'My heart goes for you,' there are millions of expression which relate to heart, but still we mess up our life, mostly because of heart, because this center controls passion, anytime passion is not controlled for human intuition, it will bring destruction, it's a law which I can't change, mind you I am not against passion, but ninety percent in your life, your pain comes from passion, not from compassion and ninety percent you have no intuition with your passion.

‘我的心为你跳动’，有千百万种和心有关的说法，可我们还是把日子搞得一团糟，多半就是因为心，因为这个中心掌控着激情，任何时候激情不受人类直觉的管束，它就会带来毁灭，这是一条我改不了的法则，你听好，我不是反对激情，可你生活里百分之九十的痛苦都来自激情，不是来自慈悲，而百分之九十的情况下你的激情里没有直觉。

Passion you must have, and you will have, passion minus intuition is self-destruction, period. There is nothing more to it. It can be so destructive that you will start condemning yourself. Sometime, overleaping passions, overleaping passions, makes a human miseries so magnified, that people have gone lunatic, on this center I can talk for whole year, I know it so well. I remember I was eleven year old when I made a decision with myself.

激情你必须要有，你也会有，激情减去直觉就是自我毁灭，就这样。再没有别的了。它能毁灭到什么地步呢——你会开始谴责自己。有时候，放纵激情、放纵激情，会把一个人的痛苦放大到人发疯的地步，就这个中心我能讲上一整年，我太懂它了。我记得我11岁那年和自己做了个决定。

I have paid so heavily for it, that you can't believe it, life become a heap of mess, because when you feel negative, to say negative is a release, you feel negative and don't say negative is a stress, and it's such a heavy stress, I think a Saint will crack under it, that means when you read through your negative mind which is automatic, which is totally essential, which is give your life, protection in life, the only way you can feel negative and not act under it, if you can chew it and digest it, do you understand that pressure on you.

我为它付出了极其沉重的代价，你简直无法相信，生活变成一团乱麻，因为当你感到负面时，把负面说出来是一种释放，你感到负面却不说出来就是一种压力，而且是如此沉重的压力，我想连圣人都扛不住。这就是说，当你透过你的负面心智——它是自动的，是完全必要的，它给你的生命、给生命中的你提供保护——去读的时候，唯一能让你感到负面却不照着它去做的办法，就是你能咀嚼它、消化它，你明白压在你身上的那份压力吗。

I was very upset after few days, why I made that promise, so I went to my teacher and I said, "Well! I have something to discuss personally? "

" I remember that line, which I always speak, when you see something horrible thank God it is not you, when you see something good, thank God you have something to match up to, just understand a eleven year old kid, still remember those lines. In your life also lot of things will come, which will be truthful and you will know them, but that will be your personal truth. It maybe Geographical truth, it may not be infinite truth and sometime passion and truth can become the biggest anger and extremely destructive.

我说：“那好吧，人永远不该伤害任何人的感受，但一个人怎么让自己放松下来。”我记得那句话，我常说的那句话，当你看到可怕的事，感谢神，那不是你，当你看到美好的事，感谢神，你有可以与之相配的东西，你就理解一个 11 岁的孩子吧，至今还记得那些话。在你的生命里也会有很多事情出现，它们会是真实的，你会知道它们，但那是你个人的真相。它也许是地理上的真相，也许不是无限的真相，而有时候激情和真相会变成最大的嗔怒，极具毁灭性。

It maybe Geographical truth, it may not be infinite truth and sometime passion and truth can become the biggest anger and extremely destructive.

Passion is wonderful, it moves you, it's delightful, it's life like heart pumps the blood, but it's not true, that passion will remain passion, passion is to go after something, but when your truth mixes with it and that truth tells you, that the other person is wrong or the other person is in your way, other person is destructive, other person is not good news, it creates a consistent blind anger, secondly passion is great to be successful, but when your truth or your insecurity joins it, you become a nagging nonsense, to everybody, because your passion is to succeed and you find certain people not matching up to your passion, and you do not match up with equal compassion, war is on.

So right out sixty, seventy percent of your life is useless because of this.

Analyze everything in your life, you will find it was your passion, your insecurity, your anger, your not availability of intuitive tomorrow, you are not complete seeing the whole picture, your non universality, which brought you the pain. I am in pain, very much, more than you, all of you, I sufferer every part of it, I suffer like a lunatic and crazy put together, I know it, I feel it, it's extremely haunting and uncomfortable, you will ask me, 'you are a Yogi Bhajan, what is wrong with you? ' Everything is wrong, because at first sight I can see the wrong, second is to think how to say it, third is to decide to say it or not, fourth is to decide to say it to elevate the other person.

I have a tragedy, if I can know the root of the situation with the other person, beyond time, in seconds and third is I have to have a tolerance, and you know what tolerance is? It is couple tons of weight. Tolerance is not a joke folks. The heaviest thing on the planet under metals is called platinum, I say, wrong, the heaviest thing on the human mind is human tolerance. If you are in status of tolerance and you don't enjoy it, you will go insane fast, physically it keep you, it eat your parasympathetic out, mentally it will make a rat out of you and spiritually you will become extremely a Hermit, that is the price of tolerance a person has to pay, then what is the easy way?

我遇到一件悲剧，如果我能知道和那个人之间这件事的根源，超越时间，在几秒之内，第三是我必须有忍耐，你知道忍耐是什么吗？它是好几吨的重量。忍耐不是开玩笑的，各位。这个星球上金属里最重的东西叫铂金，我说，错了，人心智上最重的东西是人的忍耐。如果你处在忍耐的状态里，又不享受它，你会很快发疯，身体上它会拖住你，它会吃掉你的副交感神经，心智上它会把你变成一只老鼠，灵性上你会变得极其像个隐士，这就是一个人为忍耐要付出的代价，那轻松的路是什么？

The easy way is don't tolerate, enjoy it, it is not you, if you do not at that time glorify yourself and feel happy with that negativity which comes from other, that it is not you, you got it, there is no medicine which can cure you, there is no chance that you can smile in life, you will be scared of everybody, you will be unhappy on everyday, you will be miserable every night, you shall have nightmares and you think your negativities can be shut up, it's not possible, it is mind, the negative mind feels it, you conclude it, you are sure of it, it become your personal truth, in our Sikh prayer we say,

轻松的路就是不忍受，享受它，那不是你，如果你那时候不荣耀自己，不为别人带来的那份负能量感到高兴——那不是你，你懂了，那就没有药能治好你，你在生活里就没有机会笑出来，你会害怕每一个人，你每天都会不开心，你每晚都会痛苦，你会做噩梦，你以为你的负能量可以被堵住，那不可能，它是心智，负面心智感觉到它，你断定它，你确信它，它变成你个人的真相，在我们的锡克祈祷里我们说，

"Jinna veik ki andett githa. "

Those who have seen and still unseen it, for their great labor say, "Wahe Guru" look at it, it's one of the highest praise, you see something then how you can make it that you have not seen it, you have seen it in some. If a Doctor sees cancer in somebody, he doesn't become the cancer himself, he sees it, either he can remedy it or he can advise it or he can ignore it or he can be grateful, he doesn't have it. The highest status which a man can enjoy in a human life is self compassion.

那些看见了却依然视为未见的人，为他们的伟大辛劳，说一声“Wahe Guru, Whaa‑hay Guroo”，看看这一点，这是最高的赞美之一，你看见了一样东西，然后你怎么能让自己当成没看见，你已经在某种程度上看见了它。如果一位医生在某人身上看到癌症，他自己不会变成癌症，他看到了它，要么他能治好它，要么他能给出建议，要么他能忽略它，要么他能心怀感恩，他并没有得它。一个人在人的一生中能享有的最高状态，就是对自己的慈悲。

I am not asking you to be compassionate to others, I am asking you folks to be compassionate to yourself, this is the last thing a person has ever learnt, key to happiness, gate to happiness is self compassion.

我不是要你们对别人慈悲，我是要你们各位对自己慈悲，这是一个人最后才学会的东西，幸福的钥匙，幸福的门，就是对自己的慈悲。

If you have this misunderstanding that you should be compassionate to other, you are fooling yourself, compassion does not mean anything to others, that is your drama, it is your act and it's meant for you, be extremely compassionate to yourself and not indulge in unnecessary nuisance and tax your nerves, your mind and your life, do you understand what I am saying. Does it make sense, there is no school, class, or college, for it, nobody talks about it.

如果你有这样的误解，以为你应该对别人慈悲，你是在骗自己，慈悲对别人毫无意义，那是你的戏，是你的表演，它只为你自己而设，要对自己极度慈悲，不要沉溺于不必要的麻烦，不要耗损你的神经、你的心智和你的生命，你明白我在说什么吗。这说得通吗，这件事没有学校、没有课堂、没有大学，没人谈论它。

People say, 'have, have compassion,' that means have compassion for somebody who is not, do you understand what I mean, it's now it's a common thing, 'have compassion, be compassionate, what are you trying to do,' it's the most stupid thing to do, if you ever want to be compassionate, be compassionate to yourself, others can handle their life, it is your life, and you are supposed to handle and that is called Divinity of God. Am I speaking good in my nose, I am practicing for two weeks now, I maybe after six weeks, when I am totally healed, I may end up speaking it, but...

人们说，「要慈悲，要有慈悲」，那意思是对某个并不存在的人慈悲，你明白我的意思吗，现在这成了常见的话，「要慈悲，要慈悲，你到底想干什么」，这是最愚蠢的事，如果你真想慈悲，就对自己慈悲，别人能处理他们自己的生活，那是你的生活，你应该处理它，这就叫神的神性。我鼻音说得好吗，我已经练了两周了，也许再过六周，等我完全疗愈了，我可能就用鼻音说话了，不过……

It's funny. First of all from last two weeks nobody recognized me on the telephone, even I explained my identity say, 'what, what is wrong, what has happened,' I have to explain couple minutes, that, that's what it is, plus I am compassionate to myself, lastly what made me to decide to speak like this, is to heal myself urgently, first of all there is no way out, except this, secondly, I looked at myself, I know so much, if nothing else, I can speak it out or record it, sometime in the future, it will be useful for mankind.

这很好笑。首先，过去两周没人在电话里认出我，就算我说明自己的身份，他们也会说，「什么，什么不对劲，出什么事了」，我得解释好几分钟，就是这样，再说我对自己慈悲，最后让我决定这样说话的，是我想赶紧疗愈自己，首先，除了这条路没有别的出路，其次，我看着自己，我知道这么多，就算别的都不行，我还能把它说出来或者录下来，将来某一天，它会对人类有用。

In your total behavior as human being, you have learned one thing, to be compassionate, every religion teaches it and they openly teach it, be compassionate to others, a deadly mistake, be servicefull to others, be kind to others, but always be compassionate to yourself, be good to others, be helpful to others, be friendly to others, all adjectives are all right, but never be compassionate to anybody, when you are not compassionate yourself, you are totally hypocrite, there is absolutely no way to describe hypocrisy.

在你作为人的全部行为里，你学会了一件事，要慈悲，每种宗教都教它，而且公开地教，要对别人慈悲，这是致命错误，要为别人服务，要对别人友善，但永远要对自己慈悲，要对别人好，要帮助别人，要对别人友好，所有这些形容词都没问题，但绝不要在你自己不慈悲的时候对任何人慈悲，那你完全是虚伪，虚伪根本无法形容。

be compassionate to anybody, when you are not compassionate yourself, you are totally hypocrite, there is absolutely no way to describe hypocrisy.

Hipocrisy, hypocrisy, is the English, English, American pronunciation is hipocrisy, have you heard the word, hipocrisy, what is your meaning, that mean when you are not real or you are pretending to be real when you were not real, it will happen only when you are not compassionate to yourself, because, the fourth center guarantees to be compassionate either to yourself or passionate yourself, it does not allow this for anybody else, you can be passionate towards somebody and project with your intuition or with your acts, but you have to be passionate yourself other part of the coin is to be compassionate, passion and compassion are two sides of the same coin, and they are for the self, I am passionately in love of myself, if I am not passionately in love of myself I cannot or I shall not love anybody truly or otherwise or the hypocrite, if I am not compassionate to myself I will understand nothing, period.

Hipocrisy，虚伪，那是英语，英语、美式发音是 hipocrisy，你听过这个词吗，hipocrisy，你觉得是什么意思，它的意思是你不真实，或者你本来不真实却假装真实，这只会发生在你对自己不慈悲的时候，因为第四个中心保证你要么对自己慈悲，要么对自己充满激情，它不允许你对别人这样，你可以对某人有激情，用你的直觉或行为去投射，但你必须对自己有激情，这枚硬币的另一面就是慈悲，激情与慈悲是同一枚硬币的两面，而它们都是对自己而言的，我狂热地爱着自己，如果我不狂热地爱自己，我就不能、也不会真正去爱任何人，或者只能做个虚伪的人，如果我不对自己慈悲，我什么都理解不了，到此为止。

In behavior, you shall not understand other person feeling accurately, intuitively if you are not compassionate to yourself, period. Your friendship won't last, your relationship won't last, your other marriage this, that, won't last, because if you do not have passion for life, and compassion for the self, you do not know what the damn life is.

在行为上，如果你对自己不慈悲，你就无法准确、直觉地理解别人的感受，到此为止。你的友谊不会长久，你的关系不会长久，你别的什么婚姻这个那个也不会长久，因为如果你对生活没有激情，对自己没有慈悲，你根本不知道这该死的人生是什么。

Don't bother, yes, yes, we can talk, we can play games, we can use words, we can be diplomatic, there are manners you can get by, but just remember language of the heart can be read at the face, whatever is in your heart must show up on the face, and on that nobody has the control, you can lie, fine, and other person cannot reach your Aura it's okay. But what is in your heart, your force, you will forced to show it through your face and that you cannot hide or let us go to the electromagnetic field area of the heart, what do they call that thing, here, which gives the heart to pump?

别费心了，对，对，我们可以谈，我们可以玩游戏，我们可以耍嘴皮子，我们可以讲外交辞令，有些礼数能让你混过去，但记住，心里的语言在脸上都读得出来，你心里有什么，就一定会显在脸上，这一点谁都控制不了，你可以撒谎，行，别人进不了你的能量圈，那也无所谓。但你心里有什么，你的力量，会逼着你透过脸显出来，那是你藏不住的，或者我们来看看心脏的电磁场区域，那东西叫什么来着，就是这里，让心脏泵血的那个？

They should do it, it's fine, so we discussed it, that they can do it outside, they can do it in the alley, they can do it at the other furniture stores, from the side, they can do everything, but when I am teaching, they should not leap on each other and kiss.
