have you play emotional game with businesses, businesses don't care whether you like yourself or you dislike yourself. Business is do you serve the time and the space and you grab the opportunity honestly or not. Business doesn't care what your statement is and remember business do not belong to refugees, refugee belongs to the businesses.

That I have seen in a practical experiment when in east Pakistan, west Pakistan, we were thrown back to east Pakistan we were all refugees and basically we all were rich, we run that Punjab, we were the landlords and we were the businessmen, and we were the manufacturers, and we were the factory owners, and they were all Sikhs.

The entire business community was with the Sikhs, we came to east Punjab and we found the most barren land. East Punjab was so beautiful that people used to sleep in Lahore and wake up in Delhi they never opened the eyes during the whole journey. It was nothing but a barren land most poor, and today it's the bread basket of the world, and it feeds entire India, refugees did it because they had the business sense. About business sense I can tell you we are such a good businessmen that the presence of ours bothers people. You talk of slander, you talk of deceit, you talk of all those things, I want to tell you something we are so beautiful in business of life that we offend everything.

Dr. Dharma Singh: This next award is also very special one and this is in appreciation to the Bhai Sahiba and I think, I can't remember exactly what the Siri Singh Sahib said yesterday but when he was talking in his lecture about giving Bibiji a title and he was saying why that she needs a title because she was just Bibiji and I don't exactly remember what his explanation about what that was and maybe you can listen to your banks and find that but for just being Bibiji and for being the Bhai Sahiba we appreciate her.

Dr. Dharma Singh: I think that everyone can definitely agree with this one the, these meetings were very phenomenal in terms of how smoothly they went, there were no major traumas, no tremendous (?) and we all survived intact and I think that really it's because of the amount of work that went into preparations, so to the Secretary General Mukhiya Sardarni Sahiba Sardarni Guru Amrit Kaur, we appreciate all her hard work and making this week (?) for us.

Dr. Dharma Singh: Every religion has great missionaries and we have the Siri Singh Sahib and it is difficult for anybody to follow in his footsteps but for a lot of work that this person has done we, at least I can say it myself, I just stand back in awe to appreciate Sardarni Sahiba Ramdas Kaur's many travels and the work that she does in spreading the Dharma and propagating Guru Nanak's word.

She was a living passionist disaster in any terminology and I couldn't believe what is gone wrong with Almighty God that she is doing anything with 3HO, so I thought here she comes to destroy my dream.

I was so scared to death of this one individual because I could see and I see what is going to happen also, everything else is just like little flies I could kill but this fly was the killer's fly it was very difficult. So I started doing my number and telling her you have got lot of energy and you have a triangle arc line, she doesn't remember this. And she said, "What it can be? "

I said, "If you spiritually try, you in the end will make it somehow. " Matter went by, I didn't bother, one day I walked in and San Francisco in the Ashram I saw a girl like her curled around and she was writing on a book it was a whole book, and she was writing the mantra, 'Ek Ong Kar Sat Nam Siri Wahe Guru,' in such a flowery way and the whole page had no space at all and it was page after, page after, page, I said myself, I am right. A person who can have that much patience to dig in to do this, one day if can cause a trouble it will be really tremendous one.

My relief came when she took the vow as a secretary of religion and she is the only one whom I gave vow, if I ever fail in my duties nothing in the cosmic consciousness including the Gurus can redeem her forever because I wanted to seal and rivet her fate so good that she should not have a chance and she is the only one who has taken a vow repeating thrice.
我的宽慰来自她立下宗教秘书的誓言，她是我唯一给过誓言的人，如果我在职责上有任何失职，宇宙意识里包括古茹们在内，谁都无法永远赎回她，因为我想把她的命运封得严严实实、铆得死死的，好让她毫无侥幸可言，而她也是唯一一个重复三遍立下誓言的人。

I have never known where it is but figured somehow probably somewhere at the end of the world but there are lot of people on very small little outposts, and they just keep up, year after year and day after day, and it's a lot of hard work. And this award is really a kind of appreciation for all those persons out there they just keep up everyday, and particularly we would like to honor Singh Sahib Guru Dev Singh from Brazil who has been down south of the border just keeping up.

Singh Sahib Guru Dev Singh: There really is no words that I can truly express what I am feeling other than that a dream has come true, and that there is no substitute as our master has always told us for perseverance and for faith in the Guru, someday and I hope it is in the very near future I would like very much for all of you to see that way down south of the border there is a great nation that, it's still sleeping but is waking up. And when it does wake up completely as it is destined to you will find many brothers and sisters on there waiting for you with open arms, Sat Nam.

An appreciation, and the sleepless night, and thankless journeys in absolute solid jute and in camouflage to keep the leadership of this Dharma alive, saved the life of those who deserve nobility, honor, and grace from these prostituted, low esteem human beings who were out to destroy with means brutal that they cannot be appreciated or spoken in human words, I appreciate Mukhiya Singh Sahib Gurjyoth Singh Khalsa for his dedication, for his service, and for his graceful discharge of duty towards this Dharma and I have the privilege to have recorded this day, so when the Sikh history be written this day may not be forgotten.
