It is like you inhale deep, you come to the udhyan bandh, it means you come to the diaphragm, that's what ultimately is going to help you. You deeply come in, there are twenty sounds actually. But if you count there are nineteen, Sa Ta Na Ma is five. Sa aa ta aa na ma, that's five, that's a secret, in all mantras there is a secret. Like Ajoonee saibhung. If you say Ajoonee saibhung, it is correct, if you say ajuni saibhung, it is wrong. You must understand in Sikh religion, Sikh religion, we call it religion because there is no other way out. You know what I mean? What should we call ourself? Idiots? Or superhuman beings? That doesn't work. So we have to call us a religion.

So basically, the law is, if you get angry once a day or negative once a day, depressed once a day, you eat up your entire glandular power of your blood, period. In other words, you drain out your day's energy. Rest of the time you are living on a fluke. Any sexual act, any, which is not conscious control, takes away week's energy from you and when it is consciously controlled it gives you week's energy. Can you understand that? That's why if you read kamasutra, there are lot of rituals, you will go crazy, what for, you know, get in, get out, what is this? Run your pump, they don't do that.

I didn't start Kundalini Yoga I wanted to. I could have been good hatha yogi, just have disciples, become Guru myself, have fun. You know. I did it because I wanted something for the future. I have a vested interest, selfish interest, because if you look good and you become good, tomorrow will be good and I'll be secure because I am not your tomorrow, you are my tomorrow. So I have to do my best to keep you alive, keep you going and want you to be successful, want you to be best. It is the most personal selfish trip I am at. But that's the way teacher is. People who leave 3HO I don't care. But what bothers me is that they do not carry those beautiful traditional values at all. They fall from there to there where they started with me. I don't care you are negative or positive, all I care is you are successful, can you handle tomorrow perfect, will people respect you, will people trust you, will people know you, will you have lot of energy because people like you. You want to be on your own trip, you are alone. Just remember that. Do you want to be permanently alone? Aren't you blind? Don't you see I came to United States, I never knew the difference between boulevard and freeway. I had no friend whatsoever. None.

You cannot be trusted, you cannot be appreciated, you cannot be loved, you cannot be liked. You know all the scriptures, you have all the values, you know all the standards, you know all the art, you know all the science, you are just encyclopedia. What is the cost of encyclopedia? A thousand dollars? What is it?

All will come to you. One shall bring all and that's why that shabad is, ek ardas paat keerat ki Guru Ram Das rakho sarnayi. Ek, that one prayer you have right from your heart, it is my one prayer.
