I hope my friends are here, all these doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, we are soon going to come and give you something marvelous, unique and very, very professional. We have come to conclude happiness is our birthright as humans and perfect God never wanted to be unhappy but we are goofing because we are not coming out right and you are our President and he is our patron and we are going to set an example in the State of New Mexico. If we start charity begins from home, if the experiment is successful here we can lead the world and show them New Mexico can do new things for happiness, for being healthy, for being holy and all around.
