It's very funny. If your pituitary does not command the glandular system... pituitary is the Lord of glandular system. When you take, when you take hot water shower the blood runs to glands. It overloads the glands. It gives them lot of energy. Apple will not do you any good but that much good you will not even feel it. But it is very good. And what is there, take an apple, take a pear, take (?)
