And that pursha, that divine creative power which created this prakriti, created this sun, this moon. That mighty sun just in (?) can burn you up, and in winter you feel the cold, get caught with that tiny little moon. And there is an eclipse. When you clearly watch this phenomena happen same thing happens on the earth here. One is eclipsed by the negativity of the other, moon is not a transparent thing. It is an opaque solid thing. It has come before him. Clouds will come, block the sun. That mighty sun for which this entire prakriti is in existence because that sun is there. And these others are there because of him. And look at their way, they block him. That is our negative ego too. Among us that entire universe exists, our sun, our being, our wisdom, our awareness is blocked by the clouds of ego and the moon of mind blocks it.

而那个伟大存在（Purkha），那个神圣的创造力量，创造了这个原质（Prakirti），创造了这个太阳、这个月亮。那强大的太阳只要（？）就能把你烧掉，而到了冬天你感到寒冷，又被那小小的月亮抓住。还有日食月食。当你清楚地观察这些现象发生时，同样的事也发生在这地球上。一个被另一个的负性遮住，月亮不是透明的东西。它是不透明的固体。它来到了他面前。云会来，挡住太阳。那强大的太阳，整个原质之所以存在，就是因为那太阳在那里。而这些其他的之所以在那里，也是因为他。看看它们的方式，它们挡住他。那也是我们的负面小我。我们中间整个宇宙存在着，我们的太阳、我们的存在、我们的智慧、我们的觉知被小我的云挡住，而心智的月亮挡住了它。

Love of God we know not. And we fall towards Maya. Shape of Maya we know not. It is an endless hassle it is a deep valley of death from where nobody has ever come. Nobody knows where it is. Fight is there we are afraid. Because we don’t want to go, it is a hard way. Down below is a pain and it’s endless.

神的爱我们不知道。我们却向幻象（Maya）坠落。幻象的形状我们不知道。它是无尽的纠缠，它是死亡的深谷，从来没有人从那里回来过。没人知道它在哪里。争斗在那里，我们害怕。因为我们不想去，那是条艰难的路。下面有痛苦，而且是无尽的。

In reality our soul does tell us go, but this lazy self merge in ego, not this lifetime, next lifetime as you are the registrar of the lifetime. You have got a visa that is valid for six times. Your own name you do not know. Somebody gave you a name and you are what you are. You don’t have a name, do you know that? Have you ever meditated on this thought you don’t have name. You have ego. What is it Yogi Bhajan? It is a name. Given to me, it is not me. I never gave this name to me.

事实上，我们的灵魂确实会告诉我们往前走，但这个懒惰的自我融进了小我里，不是这一世，是下一世，因为你是这一世的登记官。你拿到了一张签证，有效期是六次。你连自己的名字都不知道。有人给了你一个名字，你就成了现在的你。你并没有名字，你知道吗？你有没有冥想这个念头——你并没有名字。你有小我。Yogi Bhajan，那是什么？那是一个名字。是给我的，它不是我。我从来没给自己起过这个名字。

This prakriti, this universe wants to recognize itself with me so it (?) me. That becomes the identity. How mighty a personality, a phenomena maybe, the name given to that phenomena has a effect. And because the Creator of this entire phenomena is that truth. So we name him Sat Nam, otherwise he is not our cousin brother. And Sat Nam is not a religion. And the children of the Aquarian age does not belong to group, section and watertight compartments. They shall never be in a position to learn and feel happy which binds them. That is why that pursha, that creative being, that glory of that divine we call Him Sat Nam. We name Him as we have the names. And this is also a way to personify personally with that even.

这个原质（Prakirti），这个宇宙想通过我来认识它自己，所以它（？）我。那就成了身份。一个人格能有多强大，也许是一种现象，给那个现象起的名字是有作用的。而因为这整个现象的创造者就是那个真理。所以我们称他为 Sat Nam，否则他就不是我们的表兄弟。而 Sat Nam 不是一种宗教。水瓶时代的孩子不属于团体、派别和密封的隔间。他们永远不会处在一种能学到东西并感到快乐、却又束缚他们的境地。这就是为什么那个伟大存在（Purkha），那个创造性的存在，那个神圣的荣耀，我们称他为 Sat Nam。我们给他起名，就像我们有名字一样。这也是与那一位亲自建立个人关系的一种方式。

Second phenomena is what is a Nam? It is a muttering Sat Nam, Sat Nam, Sat Nam? No, it is not muttering. It is a process of creating those vibrations in which your identity becomes totally eliminated and you become vast into that universal energy. And this Sat Nam is a recognition of that effect you belong. It is lifting you from the earth physically from a limited recognized capacity into a unknown Infinity of the universe. What you are asking? Give us money, so what you will do? Give us comfort, what you will do? Nothing can give you contentment, I can tell you. Basic, pointblank. You try your level best, head down, legs up, nothing is going to give you contentment. Because reality is nothing belongs to you and you are nothing. That’s the truth.

第二个现象是，什么是 Nam？是喃喃念着 Sat Nam、Sat Nam、Sat Nam 吗？不，那不是喃喃念诵。它是一个创造那些振动的过程，在其中你的身份被彻底消除，你变得广阔，融入那宇宙的能量。而这个 Sat Nam 是对你所归属的那个作用的认可。它把你从地球上、从一个有限的被认可的能力中提升起来，进入宇宙那未知的无限。你在求什么？给我们钱，那你要做什么？给我们舒适，你要做什么？没有什么能给你满足，我可以告诉你。基本的，直截了当。你竭尽全力，头朝下，腿朝上，没有什么会给你满足。因为实相是，没有什么属于你，你什么也不是。这就是真相。

You are being channelized and when you are passed through a tight channel which makes you pure you feel the pain of the pressure and that time you do not know it is the calling from the soul to go to the Infinity. First you kill (?). Nothing can happen, tell me what can happen. Some people do not understand why what they wish does not happen? Because the sitting creative energy in their heart is aware how much life (?) God. And their wishes are not being fulfilled because if any such wish be fulfilled they may not be in a position to have that lifespan. There can be a contrast between your wishes.

你正在被疏导，当你被送过一条狭窄的通道，那通道让你变得纯净，你会感受到那股挤压的痛，而那时你并不知道，那是灵魂在召唤你走向无限。首先你杀死（？）。什么都不会发生，告诉我能发生什么。有些人不明白，为什么他们想要的偏偏不发生？因为他们心中那股静坐的创造能量知道，生命（？）神有多少。而他们的愿望之所以没有实现，是因为如果那样的愿望实现了，他们可能就没有资格拥有那样的寿命。你的愿望之间可能会有落差。

Somebody was very poor and unfortunate a holy man came to him and he was very tired, he got burnt fire, had a hot water, put salt in that, because he saw (?) though he is a well worn out tired personality but he felt that lotus feet of the master. No book says lotus head of the master. Have you read anywhere? And somebody said once, he said, “O Creator, I have found a master, but I am not flexible enough to bend at his lotus feet.”

有个人非常贫穷、非常不幸，一位圣人来到他那里，他疲惫不堪，被火烤过，有一碗热水，往里面放了盐，因为他看见了（？），尽管他是个饱经风霜、疲惫不堪的人格，但他感受到了上师那莲花足。没有哪本书说上师的莲花头。你在哪里读到过吗？有一次有人说过，他说：「哦，造物主，我找到了一位上师，可我不够柔软，弯不下腰去触他的莲花足。」

If you want to touch somebody’s feet you have to bow. You have to bend. And there should be a bend in your ego, from the egoistic you have to belong. It is an exercise. When one does this exercise he is clean, he is pure. Because when storm comes, flexible trees and plants stay, the upright and uptight who think that they are not supposed to take care of are rooted out. They are rooted out along with the earth which holds them. And then they never stand. You can't replant that plant. But the plants to know how to bow they let the storm go.

如果你想触碰别人的脚，你就得顶礼。你得弯下腰。你的小我里得有一个弯，从那个自大的小我，你得变成归属。这是一项练习。当一个人做这项练习时，他就干净了，他就纯净了。因为暴风雨来时，柔软的树木和植物留了下来，那些笔直挺立、紧绷着、以为自己不必低头照顾的，被连根拔起。它们连同托住它们的泥土一起被连根拔起。然后它们再也站不起来。你没法把那株植物重新栽回去。但那些懂得如何弯腰的植物，让暴风雨过去了。

That man became very happy, he said, “You have helped me. I am a Dervish. I move around, but I have found a comfort, in me my God is happy.”

那个人变得非常高兴，他说：「你帮了我。我是个苦行僧。我四处游走，但我找到了一份安适，在我里面，我的神是快乐的。」

“What do you want?”

「你想要什么？」

He said, “Nothing.”

他说：「什么都不要。」

He said, “Something should be. What else?”

他说：「总得要点什么。还要什么？」

He said, “I am very poor. Whatever I see, feel and touch should be a pure diamond.”

他说：「我非常贫穷。凡是我看到、感觉到、触碰到的，都该变成纯净的钻石。」

He said, “Sat Nam. So shall be his will.”

他说：「Sat Nam。就照他的意志成就吧。」

He was very happy. He was grateful. There was a eating (?) he touched it, it became a big diamond, lump. Perfect. He went to sell that, the jeweler said, “I don’t have money to buy this big diamond of yours. Can't be.”

他非常高兴。他心怀感激。有一块吃的东西（？），他一碰，它就变成了一大块钻石，完美。他拿去卖，珠宝商说：「我没钱买你这块大钻石。买不起。」

He said, “Don’t you worry, give me anything.”

他说：「你别担心，随便给我点什么。」

He gave him few gold pieces, he touched them they all became diamonds. Very terrible. Evening came, he was hungry. He said, “But I am giving you so many diamonds could you get me food?”

珠宝商给了他几块金子，他一碰，它们全变成了钻石。太可怕了。到了晚上，他饿了。他说：「可我给了你这么多钻石，你能给我弄点吃的吗？」

He said, “Okay.”

他说：「好吧。」

Food was brought before him and he looked at that, that became all diamond. Whatever he has to touch, it should become diamond whatever he used to see (?) has to become diamond, because that’s what he wanted. All over the world they wanted to try to find that saint, he was not available. But wherever he was touching they were all diamond.

食物被端到他面前，他看了看，那食物就全变成了钻石。凡是他要碰的，都得变成钻石；凡是他看的（？），也得变成钻石，因为那就是他想要的。全世界的人都想找到那位圣人，他却找不到。但无论他碰到哪里，那里的一切都变成了钻石。

Sometime we do not know what we want and whether that want of ours is good for us or not. That much wise we are. And phenomena happen around us all the time. And people do not seek truth. When truth starts doing its job some become fanatic. They don’t see truth. They see what they want to see. You mean to say is there any holy man on the earth who came out with that intention? Is there any fundamental wrong with any country and its people? Is there any religion which was wrong basically and gave a uplift to people? Not at all. It is the people and their own vibration and they do not know what they are doing, that is all what is happening.

有时我们并不知道自己想要什么，也不知道我们的那个想要对我们是不是好。我们就只有这么点智慧。而我们周围时时刻刻都在发生着现象。人们并不寻求真理。当真理开始运作时，有些人就变得狂热。他们看不见真理。他们只看见自己想看见的。你的意思是说，这世上真有哪位圣人带着那种意图出现吗？真有哪个国家及其人民存在根本性的错误吗？真有哪种宗教从根子上就是错的，却提升了人民吗？根本没有。是人民和他们自己的振动，他们不知道自己在做什么，事情就是这样发生的。

All saints and sages, yogis, people of religious caliber, what they are going to do to you? Nothing. Except one thing. Meditate on God, find God in you, be truthful, be healthy, be happy, be holy. Is there anything further than that they tell you? If they tell you further than that they do not know what they have to tell. Those words you will never practice. What you will practice is what you see in him and you must not forget what you are seeing in that man is you. You are unable to see anybody anytime. We did that Kriya last night. When you look into the eyes of another man, you are sitting there. What you are looking for? This eye shall not see if you are not (?). When you let from a person whatever you see in him is correctly you. As you worship him, as sincere you learn from him, as seriously you take his word, that reward comes to you. That is the law. It is not a guarantee, it is not written that a saint is that who has got a horn here. Or there is a big trunk like an elephant only that man is a saint. Not at all. God bless him.

所有的圣人和见者、瑜伽士、有宗教修为的人，他们能对你做什么？什么也做不了。只有一件事。冥想神，在你之内找到神，做真实的人，健康，快乐，圣洁。他们还能告诉你比这更多的东西吗？如果他们告诉你比这更多的东西，那他们就不知道自己该说什么。那些话你永远不会去实践。你会实践的，是你在他们身上看到的；而你一定不要忘记，你在那个人身上看到的，就是你自己。你任何时候都看不见任何人。我们昨晚做了那个奎亚。当你望进另一个人的眼睛，坐在那里的是你。你在找什么？如果你不（？），这只眼睛就看不见。当你从一个人身上放下什么，你在她身上看到的一切，都恰恰是你自己。你越是敬拜他，越是真诚地向他学习，越是认真地对待他的话，那份回报就归到你身上。这就是法则。这不是保证，也没有写着说圣人就是这里长了一只角的人。或者像大象一样有个大鼻子，只有那人才是圣人。根本不是。愿神保佑他。

There are young people who were with us for few days they have proven to all of us they are much better. They are very saintly they have totally changed their environments, their behavior, their everything. Three injections of heroin and six pills of LSD and ten to twenty joints of marijuana everyday, that person today has rescued people from drugs. Can you beat it?

有些年轻人跟我们在一起待了几天，他们向所有人证明了他们要好得多。他们非常圣洁，他们彻底改变了自己的环境、自己的行为、自己的一切。每天三针海洛因、六片 LSD、十到二十支大麻烟，那个人今天已经从毒品中救出了许多人。你能比得过吗？

I asked him, I said, “How you can sacrifice all that stuff?”

我问他，我说：“你怎么能舍弃所有那些东西？”

He said, “Yogi, when you told me I am forty and I looked at you and then I came back and I couldn’t find anywhere to look at myself, I went to water and sat and looked at myself. And one thing told me that you are only twenty-one, this man is forty and when you are going to be forty, you are going to be dead thing. Listen to him what he has said. And if I have started listening to you I have to do what I have to do and what you have told me to do.”

他说：「Yogi，当你告诉我我已经四十岁了，我看着你，然后我回来，我找不到任何地方可以看自己，我走到水边坐下，看着自己。然后有一件事告诉我：你才二十一岁，这个人四十岁，等你到四十岁的时候，你就会是个死东西了。听他说了什么。如果我开始聆听你，我就得做我该做的，做你叫我做的。」

And I said one word at that time, I said, “One day when the history will forget me through you I’ll be remembered.”

那时我说了一句话，我说：「有一天，当历史通过你把我遗忘时，我会被记住。」

God can't change that destiny. It is a written one now. Word, those who practice the word of the master they prosper, they grow the light of God comes in them. By chasing around, by doing stuff, that is all… You all commercialize that man. Out of commercializing nothing, you won't get anything. The spirit can't be bound down, can't be commercialized, your ego must end this house you must leave to (?). Don’t try to find spiritual awareness with your commercialism. That will never happen. Soul comes out by a practice by having words practiced by you. There is somebody to talk to you, there is you to listen to somebody, if there is a link of love between your consciousness and his consciousness and inside you he is what he is saying that pricks you, act on it.

神也改变不了那个命运。它现在已经是写定的了。话语，那些实践上师话语的人会丰盛，他们会成长，神的光会进入他们。靠四处追逐，靠做这做那，那都……你们都在把那个人商业化。从商业化里什么也得不到，你什么也得不到。灵性不能被捆绑，不能被商业化，你的小我必须终结，这座房子你必须离开去（？）。不要用你的商业化去寻找灵性觉知。那永远不会发生。灵魂是靠修持出来的，靠你去实践话语。有个人对你说话，有你去聆听某个人，如果你的意识和他的意识之间有爱的连结，而在你之内，他所说的会刺痛你，就去做。

You have lived as a slave to this world and you have suffered. It is only you have been lifted when you listen to Him. Go on listening. And keep on coming out of this world. One day you have to go away from this world, why you are digging your roots into it, what for? Who belongs to you? Moment you breathe your last, the greatest thing is that married woman of your who never used to even pray for you she is going to telephone everybody, please come. Because tomorrow morning your body must be in the ground. It can't be held for indefinite period. What has happened to you? This has stopped, that’s all, that’s your only strong. You are black, you are blocked, the life does not pass through you. You are transparent you are not white because you are born in a white family. This black and white distinction, a man hates a man, can you imagine? As the dyeing department of the God is in your hands. And how come a man who is jet black and he may be the whitest heart. What you are going to do with that man? You think in black community there are no saints? There are no holy people? They have no loving hearts? Then tall hate the short. Short hate the tall.

你一直作为这个世界的奴隶活着，你受了苦。只有当你聆听祂时，你才被提升。继续聆听。继续从这个世界里走出来。有一天你必须离开这个世界，你为什么要把根扎进它里面，为了什么？谁属于你？你咽下最后一口气的那一刻，最了不起的事就是，你那位甚至从不为你祈祷的已婚女人，她会打电话给所有人，请来吧。因为明天早上你的身体必须入土。它不能被无限期地留着。你发生了什么？这停住了，就这样，那是你唯一的力量。你是黑的，你是堵塞的，生命不穿过你。你是透明的，你不是白的，不是因为你出生在一个白人家庭。这种黑与白的区分，一个人恨另一个人，你能想象吗？好像神的染色部门在你手里。一个漆黑的人，他的心却可能是最白的，那又怎样？你要拿那个人怎么办？你以为黑人群体里没有圣人？没有神圣的人？他们没有充满爱的心？然后高的恨矮的。矮的恨高的。

Look at your caliber, try to imagine, sit down, assess your weaknesses. Your dimensional level of awareness is the structure. He maybe a thief, if he comes out of a Cadillac car you love him. That maybe a stolen Cadillac and police might be searching that car. And the guy who comes out of the Cadillac is a rich man. Then who comes out of a funky car is a poor man. That is how much aware you are, that is the standard of everybody’s awareness, don’t mistake me for that.

看看你的器量，试着想象一下，坐下来，评估你的弱点。你的觉知所处的维度层次就是你的结构。他也许是个小偷，但如果他从一辆凯迪拉克里出来，你就喜欢他。那可能是一辆偷来的凯迪拉克，警察也许正在找那辆车。而从凯迪拉克里出来的那个人是个富人。那么从一辆破车里出来的人就是个穷人。你的觉知就只到这个程度，这就是每个人觉知的标准，别误会我这话。

If somebody is MD he may kill twenty-six people, he is free because he is a MD. Our phenomena are great when our phenomena becomes ridiculous then a natural phenomena happens and that takes away, washes away all your phenomena.

如果某人是医学博士，他可能杀了26个人，他却没事，因为他是医学博士。我们的现象很了不起，当我们的现象变得荒谬时，一种自然现象就会发生，它会把你的所有现象都带走、洗掉。

When Indian civilization became great they became very powerful, they became mightier. They used to start kidding with God. And circumstances arose and well they had to fight. Kauravs had to fight Pandavas. The Lord of the time Krishna couldn’t help it, except he became a nonviolent partner. He became a chariot puller. And what happened? Nothing God left out of entire (?) to tell the chaos. That is what happened to humanity. What are you doing now? You have got hydrogen bomb, now you have got missiles, your (?) right. Perfect. Neither you are peaceful nor they are peaceful. Both are human beings. And how much it takes to destroy you or wipe you out of this country? Two switches. One in the Red Square in Kimberling other in the Washington house. If two people go crazy with the world there will be none to tell the tale of this world. That much concentration of your caliber has become. Don’t listen to me. Watch back on your own history. But there is a way to come out of this tension. And I tell you the way, way is to belong to a universal spirit because you are a part of it and not to label you, that’s the only way. Liberation from faction and (?) I taught you, from rituals and customs. From ceremony. Love self, respect self. And put the light of self on in your self and when people will see that light they will recognize. And what a huge change is happening.

当印度文明变得伟大时，他们变得非常强大，变得更强盛。他们开始跟神开玩笑。于是各种境况出现了，他们不得不打仗。俱卢族不得不与般度族交战。那个时代的至尊主Krishna也无能为力，只能做一个非暴力的伙伴。他成了一个拉战车的人。结果怎样？神什么也没留下，整个（？）都无法说清那场混乱。这就是人类所遭遇的。你现在在做什么？你有了氢弹，现在你有了导弹，你的（？）没错。完美。你也不和平，他们也不和平。双方都是人。要毁灭你、把这个国家从地球上抹掉，需要多少？两个开关。一个在Kimberling的红场，另一个在华盛顿的官邸。如果两个人对这个世界发疯，就再没有人能讲述这个世界的故事了。你的器量已经集中到了这个程度。别听我的。回头看看你自己的历史。但有办法走出这种紧张。我告诉你这个办法，办法就是归属于一种宇宙精神，因为你是它的一部分，不要给自己贴标签，这是唯一的办法。从派系和（？）中解脱，我教过你，从仪式和习俗中解脱。从典礼中解脱。爱自己，尊重自己。把自我的光在你之内点亮，当人们看到那光时，他们就会认出来。多么巨大的变化正在发生。

What is this phenomena? We are all changing slowly towards a positive destination towards our self-realization, towards our self-enlightenment, we are trying to understand who we are, what we are doing, why we hate each other, we have started going deep for the real value. We have become aware by exploitation and greed it is impossible for us to survive. We have reached that point, don’t misunderstand. We have realized by possessing and by competing with each other there is no peace. By tension there is a sickness, we have realized. Therefore it is a must for us to relax. And to go the right way which is opposite to be negative or un-right way you have to have faith, you have to have some guidance and that guidance you have to put little faith so long you go on pushing your way. You may not fall. That’s all. It is not a binding, it is not a slavery, it is not a interference in your way of life. You have lived a way of life and you have befooled yourself. Why don’t you change it for experiment sake? If you would have been so right, you would have been healthy, happy and holy. Why in every bathroom there would have been a medicine chest? Why it is required? It is required because your way of life on which you have worked has not catered to you your very basic physical necessity. And now you are cracking under those imperfection. And these are your problems. And because these problems do not have answer, the answer is there. You have to come out of the problem. You have not to walk on that path on which you have been walking because that path led you to these destinations and these destination you are sure have got handicap. And these handicaps…

这是什么现象？我们都在慢慢朝着一个正向的终点改变，朝着我们的自我了悟，朝着我们的自我开悟，我们试图弄明白我们是谁，我们在做什么，我们为什么彼此憎恨，我们开始深入探寻真正的价值。我们已经意识到，靠着剥削和贪婪，我们不可能活下去。我们已经到了那个点，别误会。我们已经明白，靠占有、靠彼此竞争，没有平安。靠紧张，就有病，我们已经明白了。所以我们必须放松。要走那条正确的路，它与负面、与不正的路相反，你得有信心，你得有些指引，而对那指引，你得放一点点信心，只要你一路往前走，你就可能不会跌倒。就这样。它不是束缚，不是奴役，不是对你生活方式的干涉。你过了一种生活方式，你把自己骗了。为什么不为了试一试而改变它？你要是真那么对，你早就健康、快乐、圣洁了。为什么每个卫生间里都得有个药柜？为什么需要它？需要它，是因为你一直奉行的那个生活方式，没有满足你最基本的身体需要。现在你就在这些不完美之下垮掉。这些就是你的问题。而因为这些问题没有答案，答案就在那儿。你得从问题里走出来。你不该再走你一直走的那条路，因为那条路把你带到了这些终点，而这些终点你确定是有缺陷的。而这些缺陷……

I don’t understand one thing, you are beautiful, wise people, you are cultured, you are worth it, you believe in putting yourself into it, you have the dignity of the work except you have a inflated ego. You are so egoistic that anybody how great he maybe if he touches your ego, you bite him right there. You do not know mercy. And you have to come out of it. You have to start listening the truth and then you have to tell your own self that truth. Tell yourself this is the truth. I have eaten meat all the time, now I am suffering with what they call it?

有一点我不明白，你们是美丽、有智慧的人，你们有教养，你们值得，你们相信把自己投进去，你们有工作的尊严，只是你们有一个膨胀的小我。你们太自我了，任何人，不管他多伟大，只要碰到你的小我，你当场就咬他。你不懂慈悲。你必须从中走出来。你必须开始聆听真相，然后你必须把真相告诉你自己。告诉你自己，这就是真相。我一直吃肉，现在我正受着他们管它叫什么的苦？

YB: You can't acidify from this becomes this. You know turmeric you have to eat, because that is one God given thing which does fight it out naturally. Why don’t you eat it everyday? You know you have not, you know you have not eaten black pepper and that is why you get pain. Head, migraine, muscular pain. Because you have discarded (?) advice of your wise men, black pepper from your all menu. The God given made thing which purifies everything. Best purifier of the blood, the black pepper, it doesn’t suit you because somebody has written books and those books say they are irritant, they should not be eaten. Yeah, that is great, your whisky, your wine is not irritant at all. Absolutely not, that is perfect. It doesn’t stimulate you. It doesn’t do anything with your nerve. It is a great thing, every road has hundred twenty (?). Vicious circle, you get irritant, uptight, undigestive. You put in, you become all right, perfect, happy, five times then that has a reaction, then you become unhappy, you have to (?). I don’t care what you eat; you eat meat you eat, you drink you drink, do whatever you do, but are you not going to sit one day and assess yourself what suits you and what does not suit you? Can’t you spend little time to balance yourself who you are? What suits you, what taste you like, how much you should eat. Somebody is underweight, somebody is overweight. And everybody is (?). So what is this? Please after few hours (?). You raise it with projection. A great phenomenon in the horizon has happened. Let today great phenomena happen with you. Start learning happy, healthy life. Get up each morning and drink lot of water. Rinse out all extra medicine you have up to this time have been taking. Let your kidneys flush your body deposits. And for few days live on green vegetables alone. Just green vegetables, get little weaker so that you may come out with certain realization and thereafter start realizing what you should eat. And then eat to live, don’t live to eat. Lot of your problems will go away.

YB：你没法从这个变成那个来酸化身体。你知道姜黄，你得吃，因为那是神赐的一样东西，能自然把它斗下去。你为什么不吃它呢？你知道你没吃，你知道你没吃黑胡椒，所以你才会疼。头疼、偏头痛、肌肉疼。因为你把智者给你的忠告丢掉了，黑胡椒从你所有的菜单里被剔除了。那是神赐的造物，能净化一切。最好的血液净化者，黑胡椒，它不适合你，因为有人写了书，那些书说它们是刺激物，不该吃。是啊，真好，你的威士忌、你的葡萄酒一点都不刺激。绝对不刺激，那才完美。它不会刺激你。它对神经什么都不做。它是个好东西，每条路都有一百二十（？）。恶性循环，你变得易怒、紧绷、消化不良。你灌进去，你就好了，完美，开心，五次，然后就有反应，然后你就不开心，你得（？）。我不管你吃什么；你吃肉就吃，你喝酒就喝，你做什么就做什么，但你难道不打算哪天坐下来评估一下自己，什么适合你，什么不适合你吗？你就不能花一点时间平衡一下你自己是谁吗？什么适合你，你喜欢什么味道，你该吃多少。有人太瘦，有人太胖。而每个人都（？）。那这是什么？请过几个小时后（？）。你带着投射把它提起来。地平线上已经发生了一个伟大的现象。让今天伟大的现象发生在你身上。开始学习快乐、健康的生活。每天早上起来喝大量的水。把你到现在为止一直在吃的所有多余的药冲洗掉。让你的肾脏冲走你体内的沉积物。然后有几天只吃绿色蔬菜。就只吃绿色蔬菜，变得稍微弱一点，好让你能带着某种领悟走出来，此后开始领悟你该吃什么。然后为活而吃，不要为吃而活。你的很多问题都会消失。

I experimented with one person, he was doing only one crime, rest was all fine. He has no control on his food. And he couldn’t walk on this path. Because a refined person must have a refined food. You are what you eat. Food affects you more immediately than a God. Moment food touches the tip of the tongue, sensory prana starts circulating in your body. Moment food is smelled by your nose you are a different person. Moment these eyes see the food you are a different person. Now what is gone wrong with you, why you eat that stuff which is holding your body and which affect you so quickly other than the life force. Why can't you know how to eat properly and eat that much only which you can digest?

我在一个人身上做过实验，他只犯一个毛病，其他都很好。他对自己的食物毫无控制。他走不了这条路。因为一个精微的人必须有精微的食物。你吃什么，你就是什么。食物对你的影响比神还来得直接。食物一碰到舌尖，感官的普拉纳就在你体内开始循环。食物一被你的鼻子闻到，你就变了一个人。这些眼睛一看到食物，你就变了一个人。现在你到底哪里出了问题，为什么你要吃那些拖住你身体的东西，那些比生命能量还更快影响你的东西？你为什么就不能懂得怎么好好吃，只吃你能消化的那么多？

Your stomach has got four compartments, one finger I am breaking down. Because that has always to be empty, otherwise your juice never even won’t rotate. If they won’t rotate there shall be no juice. And when you pack up your stomach totally and completely who is going to digest there, Yogi Bhajan? He is going to sit in your stomach and digest that food? Those stomach membranes have to come down like this. They want a movement place, there is no movement place stomach is packed. If nothing else with a apple pie. That’s it. And if somebody is packed and he has to come out, you know how he comes out, slowly, slowly, slowly.

你们都知道，牙医从来没打开过你的胃去那里矫正牙齿。你胃里没有牙齿，牙齿长在嘴里，它们是有用途的，你为什么不用它们来做那件事？四、五、六、七次，我要（？）我要去，谁来消化它？神从没想过祂会造出你，否则祂早就把一副牙齿放在这儿了。

Sort of a joke. All the time I tell you please when you go and you pass your bowels look into that chair, it is swimming or it is settled. And at that time nobody is watching you. You are all by yourself. And don’t feel ashamed it is all you. It’s not coming out of heavens, and if it does not swim over water it is not a residue, what you have eaten you have not digested completely. You are getting undernourished. That is one point where you can know whether you digest your food or not.

算是个玩笑。我一直告诉你们，拜托，当你去排便的时候，看看马桶里，它是在游动还是沉底了。那时候没人在看你。就你自己。别觉得难为情，那全是你。它不是从天上掉下来的，如果它不在水上漂，那就不是残渣，你吃下去的东西你没有完全消化。你正在营养不良。这是你能知道自己有没有消化食物的一个点。

(?). When you are above thirty-six try to feel weaker and lighter than to be heavy because if you will be a heavy diesel truck, you are not going to make it. I still remember a friend, he was a senior officer in service and his mother will cook for him and he will take that whole plate, “Yeah, that case I did under those circumstances.” He is eating, driver is waiting, he is eating and with plate he is sitting in the car, (?).

我还记得一个朋友，他是单位里的高级官员，他母亲会给他做饭，他会端起整盘，“是啊，那个案子我是在那种情况下办的。”他一边吃，司机在等着，他一边吃，还端着盘子坐进车里，（？）。

One day I told him, I said, “Look, we are classmates, we came in the service together, we are almost the same, no problem.”

有一天我跟他说，我说：“你看，我们是同学，一起进的单位，我们差不多一样，没问题。”

He said, “No problem.”

他说：“没问题。”

I said, “When I am going to come to make a graveyard of you and are you going to give me advice what type of tomb you require on your graveyard?”

我说：“等我来给你修坟的时候，你会不会给我交代，你的坟上要什么样的墓碑？”

He said, “What are you talking? Aren’t we young?”

他说：“你在说什么？我们不还年轻吗？”

I said, “I am young but you are old.”

我说：“我年轻，可你老了。”

He said, “What you mean? Am I going to die?”

他说：“你什么意思？我要死了吗？”

I said, “Sure. In the manner you are eating, I have watched your eating habit and I have now lived in your house three days and I am pretty sure that your final judgment day is very near.”

我说：“当然。照你这么吃法，我观察过你的饮食习惯，我在你家住了三天，我很确定你的最后审判日已经很近了。”

He said, “I have never gone sick.”

他说：“我从来没生过病。”

I said, “That is all right. I know when the sickness is going to come you are not going to come out. So as a good friend tell me what type of stuff you want on your grave? After all, I am your best friend.”

我说：“那没关系。我知道等病来的时候，你就出不来了。所以作为好朋友，告诉我你坟上想要什么样的东西？毕竟，我是你最好的朋友。”

He said, “Bhajan, don’t please, I don’t want to die, I have got two little children, you know, and we are young.”

他说：“Bhajan，别这样，求你了，我不想死，我有两个小孩，你知道的，我们还年轻。”

I said, “Well look, does it cost you (?). Why can't you tell me?”

我说：“那你看，这费你什么事（？）。你怎么就不能告诉我？”

He said, “Okay, okay, if I am going to go sick, I am going to write to you.”

他说：“好吧，好吧，如果我真要病倒，我会写信给你。”

I said, “But, then I can stay for few days more. It is difficult for me to come.”

我说：“可是到那时我还能多待几天。我赶过来很难。”

He said, “No, no, I am not going to feel bad.”

他说：“不，不，我不会觉得难受。”

Fifth day I was to come back because my tour had finished, so I had to come. Came back, did everything (?). Exact after two months a telegram came, fly quick, (?). We went, doctor said his heart is sinking, his (?) is sinking.

第五天我该回去了，因为我的行程结束了，所以我必须走。回来了，把一切（？）都办了。正好两个月后，来了一封电报，快飞回来，（？）。我们去了，医生说他的心脏在衰竭，他的（？）在衰竭。

I said, “Doctor, nothing is sinking. Wash his stomach and give him enema right below. Perhaps some stuff may be there, it may come out; you do not know him, he is dying because of overeating. Irregular eating. This man has cut a joke with food all his life.”

我说：「医生，什么都没堵住。给他洗胃，再从下面灌肠。也许有些东西还在里面，可能会排出来；你不了解他，他是吃太多才快死的。饮食不规律。这个人一辈子都在拿吃饭开玩笑。」

Doctor said, “Are you sure?”

医生说：「你确定？」

I said, “Sure. The only thing which can (?) what I am telling you.”

我说：「确定。唯一能（？）我跟你说的这件事。」

He said, “I can't do this thing, this (?).”

他说：「我做不了这件事，这个（？）。」

I said, “Don’t do it.” They gave him a stimulant and all that stuff. I told his servant, I said, “Go to the chemist and get castor oil. One pound of castor oil quick.”

我说：「那就别做。」他们给他打了兴奋剂之类的东西。我跟他仆人说，我说：「去药房买蓖麻油。一磅蓖麻油，快。」

So he brought it. I didn’t even change the bottle I just opened the cork and put it in his mouth.

他买回来了。我连瓶子都没换，直接拔开瓶塞，塞进他嘴里。

About half of the bottle went in, within three hours we were changing sheet (?). He was all right. (?). And doctor said, “See medicines worked.”

大概半瓶灌了进去，三个小时之内我们就在换床单（？）。他好了。（？）。医生说：「看，药起作用了。」

I said, “Medicine? Medicine works doctor it was pure simple castor oil.”

我说：「药？药起作用了，医生，那只是纯纯的蓖麻油。」

“How you did it?”

「你怎么做到的？」

I said, “This is the bottle. This went in his mouth and it went in stomach, did its number and cleaned him out. And we are not discharging him from hospital.”

我说：「就是这个瓶子。它进了他嘴里，进了他胃里，干了它该干的，把他清干净了。我们还不让他出院。」

He said, “Why?”

他说：「为什么？」

I said, “Half of the bottle has to go yet. We will take him and make him absolutely weak here. He is not going to take rest. Let him have few more motions. He will be weak and clumpy and we will sit him like a dead baby and put him in house. And he is not going to come out for twenty days and we will feed him exactly rightly and he will be all right.”

我说：「还有半瓶得灌下去。我们要把他弄得彻底虚弱。他不会休息的。让他再多拉几次。他会虚弱、发软，我们就让他像个死婴一样坐着，把他弄回家。他二十天不许出门，我们按量喂他，他就好了。」

I was supposed to stay with him ten days and he was absolutely different. His crazy behaviors changed, his way of life changed, his relationship with his wife and children changed, his way of talking to mother changed, his office people became very happy, his work improved, everything became perfect. Because now the food was written, he can't demand more or less. It was way done made and he was made to sit on the table and he can't finish his food earlier than half an hour or later than half an hour. He was given exact thirty minutes by clock. In three minutes that man became so saintly you won't believe it. That much food has a relationship with you.

我本来该陪他十天，他完全变了一个人。他那些疯癫的行为变了，他的生活方式变了，他跟妻子和孩子的关系变了，他跟母亲说话的方式变了，他办公室的人变得很高兴，他的工作变好了，一切都变得完美。因为现在饭量是定死的，他不能多要也不能少要。饭做好了，他必须坐在桌边，不能早于半小时吃完，也不能晚于半小时吃完。按钟表给他整整三十分钟。三分钟之内，那个人变得那么圣洁，你都不会相信。那点食物跟你的关系就有这么大。

I had an appointment and with this time appointment on the watch. What are you doing? When your nerves are tense, your glands don’t secrete, your stomach doesn’t get the juices, it doesn’t digest anything you become sick. Do you know that? You eat a heavy food, try heavy food, perfect and that night you have a sexual intercourse. And the next morning will tell you the story. And if you do this irregularity for fifteen times we will meet somewhere where there are lot of stones, lot of (?). That’s all is your value. Total.

我有个预约，这次是看着表定的预约。你在干什么？当你的神经紧绷时，你的腺体就不分泌，你的胃就得不到胃液，它什么都消化不了，你就会生病。你知道吗？你吃了一顿难消化的食物，试试难消化的食物，吃得刚刚好，然后那天晚上你还有性交。第二天早上就会告诉你结果。如果你这样不规律地做上十五次，我们就会在某个地方见面，那里有很多石头，很多（？）。那就是你的全部价值。全部。

Whenever you eat please go to bathroom to urinate, change your acid body circulation into alkaline to digest food better. How much that cost you? Consult any medical man, it’s a medical phenomena. Your all sickness, your nerves which are getting all medicine, you are unable to do, what you can do, you are poor humble individual. Try this few days.

每当你吃完东西，请去洗手间排尿，把你酸性体质的循环变成碱性，好更好地消化食物。这要花你多少钱？去问任何一个医生，这是一种医学现象。你所有的病，你那些正在吃各种药的神经，你无能为力，你能做什么呢，你只是个贫穷卑微的个体。试几天这个办法。

YB: It is not a very great problem because God is merciful. You ask those who do not pass their urine, what happens to them? So long the kidneys are flushing and not holding the water in you it is not a bad phenomena at all. But we have an exercise which will be told to you and you practice that you will overcome it. That’s not a problem. If a particular muscle which has gone weak and that has to (?). And that’s not a problem.

YB：这不是什么大问题，因为神是慈悲的。你去问问那些排不出尿的人，他们会怎样？只要肾脏还在冲洗，没有把水憋在你体内，那就根本不是坏事。但我们有一个练习，会告诉你的，你练了就能克服它。那不是问题。如果某块肌肉变弱了，那就得（？）。那不是问题。

YB: A man sitting on the (?) can blow up the whole thing. Mind is so powerful. A (?) white man can catch a big elephant, it is no trick. If you are getting mentally strong congratulations. If your mind has started guiding your destiny best. That’s all what you need. That is why sometime when I become very kind to somebody I just tell him eat little (?) food and get sick because out of that sickness a new person is born and that birth guides to a right destination.

YB：一个坐在（？）上的人能把整件事炸掉。心智就是如此强大。一个（？）白人能抓住一头大象，这不算什么本事。如果你在精神上变强了，恭喜。如果你的心智已经开始引导你的命运，那最好。这就是你所需要的全部。所以有时候我对某人特别仁慈时，我就只告诉他吃点（？）食物，然后生病，因为从那个病里会诞生一个新人，而那个诞生会引向正确的归宿。

I was telling this morning somebody, ten pounds (?). Why ten pounds (?). We want absolutely new personality. When the pangs of hunger strikes all negative passions leave the body. Try it. Somebody said two and two, he said four chapattis.

今天早上我跟某人说，十磅（？）。为什么要十磅（？）。我们要的是全新的人格。当饥饿的剧痛袭来时，所有负面的情绪都会离开身体。试试看。有人说二加二，他说四张恰巴提薄饼。

I said, “Two and two.”

我说：“二加二。”

He said, “Four chapattis I said.”

他说：“我说的是四张恰巴提薄饼。”

Because he was hungry for six days, he said he is asking me food, and he says minimum four. Hunger is a good thing, it does a lot.

因为他饿了六天，他说我在问他要食物，他说最少四张。饥饿是件好事，它作用很大。

You know the difficulty is those who have got the past either it has been given by (?) close your eyes Hari Om. Okay. They don’t make anything. Because they are not (?) and those who mock at these things oh what is in a fast, what is in this, oh they have got out of it you know, they don’t care. There is a signal here, green and red. Now one who is flying twenty five thousand above in the air, in aircraft what this road signal means to him. What it matters to him? Nothing. But when you are going in a car don’t obey, see what happens to you.

你知道困难在于，那些有过去的人，要么是别人给的（？）闭上眼睛 Hari Om。好。他们什么也做不成。因为他们不是（？），而那些嘲笑这些事情的人——哦，断食有什么用，这有什么用——哦，他们已经跳出来了，你知道，他们不在乎。这里有一个信号，绿灯和红灯。一个在两千五百英尺高空飞行的人，在飞机里，这路标对他意味着什么？对他有什么要紧？什么也不要紧。但当你开车的时候不遵守，看看你会怎样。

In entire teaching the basic wrong is people are being taught by those who have not gone through all this. I asked a great man this question. He was advising somebody and I was sitting by his side and I stopped. I said, “Sir, may I say very respectfully one thing.”

在整个教学中，最根本的错误是，人们被那些没有经历过这一切的人教导。我问过一位伟人这个问题。他正在给某人建议，我坐在他旁边，我停下来。我说：「先生，请允许我非常恭敬地说一件事。」

He said, “(?) ji, yes.”

他说：「（？）ji，说吧。」

I said, “What advice you are going to give is not going to work.”

我说：「你要给的这个建议不会有用。」

He said, “Why not?”

他说：「为什么不会？」

I said, “This man has lived with this woman for fourteen years and you have not seen in that time fourteen years any woman.” I said, “Were you not in (?) ashram?”

我说：「这个人跟这个女人生活了十四年，而你在那十四年里没见过任何一个女人。」我说：「你不是在（？）灵修社区里吗？」

He said, “Yes.”

他说：「是的。」

I said, “This guy got married in that very year when you went to that ashram. Now your celibate experience is great, but his problem is a marriage problem and you are telling him what you know. Please tell him what he wants to know. He is saying I can't meditate. I feel a sexual desire when I meditate. And you are telling him to turn your dhiana into Infinity. You can do it, he can't do it.”

我说：「这家伙就在你去那个灵修社区的那一年结的婚。现在你的禁欲经验很了不起，但他的问题是婚姻问题，而你却在告诉他你所知道的。请告诉他他想知道的。他说我无法冥想。我冥想时感到性欲。而你却在告诉他，把你的禅定转向无限。你能做到，他做不到。」

He said, “But what will work?”

他说：「那什么会有用？」

I said, “Tell him to sit opposite to his wife and into her eyes, meditate see divine in her and (?) divine it will work. Tantric will work here, your yoga won't work. Don’t push wrong things.”

我说：「告诉他坐在他妻子对面，看着她的眼睛，冥想，在她身上看见神性，（？）神性，那会有用。这里谭崔会有用，你的瑜伽不会有用。不要硬推错误的东西。」

“Why (?).”

「为什么（？）。」

I said, “Well, they don’t know what you teach. They are desperate, they just want to go through it. You should know what you should teach. You can transmit, he can't. He has not done for fourteen years, you have been doing this for fourteen years. And now you are telling him do this, do that, it won't happen.”

我说：「嗯，他们不知道你教的东西。他们很绝望，他们只想熬过去。你应该知道你应该教什么。你能传递，他不能。他十四年没做，你十四年一直在做这个。而现在你告诉他做这个、做那个，不会发生的。」

That is the difficulty in life, without knowing self, without knowing physical condition, without overcoming those physical problems. We take a book dollar fifty, page seventy-two, it says put your legs this way, put your hands here, look like that and you will be with God, you start doing it. That book is written by that man who has gone into definite process of his own life, his foundations are different. Don’t you know a bridge can take that much load for which its foundations are laid?

这就是生活中的难处，不了解自己，不了解身体状况，不克服那些身体上的问题。我们拿起一本一块五的书，翻到第72页，上面说把腿这样放，把手放在这里，看起来像那样，你就会与神同在，然后你就开始照着做。那本书是那个人写的，他走过自己生命中确定的过程，他的根基不一样。你难道不知道，一座桥能承受多大的负载，取决于它的根基打得多深吗？

You have to go into the depth of yourself first and that is the start to walk on the path of spirituality. And more aware you will become of yourself, more enlightened you will look like, talk like, walk like, everything will be known to you when you will meditate on the purity of yourself. Highest tapp, sanjam, penance on this earth is to purify self. Each one if starts purifying self the world of ours will be purest in the shortest possible time. And don’t go scot-free there is a little exercise which you must do.

你必须先深入自己，这才是走上灵性之路的起点。你对自己越有觉知，你就越显得开悟，说话、走路、一切都会不一样，当你冥想自己内在的纯净时，一切都会向你显现。这世上最高的苦行、克制、忏悔，就是净化自己。如果每个人都开始净化自己，我们的世界将在最短的时间内变得最纯净。别想白白溜过去，有一个小练习你必须做。

And a particular exercise is a sun exercise and it’s a very good exercise. Take your left leg back and sit on your right heel like this. My pants are new and tight I can't do it.

有一个特别的练习是太阳练习，它是个非常好的练习。把左腿向后伸，像这样坐在右脚跟上。我的裤子是新的，太紧了，我做不了。
