Because the consequences of wrong thinking are far reaching not only to the person go on thinking that these people all around that person. So we were talking about ahh... how your thoughts manifest. First of all you get a thought and if you grab the thought from all the zillions of possibilities of thought. So from that side you make a choice to pursue that thought.

Okay, and that thought becomes a feeling and that feeling generates an emotion, and that emotion leads to a desire and we know desire is the strongest force in the universe. So out of that desire comes an action or what you do is you initiate a sequence, which comes with an automatic consequence. And sometimes you can be paying for those consequences for a long time. So it is worth looking at thought, the process and how that thought becomes a consequence.

All right, so you got a thought which creates a feeling and then feeling becomes an emotion and then emotion becomes desire. What comes with that desire? Well, let see, there's an imagination. while you sleep and while you are awake, you call them day dreams when you are awake and dreams when you are asleep. Okay, so if you... if you think about it this way, the accumulation of all the thoughts that you pursue in your life day-to-day, minute to minute, hour to hour and you invest... you invest your emotions in your desire into those thoughts everyday then you are really you are creating your own reality. And then you got to live in your own reality.

So the meditated mind of the meditated process is taking that thought and making it conscious. Okay, so how you do that? If you take a look at that thought and you study it... you say, okay, if I carry this out, if I take this into action, let me eliminate the imagination and the fantasy out of it. Let me look at the pros and con. Let me understand what is the cause and the effect, right? And then the sequence and the consequences of thought and decide if you want to pursue it. And that's conscious thought and that's why you need a meditative mind. And thus assuming you are responsible for your own reality, which means that you really can't blame somebody else for what happens to you.
