Yogi Bhajan spoke to men directly in what are called the Men's Teachings, or Man to Man Lectures. He speaks frankly about the nature of men and how they can overcome their impulses in order to become leaders and sages of the Age, not only in their work but also at home with their families. Yogi Bhajan viewed men and women from the point of view of polarity. In these teachings he is particularly graphic but also poetic in his efforts to relay what it is men need to know about themselves – and about women – in order to succeed in today's world.
