Today we are working on Ajana, the sixth center of consciousness, something with which you can project, something with which you can know because you have no defense mechanism as a human being. If you ever want to protect yourself, you can't protect yourself. Once you get on the belt of the sequence, you will end up with consequences. You have no claws, no hide, nothing to protect you, you don't have even legs to run faster than twelve miles an hour and maximum, which is nothing to you. Your body has no superior mechanism to defend you, except intuition. Intuition is when you know before that what shall be the end. If you do not know where the sequence will lead to the consequences and you end up with consequences, you end up in trouble. Therefore, the human intelligence is made this way that you can defend the consequences by knowing the sequence and for that we need a very clear mind.
今天我们做的是眉心轮（ajna），意识的第六个中心，借由它你可以投射，借由它你可以了知，因为作为人，你没有任何防御机制。你若想保护自己，你保护不了自己。一旦你踏上因果序列的传送带，你最终就会承受后果。你没有爪子，没有厚皮，没有任何东西保护你，你连腿都没有，最快也跑不过每小时十二英里，这对你来说根本不算什么。你的身体没有更高级的机制来保护你，除了直觉。直觉就是事情还没发生，你就已经知道结局会是什么。如果你不知道这个序列会导向什么后果，而你最终承受了后果，你就陷入了麻烦。所以，人的智力就是这样造的：你可以通过知道序列来防住后果，为此我们需要一个非常清晰的心智。
The very subconscious mind, which is blocked is cleared by doing certain things which we have asked you to do, which brings you the combination of the hemispheres of the brain into collaborate the harmony of their effectiveness. Your Eastern hemisphere and your Western hemisphere, if do not follow the consequences of their normal transmission, by law you will be a confused person. Therefore, it is essential that we maybe asking you to work certain areas, where your normal nervous system does not accept it. But your normal caliber should be inborn with the intensity to understand the consequences. It is not a favor to you as a human being it is your right. Not having that right is facing the consequences. So we end up with lot of trouble in life and then there are lot of procedures, which you have to undergo to equip yourself with that kind of possibility, one of the shortcut is this.
那个被堵住的潜意识心智，要靠做某些我们让你去做的事来清理，这些事会把大脑两个半球结合起来，让它们的效果和谐协作。你的东半球和你的西半球，如果不遵循它们正常传递的后果，按规律你就会变成一个混乱的人。所以，我们也许会让你去练某些区域，而你的正常神经系统并不接受它，这是很必要的。但你正常的水平，本该天生就带着理解后果的那种强度。作为人，这不是给你的恩惠，这是你的权利。没有这个权利，就是在承受后果。于是我们在生活里陷入一大堆麻烦，然后又有许多程序，你得一一经历，才能让自己具备那种可能性，其中一条捷径就是这个。

YB: Now he doesn't concentrate what I say, why should I repeat it for him. It is his job to concentrate. Now he is very slow in speaking that, because ego is involved. But that is what ego is. He has to translate, he has to translate as a human being, he has to translate for others and he is a media. Whatever I say, he translates but his frequency will change when the ego will be involved and that is where ego limits you and when you free yourself from ego, you become unlimited. And the concept of God is Infinity. Therefore, finite must know Infinity and in that perception finite must cross the finite to secure the Infinity as a conception.
YB：现在他不专注我说的话，我为什么要为他重复。专注是他的事。现在他说话很慢，因为小我掺进来了。但小我就是这样。他得翻译，他得作为一个人去翻译，他得为别人翻译，他是一个媒介。我说什么，他就翻译什么，但一旦小我掺进来，他的频率就会变，小我就是在那里限制你，而当你从小我中解脱出来，你就变得无限。而神的概念就是无限。所以，有限必须认识无限，在那种感知里，有限必须跨越有限，才能把无限作为一个概念牢牢抓住。
The first word which a man has the power to learn is, I am, I am. I am because I am, I am. So the very fact you recognize your Infinity is that you are here by the grace of your Creator as a creature in the creation of this whole universe. Therefore, everything around you is all set, don't hassle, by hassling, you create Karma and that is what 'it is my house, it is my ground, it is my pet, it is my ink, it is my pen,' then you have to guard it, you have to protect it, you have to work for it. But if your pen is your pen or my pen and if you are allowed to write with it, that's all it takes.
一个人有能力学会的第一个词就是：我是，我是。我是，因为我就是，我就是。所以，你认出自己无限的这个事实本身，就说明你在这里，是靠着造物主的优雅，作为这个整个宇宙创造中的一个受造物。因此，你周围的一切都已经安排好了，别折腾，你一折腾，就造出业力，然后就是「这是我的房子，这是我的地，这是我的宠物，这是我的墨水，这是我的笔」，那你就得守着它，你得保护它，你得为它干活。但如果你的笔就是你的笔，或者我的笔，而允许你拿它来写，那就够了。
There are three things for men, which are their weakness and so for the ladies Zar, Zoru, Zameen, Zar is wealth, Zoru is male and female relationship, Zameen is the territory, the authority. All men in their walks are slave to these three virtues and if you look at these three virtues, they are there to limit you. Because you are the Infinity and as infinite you will be as happy you will be, as limited you will be, that much unhappy you will be and therefore you must project through the Ajana, which is a, which is the third eye or which is the sixth center of consciousness that you are not this, you are not that. You are beyond this and that, you are beyond time and space, that is the start of every human being. How much you can do it, it depends on what we achieve today. Now please sit down with your partner and work on your Ajana, the sixth center of consciousness. Sit straight please...

YB: Now we are, when we finish we will give you the meditation, naturally after Tantric you do, you just open up the area and afterwards you regain or confirm the areas, the process. It is called reaping period or collecting your thing what you have done for. Yes?
YB：现在我们，等我们结束时，会给你们冥想，自然是在谭崔之后做，你先把那个区域打开，之后你再收回或确认那些区域，这个过程。它叫收获期，或者收集你为之付出的东西。好吗？

YB: Those meditations are special meditations these days to consolidate the area of the brain because there are two hemispheres in the brain, initiative and eternal or basic or projected. Now both hemispheres are to be very sharp for mans progress and both meditations are meant to collaborate the progress of those areas and this is a part of Sadhana, which we do everyday, so that each one who comes to the Sadhana is a better person.
YB：这些冥想是如今特别的冥想，用来巩固大脑的区域，因为大脑有两个半球，主动的和永恒的，或者说基础的和投射的。现在两个半球都必须非常敏锐，才能让人的进步发生，而这两个冥想就是为了协同这些区域的进展，这是萨达那（Sadhana）的一部分，我们每天都做，这样每一个来参加萨达那的人都会成为更好的人。

YB: It varies with each individual, it is just passing through the filament, it depends upon how, how strong is the filament and how much resistance is there. Each individual acts as a filament not as, as a line. What happened the question got lost in the exercises?

YB: Solar center is the constant inflow of energy, sun energy into the body from the subtle body or the astral body into the physical body. Solar center are the main governing two areas in the skull and to maintain the way the Rishis have told, the ancient sages have told, it facilitates the working of the solar centers. Because when you want to uplift your consciousness towards God, which is Infinity, you have to have a working relationship with your physical body, to always remember when you are doing the Earthly job, that you are a divine being and solar center are the greatest help in that area.
YB：太阳中心是能量的持续流入，太阳的能量从精微体或星光体进入肉体。太阳中心是颅骨里两个主要的管辖区域，按照见者（Rishi）们所说的、古代圣贤所说的方式去维持它，就能促进太阳中心的运作。因为当你想把意识提升向神，那即是无限，你就必须与你的肉体保持一种可运作的关系，要永远记得，当你在做世俗的工作时，你是一个神圣的存在，而太阳中心在这方面是最大的帮助。
There is no difference between a saintly man and a Earthly man, devil and divine exist together, but the devil is, which de-wills you, takes away your will and makes you to do things, which you should not do and you know you should not do and divine is, which wins you the will, you do what you are supposed to do and you do it all the time, that is the simple word and you can add to it lot of things and lot of fears and every religion explains devil and divine in different ways but actually it is in one your will is winning, the other your will is losing. And anything, which can defeat your will is devil for you, sometime you want the explanation what is devil, anything which makes your will to loose is devil and anything which makes your will to win is your divine. Yes?
圣人和世俗之人没有区别，魔鬼和神圣同时存在，但魔鬼是那个夺走你意志的，拿走你的意志，让你去做你不该做的事，而你知道你不该做；神圣是那个为你赢得意志的，你去做你该做的事，而且你一直做，这就是简单的说法，你可以往上加很多东西、很多恐惧，每种宗教都用不同的方式解释魔鬼和神圣，但实际上就是一个你的意志在赢，另一个你的意志在输。任何能打败你意志的东西，对你来说就是魔鬼。有时候你想要解释什么是魔鬼——任何让你的意志输掉的东西就是魔鬼，任何让你的意志赢的东西就是你的神圣。是吗？

YB: It is, that's the only science which gives you that power. Telepathic feeling is the Ajana, the sixth center projection, you must know your projection and that happens when the sixth center is clear. What is yoga? It is a science, which unites our technology or methodology which unites the finite with Infinity. Any other question asked?
YB：是的，那是唯一能给你那种力量的科学。心灵感应的感觉就是眉心轮（ajna），第六个中心的投射，你必须知道你的投射，而那会在第六个中心清澈时发生。什么是瑜伽？它是一门科学，把我们的技术或方法结合起来，把有限与无限结合起来。还有别的问题吗？

Student: Yesterday you told us that we have to make a choice between the life you are living now and the other life, but they don't know what the other one is?

YB: Other one life is, the life you have already come from.
YB：另一种生活，就是你本来已经从中而来的那种生活。

YB: Life, when you live the life, when you live the life and you know the life and when living and knowing is merged together, that is the life worth. Otherwise, you are under the pressure of time and space and you are just, there is no difference between a man and donkey. Both carry the load, only you are free, when you are above time and space, when you are afraid, what will happen tomorrow, you are not living, you are just dragging. That is how it is. That is what I said yesterday, even the spiritual people are afraid what will happen to them tomorrow, they are not spiritual, spirit does not have, spirit is above time and space. To act towards that end, that you know your tomorrow because you are sure of today, because you have come up yesterday, that's all it is. You understand?
YB：生活，当你活出生活，当你活出生活并且认识生活，当活着和认识融为一体，那才是值得的生活。否则，你就处在时间和空间的压力之下，你只是——人和驴没有区别。两者都驮着重担，只有当你超越时间和空间时，你才是自由的。当你害怕明天会发生什么，你就没有在活，你只是在拖。就是这样。这就是我昨天说的，连灵性的人也害怕明天会怎样，他们就不是灵性的，灵没有恐惧，灵在时间和空间之上。要朝着那个目标行动，就是你知道你的明天，因为你确定你的今天，因为你昨天已经上来了，就是这样。你明白吗？

YB: Time and space, when time and space does not bother you the state of consciousness is called above space, because time measures the space. There is no space. Must understand it is all Tattvas. Tattvas means no time, no space, your identity is Tattva, therefore, there is no time and no space, because you are aware of time and space, therefore, you are not aware of Tattvas. You understand?
YB：时间和空间，当时间和空间不再困扰你，那种意识状态就叫超越空间，因为时间衡量空间。没有空间。必须明白，这一切都是五大元素（Tattvas）。五大元素意味着没有时间，没有空间，你的身份就是Tattva，因此，没有时间也没有空间，因为你觉知时间和空间，所以你没有觉知五大元素。你明白吗？

YB: Yeah, you don't want to understand, you know it better, you have been chasing me from last so many years, how you can know. But you want not to act, because once you understand this theory, then you cannot fool around. I know, I know the game you are playing, but I will play the same game with you, don't worry. Because with all your intelligence which you have, if you do not understand, that you have to understand that you are you and nothing should had make you happy and nothing should make you sad and that is how you will be free of the Karma but if, because if you are in, in this game, that you are happy and you are sad and you are sad, you are happy, you are in trouble. Clear, so you won't get any friends right? I have rejected your letter. You wrote me a letter? I told her it is a gossip letter, she just want to play a game and I'll tell her in the class. You think by writing me two page long letter you can convince me?
YB：是啊，你不想去理解，你比谁都清楚，这么多年你一直追着我跑，你怎么可能不知道。可你就是不想行动，因为一旦你弄懂了这个道理，你就没法再胡混了。我知道，我知道你在玩什么把戏，不过别担心，我就陪你玩同样的把戏。因为凭你所有的智力，如果你还不明白——你必须明白，你就是你，没有什么该让你高兴，也没有什么该让你难过，这样你才能摆脱业力。可如果你陷进这个游戏里——你高兴、你难过、你难过、你高兴——你就麻烦了。清楚了吗，这样你一个朋友都交不到，对吧？我把你的信退回去了。你给我写了封信？我跟她说了，那是一封嚼舌根的信，她只是想玩个把戏，我会在课上跟她讲。你以为写两页长的信给我，就能说服我？

My job is to be convinced of the truth which you follow or should make you happy, my job is to wash my hands when you want to distract yourself, whether you write me one line or you write me two page letter, it's the same thing. I do not agree that you need anybody to make you happy, I, I know that you have to open up your heart center and you have to become conscious that you are a human being to become happy. Is that clear? Yes?

YB: When you are ready, spiritual name you should not get, you should be ready for the spiritual name, spiritual name is a calculated name and once you get it, you got to live by it.
YB：等你准备好了，灵性名字你不该去拿，你该为灵性名字做好准备，灵性名字是一个算出来的名字，一旦你得到了它，你就得照着它活。

YB: It works both way, it is the destiny, it is the goal, which you must reach, spiritual names are not given to you because just, just to brand a bull you know or brand a sheep, it is not a herd thing. It's a mathematical calculation in which you are told this is your destiny. I mean this is you have to make it too. That's why we don't encourage the spiritual name we just want people must ask. So when they ask, they should know the responsibility that they have to be ready and they must live it.
YB：它是双向的，它是天命，是目标，是你必须达到的。灵性名字不是随便给你的，不是像给公牛打烙印、给羊打烙印那样，它不是赶牲口的事。它是一道数学计算，在计算里告诉你，这就是你的天命。我是说，这也是你必须去成就的。所以我们不鼓励去要灵性名字，我们只希望人们必须自己开口问。这样当他们开口问的时候，就该知道那份责任——他们必须准备好，必须照着它活。

YB: If you concentrate on your destiny name, it will work you through all difficulties and clouds. Avoid spiritual ego by testing it?

YB: Avoid, spiritual ego you can't avoid, you have to confront it. You can't avoid it, you have to confront it and win it, you must have victory over your spiritual ego, otherwise there is no way.

Ego is the greatest disease but there is a solution in it, when we try to search for our spiritual destiny, that is the spiritual ego which make us do it and then when we find something either we become limited or we become infinite, if we can become infinite, we break through the limits and that is everybody has to try. I tried it too, you try it too, it works for everybody the same way. Yes?
小我是最大的病，但里面就有解药。当我们去寻找自己的灵性天命时，正是灵性小我在推动我们去做；然后当我们找到点什么，要么我们变得有限，要么我们变得无限。如果我们能变得无限，我们就冲破了那些限制，这是每个人都必须去试的。我也试过，你也去试，它对每个人都一样管用。好吗？

YB: Proud and?
YB：骄傲，还有呢？
Student: Cold indifference between proud and cold indifference. Someone is coldly indifferent.
学生：冷漠——在骄傲和冷漠之间。有人是冷漠的。
YB: Oh one is haughty, one is proud and one is indifferent, it looks like proud, both are foolish. Then you can divide the acts in two ways, fools and wise. You can always know the wisdom and you can always know the foolishness, it doesn't matter which frame outwardly they put out. Some people are very smiling, 'I love you, yeah, yeah' but they are the idiot of the idiot, you know what I mean?
YB：哦，一个是傲慢，一个是骄傲，一个是冷漠，看起来像骄傲，两个都是愚蠢的。那你可以把行为分成两种，愚蠢的和明智的。你总能认出智慧，你也总能认出愚蠢，不管它们表面上摆出什么样子。有些人笑得特别多，「我爱你，对，对」，可他们是蠢人里的蠢人，你懂我的意思吗？

YB: You understand what I mean? (?) is a holy man. In India, before coming to the Western world, I visited every holy man to see what they do, perhaps in the West people have asked me question, "Did you meet this person, did you meet this person?" And my experience was in the end I found out thank God I am not holy. That was my experience because they were so much rubbed up in their, in their closet that it was very difficult to relate to all that paraphernalia, but it gave me an experience, very wise experience that I avoid to built that closet around me and when I say, God send you as a man, God shall accept you as a man and holy man is that who has nine holes, which everybody has. That's all it is.
YB：你懂我的意思吗？（？）是个圣人。在印度，来西方世界之前，我拜访过每一个圣人，看他们做什么。也许在西方人们问过我：「你见过这个人吗，你见过那个人吗？」我的经验是，最后我发现，谢天谢地，我不是圣人。这就是我的经验，因为他们那么深地陷在自己的、自己的壁橱里，很难跟那一整套行头打交道。但这给了我一个经验，非常明智的经验，让我避开在自己周围搭起那个壁橱。我说，神把你作为人送来，神就会作为人接纳你；圣人就是有九个孔的人，每个人都有。就这么回事。
Actually to be holy, there are nine holes, you should know what comes in and what goes out is right, you are holy, simplest thing to do. Yes?
其实要成为圣人，就是那九个孔，你该知道什么进来、什么出去，这就对了，你就是圣人，这是最简单的事。好吗？

YB: To believe in evolution, there are two evolution, one is how this Earth was formed, how the life came? There are lot of theory. The best theory, best theory which will suit him will be how he will evolve his consciousness? Evolution of his consciousness, that will tell him, which theory is the right. Now my theory of evolution is God said be so and so it was done it. You know I know, I will answer you.
YB：要相信进化，有两种进化，一种是这个地球是怎么形成的，生命是怎么来的？有很多理论。最好的理论，最适合他的理论，会是他将如何进化自己的意识？他意识的进化，那会告诉他，哪个理论是对的。现在我的进化理论是，神说「如此如此」，它就成了。你知道，我知道，我会回答你。

YB: There is nothing beyond divine, there is nothing, there was nothing and there shall be nothing. You can't get rid of divine because that is what you are in essence.
YB：神之外什么都没有，什么都没有，过去什么都没有，将来也不会有什么。你摆脱不了神，因为本质上你就是神。

YB: You have not to know the divine, that is the problem you people have, how you little creature have the will even to know the divine, you are the divine. If you ever separate yourself from divine, that is where you are in trouble, 'I have to find God,' where? Where I am going to find God? Nowhere. I am the God, let me live and believe and act like a God. In my concept, God is me, not somewhere else. Moment you say God is somewhere else you separate, you are an idiot.
YB：你不需要去认识神，这就是你们这些人的问题，你这个小生物怎么会有意愿去认识神，你就是神。如果你把自己和神分开，那就是你陷入麻烦的地方，「我得找到神」，在哪儿找？我要去哪儿找到神？哪儿都找不到。我就是神，让我活得像神、信得像神、行得像神。在我的概念里，神就是我，不在别处。你一说神在别处，你就分离了，你就是个白痴。

YB: No it is called idiotic attitude towards divine, it is absolutely not because when I say, 'I am going to find God, I am going to do this to find God,' it means you are admitting the fact, that you have lost God and once you lose God you can never find it again, it's a long way. So why to lose it? Guru Nanak says,
YB：不，这叫对神的白痴态度，完全不是，因为当我说「我要去找神，我要做这个去找神」，那意味着你在承认一个事实，就是你丢了神，而一旦你丢了神，你就再也找不回来了，那是条很长的路。那为什么要丢呢？Guru Nanak 说，
'Balay buray hum taaray prabhjeet.'
「Balay buray hum taaray prabhjeet。」
Oh God bad and good we belong to you and you belong to us, let us see the relationship. So there is no such thing to, you know when you do not read Guru Nanak you are in a problem because Guru Nanak as a man could talk to God. To all, to everybody else, God talk to men. Guru Nanak was first man of God, who could talk to God. He could establish the relationship as a friend, as a human being, as a weak person, as a strong person, as a slave and as a master. We should read the aspect and how he goes through this aspect is very knowledgeable experience but he developed the self to Infinity. Yes?

The idea that our teachings are open, why we have our teachings are open? First of all, our teachings are not that I made the teaching and I come here to share the teachings, I have not made the teachings and I believe everybody has the right to learn and grow the way I learned and grow. I grew out of practice. Everybody else can grow out of practice that is why we are very clear and open.

There are only twenty sounds in the word. Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Da Ne Sa Ta Na Ma Ra Ma Da Sa, Sa Se So Hung, that's it. This whole paraphernalia comes out of these twenty sounds. In Red Tantric use of wine, meat, dance, sex is permitted. In Black Tantric they made the Jantras and mantras to control the mind of another person. But the Tantra which is the science of unison which brings from many to oneness of mind is defined as White Tantra. It clears the consciousness, the blocks of subconscious mind and brings out the garbage and makes the individual free of the block.
