I can bet with you something, when you are extremely depressed, extremely and without any understanding start saying, 'Ek Ong Kar, Sat Nam, Jap, Sochai soch na hovai je sochi... ' You will not reach the fifth pauri you will be utmost lively and effective. Within five pauris, that depression which can take you three days hospital admission and lot of pills and all that stuff, you can do with five pauris, you can, you can experiment it. Kyon ki Ji Jap hei na. It's a multiple of that energy, triple energy. So Guru Nanak gave us Japji, let us give it to ourself. Start everybody who knows it.

我可以跟你打个赌，当你极度抑郁的时候，极度地、毫无头绪地开始念：「Ek Ong Kar，Sat Nam，Jap，Sochai soch na hovai je sochi……」你念不到第五个小节，你就会变得极其鲜活、极其有力量。五个小节之内，那种能让你住院三天、吃一大堆药片的抑郁，你用五个小节就能搞定，你可以，你可以去试。Kyon ki Ji Jap hei na。它是那股能量的倍数，三倍的能量。所以 Guru Nanak 把 Japji 给了我们，让我们把它给自己。知道的人，大家都开始念。

Just sometime take and record the time and how many minute it takes and just feel your honesty, with your honesty, how you feel, when you started it and then feel honestly when you ended it how you feel. Don't ask anybody else for judgment or advise or counseling. Do it to yourself.

Blessed is the God, blessed His creation and blessed is the mercury which is going to be walking straight tomorrow and as on the 15th of April we have a income tax limit. Today midnight this nonsense will be over, which tested the mankind in the very grit of it. Blessed are those who chanted and meditated and walked through it and blessed are those to whom it look like everything is lost and disasters and tomorrow they will find they lost nothing but just faith.

Everything else is just a illusion and those who have faith have everything and those who have lost their faith has lost everything and there is nothing in between and may we appreciate the blessing of God with all this turmoil and all this forces, negative and positive, which created all this chaos, we walked through it with minimum casualties and much less pain, than we actually deserved and blessed and the glory of the house of Guru Ram Das and blessed is his expansion and force, He protected all very dearly, very clearly and very gracely and for that graceful protection we pay our attribute and our thanks to our Guru and to his house and to the vibration through which we have been served.
